1. An environment-friendly dust removal device for building construction is characterized by comprising a mobile cart, a dust collection mechanism and an auxiliary pushing mechanism, wherein the left side and the right side of the rear end of the mobile cart are respectively provided with a supporting rod, the upper parts of the two supporting rods are provided with a push rod, the lower parts of the front end and the rear end of the mobile cart are respectively provided with a supporting shaft, the left end and the right end of each supporting shaft are respectively provided with a climbing wheel assembly, each climbing wheel assembly comprises a triangular support and a roller wheel, the triangular support is arranged at the end part of each supporting shaft and can rotate around the supporting shaft, and the triangular support is provided with three roller wheels which can coaxially rotate along the supporting shafts; the dust collection mechanism comprises a dust cover, a dust collection nozzle, a dust collection centrifugal fan, a large impurity filter box, a dust absorption water tank and a storage battery, wherein the left side and the right side of the front end of the mobile cart are respectively provided with an inverted L-shaped support, a connecting plate is arranged between the supporting cross rods of the inverted L-shaped supports, the left side and the right side of the upper part of the dust cover are respectively provided with a guide rod, two guide rods are arranged between the guide rods, the upper part of each guide rod is sleeved on the corresponding supporting cross rod, the upper part of each adjusting threaded rod is sleeved on the corresponding connecting plate, the dust collection nozzle can lift up and down through a rotary adjusting threaded rod and is arranged in the dust cover, the dust collection centrifugal fan, the large impurity filter box and the dust absorption water tank are sequentially arranged on the supporting plate of the mobile cart in a front-to-back mode, the dust outlet end of the dust collection nozzle is connected with the air inlet end of the, the air outlet end of the dust collection centrifugal fan is connected with a first air inlet pipe of the large impurity filtering box through a second pipeline, a first air outlet pipe is arranged on the upper portion of the rear side of the large impurity filtering box, a large impurity filtering net is arranged in the first air outlet pipe, the front side face of the large impurity filtering net is flush with the rear side face of the interior of the large impurity filtering box, a cleaning mechanism is arranged on the upper portion of the large impurity filtering box and comprises a pressing cross rod, a pressing guide rod, a spring and a cleaning plate, the pressing guide rod is arranged on the upper side wall of the large impurity filtering box, the pressing cross rod is fixedly arranged on the upper portion of the pressing guide rod, the cleaning plate is fixedly arranged on the lower portion of the pressing guide rod, the rear side of the cleaning plate is attached to the rear side face of the interior of the large impurity filtering box, the spring is sleeved on the pressing guide rod and clamped between the upper side wall of the large impurity filtering box and the pressing cross rod, the dust absorption centrifugal fan comprises a dust absorption water tank, a first air inlet pipe, a second air outlet pipe, a conical dispersion cover, a bubble dispersion plate, a storage battery and a dust absorption centrifugal fan, wherein the upper part of the dust absorption water tank is respectively provided with the second air inlet pipe and the second air outlet pipe, the first air outlet pipe and the second air inlet pipe are connected through a third pipeline, the air outlet end of the second air inlet pipe extends into clear water in the dust absorption water tank, the lower part of the air outlet end of the second air inlet pipe is provided with the conical dispersion cover, the dust absorption water tank is internally provided with the bubble dispersion plate, the bubble dispersion plate is positioned in the clear water in the dust absorption water tank, the second air inlet pipe penetrates through the bubble dispersion plate, the bubble dispersion plate is provided with a plurality of air vents, the lower plane of the bubble dispersion plate;

The environment-friendly dust removing equipment for building construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein a roller brush is arranged in the dust cover and in front of the dust suction nozzle, a driving motor for driving the roller brush to rotate is arranged outside the protective cover, and the storage battery supplies power to the driving motor.
3. The environment-friendly dust removing device for building construction as claimed in claim 2, wherein the dust suction nozzle is duckbilled.
4. The environment-friendly dust collecting equipment for building construction as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein a switch door is arranged at one side of the large impurity filtering tank, and the switch door is in sealing connection with the large impurity filtering tank when in a closed state.

The environment-friendly dust removing equipment for building construction as claimed in claim 4, wherein a connecting rod is arranged at the lower part of the spur rack, two connecting lugs are arranged on the top plate, and the lower part of the connecting rod is hinged between the two connecting lugs.
6. The environment-friendly dust removing equipment for building construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein a limit frame for auxiliary fixing of the top plate is provided at the rear side of the upper part of the supporting plate.
7. The environment-friendly dust removing device for building construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein a drain pipe is provided at the bottom of the dust adsorption water tank, and a rubber plug is provided on the drain pipe.
