Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the treadmill of the present invention includes a treadmill 1 and a handrail frame 2, the treadmill 1 has a first surface a and a second surface B, and includes a motor device 3 and a frame 11, the frame 11 has a front section 1a, an extended middle section 1B and an extended rear section 1c, the motor device 3 is disposed on the front section 1a of the frame 11, the front section 1a is provided with a main transmission shaft 31 and a wheel shaft, the motor device 3 drives the wheel shaft, and the wheel shaft drives the main transmission shaft 31; and, the rear section 1c of the frame 11 is provided with a shaft lever 32; and the running unit is arranged on the inner surface of the frame body 11 of the running platform 1; the armrest frame 2 comprises a main frame 21 and an auxiliary frame 23 pivoted to the main frame 21, two ends of the main frame 21 are sleeved on the two supports 22 and are mutually assembled by a group of pipe parts 24, so that the main frame 21 can move up and down on the two supports 22, the group of pipe parts 24 are provided with a positioning component 241, and the positioning component 241 has the function of positioning after fixing the main frame 21 on the supports 22 after displacement adjustment; and, the two brackets 22 are provided with a shaft tube part 221 near one end of the tube assembling part 24, the shaft tube part 221 can be axially rotated on the brackets 22; one side of the axle tube 221 is provided with a pivot 222, and the pivot 222 is pivotally connected to the sub-frame 23; the adjusting device comprises a first adjusting part 25, a second adjusting part 26 and a third adjusting part 27, wherein the first adjusting part 25, the second adjusting part 26 and the third adjusting part 27 are respectively arranged at the middle section 1b of the running platform frame body; the bracket tail end 22a of the bracket 22 is pivoted on the second adjusting part 26; and, the tail end of the subframe 23 has a combination part 23a, the combination part 23a can be pivoted and sleeved on the first adjusting part 25 or the third adjusting part 27; as shown in fig. 4, the running unit includes a running belt 12, a first support plate 13, a second support plate 14 and a plurality of buffer members 15, wherein the running belt 12 is an annular belt body, one end of which is sleeved on the main transmission shaft 31, and the other end of which extends is sleeved on the shaft rod 32; two sides of the first bearing plate 13 and the second bearing plate 14 are respectively and fixedly arranged at the inner side of the frame body 1; and the running belt 12 surrounds and surrounds the first bearing plate 13 and the second bearing plate 14; the plurality of buffer components 15 are evenly arranged between the first bearing plate 13 and the second bearing plate 14 at intervals, and the buffer components 15 are defined as interlayer spaces arranged between the first bearing plate 13 and the second bearing plate 14 and used for separating the first bearing plate 13 from the second bearing plate 14, thereby providing a buffer function for pressing the runner; the buffer component 15 can be a component with elasticity such as a spring or foam; and, the motor device 3 drives the main transmission shaft 31 to rotate in one direction, and the main transmission shaft 31 drives the running belt to move around in one direction.
