Traditional auto repair slide structure is comparatively simple, and the back cushion that plays supporting role to maintainer head is usually fixed, when maintainer need go on carefully observing the vehicle bottom part, because maintainer's head need keep lifting the state, the back cushion can not play the supporting role to the head this moment.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a foldable service slide for a vehicle, which can freely adjust the height of a headrest according to the needs of a service worker.
The invention achieves the purpose through the following technical scheme, the folding type automobile maintenance slide plate comprises a slide plate body, a back cushion is arranged on one side of the slide plate body, an adjusting structure is connected between the back cushion and the slide plate body, the adjusting structure comprises an installation block, a sleeve, a threaded rod, a supporting sliding rod and a jacking block, the top side of the installation block is fixedly connected with the back cushion, the installation block is connected with the slide plate body in a sliding mode, the bottom side of the installation block is provided with an inclined surface structure, one side of the jacking block is connected with the bottom side of the installation block in a sliding mode, the sleeve penetrates through the jacking block, two ends of the sleeve are respectively connected with the slide plate body in a rotating mode, the threaded rod is respectively connected with two sides of the sleeve in a sliding mode, one side of the threaded rod is connected with the jacking block in a threaded mode, the supporting sliding rod is abutted between the two, the support slide bar is connected with the inner side of the sleeve in a sliding manner, and a folding structure is arranged on the bottom side of the slide plate body.
Preferably, in order to facilitate that the two threaded rods can automatically slide back, so as to release the threaded connection state with the jacking block, the adjusting structure further comprises a second spring, and two ends of the second spring are respectively and fixedly connected to opposite side surfaces of the two threaded rods.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the bottom side of the back cushion for supporting the head of a maintenance worker is connected with an installation block, the bottom side of the installation block is provided with an inclined plane structure, the inclined side face of a jacking block in a trapezoid structure is in sliding connection with the installation block, the back cushion can be pushed to change the height through the sliding of the jacking block, so that different use requirements of the maintenance worker can be met, the position of the back cushion can be kept simultaneously in order to facilitate the adjustment of the position of the jacking block, a sleeve pipe penetrates through the inside of the jacking block, threaded rods are respectively in sliding connection with the two sides of the sleeve pipe, one side of each threaded rod is in threaded connection with the jacking block, the other side of each threaded rod is abutted against a support sliding rod, so that the threaded connection state between each threaded rod and the jacking block is kept, the jacking block can be driven to slide when the sleeve pipe rotates, so that the height of the back cushion is adjusted and kept, the threaded rod loses the supporting effect and has removed the threaded connection state of threaded rod and jack-up piece promptly, and jack-up piece reverse slip under the pressure of back cushion realizes the quick reset to the back cushion.
