Technical Field

Background
Corrugated boxes are widely applied to product packaging, various publicity color pages are often required to be printed on the surfaces of the corrugated boxes in order to beautify the product packaging, but the corrugated boxes for packaging large-sized products, particularly the corrugated boxes for export furniture, cannot be printed and formed at one time by an offset press. Because the shape of the carton is larger, a single piece of color printing can be printed firstly and then is attached to the outer surface of the carton. The color page pasting mode has various different requirements, one paper box is pasted with one paper, and two paper boxes, three paper boxes and even four paper boxes are pasted with one paper box; some are smaller and some are larger; one color surface spans two or even three surfaces. Some cross from the height direction to the direction of the rocking cover, as shown in figure 1. The requirement of pasting based on the color pages is complex, and the manual pasting mode is adopted in the prior art, so that the pasting speed is slow and the efficiency is low.

Fig. 2 to 4 show an implementation form of the present invention, which includes at least one set of color sheet pasting device and a PLC system, wherein the color sheet pasting device includes: the first telescopic cylinder 2, the main roller 3, the gluing roller 4, the smoothing roller 5 and the conveyor belt 6 are fixed on the bracket 1; a piston rod of the first telescopic cylinder 2 is fixedly connected with a feeder suction head 7, a material table 9 for storing color pages 8 is arranged below the feeder suction head 7, first air suction holes 10 are distributed on the outer surface of the main roller 3, a hollow first cavity 11 is contained in the main roller, and the first air suction holes 10 are communicated with the first cavity 11; the outer edge of the main roller 3 is further provided with a notch 12 which extends along the circumferential direction of the main roller 3, the notch 12 internally comprises a hollow telescopic air cavity 13, the inner side of the telescopic air cavity 13 is connected with a second telescopic air cylinder 14 which is radially arranged, the outer side of the telescopic air cavity is consistent with the circumference of the main roller 3, second air suction holes 15 are distributed on the outer surface of the telescopic air cavity 13, the second air suction holes 15 are communicated with the inside of the telescopic air cavity 13, and control signals of the PLC system are respectively connected with the first telescopic air cylinder 2, the flight suction head 7, the main roller 3, the telescopic air cavity 13 and the second telescopic air cylinder 14.

as shown in fig. 7, the PLC system controls the second telescopic cylinder 14 to extend outward, and at the same time, the telescopic air cavity 13 generates negative pressure, and the color sheet 8 at the top end of the main drum 3 is sucked through the second air suction holes 15 on the surface of the telescopic air cavity 13, so that the linear speed of the rotation outside the main drum 3 is adjusted to be consistent with the forward speed of the conveyor belt 6; as shown in fig. 8, the second telescopic cylinder 14 retracts inward, and the negative pressure in the telescopic air cavity 13 is maintained, so as to drive the color sheet 8 to rotate along the circumferential direction of the main drum 3. The first cavity 11 in the main roller 3 also generates negative pressure, and the rest part of the colorful page 8 is adsorbed on the surface of the main roller 3 through the first air-absorbing holes 10 on the surface of the main roller 3 and rotates together with the main roller 3; the piston rod of the first telescopic cylinder 2 retracts horizontally to drive the flight suction head 7 to return to the initial position.
As shown in fig. 8, when the telescopic air cavity 13 and the main drum 3 drive the color sheet 8 to rotate clockwise and pass through the glue applying roller 4, the glue applying roller 4 applies glue solution on the outer surface of the color sheet 8 to finish the gluing of the color sheet 8; as shown in fig. 9, the telescopic air cavity 13 and the main drum 3 continue to rotate to the bottommost end of the main drum 3, the initial position of the first group of colored sheets adhered on the upper surface of the packing box 16 also just reaches the bottommost end, the negative pressure in the telescopic air cavity 13 is released, the outer surface of the colored sheets 8 adhered with glue is contacted with the packing box 16 and starts to be automatically adhered, along with the continuous rotation of the main drum 3, the negative pressure of the first cavity 11 in the main drum 3 is gradually released, so that the whole colored sheets 8 are adhered on the packing box 16, then the conveying belt 6 is led to continue to advance towards the flattening roller 5, and the colored sheets 8 are further flattened on the upper surface of the packing box 16 through the flattening roller 5.
Repeating the above process, and automatically pasting the multiple color pages on the designated position on the upper surface of the packing box 16 through the corresponding pasting devices in sequence.
In another example, one side of the recess 12 coincides with the radial direction of the main drum 3, the other side of the recess transitions to the outer circumference edge of the main drum 3 along an arc line, and the shape of the telescopic air cavity 13 matches with the shape of the recess 12. By adopting the scheme, the telescopic air cavity 13 can keep consistent with the outer edge of the main roller 3, the top end of the telescopic air cavity can extend upwards to reliably absorb the color sheet 8, and the retracted color sheet 8 can be driven to rotate along with the main roller 3. Also, this manner is merely an illustration of a preferred example, but not limited thereto. The present invention can be implemented according to the implementation mode of the user's requirement.
One way of implementing the glue roller 4 in the above solution is: the sizing roller 4 comprises a hard anilox roller 401 and a rubber scraping roller 403, and a glue solution pool 402 is arranged between the hard anilox roller 401 and the rubber scraping roller 403. One way of realizing the second air suction hole 15 in the above scheme is as follows: the distribution density of the second air suction holes 15 along the outer surface of the telescopic air cavity 13 is 3-5 times that of the first air suction holes 10 along the outer surface of the main roller 3. By adopting the scheme, the telescopic air cavity 13 can attract and pull the front end of the colorful page 8 more reliably.

By adopting the scheme, the system can realize automatic pasting of 3-5 sheets of color pages in one-time flow production, and the requirement of pasting the color pages on most packaging boxes is met.
