本发明涉及日用品技术领域,具体涉及芳香驱蚊凝胶及其制备工艺。
背景技术
现有的驱蚊产品的使用周期都是比较短的,一般只有一两个小时,需要经常喷洒或者涂抹,使用麻烦,而且目前市场上的驱蚊产品仅具有驱蚊的作用,不具备其他功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种使用周期长、具有清新空气和长效驱蚊效果的芳香驱蚊凝胶及其制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:芳香驱蚊凝胶,它由如下重量的原料组成:甘油22~28g、甘羟铝0.10~0.15g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.10~0.15g、酒石酸0.1~0.3g、聚丙烯酸树脂4~6g、避蚊胺28~32g、植物精油3~5g、水60~70g。
进一步地,所述的避蚊胺的重量为30g。
进一步地,所述的植物精油的重量为4g,且植物精油为薰衣草精油、柠檬精油、茶树精油或玫瑰花精油。
芳香驱蚊凝胶的制备工艺,它包含如下步骤:
1、备料:甘油22~28g、甘羟铝0.10~0.15g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.10~0.15g、酒石酸0.1~0.3g、聚丙烯酸树脂4~6g、避蚊胺28~32g、植物精油3~5g、水60~70g;
2、室温、磁力搅拌条件下,依次将乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘羟铝、聚丙烯酸树脂溶于甘油中,磁力搅拌5min后,加入避蚊胺、植物精油,继续磁力搅拌3min,作为油相;
3、将酒石酸溶于水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述步骤1所得的油相溶液中,混合液继续搅拌5min,转入适当容器,静置6~8小时,即得。
本发明产生的有益效果为:本发明所述的芳香驱蚊凝胶及其制备工艺,用于室外驱蚊,使用周期长,大概为60~80天的使用周期,具有清新空气、驱蚊的双重效果;植物精油不仅能清新空气,还能用来提醒用户是否需要更换凝胶。

实施例1
芳香驱蚊凝胶的制备工艺,它包含如下步骤:
1、备料:甘油22g、甘羟铝0.10g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.10g、酒石酸0.1g、聚丙烯酸树脂4g、避蚊胺28g、柠檬精油3g、水60g;
2、室温、磁力搅拌条件下,依次将乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘羟铝、聚丙烯酸树脂溶于甘油中,磁力搅拌5min后,加入避蚊胺、柠檬精油,继续磁力搅拌3min,作为油相;
3、将酒石酸溶于水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述步骤2所得的油相溶液中,混合液继续搅拌5min,转入适当容器,静置6~8小时,即得。
实施例2
芳香驱蚊凝胶的制备工艺,它包含如下步骤:
1、备料:甘油25g、甘羟铝0.14g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.12g、酒石酸0.2g、聚丙烯酸树脂5g、避蚊胺30g、薰衣草精油4g、水65g;
2、室温、磁力搅拌条件下,依次将乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘羟铝、聚丙烯酸树脂溶于甘油中,磁力搅拌5min后,加入避蚊胺、薰衣草精油,继续磁力搅拌3min,作为油相;
3、将酒石酸溶于水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述步骤2所得的油相溶液中,混合液继续搅拌5min,转入适当容器,静置6~8小时,即得。
实施例3
芳香驱蚊凝胶的制备工艺,它包含如下步骤:
1、备料:甘油28g、甘羟铝0.15g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.15g、酒石酸0.3g、聚丙烯酸树脂6g、避蚊胺32g、茶树精油5g、水70g;
2、室温、磁力搅拌条件下,依次将乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘羟铝、聚丙烯酸树脂溶于甘油中,磁力搅拌5min后,加入避蚊胺、茶树精油,继续磁力搅拌3min,作为油相;
3、将酒石酸溶于水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述步骤2所得的油相溶液中,混合液继续搅拌5min,转入适当容器,静置6~8小时,即得。
本具体实施方式使用时,将合成的固态凝胶包装后粘贴于门框、窗户框外,其使用周期长,大概为60~80天的使用周期,具有清新空气、驱蚊的双重效果;植物精油不仅能清新空气,还能用来提醒用户是否需要更换凝胶。

2.芳香驱蚊凝胶的制备工艺,其特征在于它包含如下步骤:
(1)、备料:甘油22~28g、甘羟铝0.10~0.15g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.10~0.15g、酒石酸0.1~0.3g、聚丙烯酸树脂4~6g、避蚊胺28~32g、植物精油3~5g、水60~70g;
(2)、室温、磁力搅拌条件下,依次将乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘羟铝、聚丙烯酸树脂溶于甘油中,磁力搅拌5min后,加入避蚊胺、植物精油,继续磁力搅拌3min,作为油相;
(3)、将酒石酸溶于水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述步骤(2)所得的油相溶液中,混合液继续搅拌5min,转入适当容器,静置6~8小时,即得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的芳香驱蚊凝胶,其特征在于:所述的避蚊胺的重量为30g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的芳香驱蚊凝胶,其特征在于:所述的植物精油的重量为4g,且植物精油为薰衣草精油、柠檬精油、茶树精油或玫瑰花精油。
