Abstract
The invention relates to a mechanical structure, in particular to a movable counterweight realizing mechanism of a movable arm tower crane, which comprises a guy rope, a herringbone frame front stay bar, a steel wire rope pulley block, a guide pulley, a hydraulic cylinder with an energy accumulator, a counterweight, an inclined track, a tower crane platform and a herringbone frame rear stay bar. The bottom end of the herringbone frame rear pull rod is hinged to the tower crane platform, the top end of the herringbone frame front support rod is hinged to the top end of the herringbone frame rear pull rod, the bottom end of the herringbone frame front support rod is fixedly connected with a cylinder barrel of a hydraulic cylinder with an energy accumulator, and a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder with the energy accumulator is hinged to the tower crane platform; the tower crane platform is provided with an inclined track, the counterweight is suspended on the inclined track, and the steel wire rope pulley block is connected with the front support rod of the propeller strut and the tower crane platform; the stay cable is hinged at the joint of the front support rod of the propeller strut and the rear support rod of the propeller strut. The method for changing the balance moment by adopting the movable counterweight to adapt to the requirement of the change of the lifting moment is mainly adopted at present, but the movement of the movable counterweight of the existing movable arm type tower crane is mainly related to the elevation angle of the arm support, the load moment can not be balanced to the maximum extent, and the realization mechanism is complex and the cost is higher.

(3) The hydraulic cylinder with the energy accumulator can effectively utilize the change of the lifting moment to generate energy which is converted into the pressure energy stored in the energy accumulator, so that the economical efficiency is good;
(4) The balance weight connected with the steel wire rope pulley block has good synchronism with the length change of the front support rod of the propeller strut, and can ensure that the load moment is balanced to the maximum extent under the micro-interval change of the hoisting arm.
(5) Parameters such as multiplying power of the steel wire rope pulley block, size of the hydraulic cylinder, pressure of the energy accumulator and the like can be designed according to parameters of different movable arm tower cranes, and the application range is wide.

As shown in fig. 1, the movable balance weight realizing mechanism of the movable arm tower crane comprises a guy cable 1, a propeller strut front stay bar 2, a steel wire rope pulley block 3, a guide pulley 12, a hydraulic cylinder 4 with an energy accumulator, a balance weight 5, an inclined track 6, a tower crane platform 7 and a propeller strut rear stay bar 8, wherein the bottom end of the propeller strut rear stay bar 8 is hinged on the tower crane platform 7, the top end of the propeller strut front stay bar 2 is hinged with the top end of the propeller strut rear stay bar 8, the bottom end of the propeller strut front stay bar 2 is fixedly connected with a cylinder barrel of the hydraulic cylinder 4 with the energy accumulator, and a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 4 with the energy accumulator is hinged with the tower crane platform 7; the tower crane platform 7 is provided with the inclined track 6, the counterweight 5 is suspended on the inclined track 6, the guide pulley 12 is mounted on the side wall of the tower crane platform 7, the steel wire rope pulley block 3 comprises steel wire ropes 9, fixed pulleys 10 and movable pulleys 11, the number of the movable pulleys 11 is one, the movable pulleys 11 are mounted on the propeller strut 2, the fixed pulleys 10 are mounted on the tower crane platform 7, the steel wire ropes 9 are wound on the fixed pulleys 10 and the movable pulleys 11 and bypass the guide pulley 12, and the end heads of the steel wire ropes 9 are fixed on the counterweight 5; the stay cable 1 is hinged at the joint of the propeller strut front stay bar 2 and the propeller strut rear stay bar 8.
