Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a bathtub comprises a tub 10 having an interior receiving space opened upward and capable of receiving at least one user therein. The bottom surface of the receiving space is provided with a concave portion 20, in this embodiment, the inner bottom surface of the cylinder 10 is provided with the concave portion 20, the concave portion 20 sinks relative to the inner bottom surface, and the functional module (such as the drainage assembly 50 and the water inlet assembly 60) is arranged in the concave portion 20. The bathtub further comprises a cover 30 covering the concave portion 20, the surface of the cover 30 is entirely flush with the bottom surface of the bathtub, a water gap 40 is formed between the cover and the bottom surface of the bathtub, in this embodiment, the water gap 40 is located between the outer periphery of the cover 30 and the sidewall of the concave portion 20, and the water outlet 51 of the water discharge assembly 50 and the water inlet 61 of the water inlet assembly 60 are covered by the cover 30.
When water is supplied, an external water source enters the concave portion 20 through the water supply unit 60 and then enters the inside of the tub through the water passage gap 40, and when water needs to be discharged, the water in the tub flows out of the concave portion through the water passage gap and then is discharged through the water discharge unit. The drainage assembly 50 and the water inlet assembly 60 of the functional module are both arranged under the cover body and realize the functions thereof by relying on the water flowing gap 40. In the embodiment, the whole cover 30 is located within the range of the inner bottom surface of the bathtub body, and the whole cover and the inner bottom surface of the bathtub body are located on the same plane, and the cover 30 is preferably made of a material with the same color and material as the bathtub body, so that the cover and the bathtub body form a whole, and the appearance is simple and uniform.
The bathtub of the present application further comprises a pump body 70, a fluid outlet 71 of the pump body 70 is provided in the recess 20 under the cover 30 and covered by the cover 30, and the fluid sprayed from the pump body 70 agitates the filth on the inner bottom surface of the tub 10, the upper and lower cover surfaces and the recess 20, so that the filth is discharged together with the water when the water is discharged. In the present embodiment, the fluid outlets 71 of the three sets of the pump 70 are provided on the left and right sides of the concave portion 20, respectively, and the liquid or gas discharged from the fluid outlets 71 enters the cylinder 10 through the water passage gap 40.
The tub of the present application further includes a control assembly 90 for controlling the drain assembly 50, the intake assembly 60, and the pump body 70, the drain assembly 50, the intake assembly 60, and the pump body 70 being in communication with the control assembly 90. The control assembly 90 controls various parameters of the water inlet assembly, the water discharge assembly and the pump body, the whole cleaning process can be controlled by programs, and the degree of automation is high. For better water temperature control, there is also a thermostatic valve block 80 through which external hot and cold water supplied to the tub enclosure is first mixed. Correspondingly, the temperature detection module is further included for detecting the temperature of the inlet water and is in communication connection with the control assembly 90. In order to make the bathtub more efficient and thorough to clean, when the bathtub is in the cleaning mode, the control assembly 90 can control the temperature of the inlet water to be not less than 45 ℃, so that the bathtub is cleaned by using water with higher temperature. The user can realize the control to the intaking of bathtub, drainage, temperature, water yield etc. through modes such as remote controller, control panel, cell-phone APP of operation and the communication of control assembly 90.

Step 2: starting the pump body 70, operating for a preset time T, arranging the fluid outlet 71 of the pump body 70 at the concave part 20 positioned below the cover body 30 and covered by the cover body 30, and stirring dirt on the inner bottom surface of the cylinder body 10 and in the concave part 20 by the fluid sprayed by the pump body 70; that is, as shown in fig. 2, the control unit 90 starts the pump body 70, the gas sprayed from the pump body 70 continuously stirs the dirt on the inner bottom surface and the concave portion of the cylinder, and when the accumulated time of the timing module reaches the preset time T, the timing module sends a signal to the control unit 90, and the control unit 90 controls the pump body 70 to stop operating.
And step 3: when the water discharge is started, water and dirt in the cylinder 10 flow to the recess 20 through the water passage gap 40 formed between the lid 30 and the inner bottom surface of the cylinder 10, and are discharged through the water discharge port 51 provided in the recess 20 and covered by the lid 30; that is, as shown in fig. 3, the control unit 90 opens the drain port 51 of the drain unit 50, and the water in the cylinder 10 flows out to the recess 20 through the water passage gap 40 and is then discharged through the drain port 51 of the drain unit 50.
And 4, step 4: keeping the drainage state, starting water inlet again and keeping the water inlet state for t time; that is, water is drained while water is being supplied, whereby dirt remaining in the vicinity of the drain opening can be discharged.
And 5: closing the drainage, and executing the step 1-3 again; namely, the cleaning is carried out for many times in a circulating way, and the cleaning is more thorough.
In the present application, the stored water after bathing can be used for cleaning, during draining, the control component 90 determines whether the water level detected by the water level detection module reaches the preset cleaning water level L, and when the water level reaches the preset cleaning water level L, the control component 90 closes the water outlet 51 of the water draining component 50. Then, the above steps 2, 3 and 4 are carried out.
