firstly, based on the size of a roof slope 1, carrying out unitized cell division on glass 4 and a panel 5 to be installed in advance, and respectively assembling the panel 5 and the glass 4 with a main keel and a frame 9 thereof in a factory; a frame connecting piece 65 and a top end connecting piece 66 are arranged on the lower frame 9 of the glass 4 and/or the panel 5 at the ridge 2; the glass 4 at the valley 3 and/or the rim 9 at the lower part of the panel 5 are provided with valley end connectors 74 and square inserts 76.
And step two, firstly positioning and installing the top connecting plate 61 and the valley connecting plate 75 connected with the house main body on site, and adjusting the elevation and the horizontal position.
Step three, synchronously installing a valley adapter 73 connected with the upper part of the valley connecting plate 75, wherein a valley plug-in 733 of the valley adapter 73 is inserted into the valley connecting plate 75 and fixedly connected with the valley connecting plate 75 through a bolt, the valley fastener 731 is connected with the valley plug-in 733 through the valley fastener 731 in the longitudinal direction of the valley connecting plate 75 and fixedly connected with the valley plug-in 733 through a bolt, and the valley U-shaped connecting plates 732 are arranged on the valley connecting plate 75 at intervals in the longitudinal direction and fixedly connected with the top plug-in 733 through a bolt; wherein the valley U-shaped connecting plate 732 and the valley fastener 731 are not installed, which is convenient for subsequent operation.
And step four, installing a top adapter 62 connected with the upper part of the top connecting plate 61, wherein a top plug-in 623 in the top adapter 62 is plugged with the top connecting plate 61 and fixedly connected with the top connecting plate 61 through a bolt, a top fastener 621 is connected with the top plug-in 623 through a bolt in the longitudinal direction of the top connecting plate 61, top L-shaped connecting plates 622 are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the top connecting plate 61 and fixedly connected with the top plug-in 623 through a bolt, and the top fastener 621 at the position of the top L-shaped connecting plate 622 is not installed, so that subsequent construction operation is facilitated.
Step five, sequentially hoisting the glass 4 and the panel 5 marked in sequence in place through mechanical equipment, and firstly connecting the glass 4 at the ridge 2 and/or the frame 9 at the lower part of the panel 5 with the top L-shaped connecting plate 622; wherein, a top fastener 621 is installed on the top L-shaped connecting plate 622 and then sealed by a sealant; then, the waterproof tape 8, the top cover 63 and the top sealing edge 64 on the upper part of the top adapter 62 are sequentially installed, and waterproof and sealing are performed at the joint through the sealant 11.
Step six, connecting the frame 9 at the lower part of the glass 4 and/or the panel 5 at the valley 3 with the valley U-shaped connecting plate 732; wherein a valley fastener 731 is arranged at the valley U-shaped connecting plate 732 and sealed by sealant; sequentially installing a waterproof belt 8 at the upper part of the valley adapter 73, a valley buckle cover 71 and a valley sealing edge 72, and performing waterproof and sealing at the joint through a sealant 11; and (3) waterproofing and sealing the splicing seams which are not positioned on the valleys and the ridges through the foam rods 10 and the sealant 11, thereby completing the installation and construction of the daylighting roof glass curtain wall system.

Claims (10)

1. A semi-unit type daylighting roof glass curtain wall installation system is characterized by comprising a W-shaped roof slope (1), glass (4) or a panel (5) connected to the roof slope (1), a roof connecting piece (6) connected above a ridge (2), a lamp (67) connected to the roof connecting piece (6), and a valley connecting piece (7) connected to a valley (3);
the top connecting piece (6) comprises a top connecting plate (61) connected above the ridge (2), a top adapter (62) connected above the top connecting plate (61), a top buckle cover (63) connected above the top adapter (62), top sealing edges (64) connected to two sides of the top buckle cover (63) and a lamp (67) connected in the top buckle cover (63);
the valley connecting piece (7) comprises a valley connecting plate (75) connected above the valley (3), a valley adaptor (73) connected above the valley connecting plate (75), a valley buckle cover (71) connected above the valley adaptor (73) and valley sealing edges (72) connected at two sides of the valley buckle cover (71);
the top connecting plate (61) and the valley connecting plate (75) are both vertical strip-shaped plates which are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the ridge (2) and the valley (3) at intervals;
waterproof belts (8) are connected between the top buckle cover (63) and the top adapter (62) and between the valley buckle cover (71) and the valley adapter (73), and two ends of each waterproof belt (8) respectively extend to the top end connecting piece (66) and the valley end connecting piece (74) on the side edge of the glass (4) or the panel (5);
the glass panel also comprises two adjacent glasses (4), two adjacent panels (5) or a foam rod (10) and sealant (11) which are filled in the splicing seam at the position where one side is adjacent to the glass (4) and the other side is the panel (5).
2. The semi-unitized daylighting roof glass curtain wall mounting system of claim 1, wherein the top adapter (62) comprises a top fastener (621) attached below the top fastener cover (63), a top insert (623) attached below the top fastener (621), and a top L-shaped tie plate (622) attached intermediate the top fastener (621) and the top insert (623).
3. The semi-unitized daylighting roof glass curtain wall mounting system of claim 2, wherein the top fastener (621) is an inverted U-shaped member with flanges inward on both sides of the opening, and is connected with the top of the top insert (623) through the inward flanges;
the top plug-in (623) comprises a horizontal strip-shaped plate, normally arranged along the ridge (2), and two parallel plates vertically connected below the horizontal strip-shaped plate, which are correspondingly plugged into the top connecting plate (61).

A semi-unitized daylighting roof glass curtain wall mounting system as claimed in claim 3, wherein the female corner of said top L-shaped tie plate (622) is downward, and there are two top L-shaped tie plates (622) and their lateral portions are respectively connected to the top of the top insert (623); each vertical part of each top L-shaped connecting plate (622) is bent upwards and is connected with the corresponding lower frame (9) of the glass (4) through a frame connecting piece (65) which is detachably connected; the frame connecting piece (65) is an F-shaped piece, the back of the F-shaped piece is connected with a lower frame (9) of the glass (4), and an opening at the upper part of the F-shaped piece is adaptively connected with the top L-shaped connecting plate (622) through a set screw.

The semi-unitized daylighting roof glass curtain wall mounting system of claim 4, wherein, the top buckle cover (63) comprises a U-shaped member, L-shaped members connected to both sides of the bottom of the U-shaped member, and a transverse plate inside the U-shaped member for connecting the lamp (67), the female corners of the L-shaped members on both sides are upward and are connected with the bottom edge of the U-shaped member at an obtuse angle, and the outer side surfaces of the L-shaped members are also connected with L-shaped hooks with the female corners downward;
the top sealing edge (64) is connected to the outer side of the glass or the panel (5) and comprises a long L-shaped piece with the downward negative angle, a bulge connected to the outer side of the transverse part of the long L-shaped piece and a U-shaped groove at the top end of the transverse part, and the opening of the U-shaped groove is upwards correspondingly connected with an L-shaped hook on the outer side of the L-shaped piece in the top buckle cover (63).

The semi-unitized daylighting roof glass curtain wall mounting system of claim 1, wherein said valley adapter (73) comprises a valley fastener (731) attached below the valley fastener cover (71), a valley plug-in connection plate attached below the valley fastener (731), and a valley U-shaped connection plate (732) attached intermediate the valley fastener (731) and the valley plug-in (733);
the valley fastener (731) is an inverted U-shaped piece, flanges are arranged on two sides of the opening inwards, and the two sides are connected with the top of the valley plug-in piece (733) through the inwards flanges; the valley plug (733) comprises a cross-bar shaped plate generally disposed along the valley (3) and two parallel plates vertically connected below the cross-bar shaped plate and corresponding to the valley connecting plate (75).

A semi-unitized glazed curtain wall mounting system as claimed in claim 6 wherein the said valley U shaped attachment panel (732) has two sides connected at obtuse angles to the bottom side and the sides are bolted to square inserts (76), the square inserts (76) being removably attached to the rim (9) under the glass (4) or panel (5).

The semi-unitized daylighting roof glass curtain wall mounting system of claim 7, wherein said valley buckle cover (71) comprises a square-shaped member, horizontal bars connected to both sides of the bottom edge of the square-shaped member, vertical bars connected to both sides of the top of the square-shaped member, and a set of L-shaped hooks arranged vertically on the vertical bars and the side edges of the square-shaped member, the female angle of the L-shaped hooks being downward; valley banding (72) are connected respectively in valley buckle closure (71) both sides, contain the L shape piece that the reentrant angle is down, and the L shape inserted bar on a set of reentrant angle is provided with in the L shape vertical part outside, and this L shape inserted bar corresponds the L couple setting of a mouthful style of calligraphy piece side, and L shape horizontal part tip is provided with the back hook that is the acute angle, and the back hook is connected through sealed glue (11) with glass (4) or panel (5) lateral surface.

secondly, positioning and installing a top connecting plate (61) and a valley connecting plate (75) connected with the house main body on site, and adjusting the elevation and the horizontal position;
step three, installing a valley adapter (73) connected with the upper part of the valley connecting plate (75), wherein a valley plug-in (733) of the valley adapter (73) is plugged with the valley connecting plate (75) and fixedly connected with the valley connecting plate through a bolt, a valley fastener (731) is connected with the valley plug-in (733) through a bolt in the longitudinal direction of the valley connecting plate (75), and valley U-shaped connecting plates (732) are arranged on the valley connecting plate (75) at intervals in the longitudinal direction and fixedly connected with the top plug-in (733) through a bolt; wherein the valley fastener (731) at the valley U-shaped connecting plate (732) is not installed, thereby facilitating the subsequent operation;
step four, synchronously installing a top adapter (62) connected with the upper part of the top connecting plate (61), wherein a top plug-in unit (623) in the top adapter (62) is plugged with the top connecting plate (61) and fixedly connected with the top connecting plate through a bolt, a top fastener (621) is connected with the top connecting plate (61) in the longitudinal direction and fixedly connected with the top plug-in unit (623) through a bolt, and top L-shaped connecting plates (622) are arranged on the top connecting plate (61) at intervals in the longitudinal direction and fixedly connected with the top plug-in unit (623) through bolts; wherein the top fastener (621) at the top L-shaped connecting plate (622) is not installed, so that the subsequent construction operation is facilitated;
