The button 32 is moved in the opposite direction to the positioning post 34 by the steering mechanism 4.
The above-described steering mechanism 4 includes an S-shaped block 41, a diagonal groove 42, a transverse groove 43, a diagonal block 44, and a guide pipe 45. The guide tube 45 is fixed on the support seat 31, and the positioning column 34 is slidably connected in the guide tube 45. The ends of the S-shaped block 41 are abutted against the inclined blocks 44, the outer wall of the S-shaped block 41 is slidably coupled in the transverse grooves 43, and the middle of the S-shaped block 41 is slidably coupled in the inclined grooves 42.
Pressing the button 32, the inclined block 44 pushes the S-shaped block 41 to move along the length direction of the transverse slot 43, and meanwhile, the middle portion of the S-shaped block 41 abuts against the inner wall of the inclined slot 42, so that the positioning column 34 can move towards the direction close to the button 32 and the return spring 35 is deformed to generate elastic force, and at the moment, the positioning column 34 is pulled out from the positioning hole 33. Similarly, the button 32 is released, the return spring 35 returns the button 32 and the positioning column 34 under the action of the elastic force of the return spring, and the S-shaped block 41 is returned, so that the operation is simple and convenient.
The power mechanism 5 includes a driving rod 51, a column 52, a sliding slot 53, a sliding block 54, a rotating shaft 55 and a conducting assembly 6. The upright column 52 is fixed on the inner wall of the water tank 1 and is arranged vertically, the driving rod 51 is rotatably connected to the lower end of the upright column 52, and the driving rod 51 is driven by a motor (not shown in the figure). The chute 53 is opened on the column 52, so that the chute 53 is vertically arranged. The slider 54 is slidably connected to the slide groove 53.
The rotation shaft 55 is rotatably connected to the slider 54 and detachably connected to the support net 2. The driving rod 51 rotates and rotates while moving the rotating shaft 55 along the sliding groove 53 through the conducting member 6.
The conducting member 6 includes a strip 61, a ring gear 62 and a gear 63. The strip-shaped plate 61 is fixed on the driving rod 51, and the toothed ring 62 is fixed on the outer wall of the strip-shaped plate 61; the gear 63 is fixed to the rotary shaft 55 and meshes with the ring gear 62.
The motor drives the driving rod 51 to rotate, the driving rod 51 drives the strip-shaped plate 61 to rotate, and the toothed ring 62 rotates along the axis of the driving rod 51. The gear ring 62 pushes the gear 63 to move and simultaneously drives the gear 63 to rotate, so that the gear 63 drives the slider 54 to move upwards along the chute 53 and move downwards through gravity to realize reciprocating motion. That is, the support net 2 rotates while moving up and down along with the rotation shaft 55, and the structure is reliable.
In order to facilitate the attachment and detachment of the support net 2 to and from the rotary shaft 55, a support pipe 71 is fixed to the support net 2, and a slide hole 72 through which the support pipe 71 is inserted is opened in the rotary shaft 55. The slide hole 72 is provided coaxially with the rotary shaft 55. A cross bar 73 is fixed in the support tube 71, a spring piece 74 is fixed on the cross bar 73, and a sliding column 75 is fixed at one end of the spring piece 74 far away from the cross bar 73. A guide hole 76 through which the spool 75 is inserted is formed in the support pipe 71, and a stopper hole 77 that engages with the spool 75 is formed in the inner wall of the spool 72.
The sticky rice soaked for 15 days was taken out from the water tank 1, and the starch content and the protein content were analyzed as shown in Table 1. Comparing the data before soaking in water shows that the starch content in the glutinous rice is reduced by about 50%, the protein content is reduced by 90%, and the total energy is reduced by 70% after soaking for 15 days.

Therefore, the rice dumpling cooked by the glutinous rice prepared by the method has the advantages of reduced starch content and protein content, increased viscosity and reduced calorie, and is suitable for patients with diabetes, obesity and hyperlipidemia.

step4, injecting edible oil into the water vat, wherein the thickness of an oil layer formed by the edible oil is 3 mm;
step5, pumping the water and the edible oil out of the water vat every 12 to 14 hours, and replacing the water and the edible oil;
and Step6, taking the soaked glutinous rice out of the supporting net and wrapping the glutinous rice with the rice dumpling leaves for cooking.

The method for preparing rice dumplings as claimed in claim 3, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the conduction subassembly include strip shaped plate, ring gear and gear, the strip shaped plate be fixed in on the actuating lever, the ring gear be fixed in on the outer wall of strip shaped plate, the gear be fixed in on the rotation axis and with the ring gear meshing.

The method for preparing rice dumplings as claimed in claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the locating component comprises a supporting seat, a button, a locating hole, a locating column, a reset spring and a steering mechanism, wherein the supporting seat is fixed on a protective cover, the protective cover is provided with a connecting hole matched with the locating column, the button and the locating column are connected on the supporting seat in a sliding mode, two ends of the reset spring are respectively connected with the button and the locating column, the locating hole is formed in the supporting net and matched with the locating column, and the steering mechanism enables the button and the locating column to move reversely.
