Abstract
The invention discloses a liftable mast device of a tower crane, which comprises a liftable mast, wherein the lower end of the liftable mast is connected to a tower head of the tower crane, the upper end of the liftable mast is respectively connected with the inner ends of a front stay cable and a rear stay cable, and the outer ends of the front stay cable and the rear stay cable are respectively connected to a cargo boom and a balance arm of the tower crane. By adopting the structure, when the liftable mast is in a recovery state, the tower crane is a flat-head tower crane; when the liftable mast is in a jacking state, the front pulling rope and the rear pulling rope are tightened to pull up the cargo boom and the balance arm, and the tower crane is a tower head type tower crane. The jacking oil cylinder 7 is powered by a hydraulic pump station, and the jacking oil cylinder 7 is controlled by a controller to extend out or retract a piston rod.
The working process of the invention is as follows:

At the moment, a lifting arm 12 of the tower crane is converted into a beam rod with a pressed axis by a cantilever beam, the stress state is improved, and the lifting capacity of the tower crane is greatly improved;
