It should be noted that the above description of the user alert system and its modules is merely for convenience of description and should not limit the present application to the scope of the illustrated embodiments. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that, given the teachings of the present system, any combination of modules or sub-system configurations may be used to connect to other modules without departing from such teachings. For example, in some embodiments, for example, the acquiring module 210, the staying time length determining module 220, the determining module 230, and the reminding module 240 disclosed in fig. 2 may be different modules in one system, or may be a module that implements the functions of two or more modules described above. For example, the judging module 230 and the reminding module 240 may be two modules, or one module may have both the information judging and information reminding functions. For example, each module may share one memory module, and each module may have its own memory module. Such variations are within the scope of the present application.
FIG. 3 is an exemplary flow chart of a method of alerting a user according to some embodiments of the present application. In some embodiments, one or more of the steps of the method 300 of alerting a user may be implemented in the user alert system 200 shown in FIG. 2. For example, one or more steps of method 300 may be stored as instructions in storage device 150 and/or memory, and invoked and/or executed by server 110 (e.g., processing engine 112 in server 110). In some embodiments, the instructions may be transmitted in the form of electrical current or electrical signals.
Step 310, obtaining the positioning information of the user terminal, wherein the positioning information reflects the current road section information of the vehicle where the user is located. In particular, step 310 may be performed by the obtaining module 210.
In some embodiments, the obtaining module 210 may obtain location information of the user terminal. The user terminal may include a device having a positioning function for acquiring positioning information of the user terminal by communicating with a satellite positioning system. The satellite positioning system may include one or any combination of a Global Positioning System (GPS), a global satellite navigation system (GLONASS), a COMPASS navigation system (COMPASS), a galileo positioning system, a quasi-zenith satellite system (QZSS), a wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) positioning technology, and the like. The location information of the user terminal may include, but is not limited to, location information, velocity information, corresponding time points, etc. of the user and/or the user terminal. In some embodiments, the acquisition module 210 may periodically acquire positioning information from the user terminal 130. For example, the user terminal 130 may send the location information to the acquisition module 210 each time the user logs into a mobile application associated with the online on-demand transportation service. As another example, the obtaining module 210 may obtain the real-time positioning information of the user terminal 130 at regular time intervals (e.g., 5 s).
In some embodiments, the user terminal may be located in a vehicle where the user is located, and the location information of the user terminal may reflect current road section information of the vehicle where the user is located. The current link information may include, but is not limited to, location information of the vehicle, speed information, a corresponding time point, and an attribute of the current link, etc. The position information may include altitude information, longitude and latitude coordinates, and the like of the vehicle. The speed information may include a traveling speed of the vehicle, a direction of the traveling speed of the vehicle, an acceleration, an angular velocity, and the like. The corresponding time point represents the time and/or time period when the vehicle is located on the current road segment. The attribute of the current road segment indicates whether the current road segment is a parking restricted road segment, which may include a temporary parking road segment and/or a no parking road segment.
And 320, when the current road section is the parking limit road section, determining the stay time of the vehicle on the current road section. Specifically, step 320 may be performed by the dwell time determination module 220.
In some embodiments, the restricted parking segments may include temporary parking segments and/or prohibited parking segments. The temporary stop section may refer to a section that allows the vehicle to stop for a short time (e.g., stop for 1min, 2 min). The no-parking section may refer to a section where the vehicle is not allowed to stop. When the vehicle stays in the restricted parking section for more than a prescribed time (for example, 3min), the vehicle is considered as illegal parking and is subjected to a certain penalty. In some embodiments, the parking limit section data may be predetermined, and the stay duration determination module 220 may match the current section with the parking limit section data to determine whether the current section is the parking limit section. For example, the server 110 and/or the storage device 150 may store a parking-restricted section database in which information about parking-restricted sections is stored, and the staying duration determining module 220 may match the current section with the parking-restricted section stored in the parking-restricted section database, and may determine that the current section is the parking-restricted section if the current section can be matched with the parking-restricted section stored in the parking-restricted section database. For another example, the current road section is a road section name, the staying time length determining module 220 may perform text matching on the current road section name and the parking-restricted road section name, and determine that the current road section is the parking-restricted road section if the current road section name is successfully matched with at least one parking-restricted road section name. For another example, the current road section is a specific location (e.g., longitude and latitude), the staying time duration determining module 220 may match the current road section location with the location of the parking-restricted road section, and if the current road section location is successfully matched with the location of the at least one parking-restricted road section, determine that the current road section is the parking-restricted road section.
In some embodiments, when the current road segment is a parking-restricted road segment, the staying length determining module 220 may determine, according to the positioning information, a staying length during which the driving speed of the vehicle on the current road segment is not greater than a set speed threshold, and determine the staying length as the staying length. Since the vehicle entering the restricted parking section does not necessarily stay, the stay duration determination module 220 determines a duration in which the travel speed of the vehicle is not greater than the set speed threshold as the stay duration only when the travel speed of the vehicle on the restricted parking section is not greater than the set speed threshold (e.g., 0 km/h). For example, when the traveling speed of the vehicle on the current road section starts to be not more than a set speed threshold (for example, 1km/h), the current time point is recorded as a first time point t1When the running speed of the vehicle on the current road section is greater than a set speed threshold value (for example, 1km/h), recording the current time point as a second time point t2Calculating the stay time T through the first time point and the second time point, specifically: t ═ T2-t1
In some embodiments, when the current road segment is a parking-restricted road segment, the staying time duration determining module 220 may determine the number of times of penalty occurrence for the current road segment, and determine the risk level of penalty for the vehicle staying on the current road segment according to the number of times of penalty. For example, the number of illegal parking penalties on a certain road section can be determined according to the historical information of illegal parking penalties, the risk of illegal parking penalties on the road section is determined according to the number of illegal parking penalties, and the greater the number of illegal parking penalties, the greater the risk of illegal parking penalties. The illegal parking penalty information can comprise illegal parking penalty information pushed by a traffic management department, illegal parking notice information issued by the traffic management department, illegal parking penalty information submitted by a user and the like. Further, the stay length determination module 220 may determine the degree of risk that the current road segment limits parking at different time periods. For example, 24 hours a day may be divided into a plurality of time periods, the number of times of violating parking penalties of the same road segment in different time periods and the number of orders related to the road segment in the time periods are obtained, and the risk of violating parking penalties at the road segment in each time period may be determined according to the ratio of the number of times of violating parking penalties occurring at the road segment in each time period to the number of orders related to the road segment in the time period, wherein the larger the ratio is, the larger the risk is.
Step 330, determining whether the dwell time period is greater than a first safe dwell time period. In particular, step 330 may be performed by the determining module 230.
In some embodiments, the first safe stay time may be different for different road segments. In some embodiments, the first safe stay time of the different road segments may be predetermined, and the determining module 230 may compare the stay time of the vehicle on the current road segment with the first safe stay time of the road segment. In some embodiments, the first safe stay period may be determined from traffic sign information. For example, a first safe stay period for restricting the parking section may be automatically determined by a processing device (e.g., server 110) based on the traffic sign information and stored in server 110 and/or storage device 150. For example, the processing device may acquire a traffic sign image captured by an image capturing device (e.g., a vehicle recorder, an electronic eye), determine traffic sign information by recognizing the image, determine a corresponding area range as a parking-restricted section according to the traffic sign if the traffic sign information includes a traffic sign indicating parking restriction, and determine a first safe parking time (e.g., 30s) according to the traffic sign information (e.g., prohibit long-time parking of the vehicle). In some embodiments, the first safe stay time period may be determined from the electronic eye information. For example, the first safe stay time period for limiting the parking section may be automatically determined by a processing device (e.g., the server 110) according to the electronic eye information and stored in the server 110 and/or the storage device 150. For example, the processing device may obtain electronic eye information from a third party (e.g., a traffic management department), and if the electronic eye information indicates that the type of the electronic eye is the illegal parking snap-shot electronic eye, may determine that a road segment within a certain distance range from the position where the electronic eye is located is a parking-restricted road segment, and may determine the first safe stay time length according to the electronic eye information. In some embodiments, the first safe stay period is determined according to penalty information of the vehicle. For example, the first safe stay period for restricting the parking section may be automatically determined by a processing device (e.g., the server 110) according to the penalty information and stored in the server 110 and/or the storage device 150. For example, the processing device may obtain penalty information pushed by a traffic management department, penalty notice information issued by the traffic management department, and/or historical penalty information submitted by a user, extract information on a restricted parking road segment from the penalty information, and determine the first safe parking duration according to the penalty information. In some embodiments, the first safe stay time period is determined from navigation map information. For example, the first safe stay time period for limiting the parking section may be automatically determined by a processing device (e.g., the server 110) according to the navigation map information and stored in the server 110 and/or the storage device 150.
Step 340, in response to that the staying time is longer than the first safe staying time, sending first-level reminding information to the user terminal. In particular, step 340 may be performed by the reminder module 240.
In some embodiments, the first-level reminding information may be used to remind the user that the current road segment is a parking-restricted road segment and should be driven away as soon as possible. For example, the reminding information displayed by the user terminal may be "the current road section is a parking-restricted road section, and suggest that you leave as soon as possible", "parking at the position is easy to violate regulations, and suggest that you leave as soon as possible". In some embodiments, the reminding module 240 may determine the reminding information of the user according to the risk degree of limiting parking in the current road segment, and for the road segments with different risk degrees of limiting parking, the reminding strength and/or the reminding mode for the user are different. For example, when the number of historical violating stop penalties of the current road segment is not greater than a preset threshold (e.g., 5), if the risk level of violating stop penalties of the current road segment is low, the reminding module 240 may send a voice message to the user terminal to remind the user that the current road segment suggests leaving the parking-restricted road segment as soon as possible; when the historical number of the penalty violations is greater than a preset threshold (for example, 5), the risk degree of the penalty violating on the current road section is high, the reminding module 240 may simultaneously send voice information and text information to the user terminal to remind the user that the current road section is a parking-restricted road section, the risk of the penalty violating is high, and the user is recommended to leave as soon as possible, or the reminding module 240 may increase the volume level or remind the user of frequent times. In some embodiments, the reminder information may include, but is not limited to, one or any combination of text information, image information, voice information, and the like. In some embodiments, after the reminding module 240 sends the first-level reminding information to the user terminal, after a preset time interval, if it is detected that the location position of the vehicle where the user is located is still located on the current parking-restricted section, the reminding module 240 sends the first-level reminding information to the user terminal 130 again until it is detected that the location position of the vehicle where the user is located is not on the parking-restricted section. In some embodiments, after the reminding module 240 sends the first-level reminding information to the user terminal, after a preset time interval, if it is detected that the location position of the vehicle where the user is located is still located in the current parking-restricted section, the reminding module 240 sends the second-level reminding information to the user terminal 130, and the reminding is enhanced for the user by increasing the volume level or increasing the reminding frequency level until it is detected that the location position of the vehicle where the user is located is not located in the parking-restricted section.
FIG. 4 is an exemplary flow chart of a method of alerting a user according to some embodiments of the present application. In some embodiments, one or more of the steps of the method 400 of alerting a user may be implemented in the user alert system 200 shown in FIG. 2.
And step 410, judging whether the current road section belongs to the familiar area of the user. In particular, step 410 may be performed by the decision block 230.
In some embodiments, when the current road section of the vehicle where the user is located is a parking restriction road section, whether the current road section belongs to the familiar area of the user is judged. In some embodiments, the familiar area of the user may be predetermined, and the determining module 230 may match the current road segment where the vehicle is located with the familiar area of the user to determine whether the current road segment belongs to the familiar area of the user. For example, the server 110 and/or the storage device 150 stores the familiar area of the user, the determining module 230 may match the current road segment with the familiar area of the user, and if the current road segment can be matched with at least one of the road segments included in the familiar area of the user, it may be determined that the current road segment belongs to the familiar area of the user. In some embodiments, the obtaining module 210 may obtain the historical travel track information of the user from the user terminal 130 and/or the storage device 150, and may determine the familiar area of the user activity according to the historical travel track information of the user. The historical travel track information may include, but is not limited to, historical positioning information, historical navigation information, historical trip information, and the like. In some embodiments, the obtaining module 210 may obtain historical order information of the user from the user terminal 130 and/or the storage device 150, and determine a familiar area of the user activity from the historical order information. For example, a road segment in the historical order where the historical boarding location or the historical disembarking location is located may be determined as the familiar area of the user. In some embodiments, the determination module 230 may obtain a profile of the user, based on which a familiar area of the user's activity may be determined. For example, a service area may be set in a profile of a user (e.g., a service provider), which may serve as a familiar area for the user.
And 420, responding to the fact that the current road section does not belong to the familiar area of the user, and determining whether the stay time of the vehicle on the current road section is longer than a second safe stay time, wherein the second safe stay time is shorter than the first safe stay time. Specifically, step 420 may be performed by the determining module 230.
In some embodiments, if the current road segment does not belong to the familiar area of the user, it is determined whether the stay time of the vehicle on the current road segment is longer than a second safe stay time. In some embodiments, the second safe stay duration may be different for different road segments. In some embodiments, the second safe stay time for the different road segment may be predetermined. In some embodiments, the second safe stay period may be determined from traffic sign information. For example, the second safe stay period for restricting the parking section may be automatically determined by a processing device (e.g., the server 110) according to the traffic sign information and stored in the server 110 and/or the storage device 150. For example, the processing device may acquire a traffic sign image captured by an image capturing device (e.g., a vehicle recorder, an electronic eye), determine traffic sign information by recognizing the image, determine the corresponding area range as a parking-restricted section according to the traffic sign if the traffic sign information includes a traffic sign indicating parking restriction, and determine a second safe parking time (e.g., 25s) according to the traffic sign information (e.g., prohibit long-time parking of the vehicle). In some embodiments, the second safe stay time period may be determined from the electronic eye information. For example, the second safe stay time period for limiting the parking section may be automatically determined by a processing device (e.g., the server 110) according to the electronic eye information and stored in the server 110 and/or the storage device 150. For example, the processing device may obtain electronic eye information from a third party (e.g., a traffic management department), and if the electronic eye information indicates that the type of the electronic eye is the illegal parking snap-shot electronic eye, may determine that a road segment within a certain distance range from the position where the electronic eye is located is a parking-restricted road segment, and may determine the second safe stay time length according to the electronic eye information. In some embodiments, the second safe stay period is determined according to penalty information of the vehicle. For example, the second safe stay period for restricting the parking section may be automatically determined by a processing device (e.g., the server 110) according to the penalty information and stored in the server 110 and/or the storage device 150. For example, the processing device may obtain penalty information pushed by the traffic management department, penalty notice information issued by the traffic management department, and/or historical penalty information submitted by a user (e.g., driver, passenger), extract information on restricted parking sections from the penalty information, and determine the second safe stay duration according to the penalty information. In some embodiments, the second safe stay time period is determined from navigation map information. For example, the second safe stay time period for limiting the parking section may be automatically determined by a processing device (e.g., the server 110) according to the navigation map information and stored in the server 110 and/or the storage device 150.
In some embodiments, the second safe dwell period is less than the first safe dwell period. For example, if the current road section where the vehicle where the user is located is the parking restriction road section and the current road section does not belong to the familiar area of the user, the risk of violation of parking of the user on the road section is higher, and therefore, for the case that the current road section is the parking restriction road section and is the unfamiliar area of the user, a second safe parking duration is set, and the second safe parking duration (for example, 1min) is smaller than the first safe parking duration (for example, 2min), so that the user can be sent with a warning message of driving away as soon as possible in advance.
And 430, responding to the fact that the stay time is longer than the second safe stay time, and sending second-level reminding information to the user terminal. In particular, step 420 may be performed by reminder module 240.
In some embodiments, the second level reminding information may be used to remind the user that the current road segment is a restricted parking road segment and should be driven away as soon as possible. For example, the reminding information displayed by the user terminal may be "the current road section is a parking-restricted road section, and suggest that you leave as soon as possible", "parking at the position is easy to violate regulations, and suggest that you leave as soon as possible". In some embodiments, the reminder information may include, but is not limited to, one or any combination of text information, image information, voice information, and the like. In some embodiments, the second level reminder information has a higher reminder intensity than the first level reminder information, and the second level reminder information may include one of a high volume level reminder, a high frequency level reminder, a high vibration intensity reminder, and the like. In some embodiments, after the reminding module 240 sends the second level reminding information to the user terminal, after a preset time (e.g., 10s, 15s) interval, if it is detected that the location position of the vehicle where the user is located is still located on the current parking restriction section, the reminding module 240 sends the second level reminding information to the user terminal 130 again until it is detected that the location position of the vehicle where the user is located is not on the parking restriction section.
FIG. 5 is an exemplary flow chart of a method of alerting a user according to some embodiments of the present application. In some embodiments, one or more steps of the method 500 of alerting a user may be implemented in the user alert system 200 shown in FIG. 2.
And step 510, obtaining historical penalty information of the vehicle where the user is located. In particular, step 510 may be performed by the obtaining module 210.
In some embodiments, the obtaining module 210 may obtain historical penalty information for the vehicle in which the user is located. The illegal parking penalty information may include, but is not limited to, illegal vehicles, illegal parking spots, illegal parking time, illegal parking reason, penalty content, penalty units, and the like. In some embodiments, the obtaining module 210 may obtain historical violation penalty information for the user and/or a vehicle associated with the user from an internal device (e.g., the user terminal 130, the storage device 150) or other external source (e.g., a traffic management department) of the user reminder system 100. For example, the obtaining module 210 may obtain violation penalty information pushed by the traffic management department, issued violation notice information, posted ticket, and/or violation penalty information provided by the user, so as to obtain the violation penalty information. In some embodiments, server 110 may obtain penalty data for the past period of time (e.g., 1 year, half year, 3 months, etc.) for the user and/or the vehicle associated with the user.
Step 520, determining whether the historical number of the penalty times of the vehicle is greater than a preset threshold value of the number of the penalty times of the vehicle. Specifically, step 520 may be performed by the determining module 230.
In some embodiments, when the current road segment where the vehicle is located is the parking-restricted road segment, the determining module 230 may determine whether the historical number of penalty times for parking of the vehicle is greater than a preset threshold number of penalty times for parking. For example, the historical number of illegal parking penalties of the vehicle in the past 1 year is 5, the preset threshold of illegal parking penalties is 2, and the historical number of illegal parking penalties of the vehicle can be determined to be greater than the preset threshold of illegal parking penalties by comparing the historical number of illegal parking penalties with the preset threshold of illegal parking penalties. In some embodiments, the preset number of penalty times threshold may be set to different values for different users. For example, the threshold for the number of default violating penalties may be set relatively low (e.g., 2) for users with a high number of historical violating penalties, and relatively high (e.g., 4) for users with a low number of historical violating penalties.
Step 530, responding to the fact that the historical number of the illegal parking penalties of the vehicle is larger than a preset illegal parking penalty number threshold, and determining whether the staying time of the vehicle on the current road section is larger than a second safe staying time, wherein the second safe staying time is smaller than the first safe staying time. In particular, step 530 may be performed by the decision module 230.
In some embodiments, if the historical number of penalty times of the vehicle is greater than a preset threshold of penalty times, determining whether the stay time of the vehicle on the current road section is greater than a second safe stay time. In some embodiments, the second safe stay duration may be different for different road segments. In some embodiments, the second safe stay period for the different road segments may be predetermined, and in some embodiments, the second safe stay period may be determined according to traffic sign information. For example, the processing device may obtain penalty information pushed by the traffic management department, penalty notice information issued by the traffic management department, and/or historical penalty information submitted by a user (e.g., a driver, a passenger), extract information on restricted parking sections from the penalty information, and determine the second safe stay duration according to the penalty information.
For example, if the current road section where the vehicle where the user is located is a parking-restricted road section, and the historical number of violating parking penalties of the vehicle is greater than the preset threshold of the number of violating parking penalties, the user has a greater risk of violating parking on the road section, and therefore, for the case where the current road section is the parking-restricted road section and the historical number of violating parking violations of the user is higher, a second safe parking duration is set, and the second safe parking duration (e.g., 1min) is smaller than the first safe parking duration (e.g., 2min), so that the user can be sent with a warning message of "driving away as soon as possible" in advance.
And 540, responding to the fact that the stay time is longer than a second safe stay time, and sending second-level reminding information to the user terminal. In particular, step 540 may be performed by the reminder module 540.
FIG. 6 is an exemplary flow chart of a method of alerting a user according to some embodiments of the present application. In some embodiments, one or more of the steps of the method 600 of alerting a user may be implemented in the user alert system 200 shown in FIG. 2.
And step 610, when the current road section is not the parking limit road section and the distance between the current road section and the parking limit road section is less than a preset distance threshold value, determining whether the running speed of the vehicle on the current road section is reduced. Specifically, step 610 may be performed by the determining module 630.
In some embodiments, when the current road segment where the vehicle is located is not the parking limit road segment, and the distance between the location position of the vehicle on the current road segment and the parking limit road segment is less than a preset distance threshold, it is determined whether the driving speed of the vehicle on the current road segment is reduced. The preset distance threshold may be set by the system 200 based on different road segments accordingly. For example, when the parking-restricted section is located in a city area, because there are many urban vehicles and the road is complex, the preset distance threshold value may be set to a distance of more than 1km, so that the user receiving the reminding information can timely make an appropriate response, detour the parking-restricted section or drive away from the parking-restricted section as soon as possible; when the restricted parking section is located in a suburban area, the preset distance threshold may be set to about 500 m. In some embodiments, the restricted parking segment may be a no parking segment. Because the no-parking road section does not allow the vehicle to stop, reminding information can be sent to a user terminal of an approaching vehicle running to the no-parking road section in advance to remind the user that the vehicle is not stopped on the no-parking road section, and penalty caused by illegal stopping on the no-parking road section is avoided.
Step 620, responding to the reduction of the running speed of the vehicle on the current road section, and sending the first-level reminding information to the user terminal. In particular, step 620 may be performed by the reminder module 540.
In some embodiments, if the current road segment is not the parking limit road segment and the distance from the parking limit road segment is less than the preset distance threshold, and the driving speed of the vehicle on the current road segment is reduced, it indicates that the vehicle is driving to the parking limit road segment, and the vehicle has a high probability of staying on the parking limit road segment. In some embodiments, the first level reminding information may be used to remind the user that the vehicle is driving to the restricted parking section and should be driven away as soon as possible. For example, the reminding information displayed by the user terminal may be "the vehicle is driving to the parking-restricted road section, and it is recommended that you drive away as soon as possible", "the front XX road section is a parking-violation road section, and it is recommended that you not stop". In some embodiments, the reminder information may include, but is not limited to, one or any combination of text information, image information, voice information, and the like.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a user alert system terminal according to some embodiments of the present application.
