Abstract
本发明涉及一种美白用泥状面膜及卸膜液的制备方法,其技术方案是:泥状面膜的制法为,将异壬酸异壬醇脂,生育酚等混合,加热搅拌,降温到60℃,作为组分A;将甘油,丁二醇,壳聚糖等混合,升温搅拌,作为组分B;将组分B慢慢加入到组分A中,搅拌后,加入高岭土,继续搅拌,降温,加入防腐剂;卸膜液的制备方法为:将氢化蓖麻油,芦荟精油混合均匀,再将海藻酸钠,去离子水,丙二醇,血橙提取物混合均匀,将两种组分混合搅拌即可。有益效果是:本发明可以让泥膜紧固而成为一个整体,从而可以从皮肤表面自动剥离开,可以像一个天然贴片一样,加强了皮肤的水合作用,从而增强了泥膜中的美白成分的效果,集多种面膜优点于一体。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品技术领域,特别涉及一种美白用泥状面膜及卸膜液的制备方法。
背景技术
泥状面膜为直接涂抹式面膜,对皮肤的清洁作用比较明显,使用后需要水洗。贴片式面膜为湿敷式面膜,对皮肤有强力水合效果,从而增加营养物质的吸收,使用比较方便,直接揭掉即可,但是清洁皮肤的能力很弱,对皮肤毛孔的清洁,对油脂的吸收,以及对于皮肤重金属残留,彩妆后物质的残留都没有作用。而撕拉式面膜,虽然有清洁效果,也有促进营养物质吸收的功效,但是两方面的效果都不够明显,而且撕拉后,皮肤毛孔因此变大,导致后续的油脂分泌更加旺盛,堵塞毛孔,从而形成恶性循环。因此,发明一种有效的可以包含以上几种面膜优点的面膜,就变得很有意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种美白用泥状面膜及卸膜液的制备方法,可以让泥膜紧固而成为一个整体,从而可以从皮肤表面自动剥离开,且可以像一个天然贴片一样,加强了皮肤的水合作用,从而增强了泥膜中的美白成分的效果,集多种面膜优点于一体。
本发明提到的一种美白用泥状面膜及卸膜液的制备方法,其技术方案是包括以下步骤:
(1)将异壬酸异壬醇脂,生育酚,葡萄籽油,聚二甲基硅油,角鲨烷,柠檬精油,丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,异十六烷,聚山梨醇混合,加热到80-85℃后,搅拌半个小时后,降温到60℃,作为组分A;
(2)将甘油,丁二醇,去离子水,壳聚糖,烟酰胺,а-熊果苷,尿囊素,海藻糖,抗坏血酸葡糖苷,柠檬酸,葡萄糖酸钙,硫酸钙混合,升温到60℃,搅拌半个小时,作为组分B;
(3)将组分B慢慢加入到组分A中,搅拌半个小时;
(4)加入高岭土,继续搅拌半个小时,降温到40℃以下,加入防腐剂搅拌均匀,即得到一种美白功效的泥状面膜;
(5)混合氢化蓖麻油和芦荟精油得到组分C;
(6)将海藻酸钠,去离子水,丙二醇,血橙提取物混合均匀,得到组分D;
(7)将组分C加入到组分D中,混合搅拌均匀即得到卸膜液;
(8)使用时,取适量泥状面膜,均匀涂抹于脸部,一段时间后,将卸膜液喷覆于泥膜上面,再过一段时间后,泥膜可以像整张面具一样脱落,直接被取下,脸部无面膜残留。
优选的,步骤(1)中,组分A由以下重量份的物质制成:异壬酸异壬醇脂1-10份,生育酚1-5份,葡萄籽油1-10份,聚二甲基硅油1-10份,角鲨烷1-10份,柠檬精油0.1-1份,丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物1-5份,异十六烷1-5份,聚山梨醇1-5份。
优选的,步骤(2)中,组分B由以下重量份的物质制成:甘油1-10份,丁二醇1-10份,壳聚糖1-10份,烟酰胺1-5份,а-熊果苷1-5份,尿囊素0.1-1份,海藻糖1-5份,抗坏血酸葡糖苷1-5份,柠檬酸0.1-1份,葡萄糖酸钙1-5份,硫酸钙1-5份,高岭土10-40份,防腐剂0.1-0.5份,去离子水补足至100份。
优选的,在步骤(5)和步骤(6)中,氢化蓖麻油0.1-1份,芦荟精油0.1-1份,海藻酸钠0.5-5份,丙二醇1-20份,血橙提取物0.1-2份,去离子水补足至100份。
优选的,上述的壳聚糖的脱乙酰度大于95%。

本发明中主要活性成分的功效,在本发明中所发挥的作用如下:
葡萄籽油:葡萄籽油有两种非常重要的元素,亚麻油酸和原花色素,亚麻油酸可以抵抗自由基,预防黑色素沉淀,原花青素可以保护肌肤免于受到紫外线伤害,具有超强抗氧化能力;
壳聚糖:壳聚糖无毒、无味、有抑菌作用,可提高面膜的成膜性,具有抑菌、保湿功能,又不引起任何过敏刺激反应;
烟酰胺:烟酰胺是维生素B3的一种衍生物,其在皮肤抗老化方面最重要的功效是减轻和预防皮肤在早期衰老过程中产生的肤色黯淡、发黄、菜色;
а-熊果苷:熊果苷是源于绿色植物的天然活性物质,它能有效地抑制皮肤中的酪氨酸酶的活性,阻断黑色素的形成,通过自身与酪氨酶直接结合,加速黑色素的分解与排泄,从而减少皮肤色素沉积,祛除色斑和雀斑,它是当今流行的最为安全有效的美白原料;
尿囊素:尿囊素具有保护组织、亲水、吸水和防止水分散发等作用,增强皮肤的水合,让活性物质更好的被皮肤吸收;
海藻糖:海藻糖具有极强的保湿作用及防晒、防紫外线等多方面的生理功效,在本发明中主要作为保湿剂,以及紫外线防护剂;
抗坏血酸葡糖苷:维生素C的衍生物,在本发明中主要作为抗氧化剂和美白功效;
海藻酸钠:海藻酸钠可以在极其温和的条件下快速形成凝胶,可以和泥膜中的Ca2+发生离子交换反应,G单元堆积形成交联网络结构,从而形成水凝胶。方便泥膜的卸下,海藻酸钠形成凝胶的条件温和,这可以避免敏感性药物、蛋白质、细胞和酶等活性物质的失活;
血橙提取物:血橙中富含VC、VE、β胡萝卜素,以及黄酮和羟基肉桂酸等酚类物质。众多研究表明,花色苷、黄酮、VC等都具有优异的抗氧化抗自由基作用,对于肌肤经常暴露于紫外线下可能引起的日光斑有一定的预防和修复作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果具体如下:本发明用泥膜敷于面部,待活性物质被皮肤所吸收后,再用一种卸膜液和面膜纸覆盖于泥膜表面,这个时候,卸膜液中的海藻酸钠和泥膜中的钙盐会形成凝胶状物质,可以让泥膜紧固而成为一个整体,从而可以从皮肤表面自动剥离开;另外,本发明形成的类似凝胶状的整体,也可以像一个天然贴片一样,加强了皮肤的水合作用,再次促进泥膜中的活性成分被皮肤吸收,从而增强了泥膜中的美白成分的效果,使得本发明的面膜,美白效果极其出色,本发明包含了现有几种面膜的优点,效果更佳,更容易被用户接受。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1:本发明提到的一种美白用泥状面膜及卸膜液,包括以下:
泥状面膜成分组成为:异壬酸异壬醇脂4份,生育酚1份,葡萄籽油3份,聚二甲基硅油2份,角鲨烷5份,柠檬精油0.1份,丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物3份,异十六烷0.5份,聚山梨醇0.6份,甘油4份,丁二醇6份,壳聚糖3份,烟酰胺3份,а-熊果苷2份,尿囊素0.2份,海藻糖2份,抗坏血酸葡糖苷1份,柠檬酸0.1份,葡萄糖酸钙1份,硫酸钙3份,高岭土15份,杰马BP0.2份,去离子水补足至100份。
卸膜液的成分组分为:氢化蓖麻油0.3份,芦荟精油0.3份,海藻酸钠1份,丙二醇8份,血橙提取物0.5份,去离子水补足至100份。
本发明提到的一种美白用泥状面膜及卸膜液的制备方法,包括以下过程:
(1)将异壬酸异壬醇脂,生育酚,葡萄籽油,聚二甲基硅油,角鲨烷,柠檬精油,丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,异十六烷,聚山梨醇混合,加热到80-85℃后,搅拌半个小时后,降温到60℃,作为组分A。
(2)将甘油,丁二醇,去离子水,壳聚糖,烟酰胺,а-熊果苷,尿囊素,海藻糖,抗坏血酸葡糖苷,柠檬酸,葡萄糖酸钙,硫酸钙混合,升温到60℃,搅拌半个小时,作为组分B。
(3)将组分B慢慢加入到组分A中,搅拌半个小时。
(4)加入高岭土,继续搅拌半个小时,降温到40℃以下,加入防腐剂搅拌均匀,即得到一种美白功效的泥状面膜。
(5)混合氢化蓖麻油和芦荟精油得到组分C。
(6)将海藻酸钠,去离子水,丙二醇,血橙提取物混合均匀,得到组分D。
(7)将组分C加入到组分D中,混合搅拌均匀即得到卸膜液。
本实施例1有不错的美白效果,针对实施例1,挑选了20名20-50岁之间的皮肤健康志愿者进行试用实验,采用日本柯尼卡美能达色差仪CM-2600D来检测试用者的皮肤变化,试用时间为一个月,平均每两天使用一次本发明的美白泥状面膜,测量受试者左右脸颊部位的L*值和b*值,其中L*值表示亮度,L*值越高,表示皮肤越白皙,b*值为黄色到蓝色的范围,b*值越低,表示皮肤黄度越低。使用本发明的美白泥状面膜后,测试结果平均值如下:
测试结果表明,该美白泥状面膜具有直接提高皮肤亮度,让皮肤更加白皙,降低皮肤黄度,改善皮肤暗沉的功效。
实施例2:
本发明提到的一种美白用泥状面膜及卸膜液,包括以下:
泥状面膜成分组成为:异壬酸异壬醇脂2份,生育酚1份,葡萄籽油3份,聚二甲基硅油5份,角鲨烷4份,柠檬精油0.1份,丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物3份,异十六烷0.5份,聚山梨醇0.5份,甘油5份,丁二醇5份,壳聚糖2份,烟酰胺3份,а-熊果苷1份,尿囊素0.2份,海藻糖3份,抗坏血酸葡糖苷3份,柠檬酸0.1份,葡萄糖酸钙2份,硫酸钙3份,高岭土20份,杰马BP0.2份,去离子水补足至100份。
卸膜液的成分组分为:氢化蓖麻油0.3份,芦荟精油0.3份,海藻酸钠2份,丙二醇5份,血橙提取物1份,去离子水补足至100份。

(6)将海藻酸钠,去离子水,丙二醇,血橙提取物混合均匀,得到组分D。
(7)将组分C加入到组分D中,混合搅拌均匀即得到卸膜液。
为了检测实施例2的美白效果,针对实施例2,挑选了20名20-50岁之间的皮肤健康的志愿者来进行试用实验,本次实验采用德国CK化妆品功效评价仪器,皮肤黑色素和血红素测试仪MDD4-Mexameter MX18,基于光谱吸收的原理(RGB),来检测志愿者一个月内的皮肤黑色素含量变化。受试者平均每两天试用一次本美白用泥膜,通过检测受试者两侧脸颊的黑色素M值的变化情况,来测试本泥膜的美白功效。
经测试后,采集受试者两侧脸颊的黑色素数值,计算受试者平均数值变化如下表:
测试结果表明,该美白用泥状面膜,可以明显的降低皮肤中的黑色素含量,具有明显的美白功效。

泥状面膜成分组成为:异壬酸异壬醇脂6份,生育酚1份,葡萄籽油2份,聚二甲基硅油1份,角鲨烷6份,柠檬精油0.1份,丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物3份,异十六烷0.5份,聚山梨醇0.5份,甘油3份,丁二醇6份,壳聚糖3份,烟酰胺2份,а-熊果苷3份,尿囊素0.2份,海藻糖1份,抗坏血酸葡糖苷3份,柠檬酸0.1份,葡萄糖酸钙1份,硫酸钙3份,高岭土15份,杰马BP0.2份,去离子水补足至100份。
卸膜液的成分组分为:氢化蓖麻油0.3份,芦荟精油0.3份,海藻酸钠1份,丙二醇5份,血橙提取物1.5份,去离子水补足至100份。
本发明提到的一种美白用泥状面膜及卸膜液的制备方法,包括以下过程:
(1)将异壬酸异壬醇脂,生育酚,葡萄籽油,聚二甲基硅油,角鲨烷,柠檬精油,丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,异十六烷,聚山梨醇混合,加热到80-85℃后,搅拌半个小时后,降温到60℃,作为组分A。
(2)将甘油,丁二醇,去离子水,壳聚糖,烟酰胺,а-熊果苷,尿囊素,海藻糖,抗坏血酸葡糖苷,柠檬酸,葡萄糖酸钙,硫酸钙混合,升温到60℃,搅拌半个小时,作为组分B。
(3)将组分B慢慢加入到组分A中,搅拌半个小时。
(4)加入高岭土,继续搅拌半个小时,降温到40℃以下,加入防腐剂搅拌均匀,即得到一种美白功效的泥状面膜。
(5)混合氢化蓖麻油和芦荟精油得到组分C。
(6)将海藻酸钠,去离子水,丙二醇,血橙提取物混合均匀,得到组分D。
(7)将组分C加入到组分D中,混合搅拌均匀即得到卸膜液。
为了检测实例3的使用效果,将该实例的产品通过邮寄的方式,挑选了30名20-50岁之间的健康皮肤志愿者,使用该面膜一个月后,对该产品进行综合评价。评价项目中的美白效果,分为显著增白,明显增白,未增白。皮肤亮度效果,分为显著提亮,明显提亮,未提亮。肤感分为舒适,一般,不愉悦。应激过敏反应(干燥,脱皮,瘙痒,红肿,刺痛,爆痘)分为强烈应激反应,轻微应激反应,无应激反应。
通过志愿者反馈回来的使用效果来看,该面膜美白提亮效果明显,肤感良好,有轻微皮肤刺痛感的刺激。
实施例4:
本发明提到的一种美白用泥状面膜及卸膜液,包括以下:
泥状面膜成分组成为:异壬酸异壬醇脂3份,生育酚3份,葡萄籽油5份,聚二甲基硅油3份,角鲨烷8份,柠檬精油0.1份,丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物3份,异十六烷0.6份,聚山梨醇0.6份,甘油5份,丁二醇6份,壳聚糖2份,烟酰胺3份,а-熊果苷3份,尿囊素0.2份,海藻糖3份,抗坏血酸葡糖苷3份,柠檬酸0.1份,葡萄糖酸钙2份,硫酸钙3份,高岭土20份,杰马BP0.2份,去离子水补足至100份。
卸膜液的成分组分为:氢化蓖麻油0.3份,芦荟精油0.3份,海藻酸钠2份,丙二醇8份,血橙提取物2份,去离子水补足至100份。

为了检测实例4的使用效果,将该实例的产品通过邮寄的方式,挑选了30名20-50岁之间的健康皮肤志愿者,使用该面膜一个月后,对该产品进行综合评价。评价项目中的美白效果,分为显著增白,明显增白,未增白。皮肤亮度效果,分为显著提亮,明显提亮,未提亮。肤感分为舒适,一般,不愉悦。应激过敏反应(干燥,脱皮,瘙痒,红肿,刺痛,爆痘)分为强烈应激反应,轻微应激反应,无应激反应。
通过志愿者反馈回来的使用效果来看,该面膜美白提亮效果明显,肤感良好,有少数皮肤轻微应激反应。

Claims (6)
1.一种美白用泥状面膜及卸膜液的制备方法,其特征是包括以下步骤:
(1)将异壬酸异壬醇脂,生育酚,葡萄籽油,聚二甲基硅油,角鲨烷,柠檬精油,丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,异十六烷,聚山梨醇混合,加热到80-85℃后,搅拌半个小时后,降温到60℃,作为组分A;
(2)将甘油,丁二醇,去离子水,壳聚糖,烟酰胺,а-熊果苷,尿囊素,海藻糖,抗坏血酸葡糖苷,柠檬酸,葡萄糖酸钙,硫酸钙混合,升温到60℃,搅拌半个小时,作为组分B;
(3)将组分B慢慢加入到组分A中,搅拌半个小时;
(4)加入高岭土,继续搅拌半个小时,降温到40℃以下,加入防腐剂搅拌均匀,即得到一种美白功效的泥状面膜;
(5)混合氢化蓖麻油和芦荟精油得到组分C;
(6)将海藻酸钠,去离子水,丙二醇,血橙提取物混合均匀,得到组分D;
(7)将组分C加入到组分D中,混合搅拌均匀即得到卸膜液;
(8)使用时,取适量泥状面膜,均匀涂抹于脸部,一段时间后,将卸膜液喷覆于泥膜上面,再过一段时间后,泥膜可以像整张面具一样脱落,直接被取下,脸部无面膜残留。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美白用泥状面膜及卸膜液的制备方法,其特征是:
步骤(1)中,组分A由以下重量份的物质制成:异壬酸异壬醇脂1-10份,生育酚1-5份,葡萄籽油1-10份,聚二甲基硅油1-10份,角鲨烷1-10份,柠檬精油0.1-1份,丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物1-5份,异十六烷1-5份,聚山梨醇1-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的美白用泥状面膜及卸膜液的制备方法,其特征是:
步骤(2)中,组分B由以下重量份的物质制成:甘油1-10份,丁二醇1-10份,壳聚糖1-10份,烟酰胺1-5份,а-熊果苷1-5份,尿囊素0.1-1份,海藻糖1-5份,抗坏血酸葡糖苷1-5份,柠檬酸0.1-1份,葡萄糖酸钙1-5份,硫酸钙1-5份,高岭土10-40份,防腐剂0.1-0.5份,去离子水补足至100份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的美白用泥状面膜及卸膜液的制备方法,其特征是:
在步骤(5)和步骤(6)中,氢化蓖麻油0.1-1份,芦荟精油0.1-1份,海藻酸钠0.5-5份,丙二醇1-20份,血橙提取物0.1-2份,去离子水补足至100份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的美白用泥状面膜及卸膜液的制备方法,其特征是:所述的壳聚糖的脱乙酰度大于95%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的美白用泥状面膜及卸膜液的制备方法,其特征是:所述的高岭土为10-40份,防腐剂采用杰马BP防腐剂。
