Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent home furnishing, in particular to a household floor washing machine and a self-cleaning method thereof.
Background
In the prior art, floor washers are generally divided into commercial floor washers and household floor washers, the commercial floor washers are generally used in places with large areas, such as factories, garages, shopping malls and supermarkets, and the household floor washers are generally suitable for families with small areas (generally less than 200 square meters). The household floor washing machine mainly comprises a floor washing machine main body and a floor brush, wherein a rolling brush for washing the ground is arranged in the floor brush; a water tank (for supplying water to the rolling brush) and a sewage tank (for collecting sewage) are arranged on the floor washing machine main body; the device is also provided with a controller, a liquid spraying device, a rolling brush motor for controlling the rolling brush, a suction device and a main machine motor for controlling the suction device; the liquid spraying device, the rolling brush motor and the host motor are respectively connected with the controller. When the device works, the liquid spraying device is in an open state, and liquid is sprayed to the rolling brush; the rolling brush motor is in an open state, so that the rolling brush rotates; the main machine motor is in an open state, and liquid (sewage) flowing through the rolling brush is sucked to the liquid suction pipeline and finally flows into the sewage tank. Such a small-sized household floor washing machine is popular because of its elements such as convenience in use, convenience in cleaning, and intellectualization.
However, practical application finds that water stains are often left on the roller brush after the existing household floor washing machine finishes the cleaning work and stops the equipment, which not only causes extremely poor experience for customers, but also has practical adverse effects that the residual water stains can cause people to slip, and in addition, the residual water stains can mildew for a long time, thereby bringing sanitary potential hazards.
In order to solve the above problems, the conventional treatment method is to use manual operation, i.e., to detach the rolling brush from the floor brush, and then to clean and dry (such as drying in the sun, air drying, etc.). However, obviously, the method needs a lot of manpower, is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and is very original in the current intelligent large environment.
Therefore, a self-cleaning method for the household floor washing machine is developed, so that the household floor washing machine can perform self-cleaning after the cleaning work is finished, and water stains on the rolling brush are removed, so that the household floor washing machine is more sanitary and intelligent, and the user experience is improved.

controlling a liquid spraying device to intermittently spray liquid to the rolling brush; meanwhile, the motor of the main machine is controlled to work continuously, and liquid flowing through the rolling brush is sucked to the liquid suction pipeline; and controlling the liquid spraying device and the host motor to stop working when the set conditions are met.
In the above technical solution, the controlling the liquid spraying device and the host motor to stop working when the set condition is satisfied includes at least one of the following operations:
(1) controlling the liquid spraying device and the host motor to stop working when the self-cleaning mode is satisfied and the operation is performed for a set time;
(2) when the humidity of the rolling brush is smaller than or equal to a set humidity threshold value, controlling the liquid spraying device and a main machine motor to stop working;
(3) when the humidity of the liquid suction pipeline is smaller than or equal to a set humidity threshold value, controlling the liquid spraying device and a main machine motor to stop working;

a first rotating speed stage: controlling the rotating speed of the rolling brush to be 100-3000 r/min for 1-30 seconds;
and a second rotating speed stage: the rotating speed of the rolling brush is controlled to be 100-5000 revolutions per minute and lasts for 1-60 seconds.
Namely, in the self-cleaning mode, the rotating speed of the rolling brush is staged, the rotating speed in the first stage is slow, and the main function is to uniformly spray the liquid spray as much as possible and then to clean the rolling brush in all directions; the second stage has fast rotation speed and has the main function of spin-drying the roller brush to improve the drying effect of the roller brush.
