Example 2
Mixing and uniformly stirring 60 parts of acrylic resin, 10 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 20 parts of deionized water and 7 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether, sealing and storing to obtain a component A, wherein the acrylic resin is modified acrylic resin, and the modified acrylic resin is obtained by mixing acrylic polyurethane resin and water-based acrylic resin according to a weight fraction ratio of 0.6: 1; mixing 7 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol and 16 parts of isocyanate curing agent, stirring uniformly, sealing and storing to obtain a component B; and mixing the component A and the component B according to the volume ratio of 1:0.8 to prepare the two-component water-based anti-expansion transparent primer.

Compared with the embodiment 1, the acrylic resin in the embodiment is modified acrylic resin, the modified acrylic resin is obtained by mixing acrylic polyurethane resin and water-based acrylic resin, and the content of each component is increased, compared with the embodiment 1, the two-component water-based anti-expansion transparent primer prepared in the embodiment forms a flat, smooth and uniform paint film better, improves the leveling property and uniformity of the paint film, is beneficial to forming the water-based primer, and can meet the requirement of the water-based primer on expansion resistance, so that the paint surface is more uniform and natural.
Example 3
Mixing and uniformly stirring 70 parts of acrylic resin, 16 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 25 parts of deionized water, 10 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether and 10 parts of ethanolamine, sealing and storing to obtain a component A, wherein the acrylic resin is modified acrylic resin, and the modified acrylic resin is obtained by mixing acrylic polyurethane resin and water-based acrylic resin according to a weight fraction ratio of 0.6: 1; mixing 10 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol and 23 parts of isocyanate curing agent, stirring uniformly, sealing and storing to obtain a component B; and mixing the component A and the component B according to the volume ratio of 1:1 to prepare the two-component water-based anti-expansion transparent primer.

Compared with the example 2, in the embodiment, 10 parts of ethanolamine is added, and the content of each component is increased, compared with the example 2, the two-component water-based rib-swelling-preventing transparent primer prepared in the embodiment has the advantages that the amine group of the ethanolamine and the hydroxyl group of the wood fiber form hydrogen bond, the molecular structure of the wood fiber is stable, the rib swelling of the wood fiber can be prevented, and the hardness of the wood after the water-based primer is sprayed is improved. Meanwhile, the pH value of the primer can be adjusted, so that the components can play a role and maintain the performance.

1. The double-component water-based anti-expansion transparent primer is characterized by comprising the following components:
the component A comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:
the component B comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:
5 to 10 portions of absolute ethyl alcohol
10-23 parts of isocyanate curing agent.
2. The two-component aqueous rib-swelling-preventing transparent primer according to claim 1, wherein the component A further comprises:
2 to 5 portions of anti-white water
0.3 to 0.6 portion of flatting agent.
3. The two-component water-based anti-swelling transparent primer according to claim 2, wherein the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 0.7-1.
4. The two-component water-based rib-swelling preventing transparent primer according to claim 1, wherein the isocyanate curing agent is a water-dispersible polyisocyanate curing agent.
5. The two-component water-based anti-rib-swelling transparent primer according to claim 1, wherein the acrylic resin in the component A is 55 to 65 parts by weight.
6. The two-component water-based anti-swelling transparent primer according to claim 5, wherein the isocyanate curing agent is present in the component B in an amount of 13 to 20 parts by weight.
7. A preparation method of a double-component water-based anti-expansion transparent primer is characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing and stirring evenly 50-70 parts of acrylic resin, 8-16 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 15-25 parts of deionized water and 5-10 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether, and sealing and storing to prepare a component A;
5 to 10 portions of absolute ethyl alcohol and 10 to 23 portions of isocyanate curing agent are mixed and stirred evenly, sealed and stored to prepare the component B.
8. The preparation method of the two-component water-based anti-swelling transparent primer as claimed in claim 7, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps of mixing and stirring uniformly 50-70 parts of acrylic resin, 8-16 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 15-25 parts of deionized water and 5-10 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether, and sealing and storing to obtain the component A, wherein the preparation method further comprises the following steps:
putting 50-70 parts of acrylic resin, 8-16 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 15-25 parts of deionized water, 5-10 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether, 2-5 parts of white water prevention and 0.2-0.5 part of flatting agent into a stirrer, mixing and stirring uniformly at the vacuum degree of-0.04-0.10 MPa and the rotating speed of 35-45 r/min, and then sealing and storing to obtain the component A.
9. The preparation method of the two-component water-based anti-swelling transparent primer as claimed in claim 7, wherein the step of mixing 5-10 parts of absolute ethanol and 10-23 parts of isocyanate curing agent uniformly, and sealing and storing to obtain the component B comprises the following steps:
and (2) using a planetary stirrer to uniformly mix and stir 5 to 10 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol and 10 to 23 parts of isocyanate curing agent under the conditions of vacuum degree of-0.04 to-0.10 MPa and rotating speed of 35 to 45r/min, and then sealing and storing to obtain the component B.
