本发明公开了一种具有自锁能力的硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体,所述阀体侧面对称设置有底盖和上接口,所述上接口的上底面开设有贯穿所述阀体侧壁并延伸至底盖的圆柱孔道,所述上接口侧面固定设置有加劲肋,所述阀体的圆柱孔道内转动设置有阀杆,所述阀杆的下端与所述底盖螺纹连接,所述阀杆上固定设置有与所述阀体的通道大小相匹配的阀板,所述阀板位于所述阀体的通道内,所述阀板的侧面通过螺栓固定有密封板。本发明涉及蝶阀技术领域,通过设置阀板、弧形槽、指针、角度盘和蜗轮减速机等,使得蝶阀具有自锁能力,使得阀板可以停在任意位置上,且阀板的弧形槽减小了流体经过阀板时造成的压力损失。

技术领域
本发明涉及蝶阀技术领域,具体为一种具有自锁能力的硬密封蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,可用于低压管道介质的开关控制的蝶阀是指关闭件(阀瓣或蝶板)为圆盘,围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀,通风蝶阀常应用于化工、建材、电站、玻璃等行业中的通风、环保工程的含尘冷风或热风气体管道中,作为气体介质调节流量或切断的管道控制装置,具有启闭方便迅速、省力、流体阻力小、结构简单、体积小、重量轻、低压下可以实现良好的密封、调节性能好等优点。
蝶阀全开到全关通常是小于90°,因阀杆和阀板本身没有自锁能力,因此需要其他的结构对其进行锁定,而当需要让阀板长期处于半开启状态(40°-60°)来控制流量时,受流体的压力,阀板会加快磨损,造成蝶阀损坏,且现有蝶阀大都没有角度盘,无法实时掌握阀板的翻转角度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有自锁能力的硬密封蝶阀,以解决上述背景技术提出的目前市场上的蝶阀长时间处于半开启状态容易解除角度锁定并加快磨损的的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种具有自锁能力的硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体,所述阀体侧面对称设置有底盖和上接口,所述上接口的上底面开设有贯穿所述阀体侧壁并延伸至底盖的圆柱孔道,所述上接口侧面固定设置有加劲肋,所述阀体的圆柱孔道内转动设置有阀杆,所述阀杆的下端与所述底盖螺纹连接,所述阀杆上固定设置有与所述阀体的通道大小相匹配的阀板,所述阀板位于所述阀体的通道内,所述阀板的侧面通过螺栓固定有密封板,所述上接口通过螺栓连接有法兰座,所述法兰座上端通过螺栓连接有涡轮减速机,所述阀杆贯穿所述阀体、阀板、法兰座和涡轮减速机,所述涡轮减速机的侧面输入端螺纹连接有旋转把手。
优选地,所述阀板的一侧面为仿生贝壳流线型设计,且该侧面开设有多个横向设置的弧形槽,所述阀板与密封板之间放置有密封圈,所述密封板为不锈钢材质制成。
优选地,所述阀杆的上端固定设置有指针,所述指针位于所述涡轮减速机上方,所述阀杆上端固定设置有卡扣,所述卡扣与所述涡轮减速机的输出端卡合连接。
优选地,所述涡轮减速机上底面有角度盘,所述涡轮减速机的输入端固定连接有旋转把手,所述涡轮减速机的型号为NMRV-E。
优选地,所述旋转把手上设置有贴合手指的防滑橡胶垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.通过设置阀杆、卡扣、指针、角度盘和涡轮减速机等,使得通过转动旋转把手,经过涡轮减速机的转化达到间接控制阀杆的转动,并且阀杆的转动角度可以在角度盘和指针比对上直观显示,并且涡轮减速机的特性使得蝶阀具有自锁能力,使得阀板可以停在任意位置上;
2.通过设置阀板、弧形槽、密封圈,使得传统的软性密封圈被硬密度金属密封圈代替,既增加了密封性,又延长了使用寿命,并且阀板相对于密封圈的另一面设计成仿生贝壳流线型,并且开设有多个平行的弧形槽,极大的减小了阀板在半开启状态下受到流体经过阀板时因受局部阻力引起的压力损失,使得流体更容易通过蝶阀,而不至于打旋甚至形成涡旋区,减少了附加摩擦和能量损失。

参照图1-4,一种具有自锁能力的硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体1,阀体1侧面对称设置有底盖101和上接口102,上接口102的上底面开设有贯穿阀体1侧壁并延伸至底盖101的圆柱孔道,上接口102侧面固定设置有加劲肋103,阀体1的圆柱孔道内转动设置有阀杆3,阀杆3的下端与底盖101螺纹连接,阀杆3上固定设置有与阀体1的通道大小相匹配的阀板2,阀板2位于阀体1的通道内,阀板2的一侧面为仿生贝壳流线型设计,且该侧面开设有多个横向设置的弧形槽201,极大的减小了阀板2在半开启状态下受到流体经过阀板2时因受局部阻力引起的压力损失,使得流体更容易通过蝶阀,而不至于打旋甚至形成涡旋区,减少了附加摩擦和能量损失,阀板2与密封板8之间放置有密封圈7,密封板8为不锈钢材质制成,既增加了密封性,又延长了其使用寿命,阀板2的侧面通过螺栓固定有密封板8,上接口102通过螺栓连接有法兰座4,法兰座4上端通过螺栓连接有涡轮减速机5,阀杆3贯穿阀体1、阀板2、法兰座4和涡轮减速机5,涡轮减速机5的型号为NMRV-E,涡轮减速机5的特性使得蝶阀具有自锁能力,使得阀板2可以停在任意位置上,阀杆3的上端固定设置有指针302,指针302位于涡轮减速机5上方,阀杆3上端固定设置有卡扣301,卡扣301与涡轮减速机5的输出端卡合连接,涡轮减速机5的侧面输入端螺纹连接有旋转把手6,涡轮减速机5上底面有角度盘501,方便直观的看到阀板2转动的角度,涡轮减速机5的输入端固定连接有旋转把手6,旋转把手6上设置有贴合手指的防滑橡胶垫。
本发明中,使用者将阀体1固定后,手握旋转把手6将其转动,此时涡轮减速机5的输入端带动输出端转动,输出端带动阀杆3转动,阀杆3带动阀板2转动,通过观察指针302和角度盘501,当转动到需要的角度后,松开旋转把手6,此时阀板2自锁并保持此时的角度,流体经过阀板2比之传统的阀板2更为顺畅,受到的压力损失更小,长此以往,在一定程度上增加了流体的流速,且提高了蝶阀本身的使用寿命。

1.一种具有自锁能力的硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体(1),其特征在于,所述阀体(1)侧面对称设置有底盖(101)和上接口(102),所述上接口(102)的上底面开设有贯穿所述阀体(1)侧壁并延伸至底盖(101)的圆柱孔道,所述上接口(102)侧面固定设置有加劲肋(103),所述阀体(1)的圆柱孔道内转动设置有阀杆(3),所述阀杆(3)的下端与所述底盖(101)螺纹连接,所述阀杆(3)上固定设置有与所述阀体(1)的通道大小相匹配的阀板(2),所述阀板(2)位于所述阀体(1)的通道内,所述阀板(2)的侧面通过螺栓固定有密封板(8),所述上接口(102)通过螺栓连接有法兰座(4),所述法兰座(4)上端通过螺栓连接有涡轮减速机(5),所述阀杆(3)贯穿所述阀体(1)、阀板(2)、法兰座(4)和涡轮减速机(5),所述涡轮减速机(5)的侧面输入端螺纹连接有旋转把手(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自锁能力的硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀板(2)的一侧面为仿生贝壳流线型设计,且该侧面开设有多个横向设置的弧形槽(201),所述阀板(2)与密封板(8)之间放置有密封圈(7),所述密封板(8)为不锈钢材质制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自锁能力的硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆(3)的上端固定设置有指针(302),所述指针(302)位于所述涡轮减速机(5)上方,所述阀杆(3)上端固定设置有卡扣(301),所述卡扣(301)与所述涡轮减速机(5)的输出端卡合连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自锁能力的硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述涡轮减速机(5)上底面有角度盘(501),所述涡轮减速机(5)的输入端固定连接有旋转把手(6),所述涡轮减速机5的型号为NMRV-E。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有自锁能力的硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述旋转把手(6)上设置有贴合手指的防滑橡胶垫。
