The refreshing mosquito-repellent wet tissue finishing liquid comprises the following formula raw materials in parts by weight: 20-24 parts of cooling mosquito repellent emulsion, 2-3.5 parts of glycerol, 350.3-1.0 part of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.03-0.05 part of benzalkonium bromide, 0.5-2 parts of aloe gel and 100 parts of water, wherein the cooling mosquito repellent emulsion is prepared from menthyl lactate, menthone glycerol ketal, span 85, Excaltin, Tween 80 and purified water.
