Description

Linolenic acid-enriched plant blend oil and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of health care products, in particular to linolenic acid-enriched plant blend oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Linolenic acid is an important component forming human body cells, is essential fatty acid of a human body, plays a vital role in human health, promotes human brain development, keeps brain cells healthy, is beneficial to improving memory, can improve potential of children, and prevents and treats senile dementia. Linolenic acid has effects in promoting absorption of nutrients such as vitamins and minerals, and promoting health. Linolenic acid can prevent cancer cell diffusion, promote brain tumor atrophy, and has anticancer effect. Linolenic acid has the functions of improving eyesight and protecting retina, preventing and treating arthritis, etc. Linolenic acid is so important that the human body cannot synthesize the linolenic acid by itself and must take the linolenic acid from food, and the linolenic acid is scarce in the food structure of the people now and is particularly rare. According to the requirements of the world health organization and the Chinese nutrition society, at least one gram of linolenic acid is required to be taken by each person every day to maintain the physical demand reluctantly, while the Chinese people can only take about 0.4 gram of linolenic acid from food every day, namely, 60 percent of linolenic acid is still required to be taken according to the minimum requirement, which is one of the main factors of sub-health and high incidence of various diseases. Therefore, the blend oil enriched with linolenic acid is invented, the content of the linolenic acid is more than or equal to 1.5-2.5 times of that of deep sea fish oil, the linolenic acid content is maintained, the nutrition is richer and more comprehensive, the blend oil is beneficial to supplementing the linolenic acid necessary for a human body after being eaten frequently, the physical quality is fundamentally improved, the immunity is improved, the physique is enhanced, and the generation of various sub-health and diseases is reduced.

s1: pretreating raw materials, namely weighing peony seeds, linseed, perilla seeds, eucommia seeds, evening primrose seeds and hemp seeds in parts by mass, removing dust and impurities, then putting the raw materials into a cleaning machine for cleaning, airing all the cleaned raw materials, and putting the dried raw materials into a microwave dryer for drying and sterilizing;
s2: squeezing, namely squeezing the processed raw materials in the step S1 respectively to obtain peony seed oil, linseed oil, perilla seed oil, eucommia seed oil, evening primrose oil and hemp seed oil;
s3: mixing, namely mixing the peony seed oil, the linseed oil, the perilla seed oil, the eucommia seed oil, the evening primrose oil and the hemp seed oil obtained in the step S2 to obtain primary blend oil;
s4: deacidifying, decoloring and deodorizing, namely mixing the S3, namely performing deacidification, decoloring and deodorization treatment on the peony seed oil, the linseed oil, the perilla seed oil, the eucommia seed oil, the evening primrose oil and the hemp seed oil in sequence;
s5: fully mixing, namely fully mixing the mixed oil treated by the S4 into blended oil;
s6: and (5) packaging, namely fully mixing S5 to obtain the mixed oil for regulating menstruation, sterilizing, inspecting and packaging to obtain bottled mixed oil.
In S1, the water content of peony seed, linseed, perilla seed, eucommia seed, evening primrose seed and hemp seed after drying in the dryer is 6-10%, the temperature is controlled at 40-60 deg.C, and the time is controlled within 30 minutes.
And in S2, squeezing the peony seeds twice, wherein crude oil and peony seed meal are obtained after first squeezing, secondary squeezing is carried out on the peony seed meal obtained after the first squeezing to obtain secondary crude oil and secondary peony seed meal, and the crude oil and the secondary crude oil are mixed to obtain semi-finished peony seed oil.
The deodorization in the S4 means that a gas turbulence mechanism is arranged in a well-sealed deodorization tank, and the gas turbulence mechanism comprises an air filter and an air pump connected with the outlet of the air filter; starting a vacuum pump, when the vacuum degree reaches 0.005-0.009 MPa, sucking decolored oil into a deodorization tank by using an oil pump, raising the temperature in the tank to 130 ℃, communicating air with the air pressure of 1500-2100 Pa for a gas turbulence mechanism, enabling the oil to continuously move in the tank under the drive of the gas, after the oil temperature is raised to 150 ℃, delaying an air pump of an air escape pipe on the tank for at least 60 seconds to begin to pump the air, keeping the power of the air pump more than 8 times that of an air pump, and continuously preserving heat for 3 hours, wherein the vacuum in the temperature raising process keeps the residual pressure at 0.0003-0.0006 MPa; and after the oil deodorization is finished, stopping introducing pressurized air, opening a cooling door, and after the oil is cooled to below 40 ℃, discharging the oil from an oil outlet pipe at the lower end of the tank body to finish the deodorization treatment.
And S5 is the required blend oil obtained by uniformly mixing the primary blend oil obtained by mixing the peony seed oil, the linseed oil, the perilla seed oil, the eucommia seed oil, the evening primrose oil and the hemp seed oil and filtering the mixture by an ultrafiltration membrane device under the pressure of 0.51-1.32 MPa.
Pharmacological description:

The method for preparing the linolenic acid-enriched plant blend oil powder as claimed in claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and in S2, squeezing the peony seeds twice, wherein crude oil and peony seed meal are obtained after first squeezing, secondary squeezing is carried out on the peony seed meal obtained after the first squeezing to obtain secondary crude oil and secondary peony seed meal, and the crude oil and the secondary crude oil are mixed to obtain semi-finished peony seed oil.
7. The method for preparing the linolenic acid-enriched plant blend oil powder as claimed in claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the deodorization in the S4 means that a gas turbulence mechanism is arranged in a well-sealed deodorization tank, and the gas turbulence mechanism comprises an air filter and an air pump connected with the outlet of the air filter; starting a vacuum pump, when the vacuum degree reaches 0.005-0.009 MPa, sucking decolored oil into a deodorization tank by using an oil pump, raising the temperature in the tank to 130 ℃, communicating air with the air pressure of 1500-2100 Pa for a gas turbulence mechanism, enabling the oil to continuously move in the tank under the drive of the gas, after the oil temperature is raised to 150 ℃, delaying an air pump of an air escape pipe on the tank for at least 60 seconds to begin to pump the air, keeping the power of the air pump more than 8 times that of an air pump, and continuously preserving heat for 3 hours, wherein the vacuum in the temperature raising process keeps the residual pressure at 0.0003-0.0006 MPa; and after the oil deodorization is finished, stopping introducing pressurized air, opening a cooling door, and after the oil is cooled to below 40 ℃, discharging the oil from an oil outlet pipe at the lower end of the tank body to finish the deodorization treatment.
8. The method for preparing the linolenic acid-enriched plant blend oil powder as claimed in claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and S5 is the required blend oil obtained by uniformly mixing the primary blend oil obtained by mixing the peony seed oil, the linseed oil, the perilla seed oil, the eucommia seed oil, the evening primrose oil and the hemp seed oil and filtering the mixture by an ultrafiltration membrane device under the pressure of 0.51-1.32 MPa.
