cooling the refrigerating system:
when the temperature sensor, the raindrop sensor and the wind speed sensor detect corresponding signals, and when the indoor temperature of the power distribution cabinet is high, and the external wind speed cannot meet the heat dissipation requirement;
at the moment, through a refrigerating system consisting of a compressor 74, a condenser 72 and an evaporator 73, cold air is generated by the refrigerating system and blown into the cabinet body through an air outlet 13 of the first air duct 12 for heat dissipation, and the cold air blown into the cabinet body is turned back under the action of the front plate 2 and is discharged from the cabinet body along a rectangular vent 31 on the side plate, so that the heat dissipation effect is achieved; meanwhile, under the condition that the wind of the external environment is small, the wind blows towards the bird repelling assembly 6 under the action of the second air duct 15, the rotating ring 62 can rotate around the vertical rod 61, the rotating ring 62 drives the ball 66 fixed at the end of the L-shaped supporting rod 65 through the binding rope 65 to rotate in the rotating process, the ball 66 collides with the striking clock 68 to generate bird repelling sound, meanwhile, partial energy is discharged from the ball 66 after the striking clock 68, at the moment, the ball 66 can collide the striking clock 68 again after rotating for several circles along with the rotating ring 62, and intermittent sound is generated through the mode, so that the bird repelling effect is achieved.
When the environment rains, the overlapping degree of the first rectangular ventilation opening 31 and the second rectangular ventilation opening 43 is controlled according to the rain condition,
when the rain is low, the first rectangular ventilation opening 31 and the second rectangular ventilation opening 43 can be controlled to be completely overlapped, otherwise, the first rectangular ventilation opening 31 and the second rectangular ventilation opening 43 are partially overlapped;

when the rain is in a large rain, the first rectangular vent 31 and the second rectangular vent 43 are partially overlapped, rainwater is prevented from directly entering the cabinet body through the first rectangular vent 31 and the second rectangular vent 43 under the action of the wind shield 45, if the rainwater enters the second rectangular vent 43 below the U-shaped baffle 44, the entering rainwater can slide down to the outer surface of the rectangular plate 3 along the surface of the plate body 41, and the rainwater on the rectangular plate 3 flows into the first groove 32 of the rectangular plate 3 below from the rectangular plate 3 above and respectively enters the first groove 32 and the second groove through the drainage channel 34, the drainage channel 35, the first through hole 37 and the second through hole 36 in sequence; and the first drain line 11 and the second drain line 21 are discharged.
When the wind shield assembly 4 vertically moves upwards along the matching of the T-shaped sliding rail 42 and the T-shaped sliding groove under the lifting action of the driving assembly 8, the ejector rod 47 is inserted into the second support ring 96, the second pressure sensor 98 at the bottommost end detects a first pressure signal, when the wind shield assembly continuously moves, the ejector rod 47 pushes the second weight 97 at the bottommost end to move upwards, until a push rod 99 on the second weight 97 abuts against the second pressure sensor 98/the first pressure sensor 95 on the second weight 97, and a second pressure signal is detected; when the first pressure sensor 95 detects a pressure signal, it indicates that the first rectangular vent 31 and the second rectangular vent 43 are completely overlapped, and the maximum heat dissipation and ventilation state is present.
