3) connecting the degreased aluminum coil to a 5HP direct-current motor, and driving the aluminum coil into a rinsing bath; spraying and cleaning the upper surface and the lower surface of the aluminum coil by using tap water, and installing a water removal air knife at the inlet of a rinsing bath at the air speed of 100m/s to avoid bringing degreasing fluid into the rinsing bath;
4) treating the degreased aluminum coil after water washing by a chromic acid method, controlling the temperature at 43 ℃ to form an oxide film on the surface of the aluminum coil;
5) blowing hot air of 75 ℃ by using a hot air unit, drying tap water on the surface of the aluminum coil, cooling the aluminum coil by using a cooling fan, wherein the temperature of the cooling air is 10 ℃, leading an outlet of the aluminum coil to be downward by using a rubber roller set, increasing tension, winding the aluminum coil on a torque motor control type material receiving machine, and flattening the winding end surface of the aluminum coil by using an edge tracking device without tower shape and staggered layers.

and S7, cooling the attached plate by an ice water circulating cooling furnace and a fan coil cooling furnace by 25 ℃, starting an automatic ink jet printer, spraying a set mark on the back of the cooled plate, and attaching and cutting the formed plate to obtain the adhesive film.

Test example I, testing of Ice Pattern coating Performance
Test samples: the ice pattern coating aluminum-plastic composite boards prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-2;
the test method comprises the following steps: measuring the color and appearance of the ice pattern coating according to GB/T9761 visual colorimetry of colored paint and varnish colored paint; the bending test of the ice pattern coating is measured according to GB/T6742 bending test of colored paint and varnish; the impact strength of the ice pattern coating is measured according to GB/T1732 impact resistance measuring method of paint film; observing whether the ice pattern coating has the phenomena of uneven drying and cracking by flesh eyes;
and (3) test results: the test results are shown in Table 1.

The picture of the ice pattern coating aluminum-plastic composite plate provided by the invention is shown in the attached figure 1. As can be seen from Table 1, the ice pattern coating on the surface of the aluminum-plastic composite plate with the ice pattern coating provided by the invention has the advantages of small color difference, flat and uniform patterns, good mechanical properties, bending test result of less than or equal to 2mm, impact strength of more than or equal to 50 kg-cm, small color difference, no uneven drying on the surface and no cracking, wherein the ice pattern coating on the surface of the aluminum-plastic composite plate with the ice pattern coating prepared in the embodiment 3 has the best performance in all aspects and is the best embodiment of the invention.
Compared with the example 3, the ice pattern coating on the surface of the aluminum-plastic composite board with the ice pattern coating prepared in the comparative example 1 has larger bending, lower impact strength and more surface cracks, because the coating aluminum coil surface layer is baked at the temperature of 180 ℃ in the whole process of paint baking operation, the surface coating is not uniformly dried, stress concentration exists, and the coating is cracked, bent and reduced in impact strength. Compared with the example 3, the ice pattern coating on the surface of the aluminum-plastic composite board with the ice pattern coating prepared in the comparative example 2 does not meet the range of standard board color difference, has lower impact strength and uneven surface drying, and thus, the formula and the dosage of the diluent in the paint tray provided by the invention are optimized.
Test example II, testing temperature resistance of ice pattern coating aluminum-plastic composite board
Test samples: the ice pattern coating aluminum-plastic composite plates prepared in the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 3 to 6;
the test method comprises the following steps: respectively placing the test samples in a refrigerator at the temperature of-10 ℃ and a vacuum furnace at the temperature of 800 ℃ for 36 hours, and solving the shape and melting condition of the ice pattern coating aluminum-plastic composite plate to be observed;
and (3) test results: the test results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the ice pattern coating aluminum-plastic composite board provided by the invention has good temperature resistance, and does not deform at low temperature or melt at high temperature. Compared with the embodiment 3, the vinyl trimethoxy silane is not added in the comparative example 3, but the high-temperature and low-temperature performances are poor, which shows that the vinyl trimethoxy silane in the formula of the plastic core layer is that PE plastic can form a large amount of uniform pores in the high-temperature shearing process, so that a good foundation is laid for improving the temperature resistance of the ice pattern coating aluminum-plastic composite plate; in comparative examples 4-6, magnesium carbonate, nano magnesium hydroxide and silicon carbide are not added respectively, but the high and low temperature performance is poor, which shows that the magnesium carbonate, the nano magnesium hydroxide and the silicon carbide in the formula of the plastic core layer of the invention play a synergistic effect, so that the ice pattern coating aluminum-plastic composite plate is heated uniformly, and the bending and deformation caused by stress concentration are avoided, thereby greatly improving the high temperature service performance of the aluminum-plastic plate.

1. An ice pattern coating aluminum-plastic composite board is characterized by comprising a coating aluminum roll surface layer, a plastic core material layer, a coating aluminum roll bottom layer and a bonding film layer.
2. The texture-coated aluminum-plastic composite plate according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the coated aluminum coil surface layer comprises the following steps:
(1) clamping the aluminum coil on a tension automatic control type feeder, and controlling the tension of the aluminum coil by adopting a magnetic powder type brake so as to ensure that the aluminum coil is in a tension state in the production process; overlapping the joint of the aluminum coils by 15cm, and connecting the aluminum coils smoothly and firmly by using an adhesive tape to ensure the continuity of the production process;
(2) connecting the aluminum coil to a 5HP direct current motor to drive the aluminum coil to enter a coating operation area, and then properly adjusting the gap between rollers on a precision coating machine according to a reverse rolling coating method to ensure that the paint in a paint tray is uniformly coated on the surface of the aluminum coil;
(3) the combination of a medium-long wave infrared quartz lamp tube and a reflecting lampshade is adopted, and the aluminum coil is subjected to paint baking operation in four sections;
(4) and cooling the aluminum coil after paint baking to 25 ℃ by using a cooling fan, winding the aluminum coil on a torque motor control type material receiving machine, and flattening the winding end surface of the aluminum coil by using an edge tracking device without tower shape and staggered layers to obtain the aluminum coil.
3. The texture-coated aluminum-plastic composite panel according to claim 2, wherein the paint of the paint tray in the step (2) of the preparation method of the coated aluminum coil surface layer is a mixture of paint and a diluent, the viscosity of the mixture is 20 to 30cps, and the diluent is one or more of acetone, n-butanol, cyclohexanone and xylene.

The texture-coated aluminum-plastic composite board as claimed in claim 2, wherein the baking finish operation in step (3) of the preparation method of the coated aluminum coil surface layer comprises the following four steps: a. preheating: the temperature in the paint baking furnace is 80-180 ℃; b. heating: the temperature in the paint baking furnace is 150-250 ℃; c. and (3) curing: the temperature in the paint baking furnace is 250-300 ℃; d. cooling: and closing the paint baking furnace, and cooling to 50 ℃ by using a fan.
5. The ice-patterned coating aluminum-plastic composite board according to claim 1, wherein the plastic core layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of PE plastic, 10-50 parts of magnesium carbonate, 5-30 parts of nano magnesium hydroxide, 10-50 parts of silicon carbide and 5-40 parts of vinyl trimethoxy silane.
6. The ice-patterned coating aluminum-plastic composite board according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the plastic core layer comprises the following steps: heating PE plastic to 120 ℃, placing on a shearing machine, adding vinyl trimethoxy silane, shearing for 0.5h under the condition that the shearing rate is 1600rpm, then adding magnesium carbonate, nano strong magnesium oxide and silicon carbide, adjusting the shearing rate of the shearing machine to 4500rpm, continuing to shear for 1h, and then curing and molding through a plastic plate molding machine to obtain the PE plastic.
7. The texture-coated aluminum-plastic composite board according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the coated aluminum coil bottom layer comprises the following steps:
1) clamping the aluminum coil on a tension automatic control type feeder, and controlling the tension of the aluminum coil by adopting a magnetic powder type brake so as to ensure that the aluminum coil is in a tension state in the production process; overlapping the joint of the aluminum coils by 15cm, and connecting the aluminum coils smoothly and firmly by using an adhesive tape to ensure the continuity of the production process;
2) placing the connected aluminum coil into an aluminum foil cleaning agent WJ662B with the temperature of 50 +/-5 ℃, and soaking for 1h to obtain a degreased aluminum coil;
3) connecting the degreased aluminum coil to a 5HP direct-current motor, and driving the aluminum coil into a rinsing bath; spraying and cleaning the upper surface and the lower surface of the aluminum coil by using tap water, and installing a water removal air knife at the inlet of a rinsing bath at the air speed of 100m/s to avoid bringing degreasing fluid into the rinsing bath;
4) treating the degreased aluminum coil after water washing by a chromic acid method, controlling the temperature at 45 +/-2 ℃ and forming an oxide film on the surface of the aluminum coil;
5) blowing hot air of 75-100 ℃ by using a hot air unit, drying tap water on the surface of the aluminum coil, cooling the aluminum coil by using a cooling fan, wherein the temperature of the cooling air is 10-15 ℃, leading an outlet of the aluminum coil to be downward by using a rubber roller set, increasing tension, winding the aluminum coil on a torque motor control type material receiving machine, and flattening the winding end surface of the aluminum coil by using an edge tracking device without tower shape and staggered layers.
8. The ice-patterned coating aluminum-plastic composite board according to claim 7, wherein the chromic acid method in the step 4) of the preparation method for coating the aluminum coil bottom layer comprises soaking, extruding and drying, the concentration of the prepared tank liquor is 2-15%, the temperature of the tank liquor is 25 ℃, the treatment time is 1-100s, and the drying temperature is 80-150 ℃.
9. The texture-coated aluminum-plastic composite plate according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive film layer is a PE hot melt adhesive film.
10. The preparation method of the ice-patterned coating aluminum-plastic composite board according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the following steps:
s1, clamping the plastic core material layer on a manual tension control feeder, carrying out feeding operation, and controlling the lifting height of the oil press according to the discharge quantity of the plastic core materials;
s2, automatically adjusting the left and right offset of the plastic core material by using an automatic edge correcting conveyor to enable the core material to be overlapped with the upper and lower aluminum coils;
s3, pre-heating the plastic core material by adopting a 60kw heater to enable the tapping temperature to reach 80-100 ℃; a short wave heater is adopted for instant rapid heating, so that the surface temperature of the plastic core material reaches 90-110 ℃;
s4, respectively conveying upper and lower aluminum coils by adopting an upper and lower discharging machine, an upper and lower steering wheel and an upper and lower tension detection wheel; an upper film releasing device, a lower film releasing device, an upper unfolding wheel, a lower unfolding wheel and a heating medium wheel are adopted to convey upper and lower polymer adhesive films;
s5, setting the temperature of the heating medium wheel to be 120 ℃, and adjusting the gap between the upper roller and the lower roller to enable the upper aluminum coil and the lower aluminum coil to be preliminarily adhered to the plastic core material through the upper polymer film and the lower polymer film;
s6, heating the pre-attached aluminum-plastic plate to 130-150 ℃ by adopting a medium-long wave quartz electric heating tube, setting the temperature of an electric heating pinch roller to be 50-180 ℃ and the oil pressure to be 1-10Mpa, and performing hot pressing on the taken-out plate again to attach the plate;
s7, cooling the attached plate by an ice water circulation cooling furnace and a fan coil cooling furnace by 25 ℃, starting an automatic ink jet printer, spraying a set mark on the back of the cooled plate, and attaching and cutting the formed plate to obtain the adhesive film;
in the step S3-S7 of the preparation method of the ice pattern coating aluminum-plastic composite plate, a 7.5HP direct current motor is adopted to drive the plate to advance, and the plate is in linkage control with a front-section preheating furnace conveyor and a heat medium wheel compounding machine, so that the whole line production speed tends to be consistent.
