an output component for outputting the measurement result of the measurement component or the tank structure data obtained according to the measurement result;
and the control assembly is electrically connected with the measuring assembly and the output assembly and is used for controlling the work of the measuring assembly and the work of the output assembly.
2. The tank collar plate height measurement device of claim 1, wherein the bracket includes a mounting plate and a leg connected to the mounting plate;
the mounting plate is a circular flat plate, and the measuring assembly is arranged at the circle center of the upper side of the mounting plate;
the supporting legs are hinged with the mounting plate and can be unfolded or folded.

the measuring assembly is rotatably connected with the mounting plate through the first rotating assembly and is used for driving the measuring and ranging assembly to rotate in the horizontal direction;
the second rotating assembly is arranged on the first rotating assembly through a supporting plate and used for driving the distance measuring assembly to rotate in the vertical direction;
the distance measuring assembly is used for measuring the distance from the center of the storage tank ring plate height measuring device to the storage tank ring plate;
the angle monitoring assembly is used for measuring the rotation angles of the first rotating assembly and the second rotating assembly.

The storage tank collar plate height measuring device of claim 4, wherein the range finding assembly is further provided with binocular cameras, the binocular cameras are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the range finding head of the range finding assembly, and the binocular cameras and the range finding head of the range finding assembly are positioned on a horizontal straight line;
the output assembly is a wireless transmission module and is used for transmitting the images collected by the binocular camera, the measurement results of the measurement assembly or the storage tank structure data obtained according to the measurement results to a client.

acquiring the vertical distance between an upper welding point and a lower welding point of an upper ring plate on the same vertical surface;
determining the inner height of the ring plate according to the vertical distance;
rotating a horizontal angle and repeating the steps;
carrying out error elimination on the obtained inner heights of at least two ring plates;
and carrying out temperature correction on the obtained inner heights of at least two ring plates to obtain the inner heights of the ring plates.
7. The storage tank ring plate height measurement method according to claim 6, wherein the obtaining of the vertical distance between the upper weld point and the lower weld point of the upper ring plate on the same vertical plane comprises the following steps:
acquiring the distance from the measuring point to a welding seam on the ring plate;
obtaining the distance from the measuring point to a welding line under the ring plate;
acquiring an included angle between a connecting line from a welding seam on the ring plate to a measuring point and a connecting line from a welding seam under the ring plate to the measuring point;
and determining the vertical distance between the upper welding line point and the lower welding line point of the ring plate according to the distance between the measuring point and the upper welding line of the ring plate, the distance between the measuring point and the lower welding line of the ring plate and the included angle.
8. The method for measuring the height of the storage tank ring plate according to claim 6, wherein the error elimination of the obtained at least two ring plate inner heights comprises the following steps:
