Background
Cork (Phellem), commonly known as Chinese pine, cork bark, is a product of the outer skin of Mediterranean oak, with the surface protective tissue after the stems and roots have grown coarsely. Ancient Egypt, Greek and Roman were used to make fishing net floats, shoe-pads, bottle stoppers, etc. Cork consists of many flat cells arranged in a radial pattern. The cellular cavities often contain resins and tannin compounds and are filled with air, so that cork is often colored, light and soft in texture, elastic, impervious to water, not susceptible to chemicals, and a poor conductor of electricity, heat and sound. Consists of 14-sided dead cells, which are arranged radially with respect to one another in the form of hexagonal prisms. The typical cell diameter is 30 microns, and the cell thickness is 1-2 microns. There are conduits between the cells. The space between two adjacent cells is composed of 5 layers, two of which are fibrous, followed by two layers of cork, the middle of which is a layer of wood, with more than 5000 ten thousand cells per 1 cubic centimeter. The structure has the advantages of good elasticity, sealing property, heat insulation property, sound insulation property, electric insulation property and friction resistance, and no toxicity, no smell, small specific gravity, soft hand feeling, difficult ignition and the like, and no artificial product can be compared with the artificial product until now.
The traditional dyeing cork has the defects of fading, insufficient hardness, no wear resistance, no pollution resistance and no water resistance in the actual use process. A combined product of PVC and cork is available in the market, although the problem of color loss is solved, formaldehyde pollution is caused, pollution is caused when PVC is produced, and the PVC combined product is not suitable for daily use.

Preferably, in the step S5, the temperature range of the hot melt adhesive compounded by the hot wheel laminator on the cork with the water-based adhesive on the surface layer is between 150 ℃ and 180 ℃.
Preferably, in the step S6, the standing and cooling time of the cork with the hot melt adhesive on the surface layer is between 22h and 26 h.
Preferably, the cork processed by the processing method of the novel cork combined with the TPU material film comprises a structural main body, wherein the structural main body sequentially consists of a cork layer, a TPU layer and a surface treatment layer.
Preferably, a dyeing layer and a dyeing treatment layer are sequentially arranged between the cork layer and the TPU layer.

In the step S5, the temperature range when the hot melt adhesive is compounded on the cork with the water-based adhesive on the surface layer by the hot wheel laminator is 150-180 ℃, wherein the optimal temperature is 160 ℃; in the step S6, the standing and cooling time range of the cork with the hot melt adhesive on the surface layer is 22h-26h, wherein the optimal time is 24 h.

The invention relates to a processing method of novel cork combined with a TPU material film, which comprises the steps of firstly polishing the cork to be flat without impurities and applying a primary water-based adhesive, then dissolving and compounding thermosol on the cork by using a hot wheel laminating machine with the temperature of 160 ℃, cooling and shaping for 24 hours, and then performing surface extinction by using a special extinction material by using a spraying machine.

and step S7, performing surface treatment, namely spraying a matting material on the shaped cork through a spraying machine, performing surface matting treatment, and finishing the cork production.
