These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment provides a method for fast and automatic generation of PPT through a mind map, comprising the following steps,
step S1, selecting the input thinking map text by characters;
as the optimization of step S1, in the specific implementation, step S2 may be used instead of step S1, and the thinking diagram text is selected to be input by voice, so as to facilitate the operation on the mobile phone and other portable devices;
step S3, a thought map is generated according to the text input by the user, i.e. the contents of each level of the thought map.
The thinking guide graph is used for acquiring and structuring the text content of the PPT made by the user; the mind map has a complete five-level structure. The traditional thinking map is an effective graphic thinking tool for expressing divergent thinking, is mainly used for recording notes and organizing knowledge, is simple and effective, and is a practical thinking tool; the method is applied to the technical field of PPT manufacturing for the first time, and can guide the user to input logically, so that the PPT content structurization is realized. The complete mind map generated in the present invention has five levels of data, each level pointing to a specific content, with the structure shown in fig. 3:
as shown in fig. 3, the first-level contents of the mind map are text contents such as a cover title C14, a subheading C15, a presenter name C16, a presentation time C17, and the like; the second level content is the directory title C18; third level content is inside page title C19; the fourth level of content is a body title C20; the fifth level of content is body C21.
Step S4, a PPT template is selected, the composition of which is shown in fig. 2.
In specific implementation, PPT templates of different styles can be provided, and the PPT templates respectively have different page appearance characteristics, such as lines, colors and the like. However, the main structures are all as shown in fig. 2, the PPT template C1 includes a PPT master C2 and a presentation C7; in specific implementation, the motherboard and the presentation are both composed of single-page slides, and after the text content of the mind map is filled into the PPT master plate, the single-page slides can be called from the master plate to the presentation.
The presentation C7 includes a multi-page slide C8, which is divided into five parts: cover page C9, directory page C10, transition page C11, content page C12, end page C13;
the PPT master C2 is a design template for storing information about templates in a PPT file, and is composed of a plurality of single-page slides C3, each page is preprocessed, and the slides contain a plurality of content elements C4; the elements comprise a text box C5 and other reasonably collocated PPT elements C6, and have the aesthetic characteristics of the traditional PPT template; preferred PPT master filling rules provided in the examples are as follows:
TABLE 1 PPT Master set filling rule Table
Figure BDA0002630554270000061

an example of a PPT master end page shown in fig. 8, the PPT master end page contains text boxes for filling in a text box such as "thank you watch" (C45).
Step S5 imports the content of the mind map into the PPT template, and generates and previews the PPT.
In the embodiment, firstly, a thought guide graph is converted into JSON data, the thought guide graph and a PPT master text box establish a corresponding relation according to a master filling rule, and the corresponding text content of the thought guide graph is filled into a PPT master and added into a PPT demonstration manuscript, so that the thought guide graph can quickly and automatically generate a PPT report.
The mind map involved in step S5 is converted into JSON data, which can be used for the background to directly read PPT padding data with clear logic structures, and mainly changes the mind map into the following JSON data as an example:
Figure BDA0002630554270000081
for example, the JSON data structure is similar to a mind map structure and comprises five levels of data, wherein each level of data comprises a plurality of parallel data;
for example, except for the first-level data, other data is a data subclass of the previous-level data;
as an example, the first-level data of the JSON data includes a cover page title, a subtitle, a presenter name, presentation time, next-level sub-number, and next-level data; second-level data of the JSON data is contained in data with the name of children of the first level, and the second-level data comprises a directory title, a directory ordinal number, a next-level sub-number and next-level data; the third level of data is contained in the second level of data named child; the third level data comprises an inner page title, next level sub-numbers and next level data; the fourth level data is contained in the data of the third level named child; the fourth-level data comprises a text title, next-level sub-numbers and next-level data; the fifth level data is contained in the fourth level data named child; the fifth level data comprises a text, next level sub-numbers and next level data;
in specific implementation, the text content of the mind map can be converted into JSON data through the front end and transmitted to the back end. Reading JSON data converted from the text content of the mind map through a rear end; reading current JSON data by using a programming language Python open source library Python-pptx; sequentially selecting different types of PPT master page pages according to different levels and different types of data in JSON data; and after the completion of the filling, adding the PPT master page into the PPT demonstration document, so that a complete PPT report is finally formed.
The mind map transfer PPT report involved in step S5 is shown in fig. 9, and includes the following sub-steps:
s5.1, exporting the mind map into JSON data, and reserving a multi-level content structure of the mind map through hierarchical nesting in the JSON data, and facilitating subsequent direct data reading;
s5.2, generating a presentation cover page, leading slide _ Layouts [0] cover page from the PPT master plate to the presentation, reading information such as a cover title, a subheading, a presenter, a presentation date and the like in JSON data, and filling the information into a slide to be used as the PPT cover page;
s5.3, generating a presentation directory page, reading all directory titles in JSON data, filling a text into a PPT master plate slide _ Layouts [1], and exporting the text as the presentation directory page;
s5.4, generating a presentation transition page, sequentially reading directory titles in JSON data and generating corresponding directory ordinals, filling the text into a PPT master plate slide _ Layouts [2], and exporting the text into the presentation transition page;
s5.5, setting steps S5.5.1 to S15 for the problem that the optimized text is too long and exceeds the text box of the page text in the pre-processed PPT master plate;
step S5.5.1, reading the page title, the text title, the next-level sub-number of the directory, the text and the character number L of each text in the JSON data;
step S5.5.2, judging the length of each text character, wherein 30 is set as a threshold value, and the text character is overlong when the number is more than 30 and is normal when the number is less than 30;
when L is less than or equal to 30, jumping to step S5.5.3 for generating a content page of the presentation;
when L >30, jumping to step S5.5.4 for generating a presentation content page;
step S5.5.3, at this time, filling the page title, the text title and the text into a PPT master page containing a plurality of text filling frames of the next-level subclass in the PPT master, exporting the PPT master page as an inner page of the presentation, and entering step S5.5.5;
step S5.5.4, the text is filled into a PPT master page containing a small number of text filling frames in the PPT master, the overlong text is filled in a sufficient text frame space, and finally the text is exported to be an inner page of a presentation, and the step S5.5.5 is entered;
step S5.5.5, through judgment, it is ensured that all page titles under the directory in the JSON data are read completely, that is, the generation of the content page of the presentation under the directory is completed, the steps are entered, otherwise, the step S5.5.1 is returned to continue to automatically generate the content page of the presentation;
step S5.6, through judgment, the completion of reading all directory titles in the JSON data is ensured, namely, the automatic generation of a presentation cover page, a directory page, a transition page and a content page is completed, the step S5.7 is entered, otherwise, the step S5.4 is returned to continue reading the directory titles;
step S5.7 generates a presentation end page directly populated with text such as "thank you view".
The steps 5.2 to S5.7 are all processes of filling PPT master page and exporting to various types of demonstration manuscript pages;
