In the long-acting electricity-saving two-for-one twister oil, the mass percentage concentration of No. 10 white oil is 93%, the mass percentage concentration of sulfonated kerosene is 3%, the mass percentage concentration of a friction modifier is 0.8%, the mass percentage concentration of an extreme pressure antiwear agent is 1%, the mass percentage concentration of a pour point depressant is 0.2%, the mass percentage concentration of a tackifier is 1%, the mass percentage concentration of an antioxidant is 0.4%, the mass percentage concentration of an antirust agent is 0.5%, and the mass percentage concentration of an antifoaming agent is 0.02%.

In the long-acting electricity-saving two-for-one twister oil, the mass percentage concentration of No. 10 white oil is 91%, the mass percentage concentration of sulfonated kerosene is 5%, the mass percentage concentration of a friction modifier is 0.5%, the mass percentage concentration of an extreme pressure antiwear agent is 2%, the mass percentage concentration of a pour point depressant is 0.1%, the mass percentage concentration of a tackifier is 1%, the mass percentage concentration of an antioxidant is 0.3%, the mass percentage concentration of an antirust agent is 0.4%, and the mass percentage concentration of an antifoaming agent is 0.01%.

the light mechanical oil and No. 320 solvent oil are prepared into 895kg of base oil, and the base oil is uniformly blended under the temperature control of 80 ℃ in a base oil tank and then sent to a blending tank. Then under the stirring state, 50.5Kg of antioxidant preservative (zinc sulfur phosphate compound), 35.2Kg of viscosity temperature energy improver (isobutene composition), 17.8Kg of antiwear agent (sulfur-containing benzyl compound), 1.48Kg of antirust agent (alkenyl succinic acid) and O.02kg of defoaming agent (silicone oil) are sequentially added, stirred for 1-3 hours under the temperature control of 80 ℃ in a mixing tank, and then filtered to obtain the anti-corrosion agent.
The comparison of the embodiment of the invention with the comparative example and the grade specification index data of 'L-FD first grade' in the national SH/T0017 and 1990 bearing oil petrochemical industry standard are listed in the following table:

the data in the table show that the long-acting electricity-saving two-for-one twister oil provided by the invention has better high-temperature safety, low-temperature fluidity, metal corrosion resistance and wear resistance bearing capacity, and various physical and chemical detection values of the embodiment all meet the grade specification index requirement of 'L-FD first-grade products' in the national SH/T0017 + 1990 'bearing oil' petrochemical industry standard.
Comparing the data of examples 1-4 and comparative example 1 in the table above, it can be seen that the invention greatly improves the upper limit of safe use temperature and low temperature fluidity of oil products by optimizing and reasonably blending the raw material components.

Claims (10)

1. A long-acting power-saving two-for-one twister oil is characterized in that: the long-acting electricity-saving two-for-one twister oil comprises, by mass, 90% -95% of No. 10 white oil, 2% -5% of sulfonated kerosene, 0.5% -1% of friction improver, 1% -3% of extreme pressure antiwear agent, 0.1% -0.2% of pour point depressant, 1% -3% of tackifier, 0.2% -0.4% of antioxidant, 0.3% -0.5% of antirust agent and 0.01% -0.02% of anti-foaming agent.
2. The long-acting power-saving two-for-one twister oil of claim 1, wherein: the No. 10 white oil is in the specification of industrial white oil (II) in NB/SH/T0006-.
3. The long-acting power-saving two-for-one twister oil of claim 1, wherein: the sulfonated kerosene is No. 5 specification in national standard GB 1922-2006 paint and cleaning solvent oil.
4. The long-acting power-saving two-for-one twister oil of claim 1, wherein: the friction modifier is ethylene glycol oleate.
5. The long-acting power-saving two-for-one twister oil of claim 1, wherein: the extreme pressure antiwear agent is organic boric acid ester.
6. The long-acting power-saving two-for-one twister oil of claim 1, wherein: the pour point depressant is one or a mixture of poly-alpha-olefin-2 or poly-methacrylic acid C6-C18 ester.
7. The long-acting power-saving two-for-one twister oil of claim 1, wherein: the tackifier is an isoprene styrene star copolymer.
8. The long-acting power-saving two-for-one twister oil of claim 1, wherein: the antioxidant is any one or a mixture of more than two of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, 4' -methylene bis (2, 6-di-tert-butylphenol), dinonyl diphenylamine and N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine.
9. The long-acting power-saving two-for-one twister oil of claim 1, wherein: the antirust agent is any one or the mixture of more than two of dodecenylsuccinic acid, barium petroleum sulfonate and barium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate, and the antifoaming agent is the mixture of any one or two of acrylic ester, ether copolymer and polymethylsilicone oil.
10. The preparation method of the long-acting electricity-saving two-for-one twister oil of claim 1 is characterized in that: weighing No. 10 white oil, sulfonated kerosene, a friction modifier, an extreme pressure antiwear agent, a pour point depressant, a tackifier, an antioxidant, an antirust agent and an antifoaming agent according to mass percentage; firstly, adding No. 10 white oil and sulfonated kerosene into a reaction vessel in sequence, then adding a friction modifier, an extreme pressure antiwear agent, a pour point depressant, a tackifier, an antioxidant, an antirust agent and an antifoaming agent into the reaction vessel in sequence, stirring the mixture for 0.5 to 1 hour at the temperature of 55 to 60 ℃ and at the normal pressure at the rotating speed of 50r/min, and filtering the mixture into a finished product tank after all materials are dissolved to obtain the long-acting electricity-saving two-for-one twister oil.
