The working principle is as follows: the dried peppers to be cleaned are poured into the cleaning pool 2 through the feeding hole 7 by an operator, when enough water is filled in the cleaning pool 2, each second motor 21 is started, each stirring plate 10 is driven to rotate through each second motor 21 respectively, the threaded rod 18 is driven to rotate through the first motor 17, the threaded rod 18 drives the threaded rod sliding sleeve 19 to enable the transverse moving plate 14 to perform limiting movement along each track 15 through each arranged slide block 16, two rotating stirring plates 10 horizontally move along the cleaning pool 2, the dried peppers in the cleaning pool 2 are stirred and cleaned through each rotating stirring plate 10, the dried peppers floating on the water surface are uniformly cleaned, the third motor 22 is started while the dried peppers are cleaned, the rotating rod 24 is driven to rotate through the third motor 22, each cam 25 is driven to rotate through the rotating rod 24, and each cam 25 slides and butts against the inner wall of the circular sleeve 23 through each cam 25 respectively, one end of a cleaning pool 2 is shaken up and down, and then dried peppers are sieved in the cleaning pool 2, so that stains attached to the dried peppers are easy to fall off, after cleaning is finished, an electromagnetic valve 29 is started, a sewer pipe 13 is opened to guide wastewater in the cleaning pool 2 into a filtering channel 12, the dried peppers are resisted through a first filtering net 28, the diameter of a mesh hole of the first filtering net 28 is larger than that of the dried peppers, the wastewater entering the filtering channel 12 is filtered through a second filtering net 30, impurities are discharged through a waste material channel 31, the wastewater is filtered through a filtering layer 32 and then enters the temporary storage water tank 11, the filtered water entering the temporary storage water tank 11 is guided into a main water tank 3 through a first water pump 33 and a first water guide pipe, so that the wastewater is reused, when subsequent cleaning is carried out again, the water in the main water tank 3 is conveyed to each spray head 9 through the second water pump 34 and the second water guide pipe to be sprayed and cleaned into the cleaning pool 2, after the waste water in the cleaning pool 2 is led out, each hydraulic push rod 36 is started, the working end of each hydraulic push rod 36 drives the blanking cover plate 8 to turn over, and then the blanking port is opened, so that the cleaned dried peppers in the cleaning pool 2 are led in through the blanking slideway 35.

A cleaning device for dried peppers is characterized by comprising a rack (1), a cleaning pool (2), a main water tank (3), a horizontal moving stirring mechanism (4), a wastewater utilization mechanism (5) and a shaking mechanism (6), wherein the shaking mechanism (6) is arranged at the upper end of the rack (1), the cleaning pool (2) is horizontally arranged above the rack (1), the working end of the shaking mechanism (6) is in transmission connection with the bottom of the cleaning pool (2), one end of the cleaning pool (2) is provided with a feed inlet (7), the bottom of the other end of the cleaning pool (2) is provided with a blanking through hole, the blanking through hole is provided with a blanking cover plate (8) capable of being turned over, two sides of the upper end of the cleaning pool (2) are respectively provided with a plurality of spray heads (9) which are distributed at equal intervals, the horizontal moving stirring mechanism (4) is arranged at the top of the cleaning pool (2), the horizontal moving stirring mechanism (4) comprises two stirring plates (10) which are symmetrically arranged at two sides, the inside lower extreme in frame (1) is erect in main water tank (3), every shower nozzle (9) are respectively through the inside intercommunication of first water pipe with main water tank (3), waste water utilization mechanism (5) are located one side of frame (1), waste water utilization mechanism (5) are including water tank (11) of keeping in, and filtering channel (12), filtering channel (12) are vertical setting at the top of water tank (11) of keeping in, it is equipped with downcomer (13) to wash one side that pond (2) are close to the unloading opening, the one end of downcomer (13) and the inside intercommunication of filtering channel (12).
2. A washing device for dried peppers, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the washing tank (2) is inclined, the feed opening (7) is located at an inclined upward end, and the feed opening is located at an inclined downward end.

The dry pepper cleaning device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the horizontal movement stirring mechanism (4) further comprises a first motor (17), a threaded rod (18), a screw rod sliding sleeve (19), two first bearing blocks (20) and two second motors (21), the threaded rod (18) is horizontally arranged between the two rails (15), the axis of the threaded rod (18) is parallel to each rail (15), the two first bearing blocks (20) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the threaded rod (18), the bottom of each first bearing block (20) is respectively arranged at the top of the cleaning pool (2), two ends of the threaded rod (18) are respectively rotatably inserted into the inner ring of each first bearing block (20) and extend outwards, the first motor (17) is arranged at one side of one of the first bearing blocks (20), the first motor (17) is connected with the outer wall of the cleaning pool (2) through a first bracket, the output of first motor (17) is connected with the one end transmission of threaded rod (18), the lead screw sheath sets up on threaded rod (18), lead screw sliding sleeve (19) and threaded rod (18) threaded connection, the bottom of lead screw sliding sleeve (19) is connected with the top center department of lateral shifting board (14), two stirring boards (10) are the bottom both ends of vertical symmetric position lateral shifting board (14), every second motor (21) are located directly over every stirring board (10) respectively, install respectively on lateral shifting board (14) every second motor (21), the output of every second motor (21) is connected with the top of stirring board (10) respectively.

A cleaning device for dried pepper according to claim 4, characterized in that the shaking mechanism (6) comprises a third motor (22), a circular sleeve (23), a rotating rod (24), two cams (25) and two second bearing blocks (26), wherein the third bearing blocks (27) are respectively arranged on two sides of one end of the cleaning box close to the feeding port, two sides of the cleaning box are respectively rotatably connected with the inner ring of each second bearing block (26) through a rotating column, the circular sleeve (23) is horizontally arranged on one end of the bottom of the cleaning box far away from the feeding port, the two second bearing blocks (26) are respectively arranged on two ends of the circular sleeve (23), each second bearing block (26) is respectively arranged on the frame (1), the rotating rod (24) is horizontally arranged between the two second bearing blocks (26), the rotating rod (24) is rotatably arranged in the circular sleeve (23), the inner ring that locates every second bearing frame (26) of inserting that the both ends of bull stick (24) can rotate respectively outwards extends, third motor (22) are located one side of one of them second bearing frame (26), third motor (22) pass through the outer wall connection of second support with frame (1), the output of third motor (22) is connected with the one end of bull stick (24), two cam (25) symmetry sets up the both ends at bull stick (24), every cam (25) can slide respectively and conflict the inner wall of circular sleeve (23).
6. A cleaning device for dried peppers according to claim 5, characterized in that a first filter screen (28) is provided at an end of the downcomer (13) near the cleaning tank (2), and a solenoid valve (29) is provided on the downcomer (13).

A cleaning device for dried pepper according to claim 6, wherein the inner upper end of the filtering channel (12) is provided with a second filter screen (30) arranged obliquely, one side of the filtering channel (12) is provided with a waste material channel (31) butted with one end of the second filter screen (30) obliquely downwards, and the lower end of the filtering channel (12) is provided with a filtering layer (32).
