Claims (10)

1. A metering pump module comprising: the device comprises a power device, a transmission device, an inlet, an outlet and a pump body, and is characterized by also comprising at least two metering screws, screw bushings with the same number as the metering screws, and a gluing device;
The pump body is a support mounting carrier of the transmission device and the screw bush;
the metering screw is positioned in the screw bushing, and the gluing device is connected with the outlet;
the screw bushing comprises a first screw bushing and a second screw bushing, the first screw bushing and the second screw bushing are connected through a channel, the first screw bushing is connected with the inlet, and the second screw bushing is connected with the outlet;
when the device works, fluid enters the first screw rod bushing through the inlet, the power device drives the metering screw rod in the first screw rod bushing through the transmission device to enable the fluid to flow and enter the channel, the power device drives the metering screw rod in the second screw rod bushing through the transmission device to enable the fluid to flow to the outlet from the channel, and the gluing device is used for gluing.
2. The metering pump module of claim 1, wherein a gap between the metering screw and the screw bushing is adjustable.
3. The metering pump module of claim 1, wherein the included angle between the first screw bushing and the second screw bushing is greater than 0 degrees and less than or equal to 180 degrees.

9. A glue application apparatus comprising the metering hose pump module of claim 1, further comprising a glue tank, the glue tank being connected to the inlet, and a power control unit for controlling the rotational speed of the metering screw according to the difference of the fluids.
10. The gluing system of claim 9, further comprising a flow control unit, a pressure control unit, a glue supply unit, a glue tank level measurement unit, a human-computer interface, a communication unit, and a flow channel cleaning unit;
the glue supply unit supplies glue liquid in the glue tank to the inlet of the metering pump module through pressure,
the flow control unit controls the flow range according to different applied control flows, the pressure control unit controls the pressure range according to different fluids, the glue tank liquid level measurement unit detects the liquid level of glue liquid, when the liquid level is too low, replacement is prompted, the human-computer interface is suitable for parameter adjustment, daily operation or maintenance, the communication unit is communicated with an upper computer, and the flow channel cleaning unit cleans the flow channel of the metering pump module.
