With the arrangement, when the leveling frame cart 41 needs to be moved, the cart driving motor 4410 is started, and the leveling frame cart 41 can move along the leveling frame cart sliding rail 411 through the cart driving chain 443; if it is desired to move the screed carriage 41 in the reverse direction, it is only necessary to reverse the carriage drive motor 4410.
