Further, the feedback information sent by the ships in the rescue group comprises whether the ships sending the feedback information have rescue conditions and actual expected time.
Further, the accident rescue scheduling method for the ship management system further comprises the following steps:
and the ship management system reorders the ship according to the actual expected time for installing the ship with the rescue condition.
Further, the accident rescue scheduling method for the ship management system further comprises the following steps:
the ship management system selects a preset number of ships from short to long according to the sequence of the actual expected time to form a recommended scheme as an actual rescue ship, and sends out a recommended scheme alarm prompt to inform a manager of the ship management system.
Further, the accident rescue scheduling method for the ship management system further comprises the following steps:
and if the ship management system does not receive the rescue scheduling instruction of the administrator within the preset time, executing the recommended scheme as an actual rescue scheme.
Further, the accident rescue scheduling method for the ship management system further comprises the following steps:
and if the ship management system receives the rescue scheduling instruction of the administrator, executing the rescue scheduling instruction as an actual rescue scheme.
The ship rescue method has the advantages that in the emergency rescue process, the time for searching ships which accord with rescue implementation is shortened, related ships are contacted in time, the details of rescue are informed, and ship rescue is coordinated.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an accident rescue scheduling method for a ship management system according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, an accident rescue scheduling method for a ship management system includes the following steps:
step 1, inputting ship information in a ship management system in advance, and acquiring position information of all ships input into the system in real time, wherein the ship information input in the ship management system in advance comprises: the name of the ship, the navigational speed of the ship and the contact way of the ship;
step 2, after receiving the ship alarm rescue information, the ship management system establishes a record set and a rescue group according to the ship alarm rescue information, a ship in a preset distance near the ship sending the ship alarm rescue information is added to the rescue group, and after receiving the ship alarm rescue information, the ship management system sends a rescue alarm prompt to inform a manager of the ship management system;
step 3, sending the ship alarm rescue information and the ship information which sends the ship alarm rescue information to a rescue group;
step 4, the ship management system calculates theoretical time of all ships in the rescue group reaching the ship sending the ship alarm rescue information according to the distance between all the ships in the rescue group and the ship speed of the ship in the rescue group;
step 5, sequencing theoretical time of all ships in the rescue group reaching the ship sending the ship alarm rescue information from short to long by the ship management system;
step 6, automatically contacting ships in the rescue group to send requests to assist rescue according to the sequencing sequence by the ship management system;
step 7, the ship management system adds the feedback information of the ships in the rescue group after receiving the rescue assistance into the record and sends a feedback alarm prompt to inform a manager of the ship management system, wherein the feedback information sent by the ships in the rescue group comprises whether the ships sending the feedback information have rescue conditions and actual expected time;
8, the ship management system reorders the actual expected time for installing the ships with the rescue conditions;
step 9, the ship management system selects a preset number of ships from short to long according to the sequence of the actual expected time as an actual rescue ship to form a recommended scheme, and sends out a recommended scheme alarm prompt to inform a manager of the ship management system;
step 10, if the ship management system does not receive the rescue scheduling instruction of the administrator within the preset time, executing the recommended scheme as an actual rescue scheme;
and 11, if the ship management system receives a rescue scheduling instruction of an administrator, executing the rescue scheduling instruction as an actual rescue scheme.
The accident rescue scheduling method for the ship management system can shorten the time for searching ships which accord with rescue implementation in the emergency rescue process, timely contact related ships, inform rescue details and coordinate ship rescue.
After receiving the ship alarm rescue information, the ship management system establishes a rescue group according to the information in the database, and sorts according to the theoretical time of the members in the rescue group reaching the rescue place, and preferentially contacts the ship with the shortest theoretical time. As the operation of the ship is influenced by various uncertain factors such as cargo capacity, oil storage capacity and the like, whether rescue conditions exist and the possible arrival time deviates from the theoretical time. And according to the feedback information of the ships, the ship management system reorders the ships in the rescue group. And (4) arranging the ship with the rescue condition and short actual expected time in the front, and generating a rescue scheme by the ship management system. The preset number of the rescue ships in the rescue scheme can be preset in the system and can also be temporarily adjusted by an administrator in the actual operation.
If the ship management system does not receive the rescue scheduling instruction of the administrator within a certain time, judging that the administrator is off-line, and executing and contacting related ships to rescue by the ship management system according to the generated rescue scheme. After receiving the recommended rescue scheme of the ship management system, the administrator can adjust and issue a rescue scheduling instruction according to actual conditions. And if the rescue scheduling instruction of the administrator is received, executing the rescue scheduling instruction of the administrator as an actual rescue scheme.
The foregoing illustrates and describes the principles, general features, and advantages of the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments do not limit the present invention in any way, and all technical solutions obtained by using equivalent alternatives or equivalent variations fall within the scope of the present invention.
