Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent, the present disclosure is further described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
It is to be noted that unless otherwise defined, technical or scientific terms used in one or more embodiments of the present specification should have the ordinary meaning as understood by those of ordinary skill in the art to which this disclosure belongs. The use of "first," "second," and similar terms in one or more embodiments of the specification is not intended to indicate any order, quantity, or importance, but rather is used to distinguish one element from another. The word "comprising" or "comprises", and the like, means that the element or item listed before the word covers the element or item listed after the word and its equivalents, but does not exclude other elements or items. The terms "connected" or "coupled" and the like are not restricted to physical or mechanical connections, but may include electrical connections, whether direct or indirect. "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like are used merely to indicate relative positional relationships, and when the absolute position of the object being described is changed, the relative positional relationships may also be changed accordingly.
The embodiment of the invention provides an automobile headlamp steering device. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a head lamp steering apparatus for an automobile, includes: the lamp holder 1, the lamp shade, the lamp body 21, the sector gear 22, the driving gear 23, the first motor, the angle sensor and the controller, wherein,
the lampshade is arranged on the lamp holder 1;
the lamp body 21 is hinged on the lamp holder 1;
the sector gear 22 is fixedly connected with the lamp body 21;
the driving gear 23 is meshed with the sector gear 22;
the rotating shaft of the first motor is fixedly connected with the driving gear 23;
the angle sensor is arranged on the automobile steering column;
the angle sensor and the first motor are electrically connected with the controller, and the first motor can be a stepping motor.
This device is at the during operation, when people rotate the steering wheel, the steering wheel drives the steering column and rotates, the steering column drives the front wheel through the relation of connection and rotates, when the steering column is rotating, angle sensor detects out steering column pivoted angle, thereby send signal for the controller, the first motor work of controller control, rotate corresponding angle, thereby drive driving gear 23 and rotate corresponding angle, driving gear 23 drives sector gear 22 and rotates corresponding angle, and then drive lamp body 21 and rotate corresponding angle, make lamp body 21 pivoted angle the same with wheel pivoted angle or close.
Therefore, the device can enable the lamp body 21 to turn when the automobile turns, so that the lighting effect of the lamp body 21 is improved when the automobile is driven to turn, and the running safety of the automobile is further improved.
In some embodiments, the steering device further includes a heat dissipating part for reducing the temperature of the lamp body 21 in use. When the automobile headlamp is in an illuminating state, the headlamp can generate higher temperature, so that parts in the automobile headlamp are easily heated and deformed, and even the parts are burnt and melted. In addition, the hot air generated due to high temperature is not smooth to flow in a closed environment, so that the service life of electronic products in the automobile headlamp is shortened, and the normal use of the automobile headlamp is seriously influenced. The heat dissipation portion is designed to reduce the temperature of the lamp body 21 during use, thereby reducing the adverse effect of high temperature on the lamp body 21.
Optionally, the heat dissipation part includes two sets of ventilation units, one of them is organized the ventilation unit sets up the below of lamp stand 1, another group the ventilation unit sets up the side of lamp stand 1, be equipped with two vents 11 on the lamp stand 1, it is two sets of to correspond respectively the ventilation unit, the ventilation unit includes baffle 12, baffle 12 can cooperate with the through-hole that is equipped with on the shell 6 of car, it has first electric jar 13 to articulate on the baffle 12.
When not working, the through-hole that is equipped with on baffle 12 and the shell 6 of car cooperatees, make shell 6 look a whole, can not influence the outward appearance of car, when the use, first electric jar 13 work is released baffle 12 from the through-hole, thereby the wind-force that produces in the driving process gets into from the through-hole of bottom, then the vent 11 department of bottom gets into in the lamp shade, then the vent 11 of edgewise blows off, thereby take away most heat in the lamp shade, thereby the temperature when having reduced lamp body 21 and using, the harmful effects of high temperature to lamp body 21 has been reduced.
In some embodiments, the upper end of the flap 12 is provided with a notch for cooperating with a corresponding protrusion 3 on the vehicle's outer shell 6, such that when the flap 12 is opened, the protrusion 3 acts as a stop for the notch.
When first electric jar 13 work is released baffle 12 from through-hole department, because protruding 3 is right this moment the notch plays the effect that blocks, and the bottom of baffle 12 can upwards rotate this moment to open the through-hole, so when rainy day, baffle 12 can carry out better effect of blockking to the rainwater, avoids the rainwater to enter into in the through-hole.
In some embodiments, a filter screen 4 is disposed at each of the two ventilation openings 11, and the filter screen 4 is used for filtering dust in air. The filter screen 4 can be detachably connected to the air vent 11 in a clamping manner. This facilitates cleaning of the filter screen 4.
In some embodiments, the steering device further comprises a cleaning portion disposed within the lamp housing, the cleaning portion for cleaning an inner face of the lamp housing. The long-time ventilation and heat dissipation can cause dust on the inner surface of the lampshade to influence the lighting effect of the lamp body 21, and the inner surface of the lampshade is cleaned through the design of the cleaning part, so that the lighting effect of the lamp body 21 is guaranteed.
Optionally, the cleaning part comprises a cleaning roller 51 and a second electric cylinder 52, the cleaning roller 51 is detachably connected with the second electric cylinder 52, and the cleaning roller 51 is used for cleaning the inner surface of the lampshade. During operation, the second electric cylinder 52 operates to drive the cleaning roller 51 to move, so as to clean the inner surface of the lampshade and ensure the illumination effect of the lamp body 21.
In order to further improve the cleaning effect, the cleaning part further comprises a water box 53, the water box 53 is arranged above the lampshade, the lower end of the water box 53 is connected with an electromagnetic valve 54 in series, and when the cleaning roller 51 moves to the lower part of the water box 53, the electromagnetic valve 54 is controlled to be opened to enable water to flow onto the cleaning roller 51. The water in the water box 53 flows onto the cleaning roller 51 to keep the cleaning roller 51 in a wet state, thereby further improving the cleaning effect of the cleaning roller 51.
It is intended that the one or more embodiments of the present specification embrace all such alternatives, modifications and variations as fall within the broad scope of the appended claims. Therefore, any omissions, modifications, substitutions, improvements, and the like that may be made without departing from the spirit and principles of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure are intended to be included within the scope of the present disclosure.
