In this embodiment, the rotating table 2 intermittently moves through the driving assembly, and the feeding assembly, the stamping assembly, the forming assembly 7, the supporting assembly 5 and the discharging assembly 6 are matched with the driving assembly, so that feeding, stamping and discharging are simultaneously performed, and the stamping efficiency is improved.
Example two
The structure of this embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that an annular platform 303 is fixed on the outer side wall of the charging barrel 3, the bottom surface of the annular platform 303 is a conical surface, the bottom surface of the mounting barrel 105 is correspondingly inclined, a plurality of fixing plates 106 are uniformly fixed on the outer side of the mounting barrel 105 along the circumferential direction, the inner side of each fixing plate 106 is connected with a pressing block 107 through a spring, the inner section of the pressing block 107 penetrates through the side wall of the mounting cylinder 105 and extends into the mounting cylinder 105, the top of the inner end is correspondingly provided with an inclined surface, when the charging barrel 3 drives the annular table 303 to move downwards, the bottom surface of the annular table 303 is contacted with the inclined surface of the pressing block 107, and the pressing block 107 is moved outward by the pressing action, and finally comes into contact with the vertical side wall of the annular table 303, thereby through the effect of spring and briquetting 107 with feed cylinder 3 chucking, avoid it to remove at will, and the installation of feed cylinder 3 with take out simple and convenient.
EXAMPLE III
The structure of this embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that a blanking port 506 is arranged at the center of the supporting block 501, a blanking groove 507 is arranged at the bottom of the supporting block 501 corresponding to the blanking port 506, the ground of the blanking groove 507 is inclined, an outlet is arranged at the lower end of the blanking groove, and the punched waste material falls through the blanking cavity 704, enters the blanking groove 507 through the blanking port 506, and moves outwards along the bottom surface of the blanking groove 507, so that the waste material is convenient to collect.
Example four
The structure of this embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that the first pressing plate 604 located at the outer side extends outwards, and the two sides are stacked to fix the vertical side plates 606, the distance between the two side plates 606 is greater than the diameter of the fixed platform 702, after the fixed platform 702 moves downwards and is separated from the limiting groove 203, the fixed platform 702 is inclined by the blanking assembly 6, so that the stamping part falls down from the fixed platform 702, the stamping part moves outwards along the top plate 102 of the first pressing plate 604 at the outer side, and the position of the stamping part is limited by the side plates 606, so that the stamping part can smoothly enter the collecting groove 609.

rotate and evenly be equipped with a plurality of circular shape feed chute (201) along circumferencial direction on platform (2), the lower part of feed chute (201) is equipped with spacing groove (203) with one heart, and every spacing groove (203) department all is equipped with shaping subassembly (7), top one side of feed chute (201) is fixed with lug (202), and lug (202) correspond with the feeding subassembly and are connected, the bottom of rotating platform (2) is connected with drive assembly.

The stamping and collecting device for the production and processing of automobile parts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises a rotating cylinder (204) fixed at the center of the bottom surface of the rotating table (2), the rotating cylinder (204) is rotatably connected with the fixed shaft (103), a grooved wheel (205) is fixed at the lower part of the rotating cylinder (204), the number of grooves arranged in the grooved wheel (205) is equal to the number of limiting grooves (203) on the rotating table (2), a dial (206) is connected with the grooved wheel (205), a motor is connected with the dial (206), and the motor is fixedly connected with the bottom of the fixed shaft (103).

The stamping and collecting device for the production and processing of the automobile parts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the forming assembly (7) comprises a moving plate (701), a fixed platform (702) is fixed at the center of the top surface of the moving plate (701), the top end of the fixed platform (702) extends into the corresponding limit groove (203), a stamping groove (703) is arranged at the center of the top surface of the fixed platform (702), a blanking cavity (704) is arranged at the center of the bottom surface, the bottom surface of the stamping groove (703) is set to be in a corresponding shape according to actual processing requirements, a stamping hole is arranged at the bottom surface of the stamping groove (703), the stamping hole is connected with the blanking cavity (704), telescopic shafts (705) are symmetrically fixed at two sides of the top surface of the moving plate (701), telescopic barrels (707) are correspondingly arranged at two sides of the fixed platform (702), and the top end of the telescopic barrels (707) is rotatably connected with the bottom surface of the rotating platform (2), the top end of the telescopic shaft (705) penetrates into the corresponding telescopic cylinder (707) and is fixed with a sliding block (706), the sliding block (706) is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the telescopic cylinder (707), and a spring is arranged between the bottom surface of the telescopic cylinder (707) and the bottom surface of the telescopic cylinder (706).

The stamping and collecting device for the production and processing of the automobile parts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supporting component (5) comprises two threaded cylinders (503) rotatably connected with the base (1), a first belt pulley (504) is fixed on each threaded cylinder (503), the two first belt pulleys (504) are correspondingly connected through a transmission belt, a first bevel gear (505) is further fixed on one of the threaded cylinders (503), a second bevel gear is engaged with the first bevel gear (505), the second bevel gear is connected with a motor, a threaded rod (502) is connected in each threaded cylinder (503) in a threaded manner, the top ends of the two threaded rods (502) extend out of the threaded cylinders (503) and are jointly fixed with a supporting block (501), and the supporting block (501) is located below the stamping head (401).

The stamping and collecting device for the production and processing of automobile parts as claimed in claim 7, wherein the support block (501) is provided with a blanking port (506) at the center, the bottom of the support block (501) is provided with a blanking slot (507) at a position corresponding to the blanking port (506), the ground of the blanking slot (507) is inclined, and the lower end of the blanking slot is provided with an outlet.
