The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, a door panel 12 is placed into a machine table 2 from a feeding hole 6, then an attached device 7 adsorbs and fixes the surface of the door panel 12, meanwhile, a paint spraying valve 5 is used for spraying paint on the other surface of the door panel 12, after the paint spraying is finished, a second servo motor drives an adsorption device 7 and the door panel 12 to rotate downwards by 180 degrees through a first rotating shaft 8, meanwhile, another adsorption device 7 can adsorb another door panel 12 and spray paint, then an air cylinder 21 drives the adsorption device 7 to move downwards through a piston rod 22, after a distance sensor 15 monitors that the door panel 12 reaches a proper position, an air stay bar 19 is started through a controller 16, then a clamping device 18 fixes the door panel 12, a vacuum pump 24 is closed, the adsorption device 7 moves upwards, then, the baking is carried out through a baking lamp 13, after the baking is finished, a first servo motor 20 drives the door panel 12 in the clamping device 18 to rotate, then the vacuum pump 24 is opened again and the cylinder 21 drives the adsorption device 7 to move downwards again and adsorb the door panel 12, meanwhile the distance sensor 15 monitors the position change of the door panel 12, then the air stay rod 19 contracts to loosen the clamping device 18, the adsorption device 7 can drive the door panel 12 to rotate continuously for 180 degrees to spray paint on the other surface of the door panel 12, meanwhile, the other adsorption device 7 drives the other door panel 12 to perform baking operation, the operation is repeated in a circulating mode, and finally the operator takes out the door panel 12 which is painted out from the discharge hole 23.
