Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described by the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings. It is obvious that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the invention.
The technical solution of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Example 1, see fig. 1-4:
the invention provides an agricultural weed rotary cutting machine with an earthing function, which consists of a ground breaking cutter 1, a first conveyor belt 2, a rotary cutting roller 3, a second conveyor belt 4, a stacking groove 5, a rotary row fork 6, a third conveyor belt 7, an earthing chute 8, a driving assembly 9 and a fixed baffle 10; the mutual structural position relationship is as follows:
the ground breaking knife 1 is arranged at the front end of the weed rotary cutting machine and is used for shoveling weeds and soil at the bottom of the weeds away from the ground. When the machine advances, the soil of weeds and root systems thereof is shoveled up together and pushed to the top end of the soil breaking knife 1 until the soil falls to the first conveyor belt 2 below. As shown in fig. 2, weeds and soil fall from the top of the ground breaking knife 1 onto the carrier belt at the feeding end of the first conveyor belt 2, and are moved by the baffle belt on the carrier belt toward the discharging end of the first conveyor belt 2 and poured over the rotary cutting drum 3.
The rotary cutting drum 3 is arranged below the discharge end of the first conveyor belt 2 and above the second conveyor belt 4, as shown in fig. 1, the rotary cutting drum 3 is provided with 4 drums, wherein every two drums form a group and rotate in opposite directions when in work. Of course, the number of the cylinders may be more or less than 4, but a double number is preferable.
As shown in fig. 2, when weeds and soil carried by the weeds fall onto the rotary cutting drum 3, the 2 drums of each group rotate in opposite directions, so that the weeds and the soil are held and rolled. The weeds are not pinched off due to strong toughness, but the rudimental concretes of the weeds are crushed by the two cylinders, so that crushed soil is formed.
As shown in fig. 2, the crushed soil and weeds pass through the cylinder and fall onto the second conveyor belt 4 below the rotary cutting drum 3. The bearing belt of the second conveyor belt 4 is provided with a plurality of holes in a staggered manner, and the holes can be square, circular, rhombic and the like. The holes function as screens to screen the crushed soil down to the third conveyor belt 7 below the second conveyor belt 4.
Because the holes in the carrier belt of the second conveyor belt 4 are only sized to pass through the ground soil, while weeds cannot pass through. Therefore, as shown in fig. 2, the weeds are transferred to the stacking groove 5 below the discharge end of the second conveyor belt 4 by the transmission of the second conveyor belt 4 and slide to the bottom of the stacking groove 5.
As shown in fig. 1, the bottom of the stacking slot 5 is provided with a plurality of equally spaced notches, and the notches are just staggered with a plurality of equally spaced extension plates of the row fork on the rotary row fork 6. Therefore, when the rotary row fork 6 rotates, the row fork rotates upwards, the extension plate of the rotary row fork penetrates through the notch at the bottom of the stacking groove 5 to lift the weeds at the opposite notch, the extension plate rotates to the other side of the rotary row fork 6, and the weeds are poured out of the rotary weed cutting machine in a proper manner.
As shown in fig. 2, the third conveyor belt 7 disposed below the second conveyor belt 4 conveys the soil particles dropped by the second conveyor belt 4 to the discharge end of the third conveyor belt 7, and the soil particles are poured into the soil covering chute 8 below the discharge end of the third conveyor belt 7. The soil covering chute 8 directly dumps the crushed soil along the route that the weed rotary cutting machine travels, and buries the groove which is shoveled by the previous weed rotary cutting machine, so that the soil covering function is realized.
As shown in fig. 2, the casing is before the weeds are thrown out, so that eventually the weeds cover the surface of the casing and air-dry themselves, and no regeneration of the weeds occurs. Of course, according to the actual use requirement, a collector can be arranged at the dumping position of the rotary row fork 6 (namely the outer side of the bottom of the rotary row fork) to collect the removed weeds.
As shown in fig. 4, the above description is the positional relationship of the internal structures of the weed rotary cutting machine, and the positioning of the structures is mainly completed by clamping the driving assembly 9 and the fixed baffle plate 10. The left and right sides of the ground breaking knife 1, the first conveyor belt 2, the rotary cutting roller 3, the second conveyor belt 4, the stacking groove 5, the rotary row fork 6, the third conveyor belt 7 and the soil covering chute 8 are respectively fixed on the driving assembly 9 and the fixed baffle 10.
And the first conveyor belt 2, the rotary cutting roller 3, the second conveyor belt 4, the rotary row fork 6 and the third conveyor belt 7 are in transmission connection with the driving assembly 9. The transmission mode can be gear transmission, belt transmission and the like, and the transmission mode is the technical means commonly used by the technicians in the field, and the technicians in the field can easily realize the assembly and the transmission by combining the drawings and the description.
As shown in fig. 4, the present invention may ultimately be formed into a walk-behind device, as well as a vehicle model. The structure of the invention can be added with relevant integral mechanical structures according to the use requirements. Different ways of operating the technical solution of the invention are realized.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 5, the rotary cutting drum 3 has 4 barrels, each 2 barrels is in a group, and the 2 barrels in each group are respectively provided with an annular bump, and the annular bumps of the 2 barrels are staggered with each other. This can more finely crush the soil of the root system of the weeds. Not only can clean the soil on the root system of the weeds more cleanly, but also can grind the originally hardened surface soil which is shoveled together. The annular bump is only one embodiment of the embodiment, and mainly forms a staggered space between the two cylinders, so that soil can be crushed more preferably. Therefore, the annular convex blocks can also be convex blocks with various shapes distributed on the surface of the cylinder body in a staggered way, such as waves, round points, diamonds and the like.
Example 3:
as shown in fig. 6, 3 prismatic files are arranged on the inclined surface of the ground breaking knife 1 at equal intervals, and the files can increase the ground breaking and shoveling performance of the ground breaking knife 1. The soil conditioner is used for dealing with the hardened soil surface or the hard soil texture using environment. The number of the prismatic files is not limited to 3, and can be increased or decreased according to actual requirements.
Example 4:
according to different actual requirements, the weed rotary cutting machine provided by the invention can be externally connected with an air pump and an air guide opening or a crushing device. For example, an air pump and an air guide opening are arranged on the outer side of the bottom of the rotary row fork 6 and used for blowing weeds out of the weed rotary cutting machine or into a weed collector arranged in advance. The air pump and the air guide opening are fixed on the driving assembly 9 and the fixed baffle 10, and the air pump is driven by the driving assembly 9.
For another example, the bottom of the rotary row fork 6 is provided with a crushing device for crushing and discharging weeds out of the weed spinner or blowing into a weed collector placed in advance. The crushing device is fixed to the driving assembly 9 and the fixed baffle 10, and the crushing device is driven by the driving assembly 9.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It should also be understood that various changes and modifications can be made by one skilled in the art after reading the disclosure of the present invention, and equivalents fall within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
