Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及牙科用器具。
背景技术
牙医的工作需要在患者口腔中进行检查并进行积极机械/手术干预。牙医和辅助工作人员使用的小镜子有助于观察口腔中丰富的隐匿处和缝隙,尤其是在牙齿/受损的牙齿、下颌和牙龈中及其周围的隐匿处和缝隙。
特别是在牙科治疗期间,口腔处于潮湿的湿热环境,这会导致镜子变模糊。美国专利申请2016/0360957中公开了一种具有旋转机构的牙医用镜,所述旋转机构使镜旋转,以便使其摆脱反射表面的碎屑和湿气。旋转是由牙医施加的抽吸机构动力引起的。美国专利申请2004/0076019中公开了一种可旋转的牙科镜,其中驱动装置直接从下方支撑镜。
本申请提出了在结构和功能上具有杠杆作用的镜,以改善患者治疗期间牙医用镜的有效功能。

具体实施方式
在图1中参考根据本发明的镜组件。手柄22是允许医师将系统保持在口腔内进行操作的模块。它通常装有电池和旋转电机。接通/断开开关24促进手柄内部电机的激活或去激活。镜26具有图中所示的反射面26A。镜26被封装在镜壳体28内。齿轮盒32被示出为邻近镜壳体28。驱动轴子组件34连接在齿轮盒32与手柄之间,或者从功能上说,连接到隐藏在手柄22内的电机。参考图2说明更多的结构特征和功能特性。镜26使其反射面26A从壳体28面向外。齿轮盒32位于镜壳体28与轴子组件34之间。这里可以看出,轴子组件34包含由轴盖56套住的轴54。轴54可围绕轴线62沿双向箭头64所示的任一自旋方向旋转。
包含齿轮的动力传动系统
根据本发明,通过从电机流向镜的角动量传递带来发挥清除镜湿气和/或碎屑作用的镜的自旋。位于手柄中的电机使轴54旋转,这会传递角动量,如在图3中可以看出。电机60将角动量传递到轴54,从而进一步将角动量传递到锥齿轮62。角动量进一步传递到另一齿轮,所述齿轮可以是转速加速齿轮64。最后,位于镜底部的齿轮66接收角动量,以提供使镜自旋所需的动力。但是,应指出,齿轮64和66代表可以引起镜中理想的旋转速度(自旋)的两个到多个齿轮的几种可选组合。图4示出在结构上优选的角动量系。轴54在其末端具有锥形齿轮70,所述锥形齿轮与齿轮72(在此图中大部分被隐藏)相互作用,具有与齿轮74共同的轴线76。齿轮74与齿轮78相互作用。齿轮78还与齿轮66相互作用,齿轮66附接到镜26的轴线80。在图4A中,更详细地示出了角动量系的锥齿轮和周围部件。轴54旋转,将角动量传递到由两个锥形齿轮组成的锥齿轮62。锥形齿轮70与锥形齿轮72接合,而轴线76将角动量传递到齿轮74。
镜维修
在镜受损或磨损的情况下,可以将如图2所示的零件从手柄拉出并进行更换,在这一点上应注意,可以更换也可以不更换护套56,并且使护套包住轴54但不与轴接合,以允许轴在护套内自由自旋。
镜激活自动化
当镜在使用时变湿和或弄脏时,使用者能通过打开接通/断开开关24来启动自旋机构,从而清洁镜。图5中示出描述AMAM的示意性框图。替代开关机构是自动开关机构。这种自动镜激活机构(AMAM)是电光模块,其包含优选地位于手柄22上的照明元件82(通常是LED,发光二极管)。所发射的光从光源元件传播到镜的反射面26A。可能位于LED附近,例如在手柄22上的光电检测器84对准反射镜26A。理想地,从LED发出的光能的特定部分被光电检测器84接收。处理器86计算速率,并且如果接收功率相对于光束功率的比例太低,则处理器将切换镜驱动器88以自动开始使镜自旋。在一些实施例中,例如照明元件82的AMAM的光源是红外光源,其相对于可见波长的光对水的光吸收尤其更敏感。
音频开关
可以将某种形式的声音或话语识别模块插入牙科镜组件中,以拾取并识别医师发出的话语或发声,从而接通或断开自旋机构。对于已知的语音识别机构而言,所述机构必须经过培训。如图6所示,在信号已被数字化并且准备好被处理器接受之后,麦克风92在功能上连接到处理器86。一旦已经分析了信号并且实现了解释,肯定的结果将激活电机驱动器88。医师可以决定通过发声或特定的声音来唤起系统,以便将虚假警报的情况降到最低。这种模块通常装在手柄中。
在图7中,示出了可选的开关机构94,其是指镜自旋。开关机构是手动开关92、光反射开关96、发声识别开关98。它们全部互斥地被激活,从而使自旋机构100随后使镜102自旋。
Claims (4)
1.一种牙科镜组件,其中手柄允许医师持有系统并对其进行操作,并且间接附接到所述手柄的镜壳体连接到可旋转镜,所述组件包括:
轴子组件,其连接在所述手柄内的电机与连接至所述镜的齿轮盒之间;
锥齿轮,其用于将角动量从所述电机传递到所述镜,并且
其中所述手柄装有电机和至少一个镜自旋开关机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牙科镜组件,其中所述开关机构是接通/断开开关。
3.根据权利要求1所述的牙科镜组件,其中所述开关机构是自动开关。
4.根据权利要求1所述的牙科镜组件,其中所述开关机构是音频开关。
