Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, where the device includes: one or more processors 810, and a memory 820, one processor 810 being illustrated in fig. 8. The apparatus for standardizing the auxiliary authoring method of the content structure document may further include: an input device 830 and an output device 840. Processor 810, memory 820, input device 830, and output device 840 may be connected by a bus or other means, for example in fig. 8. Memory 820 is the non-volatile computer-readable storage medium described above. The processor 810 performs various functional applications of the server and data processing by running non-volatile software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 820, i.e., implements the assisted authoring method of the above-described method embodiment for normalizing content structure documents. The input device 830 may receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the auxiliary authoring device. The output device 840 may include a display device such as a display screen.
The product can execute the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method. Technical details not described in detail in this embodiment may be found in the methods provided in the embodiments of the present invention.
As an embodiment, the electronic device is applied to an auxiliary writing device for standardizing a content structural document, and is used for a client, and includes: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor, the instructions being executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to:
responding to a document creation instruction of a user, and displaying a template selection interface to the user;
displaying a certain template to a user based on the selection of the certain template in at least one template contained in the template selection interface by the user, wherein the at least one template comprises a preset directory structure and fixed contents filled under the preset directory structure;
and responding to an editing instruction of the user on a certain content frame in a preset directory structure, and filling materials corresponding to the certain content frame into the certain content frame to form a standard content structure document body, wherein the preset directory structure is provided with a plurality of content frames.
The electronic device of the embodiments of the present application exist in a variety of forms including, but not limited to:
(1) A mobile communication device: such devices are characterized by mobile communication capabilities and are primarily aimed at providing voice, data communications. Such terminals include smart phones (e.g., iPhone), multimedia phones, functional phones, and low-end phones, among others.
(2) Ultra mobile personal computer device: such devices are in the category of personal computers, having computing and processing functions, and generally also having mobile internet access characteristics. Such terminals include: PDA, MID, and UMPC devices, etc., such as iPad.
(3) Portable entertainment device: such devices may display and play multimedia content. Such devices include audio, video players (e.g., iPod), palm game consoles, electronic books, and smart toys and portable car navigation devices.
(4) The server is similar to a general computer architecture in that the server is provided with high-reliability services, and therefore, the server has high requirements on processing capacity, stability, reliability, safety, expandability, manageability and the like.
(5) Other electronic devices with data interaction function.
The apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, wherein elements illustrated as separate elements may or may not be physically separate, and elements shown as elements may or may not be physical elements, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network elements. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment. Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand and implement the present invention without undue burden.
From the above description of the embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the embodiments may be implemented by means of software plus necessary general hardware platforms, or of course may be implemented by means of hardware. Based on such understanding, the foregoing technical solutions may be embodied essentially or in part in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as a ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc., including several instructions to cause a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to perform the various embodiments or methods of some parts of the embodiments.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not limiting; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. An assisted authoring method for a canonical content structure document, wherein the canonical content structure document has a preset directory structure, the method comprising:
responding to a document creation instruction of a user, and displaying a template selection interface to the user;
displaying a certain template to a user based on the selection of the certain template in at least one template contained in the template selection interface by the user, wherein the at least one template comprises the preset directory structure and fixed contents filled under the preset directory structure;
responding to an editing instruction of the user for a certain content frame in the preset directory structure, and filling the material corresponding to the certain content frame for the certain content frame to form a standard content structure document body, wherein the preset directory structure is provided with a plurality of content frames;
in response to a user updating at least one fixed variable of the certain fixed content, synchronously updating an initial document filled with the certain standard fixed content, wherein the fixed variable comprises a general term and a standard format;
in response to a user updating at least one specific variable of the certain material, synchronously updating a document body filled with the certain material, wherein the specific variable comprises a company name, a location place name and a data index;
the standard content structure document is a bidding document, a content frame of a bidding enterprise brief introduction and a content frame of a bidding enterprise qualification proof document are arranged in the preset directory structure, and materials capable of being automatically filled in the content frame of the bidding enterprise brief introduction comprise: company basic information, historical performance, last year financial report and technical equipment, wherein the materials capable of being automatically filled in the content framework of the bidding enterprise qualification proof file comprise: business license, tax registration certificate, business identification certificate, organization code certificate copy and air pressure related qualification certificate.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the template selection interface comprises a template determination sub-interface and a fixed content determination sub-interface, the presenting a certain template to a user based on a user's selection of the certain template from at least one template contained in the template selection interface comprising:
determining a selection of a certain template in at least one template of a sub-interface based on a user, and displaying the certain template to the user, wherein the at least one template comprises a preset directory structure;
based on the selection of at least one fixed content of the fixed content determining sub-interface by the user, filling each fixed content corresponding to each content frame of the preset directory structure;
and displaying the standard content structure document template with the preset directory structure and the fixed contents to the user.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the fixed content determination sub-interface includes a keyword search bar and a fixed content selection interface, and the filling each content frame of the preset directory structure with each fixed content corresponding to each content frame based on the user's selection of at least one fixed content of the fixed content determination sub-interface includes:
responding to an instruction of the user for inputting keywords into a keyword search bar, and displaying at least one fixed content associated with the keywords to the user in a fixed content selection interface;
and responding to the selection of at least one fixed content in the fixed content selection interface by the user, and respectively filling each fixed content corresponding to each content frame of the preset directory structure.
4. The method of claim 3, the fixed content associated with the keyword being:
content containing the same words as the keywords;
or the content of words having the same meaning;
or the content of words whose meaning is to be near.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the filling a certain content frame in a preset directory structure with material corresponding to the certain content frame based on the editing instruction of the user on the certain content frame comprises:
responding to an editing instruction of a user for a certain content frame in a preset directory structure, and displaying a material selection interface corresponding to the certain content frame to the user;
and responding to the selection of at least one material in the material selection interface by a user, and filling the at least one material into the certain content frame.
6. An auxiliary authoring apparatus for normalizing a content structure document, comprising:
the template selection module is configured to respond to a document creation instruction of a user and display a template selection interface to the user;
the template display module is configured to display a certain template to a user based on the selection of the certain template in at least one template contained in the template selection interface by the user, wherein the at least one template comprises a preset directory structure and fixed contents filled under the preset directory structure;
the material filling module is configured to respond to an editing instruction of the user on a certain content frame in a preset directory structure, and fill the material corresponding to the certain content frame on the certain content frame to form a standard content structure document body, wherein the preset directory structure is provided with a plurality of content frames;
the apparatus further comprises a processor configured to: in response to a user updating at least one fixed variable of the certain fixed content, synchronously updating an initial document filled with the certain standard fixed content, wherein the fixed variable comprises a general term and a standard format; and synchronously updating the document body filled with the certain material in response to updating at least one specific variable of the certain material by a user, wherein the specific variable comprises a company name, a location place name and a data index.
7. An electronic device, comprising: at least one processor, and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor, wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
8. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor performs the steps of the method according to any of claims 1 to 5.
