The bird repelling device for the pole tower or the substation according to claim 1, wherein: the power mechanism comprises a driving motor, the driving motor is connected with a speed reducer, the output end of the speed reducer is connected with a transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism comprises a driving gear connected with the output end of the speed reducer, the driving gear is meshed with a driven gear, and the driven gear is connected with a rotating shaft; a bearing I is embedded in the supporting platform and connected with the bottom of the rotating shaft.
3. A bird repellent device for towers or substations according to claim 2, characterized in that: protective housings are covered outside the power mechanism and the transmission mechanism; and a bearing II is arranged on the rotating shaft and is embedded with the protective shell.

A bird repellent device for poles and towers or substations according to claim 3, characterized in that: the ratchet mechanism comprises a pawl arranged on the rotating shaft, the pawl is matched with a ratchet, the ratchet is connected with a sleeve, and the outer wall of the sleeve is connected with the wind-driven bird repeller; the wind-driven bird repeller comprises a supporting rod connected with a sleeve, the supporting rod is connected with a wind bowl, and a reflector is arranged in the wind bowl.
5. A bird repellent device for poles and towers or substations according to claim 4, characterized in that: the support table is provided with a PLC controller and an ultrasonic bird repeller; an infrared detector and an air speed sensor are arranged at the top of the shell of the PLC;
the driving motor, the ultrasonic bird repeller, the infrared detector and the wind speed sensor are respectively connected with the PLC.
6. A bird repellent device for poles and towers or substations according to claim 5, characterized in that: the PLC is connected with a solar generator; the vertical support rod is connected with a transverse support rod, and a solar generator is arranged on the transverse support rod.

A bird repellent device for poles and towers or substations according to claim 6, characterized in that: a power supply module, a detection control module, a wind power detection module, an information processing module, a driving control module and an ultrasonic control module are arranged on a chip in the PLC;
the power supply module is responsible for supplying the electric energy generated by the solar generator to the PLC so that the PLC can supply power to the driving motor, the ultrasonic bird repeller and the infrared detector;
the detection control module is responsible for sending information fed back by the infrared detector to the information processing module;
the wind power detection module is responsible for sending information fed back by the wind speed sensor to the information processing module;
the information processing module is responsible for judging whether the ultrasonic bird repeller is started or not according to information fed back by the infrared detector and sending obtained command information to the ultrasonic control module; the wind speed sensor is responsible for judging whether to start the driving motor according to information fed back by the wind speed sensor and sending obtained command information to the driving control module;
the ultrasonic control module controls the on or off of the ultrasonic bird repeller according to the information sent by the information processing module;
and the drive control module controls the on or off of the drive motor according to the information sent by the information processing module.
8. A bird repellent device for poles and towers or substations according to one of claims 1-7, characterized in that: the connecting base is U-shaped, and fastening bolts are arranged on the connecting base.

A bird repellent device for poles and towers or substations according to one of claims 1-7, characterized in that: the connection base comprises a flat plate or an inverted V-shaped plate connected with the vertical support rod, the flat plate or the inverted V-shaped plate is connected with an articulated shaft, the articulated shaft is articulated with a connecting strip, the connecting strip is connected with a U-shaped buckle, and the U-shaped buckle is provided with a fastening bolt.

A bird repellent device for poles and towers or substations according to one of claims 1-7, characterized in that: the top of the rotating shaft is provided with a connecting rod, the connecting rod is provided with an annular groove, the annular groove is rotatably connected with a connecting pipe, and the connecting pipe is provided with a red and blue alternate rotating ball; and a flange rotatably connected with the annular groove is arranged at the opening of the connecting pipe.
