Abstract
本发明公开了一种全自动切菜设备,包括机架,所述机架内部设有可上下移动的刀架,刀架可拆卸连接有刀片,刀架由驱动装置驱动,刀架的两侧分别设有安装在机架上的右输送带和左输送带,右输送带一端上方设有安装在机架上的菜斗,左输送带远离刀架一端的下方设有可拆卸的菜筐,左输送带上方设有灭菌部件。本发明结构简单,蔬菜从菜斗进入右输送带上,并随其移动,驱动电机带动椭圆轮转动,椭圆轮在弹簧的作用下,实现刀架和刀片的上下移动,利用双面刀刃进行切割,提高一倍的切割速率,切割后的蔬菜片随左输送带移动,并落至菜筐中,完成蔬菜从上料到切割再到收集流程,实现自动切割,大大提高了烹饪效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及厨具技术领域,尤其涉及一种全自动切菜设备。
背景技术
蔬菜是指可以做菜、烹饪成为食品的一类植物或菌类,蔬菜是人们日常饮食中必不可少的食物之一。蔬菜可提供人体所必需的多种维生素和矿物质等营养物质。
据国际物质粮农组织1990年统计,人体必需的维生素C的90%、维生素A的60%来自蔬菜。此外,蔬菜中还有多种多样的植物化学物质,是人们公认的对健康有效的成分,目前果蔬中的营养素可以有效预防慢性、退行性疾病的多种物质,正在被人们研究发现;目前在烹饪中,蔬菜的切割需要人工切割,对于一些较大的饭店来说,需要一次性备很多蔬菜,人工切割不仅劳动强度大,效率也比较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种全自动切菜设备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种全自动切菜设备,包括机架,所述机架内部设有可上下移动的刀架,刀架可拆卸连接有刀片,刀架由驱动装置驱动,刀架的两侧分别设有安装在机架上的右输送带和左输送带,右输送带一端上方设有安装在机架上的菜斗,左输送带远离刀架一端的下方设有可拆卸的菜筐,左输送带上方设有灭菌部件。
优选地,所述刀架的上下两端均通过弹簧与机架的内壁连接,机架滑动连接在机架的内壁,所述驱动装置包括包括安装在机架内壁的驱动电机,驱动电机的输出端连接有椭圆轮,椭圆轮与刀架的内壁间歇相抵。
优选地,所述椭圆轮的凸起部分均转动连接有转轮。
优选地,所述右输送带下方设有安装在机架内壁的导流板,导流板倾斜设置,导流板的下端设有接水盒。
优选地,所述导流板的截面呈波浪形。
优选地,所述机架上滑动连接有轮架,轮架下端转动连接有压轮,压轮位于右输送带上方,轮架上螺纹连接有螺杆,螺杆与机架转动连接。
优选地,所述灭菌部件为紫外灯,紫外灯的灯座安装在机架的内顶壁。
优选地,所述菜筐上设有网孔,菜筐的侧壁安装有挂钩,所述机架上安装有与挂钩相对应的挂环。
优选地,所述菜筐上设有毛刷,毛刷安装在机架的侧壁,且毛刷上端与左输送带接触。
优选地,所述刀架的两侧均设有弧形板,弧形板安装在机架的内壁,且弧形板的弧形与右输送带和左输送带的弧面平行,垂直距离为2-4mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,蔬菜从菜斗进入右输送带上,并随其移动,驱动电机带动椭圆轮转动,椭圆轮在弹簧的作用下,实现刀架和刀片的上下移动,利用双面刀刃进行切割,提高一倍的切割速率,切割后的蔬菜片随左输送带移动,并落至菜筐中,完成蔬菜从上料到切割再到收集流程,实现自动切割,大大提高了烹饪效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种全自动切菜设备,包括机架1,机架1内部设有可上下移动的刀架8,刀架8可拆卸连接有刀片9,方便替换刀片9,且刀片9有双面刀刃,刀架8由驱动装置驱动,刀架8的两侧分别设有安装在机架1上的右输送带10和左输送带11,右输送带10一端上方设有安装在机架1上的菜斗7,左输送带11远离刀架8一端的下方设有可拆卸的菜筐17,左输送带11上方设有灭菌部件。
其中,刀架8的上下两端均通过弹簧6与机架1的内壁连接,机架1滑动连接在机架1的内壁,驱动装置包括包括安装在机架1内壁的驱动电机15,驱动电机15的输出端连接有椭圆轮14,椭圆轮14与刀架8的内壁间歇相抵,实现刀片9上下往复移动,利用双面刀刃进行快速往复切割,提高一倍的切割速度。
同时,椭圆轮14的凸起部分均转动连接有转轮20,在椭圆轮14与刀架8间歇接触过程中,减小摩擦,进而降低磨损。
由于蔬菜在清洗之后,可能会夹杂水份,因此右输送带10下方设有安装在机架1内壁的导流板12,导流板12倾斜设置,导流板12的下端设有接水盒13,这样一来,蔬菜中的水份沥在右输送带10,并最终从右输送带10上滴落到导流板12,导流板12的截面呈波浪形,波浪形的导流板12将水引至接水盒13中聚集,避免洒在设备周围。
蔬菜由于比较蓬松,不易切割,将其压平之后,更加便于切割,因此在机架1上滑动连接有轮架4,轮架4下端转动连接有压轮5,压轮5位于右输送带10上方,轮架4上螺纹连接有螺杆3,螺杆3与机架1转动连接,利用压轮5将蔬菜压平,而且可根据不同的蔬菜性质,对压轮5通过螺杆3进行调整高度,满足不同要求。
为了降低蔬菜中细菌,可在蔬菜切割之后进行灭菌,因此灭菌部件为紫外灯2,紫外灯2的灯座安装在机架1的内顶壁,利用紫外线进行杀菌。
菜筐17上设有网孔,菜筐17的侧壁安装有挂钩,机架1上安装有与挂钩相对应的挂环19,方便收集切割后的蔬菜。
由于切割后的蔬菜体积较小,在水的粘黏作用下,容易粘在左输送带11上,因此在菜筐17上设有毛刷16,毛刷16安装在机架1的侧壁,且毛刷16上端与左输送带11接触,利用毛刷16将蔬菜片与左输送带11分离,起到自动清洁的作用。
刀架8的两侧均设有弧形板18,弧形板18安装在机架1的内壁,且弧形板18的弧形与右输送带10和左输送带11的弧面平行,垂直距离为2-4mm,缩小右输送带10和左输送带11之间的间距,避免蔬菜掉落。
本案中,蔬菜从菜斗7进入右输送带10上,并随其移动,驱动电机15带动椭圆轮14转动,椭圆轮14在弹簧6的作用下,实现刀架8和刀片9的上下移动,利用双面刀刃进行切割,提高一倍的切割速率,切割后的蔬菜片随左输送带11移动,并落至菜筐17中,完成蔬菜从上料到切割再到收集流程,实现自动切割,大大提高了烹饪效率。

1.一种全自动切菜设备,包括机架(1),其特征在于,所述机架(1)内部设有可上下移动的刀架(8),刀架(8)可拆卸连接有刀片(9),刀架(8)由驱动装置驱动,刀架(8)的两侧分别设有安装在机架(1)上的右输送带(10)和左输送带(11),右输送带(10)一端上方设有安装在机架(1)上的菜斗(7),左输送带(11)远离刀架(8)一端的下方设有可拆卸的菜筐(17),左输送带(11)上方设有灭菌部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动切菜设备,其特征在于,所述刀架(8)的上下两端均通过弹簧(6)与机架(1)的内壁连接,机架(1)滑动连接在机架(1)的内壁,所述驱动装置包括包括安装在机架(1)内壁的驱动电机(15),驱动电机(15)的输出端连接有椭圆轮(14),椭圆轮(14)与刀架(8)的内壁间歇相抵。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种全自动切菜设备,其特征在于,所述椭圆轮(14)的凸起部分均转动连接有转轮(20)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种全自动切菜设备,其特征在于,所述右输送带(10)下方设有安装在机架(1)内壁的导流板(12),导流板(12)倾斜设置,导流板(12)的下端设有接水盒(13)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种全自动切菜设备,其特征在于,所述导流板(12)的截面呈波浪形。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种全自动切菜设备,其特征在于,所述机架(1)上滑动连接有轮架(4),轮架(4)下端转动连接有压轮(5),压轮(5)位于右输送带(10)上方,轮架(4)上螺纹连接有螺杆(3),螺杆(3)与机架(1)转动连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种全自动切菜设备,其特征在于,所述灭菌部件为紫外灯(2),紫外灯(2)的灯座安装在机架(1)的内顶壁。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种全自动切菜设备,其特征在于,所述菜筐(17)上设有网孔,菜筐(17)的侧壁安装有挂钩,所述机架(1)上安装有与挂钩相对应的挂环(19)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种全自动切菜设备,其特征在于,所述菜筐(17)上设有毛刷(16),毛刷(16)安装在机架(1)的侧壁,且毛刷(16)上端与左输送带(11)接触。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的一种全自动切菜设备,其特征在于,所述刀架(8)的两侧均设有弧形板(18),弧形板(18)安装在机架(1)的内壁,且弧形板(18)的弧形与右输送带(10)和左输送带(11)的弧面平行,垂直距离为2-4mm。
