entering a connected state in response to a PS-type paging operation;
when the current PS paging is a voice call service, sending information for interrupting network searching to an NAS (network attached storage), and starting a network searching retry mechanism; and after receiving the information of interrupting the network searching, the NAS disconnects the operation of the network searching service and executes the data transmission of the voice communication service.
For better understanding of the scheme of the present application, some terms in the present application are explained as follows:
Figure BDA0002633971070000061
referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic operation flow diagram of the data service control method of the present application; the data service control method comprises the following steps:
step S10, responding to the PS type paging operation, entering into the connection state;
the data service of the terminal device includes a voice service, a network service, and the like, and the data service of the terminal device is completed in a network system of LTE (Long Term Evolution), for example, making a call, accessing the internet, and the like. The present invention may be implemented in a 3G system, and is not limited to the generation number of communication technologies, for example, 3G, 4G, and the like, as long as the communication technologies can support the operation of data services.
The terminal equipment completes data transmission and reception of data services in an uplink and downlink mode. And sending data to the base station through an uplink response or sending data through downlink receiving base station and network side, namely, finishing data interaction between the terminal and the outer side through uplink and downlink.
After the terminal starts the data service function, it receives various types of initiated paging operations, or receives initiated network searching operations, where the network searching operations may be initiated automatically or initiated manually by the user. The paging operation includes a CS type, a PS type, etc.
Taking the PS type paging operation as an example, in response to the PS type paging operation, that is, after receiving the PS type paging operation, the ue enters a connection state, that is, a data connection state, and completes the support of data transfer/interaction of the PS type paging operation through the data connection state. Specifically, after receiving the PS type paging, the UE enters a connection state by initiating a chain establishment, and completes the registration at the EPC side and the IMS registration after completing the reconfiguration.
Step S20, when the current PS paging is a voice communication service, sending information of interrupting network searching to NAS, and starting a network searching retry mechanism; and after receiving the information of interrupting the network searching, the NAS disconnects the operation of the network searching service and executes the data transmission of the voice communication service.
After receiving the PS paging service, it needs to make a judgment on the paging service, whether the service is a voice call service or another service, and when the service is a voice call service, it needs to send information for interrupting network search to the NAS, and needs to initiate an interruption network search service to the network side, and after sending the information for interrupting network search to the NAS, the NAS receives the information for interrupting network search, disconnects the operation of the network search service, and executes data transmission of the voice call service. The network searching service and the voice service need to use the same channel to complete data interaction, and the voice call service can be executed only by interrupting the network searching service. An interruption request needs to be sent to the upper NAS that is paged to interrupt the network searching service and perform the voice call service.
Before the step of sending information for interrupting network search to the NAS and starting a network search retry mechanism when the current PS page is a voice call service, the method further includes: and when the downlink receives the SIP signaling again, judging that the current voice call service is in the voice call service. If the SIP signaling is received again, the current voice call service is judged to be the voice call service, but not other common services; if the SIP signaling is not received again, the current data service is judged to be a common data service, for example, the data service is a data service except for a voice call service, and a data channel of a network searching service is not occupied.
After the terminal network searching service executes the voice call service, a retry mechanism of the network searching service is started, after the terminal network searching service, the operation of the network searching service needs to be continuously retried, the starting of the network searching service can be actively triggered through continuous retry, the network searching service is not required to be in a state of interrupting the network searching service all the time when other services are cut off and the network is idle, the network searching service can be started in advance, and the recovery/starting of the network searching service can be accelerated while the voice call service is not delayed.
The retry mechanism may be: and starting a timer, and starting network searching retry operation after the timer is overtime. The time timed by the timer can be 10ms or 15ms and the like, the timed time is set according to the service requirement, after the timed time set by the timer is overtime, namely the set timed time is reached, the network searching retry operation is started, the network searching service is not started until the PS type paging service is completed, the network searching service is accelerated to be started, the network searching service is quickly completed, and the service requirement is met.
In the embodiment, after the PS-type paging service is received and the network searching service operated before is interrupted, a network searching retry mechanism is started, instead of adjusting the network searching service after the PS-type paging service is completed, the network searching operation is initiated continuously when the paging service is performed directly, the network searching service is started quickly, and the network searching operation is started without waiting for the completion of other services, so that the time for joining the network searching operation is prolonged, the influence of other invalid services on the network searching operation is reduced through the operation of the retry mechanism, the network searching service is prevented from being interrupted inefficiently, and the completion of the network searching service is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 3, after the step of controlling the ue to enter the connected state in response to the PS type paging operation, the method further includes:
step S30, when the current PS page is a normal data service, releasing the connection to return to the idle state, and executing a network searching service, where the normal data service is a service other than the voice call service.
After receiving the PS type paging service, making a judgment on the paging service, when the paging service is in a common data service, releasing the connection to return to an idle state without hanging up a network search, and executing the network search service, wherein the common data service is a service except a voice call service. And the process of releasing back to the idle state in the operation may be: releasing the local connection of the user equipment to return to an idle state, triggering the updating of a tracking area, and sending a notification message that the network equipment returns to the idle state, wherein the network equipment returns to the idle state according to the notification message and executes a network data service; and after the local connection of the user equipment is released and the user equipment returns to the idle state, executing the network searching service. After the local connection of the user equipment is released and the user equipment returns to the idle state, the previous network searching service can be continuously executed, and the network searching service cannot be interrupted. Specifically, when the downlink does not receive the SIP signaling any more, the UE may regard the current data service as a normal data service, and at this time, the UE may release the local connection of the UE to return to the IDLE, and trigger a TAU service to notify the network UE to return to the IDLE. After the connection is released, the network searching service can be continuously processed.
In the embodiment, by judging the paging service of the PS type, when the paging service is a normal data service, the network searching service is not suspended, and the local connection of the user equipment is controlled to return to the idle state instead of other connections before the network, so that interruption of the network searching service by the normal data service is avoided, and the network searching time is effectively shortened.
In an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 4, the method further includes:
step S40, after the network searching service is interrupted, judging whether the voice communication service is received again;
step S50, if the voice communication service is received again, refusing to respond to the network searching service, and continuing to execute the voice communication service;
step S60, if the voice call service is not received again, the network searching service continues to complete the network searching service.
After the network searching service is interrupted due to the paging service, whether the paging service is received again or not needs to be judged, whether the paging service is a voice call service or not needs to be judged, after the voice call service is received again, the network searching service needs to be hung continuously, the network searching service is not executed, namely, the response of the network searching service is refused, the voice call service is executed continuously, the smooth proceeding of the voice call service is ensured, the data transmission of the voice call service does not need to be restarted due to the midway network searching operation, the time is saved, and the smoothness of the voice call service is ensured; if the voice call service is not received again, the network searching service continues, and the state of executing the network searching service is returned from the interrupt state, so that the network searching service is completed.
According to the embodiment, the judgment of whether the voice call service is received again is added, whether the SIP signaling is received again is judged, if yes, the voice call service is continuously executed without executing the network searching service, the voice call service is prevented from being influenced by the interruption of the voice call service operation, and the fluency of the voice call service is ensured.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 5, after the step of rejecting the response to the network searching service and continuing to execute the voice call service, the method further includes:
step S01, continuing to execute network searching service retry operation;
step S02, judging whether the retry operation times of the network searching service reach the preset times;
step S03, if reaching the preset times, judging that the network searching fails;
and step S04, if the preset times are not reached, continuing to start the timer, and triggering network searching retry operation after the timer is overtime.
In the process of executing the voice call service, the network searching service is suspended, the network searching service needs to be continuously maintained, and the network searching service retry needs to set the retry number, but the retry cannot be always performed, so that resources are wasted, a preset number of times, for example, 3 times or 4 times, is set according to the service requirement. If the continuous retry operation is overtime and reaches the preset times, the network searching service is judged to fail, and a network searching retry mechanism is not continuously executed, so that the waste of resources is avoided; if the preset times are not reached, the network searching retry mechanism is continued until the preset times are reached or the network searching is successful. And when trying to search for the network again, if the network searching succeeds, clearing the overtime counting times and recording the times again.
In the embodiment, the network searching retry operation is monitored in time by setting the overtime preset times, and the network searching retry operation is stopped or triggered in time, so that the resource waste is avoided, the validity of the network searching operation is improved, and the delay of the network searching operation caused by the fact that the network searching operation is not returned to an idle state in time is avoided.
In another embodiment of the present application, in the network searching process, after determining that the network searching fails if a preset number of times is reached, if a new SIP signaling is received, the network searching retry mechanism may be restarted, and in a new service environment scene, the retry mechanism is restarted; or after receiving the manual network searching request, or the network searching request reaches 2 times or 3 times, restarting the network searching retry mechanism to quickly start the retry mechanism, avoiding other services from influencing the network searching service, and improving the efficiency of the network searching service.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 6, after the step of controlling the ue to enter the connected state in response to the PS type paging operation, the method further includes:
step S11, responding to PS paging, judging whether IMS supports current PS paging, the PS paging is in LTE network searching process;
step S12, if IMS does not support the current PS paging, rejecting the PS paging service, and executing the network searching service;
step S13, if IMS supports current PS paging, it responds to PS paging service and suspends network searching service.
After receiving a PS type paging, judging whether the IMS supports the current PS paging operation or not, wherein the paging operation is in the LTE network searching process, if not, rejecting the PS service, continuing to execute the network searching service, and finishing the data interaction of the network searching operation; if yes, responding to the PS paging service and suspending the network searching service. Under the condition of support, the network searching service is suspended, a data channel is used for supporting the PS paging service, and the data operation under the PS paging service is completed.
In the embodiment, after the paging service is received, whether the paging service is supported is judged, and when the paging service is supported, the PS paging service is started, the network searching service is suspended, instead of directly interrupting the network searching service, and the judgment is made first, so that the network searching service is prevented from being interrupted ineffectively, and the fluency of the network searching service is not influenced.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the data traffic control method includes:
step S101, responding to the paging operation of the PS type, and entering a connection state;
the data service of the terminal device includes a voice service, a network service, and the like, and the data service of the terminal device is completed in a network system of LTE (Long Term Evolution), for example, making a call, accessing the internet, and the like.
Taking the PS type paging operation as an example, in response to the PS type paging operation, that is, after receiving the PS type paging operation, the ue is controlled to enter a connection state, that is, a data connection state, and the data transfer/interaction support of the PS type paging operation is completed through the data connection state. Specifically, after receiving the PS type paging, the UE enters a connection state by initiating a chain establishment, and completes the registration at the EPC side and the IMS registration after completing the reconfiguration.
Step S102, when the current PS paging is the common data service, releasing the connection to return to the idle state, and executing the network searching service, wherein the common data service is a service except the voice communication service.
After releasing to the idle state, the previous network searching service is continuously executed, and the network searching service is not interrupted.
In an example, to better describe the implementation of the present application, referring to fig. 8, the data traffic control process includes:
the method and the device process the corresponding network searching service after actively identifying the called type by introducing a set of network searching services at the UE side. After receiving the PS type paging, the UE enters into a connection state by initiating a chain establishment, and after the reconfiguration is completed, the registration of the EPC side and the IMS registration are completed.
When the downlink receives the SIP INVITE signaling, the UE may regard the current lte CALL, and the UE may notify an upper layer (NAS) to interrupt network searching, and the UE side starts a timer at the same time and sets a certain number of attempts. Therefore, the termination of the network searching service caused by invalid calls (such as not being connected, junk calls being hung up quickly and the like) can be avoided.
When the downlink does not receive the SIP signaling any more, the UE may regard the current data service as a normal data service, and at this time, may locally release the connection back to IDLE, and simultaneously trigger a TAU service to notify the network UE to return to IDLE. After the connection is released, the network searching service can be continuously processed.
The timer gives preset parameters, e.g. timer duration: number of 10ms attempts: 3.
in the embodiment, a mechanism for identifying whether the current paging is the VOLTE CALL is actively introduced at the UE side, and for the non-VOLTE CALL, the IDLE is returned more actively and more quickly, so as to accelerate the service of manually searching the network. For VOLTE CALL, the influence of some invalid scenes on the network searching service is ensured through a retry mechanism, so that the use experience of a user is improved.
In an embodiment, after a voice call service is executed and a network searching operation is suspended, if a user continuously initiates the network searching operation, UE switches to the network searching, returns to an idle state through fast switching local connection to control to enter the network searching, and the terminal voice service; or when no wireless network state exists in the scene of the environment, namely no WiFi or the like exists, when the network searching service is initiated, the voice call service is suspended, and after the network searching is switched to achieve the network searching service operation, the voice call service is switched back, and the discontinuous network searching under the voice call service is achieved through rapid switching, so that the mode setting is needed; in the process of executing the voice call service, if a keyword of 'network search' is involved, for example, network information needs to be quickly searched, the network search service is intermittently accessed, and the voice service is returned after the execution.
In yet another embodiment, referring to fig. 9, the data interaction involving the UE and the upper NAS includes:
and after a set of active identification is introduced to the called type at the UE side, processing the corresponding network searching service. After receiving the PS type paging, the UE enters into a connection state by initiating a chain establishment, and after reconfiguration is completed, registration of an EPC side and IMS registration are completed. The network side registers and completes configuration, the configuration can complete data interaction transmission with the NAS through the data communication unit, and then data interaction to another UE at the opposite end is completed through external communication, for example, voice data interaction or network searching service stored at the network side is completed.
When the UE receives the SIP INVITE signaling again in downlink, the UE can be regarded as a VOLTE CALL currently, the UE can inform an upper layer (NAS) to interrupt network searching through the data communication unit, the NAS disconnects the network searching service, and the UE side executes the voice CALL service with the UE at the opposite end through the data communication unit; the UE side simultaneously starts a timer and sets certain trial times. Therefore, the termination of the network searching service caused by invalid calls (such as not being connected, junk calls being hung up quickly and the like) can be avoided.
When the UE does not receive the SIP signaling any more in the downlink, the UE may regard the current data service as a normal data service, and at this time, the UE may locally release the connection back to the IDLE, and simultaneously trigger a TAU service to notify the network UE to return to the IDLE, and the data communication unit returns to the network, that is, connects the network searching service. After the connection is released, the UE and the network side UE can continue to process the network searching service through the NAS.
In the embodiment, the common data service and the voice call service are set to distinguish, so that the execution of the network searching service can be quickly achieved, the disconnection of the network searching service caused by invalid voice call services is avoided, the common data service and the voice call service are clearly distinguished, and the problem of unsmooth operation caused by mutual interference is avoided. By setting a timer, after the network searching service is disconnected, network searching retry is continuously started, the network is connected with the fastest network, and the network searching service is executed.
