Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement them. Also, for the sake of clarity, parts not relevant to the description of the exemplary embodiments are omitted in the drawings.
In the present disclosure, it is to be understood that terms such as "including" or "having," etc., are intended to indicate the presence of the disclosed features, numbers, steps, behaviors, components, parts, or combinations thereof, and are not intended to preclude the possibility that one or more other features, numbers, steps, behaviors, components, parts, or combinations thereof may be present or added.
It should be further noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict. The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the distribution resources generate distribution task execution materials according to requirements, and the distribution task execution materials are sent to the server, so that the server can confirm whether the distribution resources reach the distribution task execution points according to the distribution task execution materials. According to the technical scheme, the association between the order taking and sending information and the actual scene is effectively established by means of the scene pictures, videos and other materials, so that a responsibility tracing basis is provided for the problem of delivery overtime, and the delivery service quality and the delivery service efficiency are improved.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which includes the following steps S101 to S103, as shown in fig. 1:
in step S101, generating a delivery task execution material, where the delivery task execution material includes a delivery task execution point material and/or a delivery task execution voucher material;
in step S102, sending the delivery task execution material to a server, so that the server confirms whether the delivery resources have reached a delivery task execution point according to the delivery task execution material;
in step S103, in response to receiving the information sent by the server to confirm that the delivery resource has reached the delivery task execution point, a preset operation is performed.
As mentioned above, with the development of internet technology, more and more service providers provide services through internet platforms, and many internet services need to be distributed by logistics distributors, so the logistics distribution quality is very important for improving the distribution efficiency and the service quality of the internet platforms. However, in an actual distribution scene, a distribution overtime problem often occurs due to reasons of non-logistics distributors such as delayed shipment of merchants, wrong provision of user addresses, temporary modification of user addresses and the like, under the circumstance, usually, whether the logistics distributors arrive at a pickup point or a delivery point on time can only be confirmed through manual telephone communication and complaint, or through a mode of scanning signals of the internet of things, but the scheme evidence of the manual telephone communication and complaint is insufficient, so that the online verification is difficult, the evidence obtaining and verification labor cost is high, and the verification difficulty is high; the pure internet of things signal scanning scheme often causes the situations of unstable signals, insufficient coverage, no available signals and the like of a merchant end or a user end, is difficult to popularize, and cannot effectively establish the association between order taking and sending information and an actual scene. This leads to the problem of delivery timeout, which is difficult to follow up effectively, and is not favorable for improving the quality of delivery service and the efficiency of delivery service.
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, in this embodiment, a data processing method is provided in which a distribution resource generates a distribution task execution material according to a demand, and the distribution task execution material is transmitted to a server so that the server can confirm whether the distribution resource has reached a distribution task execution point based on the distribution task execution material. According to the technical scheme, the association between the order taking and sending information and the actual scene is effectively established by means of the scene pictures, videos and other materials, so that a responsibility tracing basis is provided for the problem of delivery overtime, and the delivery service quality and the delivery service efficiency are improved.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the data processing method may be applied to a delivery resource terminal associated with a delivery resource, such as a computer, a computing device, an electronic device, and the like, which processes data.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the delivery task refers to a task of delivering an object to be delivered, such as a cargo, from a starting point to an end point, where both the starting point and the end point may be referred to as an execution point of the delivery task, for example, the starting point is a point where the delivery resource executes a pick-up subtask in the delivery task, and the end point is a point where the delivery resource executes a delivery subtask in the delivery task. Therefore, the distribution task execution point material may be a distribution task starting point material, a distribution task ending point material, or a distribution task ending point material, where the distribution task starting point material and the distribution task ending point material may be materials including a store name information, a door head information, a photo of position information or address information of a starting point or an ending point, and a video.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the material of the delivery task execution voucher refers to a material such as a photo, a video, and the like, which can prove that the delivery task is being executed effectively, and the delivery task execution voucher may be, for example, a delivery task execution receipt and the like, where the delivery task execution voucher may include delivery task identification information such as an order number; information of a delivery party of the object to be delivered; delivery task execution point information such as an address of a delivery party of the object to be delivered; information of objects to be delivered, and the like.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the delivery resource refers to a resource that can be used to perform a delivery task, for example, the delivery resource may be a deliverer, a delivery apparatus, a delivery robot, or the like, and the delivery resource terminal refers to a terminal that is associated with the delivery resource, can manage relevant information such as delivery resource information, delivery task information, and the like, and has a sending and receiving function.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the step S101, that is, the step of generating the delivery task execution material, may be implemented as:
responding to the fact that the distribution resources reach a distribution task execution point before the preset store arrival time and the distribution tasks meet the preset conditions, and generating distribution task execution materials;
wherein the preset conditions may include:
when the preset arrival time is confirmed, the objects to be delivered corresponding to the delivery tasks are not delivered; or,
confirming that the dispatch task termination point address is wrong or changed during the execution of the dispatch task.
In order to protect the rights and interests of the distribution resources, provide a responsibility following basis for the distribution overtime problem, and facilitate the improvement of the distribution service quality and the improvement of the distribution service efficiency, in this embodiment, if it is confirmed that the distribution resources reach the distribution task execution point before the preset store-to-store time and the distribution tasks meet the preset conditions, the distribution resource terminal may start the generation of the distribution task execution material to send the distribution task execution material to the server, so as to confirm whether the distribution resources really reach the distribution task execution point, wherein the preset store-to-store time is used for representing the latest time when the distribution resources reach the distribution task execution point to pick up or deliver the goods, and the preset store-to-store time may be calculated by the server or other management parties according to the historical data, the distribution task requirements and/or the experience values; in view of the deviation of the position location, the GPS data may drift, and therefore, the fact that the distance between the current position of the delivery resource and the position of the delivery task execution point is less than or equal to the preset distance threshold is not limited to the case that the current position of the delivery resource and the position of the delivery task execution point are completely consistent. That is, if the delivery resource arrives at the delivery task execution point on time and is ready to pick up or deliver goods, the delivery of the object to be delivered corresponding to the delivery task is not completed on time; or, the distribution resource finds that the distribution task ending point address is wrong after reaching the distribution task execution point on time, or the distribution task ending point address is changed in the process of the distribution resource executing the distribution task, at this time, the distribution resource is considered to have the risk of distribution overtime, and if distribution accidents such as distribution overtime finally occur, the responsibility does not exist in the distribution resource, at this time, the distribution resource terminal can start the report of the distribution accident risk, that is, a distribution task execution material is generated and sent to the server, at this time, the generated distribution task execution material can be the distribution task ending point with the wrong address or the distribution task ending point material before the change, or the distribution task ending point with the wrong address or the distribution task ending point material before the change, and the distribution task ending point with the correct address or the distribution task ending point material after the change, the server verifies the distribution task execution point information in the distribution task execution point material, proves that the distribution resources reach the distribution task execution point on time, and can avoid the responsibility of the distribution resources if distribution accidents such as distribution overtime and the like occur subsequently.
The confirmation of whether the delivery of the object to be delivered corresponding to the delivery task is completed can be completed by means of a delivery confirmation operation of a delivery party of the object to be delivered or a detection result of whether the delivery of the object to be delivered is completed by detection equipment such as image pickup equipment and sensing equipment.
In another optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the step S101, that is, the step of generating the distribution task execution material, may be implemented as:
and generating a distribution task execution material in response to receiving an inquiry message which is sent by the server and is used for judging whether preset operation needs to be executed or not.
In this embodiment, the generation of the delivery task execution material is initiated by the server to remind the delivery resource whether to perform confirmation of the delivery task execution point arrival or whether to perform confirmation of the preset operation for subsequent preparation process through an inquiry message of whether to perform the preset operation, where the inquiry message may carry an accident notification message, a responsibility determination notification message, an address correction notification message, and the like, such as a delivery task execution point arrival timeout, an object to be delivered acquisition timeout, and the like.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the step S101, that is, the step of generating the delivery task execution material, may be implemented as:
calling material generation equipment of a distribution resource terminal, and generating a distribution task execution point material by taking the distribution task execution point as a material object; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and calling material generation equipment of the distribution resource terminal, and generating the distribution task execution voucher material by taking the distribution task execution voucher as a material object.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid the delivery resources from intentionally covering up the delay fact that the delivery task execution point or the like is not reached when the preset arrival time is reached, the responsibility is evaded, and the previously generated and stored delivery task execution materials are transmitted to the server as the currently generated delivery task execution materials, when the distribution resource terminal generates the distribution task execution material, the material generation equipment of the distribution resource terminal needs to be called immediately, and generating the distribution task execution point material by taking the distribution task execution point as a material object, and/or calling a material generating device of a distribution resource terminal, generating the material of the delivery task execution voucher by taking the delivery task execution voucher as a material object, the material generation device may be, for example, a photo shooting device, a video recording device, or the like of the resource distribution terminal.
In order to further prevent the distribution resource from forging the distribution task execution material, when the distribution resource terminal generates the distribution task execution material, it is further required to write the current timestamp into the distribution task execution material, or generate the distribution task execution material by using not only the distribution task execution point and/or the distribution task execution certificate as a material object, but also the distribution task execution point and/or the distribution task execution certificate and the distribution resource as a common material object, that is, in an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the step S101, that is, the step of generating the distribution task execution material, may be further implemented as:
acquiring a current time stamp, and writing the current time stamp into the distribution task execution material; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and generating the delivery task execution material by taking the delivery task execution point and/or the delivery task execution voucher and the delivery resource as a common material object.
The current timestamp refers to system time information which is obtained currently, is consistent with network standard time and cannot be modified manually.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the step of sending the delivery task execution material to the server in step S102 may be implemented as:
acquiring identification information of a distribution resource terminal, and sending the distribution task execution material and the identification information of the distribution resource terminal to the server; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and sending the distribution task execution material to the server by taking the account of the distribution resource as a sending account.
In order to prevent the delivery resources from transmitting the delivery task execution material using other delivery resource terminals that reach the same delivery task execution point, so as to cover a delay fact that the delivery resource terminals do not reach the delivery task execution point when the preset store arrival time is reached, in this embodiment, when the delivery resource terminals transmit the delivery task execution material to the server, it is necessary to simultaneously transmit identification information of the delivery resource terminals, or the delivery resources register their own accounts and transmit the delivery task execution material to the server using the delivery resource terminals in their own accounts, where the identification information of the delivery resource terminals may be information that can be identified distinguishably with respect to the delivery resource terminals, such as IP addresses of the delivery resource terminals, terminal identification information, and the like.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, if receiving information sent by the server to confirm that the delivery resource has reached the delivery task execution point, the server considers that the server approves the provision of the delivery resource for the delivery accident risk, and then may execute a preset operation. Wherein, the step of performing the preset operation in step S103 may be implemented as:
sending an accident report request to the server;
sending a responsibility determination request to the server;
sending a task distribution delay request to the server; or,
sending an address correction request to the server.
After the server approves the report of the distribution resource terminal for the distribution accident risk, the distribution resource terminal may perform corresponding preset operations according to actual application needs, for example, send an accident report request to the server, send a responsibility judgment request to the server, send a distribution task delay request to the server, and the like, and if the distribution resource finds that the distribution task termination point address is wrong after reaching the distribution task execution point, or the distribution task termination point address changes in the process of executing the distribution task by the distribution resource, the distribution resource terminal may also send an address correction request to the server to obtain correct distribution task termination point address information.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes the following steps:
and in response to receiving the position modification information of the execution point of the distribution task, modifying the position information of the execution point of the distribution task, so that the distribution resource executes the distribution task according to the modified position information of the execution point of the distribution task.
In this embodiment, if the delivery task execution point location modification information is received during the execution of the delivery task, the delivery route needs to be modified in time according to the modified delivery task execution point location information, so that the delivery resource continues to execute the delivery task.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes the following steps:
and responding to the preset operation reaching the execution time limit, and executing the preset operation again until the execution times of the preset operation exceed a preset time threshold, wherein the execution time limit of the preset operation is predetermined.
In order to avoid that the execution condition of the preset operation still exists after the preset operation is executed by the delivery resource and the execution time limit of the preset operation is reached, for example, it is assumed that the preset operation is to send an accident report request to the server, so that the corresponding time limit of the delivery task is extended by 8 minutes, that is, the execution time limit of the preset operation is 8 minutes, but if the delivery resource still does not obtain the object to be delivered at this time, the preset operation needs to be executed again. However, in consideration of the execution situation of the preset operation in the actual application and the communication cost of the information interaction, in this embodiment, when the preset operation reaches the execution time limit, the preset operation may be executed again, but the number of times of executing the preset operation is limited, and when the number of times of executing the preset operation exceeds the preset number threshold, the preset operation may not be executed again.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a data processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, which includes the following steps S201 to S203, as shown in fig. 2:
in step S201, receiving a delivery task execution material sent by a delivery resource terminal, where the delivery task execution material includes a delivery task execution point material and/or a delivery task execution voucher material;
in step S202, identifying the delivery task execution point information according to the delivery task execution material;
in step S203, current distribution task information is obtained, and when the distribution task execution point information matches the current distribution task information, it is determined that the distribution resources have reached the distribution task execution point.

In view of the above-described drawbacks, in this embodiment, a data processing method is proposed that extracts delivery task execution point information based on delivery task execution materials transmitted by a delivery resource terminal, and confirms whether a delivery resource has actually reached a delivery task execution point based on a comparison between the delivery task execution point information and current delivery task information. According to the technical scheme, the association between the order taking and sending information and the actual scene is effectively established by means of the scene pictures, videos and other materials, so that a responsibility tracing basis is provided for the problem of delivery overtime, and the delivery service quality and the delivery service efficiency are improved.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the data processing method may be applied to a computer, a computing device, an electronic device, a server, a service cluster, and the like that process data and communicate with the delivery resource terminal.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the distribution task execution point information refers to information that is related to the distribution task execution point and is exclusive to the distribution task execution point, for example, if the distribution task execution point material is a distribution task starting point material, the distribution task starting point material needs to include a distribution task starting point identification portion, such as store name information and gate head information of a merchant, and at this time, the distribution task execution point information is identification information of the distribution task starting point, that is, unique identification information such as a name of the distribution task starting point; when the distribution task execution point material is a distribution task termination point material, the distribution task termination point material needs to include a distribution task termination point position information part, such as a cell name, an office building name, a floor, a house number and the like where a user is located, and at this time, the distribution task execution point information is position information of the distribution task termination point, such as address information of the distribution task termination point; and when the distribution task execution material is a distribution task execution voucher material, the location information displayed in the distribution task execution voucher is the distribution task execution point information.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the current delivery task refers to a delivery task currently being executed with the delivery task execution point as an execution point, and the current delivery task information refers to information related to the current delivery task, which may include one or more of the following information: identification information such as a delivery task start point name, delivery task start point address or position information, identification information such as a delivery task end point name, delivery task end point address or position information, and the like.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the matching between the distribution task execution point information and the current distribution task information means that the distribution task execution point information is consistent with the current distribution task information, that is, the current distribution task information includes the distribution task execution point information. If the information of the distribution task execution point is matched with the information of the current distribution task, the distribution resources can be considered to reach the distribution task execution point, and if special conditions such as delivery delay of a merchant, address providing error of a user or temporary address modification occur at the moment or later, the distribution resources can be allowed to utilize a distribution resource terminal to carry out distribution task delay requests, wherein the distribution task delay requests can comprise distribution task delay applications and distribution task delay backups.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, before the step S201, that is, the step of receiving the delivery task execution material sent by the delivery resource terminal, the method further includes the following steps:
in response to the fact that when the preset arrival time is detected, the delivery resources do not arrive at the delivery task execution point or the delivery of the objects to be delivered is not completed, sending an inquiry message for judging whether preset operation needs to be executed to the delivery resource terminal; or,
and sending an inquiry message for judging whether preset operation needs to be executed or not to the distribution resource terminal in response to the fact that the address of the distribution task execution point is changed in the process of executing the distribution task.
As mentioned above, the server may start generation of the delivery task execution material to remind the delivery resource whether a delivery task execution point needs to be reached or whether a confirmation of a preset operation needs to be performed in order to perform a subsequent preparation process. In this embodiment, if the server detects that the preset store-arriving time is up, and the distributed resource has not yet reached the distributed task execution point or the distributed resource has not yet received the object to be distributed corresponding to the distributed task, that is, the object to be distributed has not yet finished delivery, by detecting the system data and the GPS positioning information of the distributed resource terminal, in order to prevent GPS positioning deviation, for example, the GPS positioning information indicates that the distributed resource has not yet reached the distributed task execution point but the distributed resource has actually reached the distributed task execution point, or the signal of the distributed resource terminal is weak, so that the system data is not updated in time, for example, the system data indicates that the distributed resource has not yet received the object to be distributed corresponding to the distributed task but the distributed resource has actually received the object to be distributed corresponding to the distributed task; or the server detects that the address of the delivery task execution point is changed in the delivery task execution process, and at the moment, an inquiry message for judging whether the delivery task execution point is reached or whether preset operation needs to be executed is sent to the delivery resource terminal so as to remind the delivery resource of applying for preparation if necessary. The query message may carry an accident notification message, a responsibility determination notification message, an address correction notification message, and the like, such as a delivery task execution point arrival timeout, an object to be delivered acquisition timeout, and the like.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, after the step S201 of receiving the distribution task execution material sent by the distribution resource terminal, the method may further include the following steps:
and performing validity check on the distribution task execution material.
In order to prevent the occurrence of a situation where the delivery resources intentionally mask the delay fact that the delivery task execution point is not reached when the preset arrival time is reached, or the like, to escape the responsibility, in this embodiment, the delivery task execution material is also subjected to the validity check, and only the delivery task execution material that passes the validity check can execute the subsequent flow.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the validity check may include one or more of the following:
whether the distribution task execution material is generated by material generation equipment for calling a distribution resource terminal;
whether illegal characteristics exist in the distribution task execution materials or not is judged;
whether the similarity between the distribution task execution material and the historical distribution task execution material is higher than a preset similarity threshold value or not;
whether the time difference between the current timestamp in the distribution task execution material and the receiving time of the distribution task execution material is smaller than a preset time difference threshold value or not;
whether the time difference between the uploading time of the distribution task execution material and the receiving time of the distribution task execution material is smaller than a preset time difference threshold value or not;
whether the distribution task execution material comprises the distribution task execution point and/or the distribution task execution voucher and the distribution resource or not;
whether the identification information of the resource distribution terminal is preset identification information or not;
and sending whether the account of the distribution task execution material is the account of the distribution resource.
In order to avoid the situation that the distribution resources send the previously generated and stored material of the distribution task execution point to the server as the currently generated distribution task execution material, the distribution resource terminal needs to call the material generation device of the distribution resource terminal to generate the distribution task execution material when generating the distribution task execution material. Therefore, in this embodiment, the validity of the delivery task execution material can be confirmed by remotely detecting whether the delivery task execution material is generated by a delivery resource terminal calling a material generation apparatus. Alternatively, the validity of the delivery task execution material may be confirmed by determining whether a current timestamp in the delivery task execution material or a time difference between the uploading time of the delivery task execution material and the receiving time of the delivery task execution material is smaller than a preset time difference threshold, for example, if the time difference is smaller than the preset time difference threshold, it may be stated that the delivery task execution material is generated immediately to a certain extent.
In order to avoid that distribution resources regenerate, such as copy, the previously generated and stored material of the distribution task execution point, and send the regenerated material to the server as the currently generated distribution task execution material, in this embodiment, it is possible to detect whether there are illegal features common in the copy material, such as moire, black and white frames, etc., in the distribution task execution material; and/or whether the similarity between the distribution task execution material and the historical distribution task execution material is highly similar, for example, higher than a preset similarity threshold, so as to confirm the validity of the distribution task execution material.
In this embodiment, the validity of the delivery task execution material may also be confirmed by detecting whether the delivery task execution point and/or the delivery task execution certificate are included in the delivery task execution material and the delivery resource.
As mentioned above, in order to prevent the distributed resources from transmitting the distributed task execution material using other distributed resource terminals that reach the same distributed task execution point, when the distributed resource terminals transmit the distributed task execution material to the server by using the distributed resource terminals, it is necessary to simultaneously transmit the identification information of the distributed resource terminals, or to register their own accounts in the distributed resource terminals, and transmit the distributed task execution material to the server by using the distributed resource terminals in their own accounts. Therefore, in this embodiment, the validity of the delivery task execution material may also be confirmed by detecting whether the identification information of the delivery resource terminal is preset identification information, and/or whether the account that transmits the delivery task execution material is the account to which the delivery resource belongs.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes the following steps:
and when the delivery task execution material is verified to be not legal after being legality audited, executing a preset punishment operation.
In order to limit and control the false reporting of the delivery task, in this embodiment, if the delivery task execution material is found to be not legal after the validity check, a predetermined penalty operation, such as a reward penalty or the like, may be performed on the delivery resource.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the step of acquiring the current delivery task information in step S203 may include the following steps:
acquiring the distributed uncompleted distribution tasks of the distribution resources;

However, if the number of the tasks currently triggered to be executed is large, which increases the complexity of matching the information of the execution points of the subsequent delivery tasks, at this time, it is necessary to confirm the delivery task corresponding to the information of the execution points of the delivery tasks from the tasks currently triggered to be executed, that is, in an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the step of confirming the task triggered to be executed from among the distributed uncompleted delivery tasks as the current delivery task may be implemented as:

In the above, the confirmation of whether the delivery resource has reached the delivery task execution point is to effectively establish the association between the order fetching and sending information and the actual scene, so as to provide a responsibility-following basis for the problems such as delivery timeout, and further improve the delivery service quality and the delivery service efficiency. Therefore, in this embodiment, after confirming that the delivery resource has reached the delivery task execution point, if a delivery task delay request, an accident report request or a responsibility judgment request sent by the delivery resource terminal is received, it can be considered that if a delay accident occurs to the delivery task, it is likely to be caused by a merchant or a user, but not a logistics distributor, so that the confirmation process can be used as evidence to support performing a disclaimer process on the delivery resource. If an address correction request sent by the distribution resource terminal is received, in order to ensure that a distribution task is timely and effectively carried out, the position information of the execution point of the distribution task needs to be immediately corrected, and the position correction information of the execution point of the distribution task is sent to the distribution resource terminal, so that the distribution resource terminal can continuously complete the distribution task according to the corrected position information of the execution point of the distribution task.

As mentioned above, the delivery timeout problem may also be caused by a user address providing error or a temporary user address modification, and in this case, the location information of the corresponding execution point in the current delivery task needs to be corrected and updated, that is, if the delivery task execution point location information modification request is received, the corresponding execution point location information in the current delivery task is updated according to the new delivery task execution point location information carried in the delivery task execution point location information modification request. The distribution task execution point position information modification request can be actively sent by an execution point corresponding main body such as a user, and can also be provided by the execution point corresponding main body according to the requirement.
Fig. 3A is a schematic view of an application scenario of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3A, in the scenario, a main body executing the data processing method is a data processing server, a distribution resource goes to a merchant to pick up goods, finds that the merchant does not prepare the goods on time, and needs to report a condition that the merchant delays stock preparation, so as to prompt the merchant to speed up stock preparation, relieve distribution overtime responsibility of the distribution resource, and increase distribution duration, and the distribution resource can send a photo including merchant name information or gate head information to the data processing server by using a distribution resource terminal, that is, a distribution task starting point material; the data processing server identifies and obtains the distribution task execution point information according to the received distribution task execution point materials, namely the name of the merchant, then acquiring the current distribution task information of the distribution resources, if the distribution task execution point information is matched with the current distribution task information, then, it can be confirmed that the delivery resource has reached the delivery task execution point, at this time, if a delivery task delay request sent by the delivery resource terminal is received, namely, the delivery delayed preparation request, it can be considered that if the final delivery task has a delayed accident, it is probably caused by the delayed stock of the merchant, rather than the logistics distributor, the delayed request for the distribution task can be confirmed and the distribution task execution point materials can be used as evidence to support disclaimer treatment for the distribution resources.
Fig. 3B is a schematic view of an application scenario of a data processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3B, in this scenario, a main body executing the data processing method is a data processing server, a delivery resource is delivered to a user, a user address input error is found, or a temporary modification is performed during the delivery process, in which case, a condition that the user address provides an error needs to be reported, so as to reduce delivery timeout responsibility of the delivery resource, and increase the delivery duration, the delivery resource can send a photo including location information of the environment to the data processing server by using a delivery resource terminal, for example, a photo including a user cell name, a user unit, a user floor, a user house number and the like, which can identify the user address information, i.e., a delivery task termination point material; the data processing server identifies and obtains the distribution task termination point information according to the received distribution task termination point material, namely user address information, then acquiring the current distribution task information of the distribution resources, if the distribution task execution point information is matched with the current distribution task information, then, it can be confirmed that the delivery resources have reached the delivery task execution point, and at this time, if a delivery task delay request sent by the delivery resource utilization delivery resource terminal is received, namely, the delivery delay preparation request, it can be considered that if a delay accident occurs in the final delivery task, it is likely to be caused by a reason of an error in providing the user address, rather than the logistics distributor, the delayed request for the distribution task can be confirmed and the distribution task execution point materials can be used as evidence to support disclaimer treatment for the distribution resources.

As mentioned above, with the development of internet technology, more and more service providers provide services through internet platforms, and many internet services need to be distributed by logistics distributors, so the logistics distribution quality is very important for improving the distribution efficiency and the service quality of the internet platforms. However, in an actual distribution scene, a distribution overtime problem often occurs due to reasons of non-logistics distributors such as delayed shipment of merchants, wrong provision of user addresses, temporary modification of user addresses and the like, under the circumstance, usually, whether the logistics distributors arrive at a pickup point or a delivery point on time can only be confirmed through manual telephone communication and complaint, or through a mode of scanning signals of the internet of things, but the scheme evidence of the manual telephone communication and complaint is insufficient, so that the online verification is difficult, the evidence obtaining and verification labor cost is high, and the verification difficulty is high; the pure internet of things signal scanning scheme often causes the situations of unstable signals, insufficient coverage, no available signals and the like of a merchant end or a user end, is difficult to popularize, and cannot effectively establish the association between order taking and sending information and an actual scene. This leads to the problem of delivery timeout, which is difficult to follow up effectively, and is not favorable for improving the quality of delivery service and the efficiency of delivery service.
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, in this embodiment, a data processing method is proposed, in which when a delivery resource terminal determines that execution of a delivery task satisfies a preset execution condition, a request for executing a preset operation is sent to a server so that the server processes the preset operation. According to the technical scheme, the distribution resources or the distribution resource terminals are given the opportunity of requesting to execute the preset operation, so that the evidence of tracing the responsibility is provided for the problems of overtime distribution and the like, and the improvement of the distribution service quality and the improvement of the distribution service efficiency are facilitated.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the data processing method may be applied to a delivery resource terminal associated with a delivery resource, such as a computer, a computing device, an electronic device, and the like, which processes data.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the preset execution condition includes one or more of the following conditions:
the distribution resources reach a distribution task execution point before the preset store arrival time;
the time for the distribution resources to reach the distribution task execution point exceeds the preset time;
when the preset store arrival time is reached, the objects to be delivered corresponding to the delivery tasks are not delivered;
the address of the delivery task execution point is wrong or is changed in the delivery task execution process;
the preset operation execution times are less than a preset time threshold.
The fact that the delivery resources reach the delivery task execution point before the preset store arrival time means that the delivery resources arrive at the delivery task execution point on time to prepare for taking or delivering goods. The time length of the delivery resource reaching the delivery task execution point exceeds a preset time length, which means that the waiting time of the delivery resource after reaching the delivery task execution point exceeds the preset time length, wherein the preset time length is a time period preset according to the requirement of practical application, and for example, the time period can be set to 5 minutes. When the preset store-arriving time is reached, the delivery of the to-be-delivered object corresponding to the delivery task is not completed, which means that the to-be-delivered object to be delivered is not ready after the delivery resource arrives at the delivery task execution point on time, that is, the delivery resource cannot get the to-be-delivered object on time, which will affect the smooth execution of the delivery task, and cause accidents such as delivery task execution overtime. The fact that the address of the execution point of the delivery task is wrong or changes in the process of executing the delivery task means that the address of the execution point of the delivery task is wrong when the delivery task is established, or changes in the process of executing the delivery task by the delivery resource, which will also affect the smooth execution of the delivery task, and cause accidents such as delivery task execution timeout, delivery errors and the like. The preset operation execution times is less than the preset time threshold, which means that the distribution resource terminal limits the preset operation request times, considering that the distribution accident of the distribution resources possibly occurs one or more times due to non-self reasons every day when the distribution tasks are executed, but presumably will not occur too many times, thus avoiding an unlimited number of applications for the default operation, increasing request processing costs, a limit of the number of times of the preset operation requests is set in a preset time period for each of the distributed resource terminals, i.e. a preset time threshold, wherein the preset time period can be set according to the needs of the actual application, for example, one day or several days or several hours, and as long as the current preset operation request does not exceed the preset time threshold, the resource distribution terminal can request to execute the preset operation, otherwise, the resource distribution terminal cannot request to execute the preset operation.
And determining that one or more preset execution conditions are met, namely determining that the distribution resource terminal meets the requirement of sending a preset operation execution request to a server, and receiving preset operation processing information sent by the server after the server processes the preset operation execution request.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the preset operation may include one or more of the following operations:
accident reporting, responsibility judgment, task delivery delay and address correction.
In this implementation, the resource distribution terminal may request a corresponding preset operation according to the actual application requirement, for example, request an accident report, request responsibility determination, request a distribution task delay, request address correction, and the like.
Accordingly, the preset operation processing information may include one or more of the following information:

In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, after sending the preset operation execution request to the server in step S402, the method further includes:

Specifically, if a distribution resource terminal receives a distribution task execution material uploading request sent by a server, a distribution task execution material is generated and sent to the server, wherein the distribution task execution material comprises a distribution task execution point material and/or a distribution task execution voucher material, and the distribution task execution point material is a distribution task starting point material and/or a distribution task ending point material.

In view of the above drawbacks, in this embodiment, a data processing method is provided, in which after a server receives a preset operation execution request sent by a terminal for delivering resources, a preset operation processing result is determined according to the preset operation execution request, and preset operation processing information is sent to the terminal for delivering resources. According to the technical scheme, the distribution resources or the distribution resource terminals are given the opportunity of requesting to execute the preset operation, so that the evidence of tracing the responsibility is provided for the problems of overtime distribution and the like, and the improvement of the distribution service quality and the improvement of the distribution service efficiency are facilitated.

As mentioned above, the delivery timeout problem may also be caused by a user address providing error or a temporary user address modification, and in this case, the location information of the corresponding execution point in the current delivery task needs to be corrected and updated, that is, if the delivery task execution point location information modification request is received, the corresponding execution point location information in the current delivery task is updated according to the new delivery task execution point location information carried in the delivery task execution point location information modification request. The distribution task execution point position information modification request can be actively sent by an execution point corresponding main body such as a user, and can also be provided by the execution point corresponding main body according to the requirement.

the memory 1001 is used to store one or more computer instructions that are executed by the processor 1002 to implement the above-described method steps.
FIG. 11 is a schematic block diagram of a computer system suitable for use in implementing a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 11, the computer system 1100 includes a processing unit 1101, which can execute various processes in the above-described embodiments according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 1102 or a program loaded from a storage section 1108 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1103. In the RAM1103, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the computer system 1100 are also stored. The processing unit 1101, the ROM1102, and the RAM1103 are connected to each other by a bus 1104. An input/output (I/O) interface 1105 is also connected to bus 1104.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1105: an input portion 1106 including a keyboard, mouse, and the like; an output portion 1107 including a signal output unit such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and a speaker; a storage section 1108 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1109 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1109 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A driver 1110 is also connected to the I/O interface 1105 as necessary. A removable medium 1111 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 1110 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1108 as necessary. The processing unit 1101 may be implemented as a CPU, a GPU, a TPU, an FPGA, an NPU, or other processing units.

Claims (20)

1. A method of data processing, comprising:
generating a distribution task execution material, wherein the distribution task execution material comprises a distribution task execution point material and/or a distribution task execution voucher material, and the distribution task execution point material is a distribution task starting point material and/or a distribution task ending point material;
sending the distribution task execution material to a server so that the server confirms whether distribution resources reach distribution task execution points according to the distribution task execution material;
and executing preset operation in response to receiving information which is sent by the server and confirms that the distribution resources reach the distribution task execution point.
2. The method of claim 1, the generating delivery task execution material implemented as:
responding to the fact that the distribution resources reach a distribution task execution point before the preset store arrival time and the distribution tasks meet the preset conditions, and generating distribution task execution materials;
wherein the preset conditions include:
when the preset arrival time is confirmed, the objects to be delivered corresponding to the delivery tasks are not delivered; or,
confirming that the dispatch task termination point address is wrong or changed during the execution of the dispatch task.
3. The method of claim 1, the generating delivery task execution material implemented as:
and generating a distribution task execution material in response to receiving an inquiry message which is sent by the server and is used for judging whether preset operation needs to be executed or not.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein generating dispatch task execution material is implemented as:
calling material generation equipment of a distribution resource terminal, and generating a distribution task execution point material by taking the distribution task execution point as a material object; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and calling material generation equipment of the distribution resource terminal, and generating the distribution task execution voucher material by taking the distribution task execution voucher as a material object.
5. The method of claim 4, the generating delivery task execution material further implemented to:
acquiring a current time stamp, and writing the current time stamp into the distribution task execution material; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and generating the delivery task execution material by taking the delivery task execution point and/or the delivery task execution voucher and the delivery resource as a common material object.
6. The method of any of claims 1-3, 5, wherein the sending of the delivery task execution material to the server is implemented as:
acquiring identification information of a distribution resource terminal, and sending the distribution task execution material and the identification information of the distribution resource terminal to the server; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and sending the distribution task execution material to the server by taking the account of the distribution resource as a sending account.
7. The method according to any of claims 1-3, 5, wherein said performing a preset operation is implemented as:
sending an accident report request to the server;
sending a responsibility determination request to the server;
sending a task distribution delay request to the server; or,
sending an address correction request to the server.
8. The method of any of claims 1-3, 5, further comprising:
and responding to the preset operation reaching the execution time limit, and executing the preset operation again until the execution times of the preset operation exceed a preset time threshold, wherein the execution time limit of the preset operation is predetermined.
9. A method of data processing, comprising:
receiving a distribution task execution material sent by a distribution resource terminal, wherein the distribution task execution material comprises a distribution task execution point material and/or a distribution task execution voucher material, and the distribution task execution point material is a distribution task starting point material and/or a distribution task ending point material;
identifying the distribution task execution point information according to the distribution task execution material;
and acquiring current distribution task information, and when the distribution task execution point information is matched with the current distribution task information, confirming that the distribution resources reach the distribution task execution point.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein before receiving the delivery task execution material sent by the delivery resource terminal, the method further comprises:
in response to the fact that when the preset store arrival time is detected, the delivery resources do not arrive at the delivery task execution point or the delivery of the objects to be delivered is not completed, sending an inquiry message for judging whether preset operation needs to be executed or not to the delivery resource terminal; or,
and sending an inquiry message for judging whether preset operation needs to be executed or not to the distribution resource terminal in response to the fact that the address of the distribution task execution point is changed in the process of executing the distribution task.
11. The method according to claim 9 or 10, after receiving the delivery task execution material sent by the delivery resource terminal, further comprising:
and performing validity audit on the material executed by the distribution task, wherein the validity audit comprises one or more of the following audit contents:
whether the distribution task execution material is generated by material generation equipment for calling a distribution resource terminal;
whether illegal characteristics exist in the distribution task execution materials or not is judged;
whether the similarity between the distribution task execution material and the historical distribution task execution material is higher than a preset similarity threshold value or not;
whether the time difference between the current timestamp in the distribution task execution material and the receiving time of the distribution task execution material is smaller than a preset time difference threshold value or not;
whether the time difference between the uploading time of the distribution task execution material and the receiving time of the distribution task execution material is smaller than a preset time difference threshold value or not;
whether the distribution task execution material comprises the distribution task execution point and/or the distribution task execution voucher and the distribution resource or not;
whether the identification information of the resource distribution terminal is preset identification information or not;
and sending whether the account of the distribution task execution material is the account of the distribution resource.
12. The method of claim 11, further comprising:
and when the delivery task execution material is verified to be not legal after being legality audited, executing a preset punishment operation.
13. The method according to any one of claims 9, 10 and 12, wherein the obtaining of the current delivery task information comprises:
acquiring the distributed uncompleted distribution tasks of the distribution resources;
and confirming the task triggered to be executed in the distributed uncompleted distribution tasks as the current distribution task to obtain the current distribution task information.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the confirming the task triggered to execute of the allocated uncompleted delivery tasks as the current delivery task is implemented as:
confirming the task triggered to be executed in the distributed uncompleted distribution tasks as a candidate current distribution task;
and confirming the distribution tasks with the execution point information consistent with the distribution task execution point information in the candidate current distribution tasks as the current distribution tasks.
15. The method according to any one of claims 9, 10 and 12, wherein the obtaining of the current delivery task information comprises:
acquiring the distributed uncompleted distribution tasks of the distribution resources;
and confirming the distribution task with the execution point information consistent with the distribution task execution point information in the distributed uncompleted distribution tasks as the current distribution task.
16. The method of claim 15, further comprising:
acquiring the current position of the distribution resource;
the step of confirming that the delivery task in which the execution point information of the distributed uncompleted delivery task is consistent with the delivery task execution point information is the current delivery task is implemented as follows:

the generating module is configured to generate distribution task execution materials, wherein the distribution task execution materials comprise distribution task execution point materials and/or distribution task execution voucher materials;
the first sending module is configured to send the distribution task execution material to a server so that the server confirms whether distribution resources reach a distribution task execution point according to the distribution task execution material;
and the execution module is configured to execute preset operation in response to receiving the information which is sent by the server and confirms that the delivery resources reach the delivery task execution point.
18. A data processing apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a first receiving module, a second receiving module and a sending module, wherein the first receiving module is configured to receive a distribution task execution material sent by a distribution resource terminal, and the distribution task execution material comprises a distribution task execution point material and/or a distribution task execution voucher material;
an identification module configured to identify the delivery task execution point information according to the delivery task execution material;
and the confirming module is configured to acquire current distribution task information, and when the distribution task execution point information is matched with the current distribution task information, confirm that the distribution resources reach the distribution task execution point.
19. An electronic device comprising a memory and at least one processor; wherein the memory is to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are to be executed by the at least one processor to implement the method steps of any one of claims 1-16.
20. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions, characterized in that the computer instructions, when executed by a processor, carry out the method steps of any of claims 1-16.
