The top frame 6 is arranged below the front plate, a left connecting rod, a right connecting rod and a rear connecting rod are welded into a frame body, and a plane is arranged above the frame body. The connecting parts at the two sides of the front end of the top frame 6 are respectively hinged with the connecting lugs welded at the two sides of the back of the front baffle 1 by pin shafts, so that the back part of the top frame 6 can rotate up and down around the pin shafts. Or two connecting lugs can be respectively welded at the two sides under the fixed plate 4 to be connected with the front end of the top frame 6. The left and right connecting rods of the top frame 6 can be made of square steel tubes besides angle steel, and the middle part of the connecting rods can be welded with a reinforcing rib.
The front plate movable component is provided with two side lower parts with stop hooks 12, the stop hooks 12 are provided with downward vertical rod bodies, the outer end surfaces of the rod bodies are flush with the outer end surfaces of the two sides of the corresponding front plate movable component, and the bottom ends of the stop hooks 12 at the two sides are provided with convex parts extending out of the outer bed edge 5 to form a straight hook shape. After the bed body is closed, the top frame 6 pushes up the front plate movable component to rise to the right position, and the outward protruding parts of the left and right side blocking hooks 12 respectively abut against the lower surfaces of the left and right bed edges 5 so as to limit the upward moving height of the front plate movable component. Particularly, the blocking hooks 12 are respectively welded below the rear parts at the two sides of the front plate 7 and below the front parts at the two sides of the front three plates 13; the stopping hooks 12 can be welded below the two sides of the front two plates 9, and the outward convex parts of the stopping hooks are lengthened and can be propped below the left and right bed sides 5 through the lower parts of the auxiliary variable plates 10.
2. Opening of the bed:
the front pole 24 is contracted, the front part of the push frame 8 rotates forwards and downwards, the rear part of the top frame 6 rotates forwards and downwards, and the front plate movable part moves forwards and downwards under the action of self weight. To ensure the action is reliable, the front part of the push frame 8 should tension the front two plates 9 by a tension spring. At this time, the rear part of the front plate 7 rotates forward and downward, and finally stands obliquely rearward and downward. The front two plates 9 move to the front lower part; the front part of the front three-plate 13 rotates forwards and downwards and simultaneously drives the guide frame 14 to move forwards, finally the front three-plate 13 is inclined forwards and downwards, and the front end of the guide frame 14 abuts against a partition plate of a track on the inner side of the bedside 5. The rear part of the transformation assisting plate 10 rotates forwards and downwards and finally stands backwards and downwards obliquely. Here, the deflection-assisting plate 10 participates in restricting the moving path that guides the front two plates 9 and the front three plates 13 forward and downward. Because the distance between the upper and lower rotating axes of the transformation assisting plate 10 is equal to the distance between the upper and lower rotating axes of the previous plate 7, and the distance between the front and rear rotating axes of the previous plate 9 is equal to the distance from the rotating axis of the upper end of the previous plate 7 to the rotating axis of the upper end of the transformation assisting plate 10, a four-point connecting line of the upper and lower rotating axes of the transformation assisting plate 10 and the rotating axis of the upper and lower ends of the previous plate 7 on the same front and rear tangent planes can form a changeable parallelogram structure, so that the previous two plates 9 can be translated to the front lower part, and the changing process is stable. The distance between the upper and lower rotating axes of the front three plate 13 is basically equal to the distance between the upper and lower rotating axes of the front plate 7, so that the front plate can form a groove which is similar to an isosceles trapezoid from side to side and gradually goes from shallow to deep, and finally the bed body is opened. This not only facilitates the patient to lower his legs and feet to make his sitting position comfortable, but also makes the patient more easily adapt to the changing process.
Therefore, the patient can conveniently and quickly sit on the seat support without taking the trouble to get out of the bed, and the toilet is used for freely and comfortably defecating on the toilet. If the back plate 17 is pushed up, the back of the patient can lean. After the bed is released, the back plate 17 is lowered, and the bed body can be closed by slightly lifting legs of a patient lying on the back plate 17 or slightly supporting the legs of the patient by other people, so that the bed surface is quickly restored for the patient to lie.
For the bed body to be opened, each part of the front plate has different target positions, and for the sake of clarity, the attached drawings also show a front assembly view of the bed body in the opened state shown in fig. 4 and a top assembly view of the bed body in the opened state shown in fig. 5.
3. Regarding closing of the bed:
the front electric pole 24 is extended, the upper part of the pushing frame 8 can be pushed to rotate towards the back upper side, the pushing top frame 6 is pushed, the front pin shaft of the top frame 6 serves as a fulcrum, the combination part of the front plate 7 and the front two plates 9 is pushed towards the back upper side, the rear part of the front plate 7 rotates towards the back upper side, the front two plates 9 and the front three plates 13 are driven to move towards the back upper side, the guide frame 14 is driven to move backwards, and the rear part of the change assisting plate 10 is driven to rotate towards the back upper side. The change-assistant plate 10 also participates in limiting the moving path of guiding the front two plates 9 and the front three plates 13 to the back and up, so that the moving process is stable. Finally, the movable part of the front plate is pushed to rise to the proper height, the stop hook 12 is hooked under the bedside 5, the front electric pole 24 is stopped, the push frame 8 tightly pushes the top frame 6, the top frame 6 tightly pushes the movable part of the front plate, the bed surface is flat, and the bed body is closed.
When the bed body is opened, the joint of the front plate 7 and the front plate 9 moves to the front lower part, and the top frame 6 is pressed from the upper part. The rear part of the top frame 6 is blocked by the lower shaft rod 46 or the ground, so that the backward arrangement length of the top frame 6 is limited. Therefore, the rear part of the top frame 6 is difficult to push to the joint part of the front two plates 9 and the front three plates 13 when being pushed upwards, and the bed surface is easy to vibrate or collapse after the bed body is closed. An extension 11 is provided for this purpose.
As shown in connection with figures 9, 10 and 11,
the lengthening device 11 is composed of a folding rod 37, a folding shaft 38, a folding connecting lug 39, an adjusting bolt 40 and an adjusting pad 41. A folding lug 39 is welded on each side of the rear end face of the cross bar at the rear part of the top frame 6, the upper part of the folding lug 39 is provided with a connecting hole, the upper part of the front part of the folding rod 37 is also provided with a connecting hole, the folding lugs are hinged by a folding shaft 38, and the rear part of the folding rod 37 can rotate up and down. When the folding rod 37 is driven by the top frame 6 to move upwards and is pressed by the front two plates 9, the front lower end of the folding rod 37 can prop against the lower side of the rear part of the top frame 6. The lower part of the folding lug 39 can extend downwards slightly than the lower edge of the rear cross bar of the top frame 6 to enhance the supporting force, and the front lower end of the folding rod 37 can prop against the rear lower side of the front wall of the folding lug 39, so that the top frame 6 can drive the folding rod 37 to straighten and prop up the front plate movable part. When the rear part of the top frame 6 is upwards, the rear part of the top frame is extended backwards and can be pushed to the vicinity of the joint part of the front two plates 9 and the front three plates 13. At the moment, the stop hook 12 below the front plate is just hooked below the bedside 5, the front electric pole 24 is stopped and self-locked, and the bed body is closed. When the rear part of the top frame 6 is downward, the folding rod 37 meets the blocking of the lower shaft rod 46, and the rear part of the folding rod 37 can be folded to the rear upper part by taking the folding shaft 38 as the center, so that the downward rotating range of the rear part of the top frame 6 can not be influenced, and enough space can be reserved for the joint part of the front plate 7 and the front two plates 9 to move to the front lower part.
Preferably: when the top frame 6 pushes up the driving folding rod 37, the connecting rod at the rear part of the top frame 6 has certain elastic deformation, and reinforcing rods which are obliquely arranged can be welded between the middle part of the connecting rod at the rear part of the top frame 6 and the middle parts of the connecting rods at the two sides for improving the strength of the connecting rod.
Preferably: in practice, it is difficult to push the front plate upward by the rear part of the folding rod 37 and the top frame 6, and to push the front plate and the rear part of the front two plates 9 tightly at the same time. For this purpose, a certain gap is left between the front lower end of the folding rod 37 and the inner lower side of the folding lug 39, and an adjusting pad 41 is fixed on the rear side of the front wall of the folding lug 39 by an adjusting bolt 40. The lower part of the adjusting pad 41 is provided with an inclined surface and a groove upwards, the threaded end of the adjusting bolt 40 passes through the groove and is screwed into the threaded hole on the front wall of the folding lug 39, and the adjusting pad 41 is pressed tightly by the rear annular convex part. The front lower end of the folding rod 37 can be abutted against the inclined plane at the lower part of the adjusting pad 41, and the upward pushing degree of the folding rod 37 can be adjusted by adjusting the upper and lower positions of the adjusting pad 41. A screw hole can be arranged at the front lower part of the folding lug 39, a hole is correspondingly arranged at the rear cross bar of the top frame 6, another adjusting bolt 40 can be screwed in from the front part of the folding lug 39, and the lower part of the top adjusting pad 41 moves backwards, so that the upward pressing degree of the folding rod 37 can be more conveniently adjusted and controlled. The adjusting pad 41 can also be made into a structure with certain elasticity and certain bending, and the upward pressing degree of the folding rod 37 can also be adjusted and controlled.
In the closing process of the bed body, the movable part of the front plate is pushed upwards to a proper position easily. Because the bed body is closed, the movable part of the front plate can bear the possible impact of standing, walking or even jumping of a person on the bed surface, if the electric pole 24 directly props against the top frame 6 to prop against the movable part of the front plate, the bed surface cannot be kept flat and stable only by the self-locking force of the electric machine which can be adopted by the electric pole 24. The problem is solved by adopting a mode that the pushing frame 8 is used for tightly pushing the top frame 6, and then the top frame 6 drives the folding rod 37 to tightly push the movable part of the front plate together. After the bed body is closed, the push frame 8 is in a forward slightly inclined state taking the vertical direction of the bed body as a reference to push the rear part of the top frame 6 tightly. The structure of the push frame 8 has great bearing rigidity and can bear most or all of the pressure applied by the movable parts of the front plate and the loaded objects on the front plate. The requirement on the self-locking force of the front electric pole 24 can be greatly reduced or eliminated, the push frame 8 can be kept stable only by the aid of the small self-locking force of the front electric pole 24 or even without the aid of the front electric pole 24, and the bed surface is kept flat and stable.
After the bed body is closed, the selection of the proper inclination angle when the push frame 8 is pushed upwards is analyzed and determined:
at the beginning of the closing process of the bed body, the pushing frame 8 and the top frame 6 are parallel, the front electric pole 24 pushes the upper part of the pushing frame 8 to rotate backwards and upwards, and the pushing frame 8 pushes the rear part of the top frame 6 to rotate backwards firstly. Because the connecting pin shaft at the front end of the top frame 6 can not move backwards, the upper push rod 48 slides backwards along the bottom surface of the top frame 6, and frictional resistance along the bottom surface direction of the top frame 6 is formed. Along with the gradual increase of the included angle between the push frame 8 and the top frame 6, the rear part of the top frame 6 gradually takes the upward rotation as the main part. The push frame 8 is gradually pushed towards the state close to the vertical state with the bottom surface of the top frame 6, the erecting direction of the push frame 8 is increasingly close to the direction of the downward pressure of the top frame 6, the upward push rod 48 is gradually increased under the positive pressure transmitted and applied by the top frame 6, and then the friction force is continuously increased. The frictional force exerted by the head frame 6 to resist rearward movement of the upper push rod 48 is maximised immediately before closure of the bed is complete. After the bed body is closed, the front electric pole 24 is stopped, if the push frame 8 is close but not in a vertical state, the push frame is pressed by the top frame 6, the upper push rod 48 tends to move forwards, and meanwhile, a backward friction force is generated between the upper push rod 48 and the top frame 6 to block. Because the positive pressure and the friction coefficient are the same, the positive pressure and the friction coefficient are the same as the forward friction force which is applied on the bed body immediately before the closing of the bed body. After the bed body is closed, the friction force becomes the resistance of the top frame 6 to prevent the push rod 48 from sliding forward, and becomes the stable maintaining force of the push frame 8. The force action point is at the bottom of the top frame 6, and the force arm for maintaining the stability of the push frame 8 is the distance between the contact point of the bottom of the top frame 6 and the upper push rod 48 and the axle center of the two push seats 51. The product of this force and the force arm becomes a positively influenced frictional securing torque which is applied to the push frame 8 by the push frame 6 being pushed down.
Regarding the negative influence on the stability of the push frame 8, the downward pressure transmitted by the top frame 6 is twofold, and it is also an unstable pressure, and the action point is at the contact position of the two sides of the upper push rod 48 and the bottom surface of the top frame 6. The unstable pressure acts on the connecting line of two contact points of the lower part of the top frame 6 and the upper push rod 48 to form a downward vertical acting surface. The upward supporting force of the push frame 8 acts on the axle center of the inner sides of the two push seats 51, and the supporting force acts on the connecting line of the two points to form an upward vertical acting surface. The distance between the two vertical surfaces is the force arm for the unstable pressure pressing of the top frame 6. The product of this unstable pressure and the moment arm creates an unstable moment that the top frame 6 exerts on the push frame 8. The pressure is not changed, and the magnitude of the force arm determines the magnitude of the unstable moment.
Whether the friction stabilizing torque applied to the push frame 8 by the top frame 6 pressing down is balanced with the unstable torque applied to the push frame 8 by the top frame 6 is determined according to the condition that the push frame 8 is erected. If the push frame 8 is completely vertical to the ground, the unstable pressure arm will be zero. However, in actual operation, the front board movable member is limited to be pressed upward by the hook 12 against the bedside 5, and the push frame 8 completely perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the floor is difficult to be actually pressed against the front board movable member by the top frame 6 due to the gap deviation and elastic deformation of the connection structure of the push frame 8. And the push of the front electric pole 24 has errors, and the push rod 48 cannot be pushed to slide to the highest point and is inclined backwards. Because of the existence of the friction force between the push frame 8 and the top frame 6, an optimal angle range exists, even if the push frame 8 inclines forwards for a certain angle, the unstable moment can be ensured to be smaller than the friction stable moment on the premise that the movable part of the front plate can be tightly pushed and cannot be pushed to slide over the highest point and incline backwards. In this case, after the front mast 24 is stopped, the push frame 8 can take up all the pressure exerted by the movable front plate part, and the front mast 24 is completely free from any pressure and is more stable. Of course, the angle range is very small, the push frame 8 is nearly vertical to the ground, and as the abrasion between the parts is increased, the effect of pushing the front plate movable part tightly is also reduced, which is determined by the rigidity and the abrasion resistance of the materials of the push frame 8 and the related linkage parts. In order to ensure the effect of the pushing frame 8 for tightly pushing the movable part of the front plate in a certain abrasion period, the forward inclination angle of the pushing frame 8 can be slightly increased from the optimal range, so that the stabilizing moment is slightly smaller than the unstable moment, at the moment, the upper push rod 48 has the forward moving trend, the front electric pole 24 is required to be assisted by self-locking force to achieve complete balance, but the forward inclination angle of the pushing frame 8 is controlled to be as small as possible, and the front electric pole 24 can meet the requirement only by extremely small self-locking force. In addition, even if the load on the bed surface is suddenly increased greatly, the friction force acting backwards on the upper push rod 48 is also increased greatly due to the increase of the positive pressure while the unstable moment is increased greatly, so that the stable moment is synchronously increased greatly, the stability of the push frame 8 is not influenced greatly, and the requirement of additional auxiliary self-locking force applied to the front electric pole 24 is not high. Therefore, the pushing mode has super strong stability.
The final moment before the bed body is closed, the vertical angle to which the push frame 8 needs to be pushed is generally forward inclined within the range of 30 degrees to 1 degree based on the axis of the push frame 8 being vertical to the ground, and the inclined state of the push frame 8 within the angle range can bear sixty percent of the pressure applied by all the front plate movable components. The selection of the optimum angle range for erection of the push frame 8 is generally optimized in such a manner that the axis of the push frame 8 is inclined forward by an angle in the range of 15 ° to 3 ° from the vertical to the ground, in consideration of the requirement for reducing the self-locking force of the front pole 24 as much as possible and the presence of wear factors.
As shown in conjunction with figures 18, 19 and 20,
after the bed body is closed, the relative transmission parts are deformed due to gaps or elasticity, so that the pushing action of the front electric pole 24 after the machine is stopped can be retracted, and the pushing frame 8 is unstable. For this purpose, the front rib 2 is provided, as shown in the drawing, which is formed by a rib body 54, a rib spring 53 and a rib spring lug 52. The front of the lower part of the rib body 54 is provided with a groove, the front of the groove is welded or connected with the upper part of a rib plate spring 53 by a bolt, the lower part of the rib plate spring 53 is connected with a rib spring lug 52, and the rib spring lug 52 is hinged with the lower end of the front electric pole 24 by a pin shaft. In the closing process of the bed body, the front electric pole 24 can push the rib plate spring 53 to be tightly deformed while pushing the push frame 8. After the bed body is closed, the rib plate spring 53 can provide deformation thrust to prevent the front electric pole 24 from backing up after stopping to push the pushing frame 8 all the time.
As shown in fig. 21, 22 and 23,
when the push frame 8 pushes the top frame 6, the upper push rod 48 needs to push the vertical edge below the top frame 6, and the friction force is large. For this purpose, the upper push rod 48 and the push link rod 47 of the push frame 8 are partially formed into a pulley push frame as shown in fig. 21, 22 and 23, and are composed of a rail pulley 55, an upper wheel lever 56 and a curved push rod 57. The lower end of the bent push rod 57 is welded with the original lower shaft rod 46, the lower part of the middle part of the bent push rods 57 at two sides is still welded with two ends of the inclined rod 50, and the middle part of the inclined rod 50 is still welded with the pushing lug 49. Pulley shafts are arranged at two ends of the upper wheel rod 56, rail pulleys 55 are arranged on the pulley shafts, and the rail pulleys are sealed by gaskets and cotter pins. The upper wheel rod 56 is welded on the upper end of the bent push rod 57, and the upper parts of the two bent push rods 57 are bent inwards, so that the left and right rail pulleys 55 are convenient to disassemble and assemble. In the closing process of the bed body, when the upper wheel rod 56 is pushed upwards, the two rail pulleys 55 just can be respectively propped against the two vertical edges below the top frame 6, so that the friction effect between the upper wheel rod 56 and the top frame 6 can be reduced.
As shown in conjunction with figures 24, 25 and 26,
the rail pulley 55 reduces the self-locking force of the pulley pushing frame pushing up after the bed body is closed. For this purpose, the top frame 6 may be made into a rail-changing top frame as shown in fig. 24, 25 and 26, and may be composed of a frame 59 and a rail replacement block 58. The two-rail pulley 55 is pushed up to the lower vertical edge of the frame 59 in most of the stroke of starting the push-up. When the frame 59 is about to be raised, the lower vertical edges of the frame will dent at a section near the rear end, causing the two-rail pulley 55 to lose contact with the original straight rail at that location. The two sides of the frame 59 are welded with the replacing rail blocks 58, and the lower surfaces of the two replacing rail blocks are provided with vertical edges which are staggered and arranged in succession in the same direction and are positioned on the same plane. The middle column of the upper wheel rod 56 without pulley section has the same diameter as the rail pulley 55, and will be supported against the vertical edges of the left and right rail replacing blocks 58 in a seamless manner. After the bed body is closed, the friction self-locking force between the upper wheel rod 56 and the track-changing top frame can be kept not to change greatly, and the movable part of the front plate can be stabilized.
Fifthly, regarding to sit and hold in the palm operating system and back plate 17 operating system:
the seat support is shown in fig. 27, 28, 29 and 30 and comprises a guide plate 60, a bottom rib 61, a lifting lug 62, a column plate 63, a dirt placing plate 64, a gauge rod 65, a seat plate 66, a connecting shaft 67, an upper rib frame 68, a bottom support 69, an elastic plate 70, an upper support 71, a seat shell 72 and a excrement receiving basin.
When the bed body is opened, a square hole is formed between the front three plate 13 and the rear plate 17 due to the forward movement of the front three plate. Since the guide frame 14 is driven by the front three plates 13 to move forward, the baffle plates on both sides can shield both sides of the square hole to prevent the foreign matters from entering by mistake. The middle part of the guide frame 14 is also provided with a reduced square hole, and the sitting support can be lifted from the square hole for the patient to sit when relieving the bowels, so that the patient has the effect of free and comfortable defecation on the toilet. A bed pan is arranged on the sitting-supporting sewage-placing plate 64 to contain excrement. For clarity of expression, the sitting support and the bed body are not drawn together, but are drawn separately. The upper part of the guide plate 60 is connected with a bottom support 69, the bottom support 69 is in a U-shaped structure, and the left side and the right side of the bottom support 69 are respectively hinged with an upper support 71 which is also in a U-shaped structure through two connecting lugs. The rear lower part of the guide plate 60 is welded with a lifting lug 62 which is connected with the lower end of the middle electric pole 28 by a pin shaft, so that the seat support can be lifted. The lower end of the guide plate 60 is inserted from above the guide groove of the elevation rail 27, along which the guide plate 60 is movable up and down. The inner circular arc of the upper support 71 is provided with a downward-folded circular arc section for strengthening. The upper support 71 is also sleeved with a seat shell 72 with a structure size suitable for the upper support, so that the upper support is more suitable for a patient to sit and lean against, the downward folded part at the inner side can block dirt and is convenient to wipe, and the front part of the upper support is provided with a downward extending baffle plate which can prevent urine from splashing. In order to make the sitting comfortable, soft articles which are convenient to scrub can be arranged on the sitting shell 72. The back plate 17 can also be made to stand upright with the back resting when the patient sits and defecates. When the rear part of the rear plate 17 reaches a certain height, the convex edge at the front end can press downwards against the inclined plate at the rear end of the upper support 71 to press the elastic plate 70, so that the front part of the upper support 71 and the front part of the seat shell 72 slightly tilt upwards, and the patient can be prevented from sliding forwards. When the rear part of the rear plate 17 is lowered, the rear end inclined plate of the upper support 71 loses the pressing force, and the upper support 71 is pushed by the elastic plate 70 to return to the horizontal state. Here, the front end flange of the rear plate 17 may be formed as a separate structure to be actively coupled with the rear plate 17 and removed when not in use. In addition, in order to increase the structural strength, a column plate 63 is fixed at the middle part of the front of the guide plate 60, a bottom rib 61 is fixed below the dirt placing plate 64, and an upper rib frame 68 which can be supported at the left and right lower parts of the bottom support 69 is fixed at the front upper part of the guide plate 60.
The guide plate 60 has a connecting lug on each of the left and right sides in front thereof to which the connecting shaft 67 is connected. The connecting shaft 67 is connected with the left and right gauge rods 65, and the other ends of the two gauge rods 65 are respectively hinged with the lower parts of the left and right sides of the seat plate 66 through pin shafts. The sitting plate 66 is hung on the buckling nose at the front upper part of the sitting shell 72 through an upper hook at ordinary times, and the sitting plate 66 can be lifted to cover the upper part of the sitting shell 72 for use as a seat. The front end of the gauge rod 65 can be pulled by the lower part of the seat plate 66 to rotate upwards by taking the connecting shaft 67 as an axial direction.
The lifting rail 27 is welded on the connecting crutch plate 16, and the connecting crutch plate 16 is connected with the middle support 15 by a bolt. The upper end of the middle electric pole 28 is connected with a connecting lug welded on the connecting crutch plate 16 through a pin shaft. The rear end of the rear pull rod 30 is connected with the lower end of the rear rib 21 by a bolt. The rear rib 21 may be made of angle steel, in addition to channel steel. A connecting plate is welded on the middle part of the middle support 15, and a connecting lug is welded at the rear end of the middle support and is connected with the front end of the rear pull rod 30 through a bolt. The rear rib 21 is welded with the middle part of the rear support 19, and both ends of the rear support 19 are respectively welded with the rear legs 20. Two turning steel connecting ends are welded below the middle part of the rear stop 22 and connected with the upper end of the rear rib 21 through bolts. And a connecting lug is welded above the rear part of the rear pull rod 30 and is hinged with the lower end of the rear electric pole 18 through a pin shaft. The upper end of the rear electric pole 18 is hinged with a connecting lug welded below the rear plate 17 through a pin shaft. The rear part of the rear plate 17 can be driven to rise or fall through the extension and contraction of the rear electric pole 18.
Sixthly, an electric control system, as shown in a direct current control circuit diagram of fig. 52;
the main actions of the bed body deformation are driven by the front electric pole 24, the middle electric pole 28 and the rear electric pole 18, which can be controlled by a logic circuit composed of various switches. A circuit master control box can be arranged on the wall surface behind the bed or below the fixed plate 4 and used for containing a power transformer and collecting the circuit connecting ends of all control switches for logic connection, and fixed switches or pull switches are arranged on the outer side of the bed edge 5 on any side for control. A remote switch can be arranged for operation, and a remote signal receiver is arranged in front of the bed. A switch can be arranged on the outer surface of the control box for control, and a power line is reserved outside the control box to be connected with commercial power for use.
For the front pole 24, the middle pole 28 and the rear pole 18, dc powered electric putters may be used. The DC motors used by them have positive and negative external lines, and are positively connected with power supply to make them rotate forward, and reversely connected to power supply to make them rotate backward.
The circuit is provided with six control switches including an open key 90, a close key 91, a support key 92, a support key 93, a rise key 94 and a level-down key 95, which are two-way control switches, each of which is provided with three branch ends of input, normally-on and normally-off, one way of the control switches is kept to be disconnected, and the two ways of the control switches are opposite after being pressed. The normally-on branches are connected with the negative pole of the power supply, and the normally-off branches are connected with the positive pole of the power supply. The other ends of the open key 90, the lift key 92 and the raise key 94 are respectively connected with the positive terminals of the front motor 87, the middle motor 88 and the rear motor 89. When the close key 91, the hold-down key 93 and the level-down key 95 are pressed respectively, the reverse power supply input ends of the front motor 87, the middle motor 88 and the rear motor 89 corresponding to the close key, the hold-down key 93 and the level-down key respectively are switched on the positive pole of the power supply to realize reverse rotation under the condition of not considering the influence of other limit switches in the circuit. In addition, trigger switches are arranged at different positions, and the trigger switches are as follows:
the first touch key 96 is arranged between the back plate 17 and the bedside 5, is a normally-off trigger switch and is switched on only when the back plate 17 is flat and pressed. The first touch key 96 is respectively connected between the normally open branches of the opening key 90, the closing key 91, the lifting key 92 and the lifting key 93 and the negative pole of the power supply, and can control the on-off of the forward and reverse rotation circuits of the front motor 87 and the middle motor 88. The rear plate 17 is in a flat state to become a prerequisite, and the bed body can be opened, closed, lifted and lowered only by touching the key 96 to be turned on.
The second touch key 97 is arranged below the fixed plate 4 and is a normally-off trigger switch, and the second touch key is pressed by the front plate 7 to be switched on only after the bed body is opened. The second touch key 97 is connected in series in the circuit from the positive pole of the power supply to the normally open branch of the hold-up key 92. When the back plate 17 is in a flat state, the first touch key 96 is on, and after the bed body is completely opened, the front plate 7 presses the second on-touch key 97, and then the normally-off branch of the on-hold key 92 is pressed, so that the middle motor 88 is switched on to rotate forwards, and the sitting support can be lifted.
The touch key III 98 is arranged in the middle of the front of the continuous turning plate 16 and is a normally-off trigger switch, and the touch key III is turned on only when the bottom support 69 descends to the right position and is pressed. Touch key three 98 is connected in series in the circuit from the positive power supply to the normally open branch of the close key 91. When the rear plate 17 is in a flat state, the first contact key 96 is on, and the bottom support 69 is in place after falling, the third contact key 98 is pressed, and the normally-off branch of the on-off key 91 is pressed, so that the front motor 87 has the possibility of switching on and reversing to close the bed body.
The touch key IV 99 is arranged at the inner side of the bedside 5 at any side and is a normally-off trigger switch, and the touch key IV is switched on only by pressing the bed body by the guide frame 14 after the bed body is closed; the touch key five 100 is arranged at the rear lower part of the continuous turning plate 16 and is a normally-off trigger switch, and the touch key five is turned on only when the seat support is lifted to the right position and the lifting lug 62 presses the seat support. The touch key IV 99 and the touch key V100 are connected in parallel and then connected in series into a circuit from the positive electrode of the power supply to the normally-off branch of the lifting key 94, when the touch keys are completely off, the forward rotation circuit of the rear motor 89 is off, and when any touch key is on, the forward rotation circuit of the rear motor 89 is on. The outer sides of the rotating shaft holes at the rear parts of the two counter bore auxiliary plates 80 are also provided with counter bores with slightly larger diameters, and the three-side rods 77 and the two-side rods 75 at the corresponding sides can be respectively connected by a single rotating shaft with an annular step at the rear part, so that the rear parts of the counter bore auxiliary plates 80 can be prevented from slipping outwards from the rotating shaft.
As shown in figures 12, 13 and 14,
in order to cover the receiving bowl at ordinary times, a sewage sealing device as shown in fig. 12, 13 and 14 can be arranged. It is composed of a connecting pipe 42, a crank shaft 43, a cover plate 44 and a retainer 45. A connecting pipe 42 can be welded on the rear surface of the middle support 15 and positioned outside the two sides of the connecting crutch plate 16, and the upper end of the crutch shaft 43 is inserted into the connecting pipe 42. Through holes are arranged on the connecting pipe 42 and the crank shaft 43 and are fixed by split pins. With this connection, the dismouting transportation of can being convenient for. The horizontal axis at the lower part of the crank shaft 43 is positioned at the proper height at both sides of the dirt placing plate 64 and can be inserted into the shaft holes of the left and right cover plates 44 to be hinged. When the seat support is at the lower part, the left and right cover plates 44 can be horizontally overlapped on the bed pan. When the seat support moves upwards and the sewage containing plate 64 drives the excrement receiving basin to move upwards, because the two crank shafts 43 cannot move, the two sides of the upper part of the excrement receiving basin can prop against the lower part of the left cover plate 44 and the right cover plate 44, so that the inner ends of the left cover plate 44 and the right cover plate 44 rotate upwards. Until the seat support is lifted to the right, the left cover plate 44 and the right cover plate are both erected, so that the excrement receiving basin is completely exposed for receiving excrement. A torsion spring is arranged between the crank shaft 43 and the cover plate 44, when the bed pan falls along with the integral sitting support, the left and right cover plates 44 can rotate inwards by being twisted by the torsion spring until the bed pan is covered. At the middle part of the horizontal shaft at the lower part of the two crank shafts 43, a baffle 45 facing inwards is also arranged, and the two baffle 45 are both composed of a baffle plate and a lantern ring. The baffle plates at two sides can limit the cover plate 44 to rotate downwards when the excrement receiving basin is taken out, and the outer ends of the baffle plates are welded with lantern rings which are sleeved on the transverse shaft at the lower part of the crank shaft 43 and are fastened by screws.
As shown in figures 49, 50 and 51,
the lifting, leveling, retracting and landing of the seat plate 66 can also be controlled electrically, and the retractable device consists of a retractable rod 84, a retractable electric pole 85 and a support connecting rod 86. The gauge rod 65 and the connecting shaft 67 can be connected and fixed through a pin or a connecting key. The front end of the retractable rod 84 can be welded on the connecting shaft 67 on any side, and the rear end of the retractable rod 84 is provided with a connecting lug which is hinged with the upper end of the retractable electric pole 85 through a rotating shaft. The lower end of the retractable pole 85 is hinged with a connecting lug on the supporting connecting rod 86 through a rotating shaft, and the other end of the supporting connecting rod 86 is provided with a turning part which can be welded at the rear part of the guide plate 60. Since the connecting shaft 67 is left-right communicated, either side can be controlled. If the retractable device is installed on the other side, the supporting connecting rod 86 is turned to the horizontal direction opposite to the retractable electric pole 85 from the downward direction by taking the connecting lug as an axis. When the retractable pole 85 pulls the retractable rod 84 downward, the connecting shaft 67 will drive the front parts of the two side gauge rods 65 upward, so that the seat plate 66 is lifted. A torsion spring is arranged on a pin shaft connecting the seat plate 66 and the gauge rod 65, so that the seat plate 66 can be inclined backwards in the lifting process until the seat plate is attached to the upper end surface of the seat shell 72 and stops after the seat plate is in place. When the retractable pole 85 pushes the retractable pole 84 upwards, the connecting shaft 67 drives the front parts of the two gauge rods 65 downwards to be pushed by the front part of the seat shell 72, so that the seat plate 66 is erected and pulled by the gauge rods 65 to move downwards until the seat plate 66 is hooked on the buckling nose at the front upper part of the seat shell 72.
As shown in connection with figures 46, 47 and 48,
a blocking device:
as the front part of the bed board is provided with the cotton-padded mattress and the bed sheet, the cotton-padded mattress and the bed sheet are difficult to avoid extending out of the bedside 5. During the closing process of the bed body, the relative movement between the movable part of the front plate and the bed edge 5 can cause shearing to the outwards extending part of the edge of the mattress sheet. For this purpose, a catch is provided, as shown in fig. 46, 47 and 48, which is formed by a bolt 81, a socket 82 and a compression spring 83.
For the former plate 7, first, a through hole from top to bottom should be provided at both sides thereof near the edges, and the upper end of the stud 81 is inserted from below this through hole. The upper end flat plate of each tube seat 82 is respectively clung to the bottom surface of the lower side of the through holes, and each tube seat 82 is vertical to the bottom surface and welded. The lower body rod body of the stud 81 is inserted into the tube seats 82, each tube seat 82 has a strip-shaped guide groove towards the adjacent bedside 5, and the lower part of the stud 81 extends out of the strip-shaped guide groove to form a convex cross column, so that the stud 81 can only move up and down and can not rotate. The outward convex transverse column of the stud 81 can be resisted by the underside of the bed edge 5 in the closing process of the bed body. A compression spring 83 is arranged below the interior of the pipe seat 82, and when the outward convex transverse column of the stud 81 is abutted, the stud 81 moves downwards in the pipe seat 82 to compress the compression spring 83; after the bed body is closed, the exposed part of the upper end of the stud 81 can completely enter the corresponding through hole, so that the flatness of the front part of the bed plate is not influenced.
In the process of opening the bed body, the tube seat 82 moves downwards along with the connected relevant part, the pressing on the outward convex transverse column of the stud 81 is gradually lost, the upper end of the stud 81 can extend upwards from the corresponding through hole under the pushing of the pressure spring 83, and the edge of the mattress can be pushed and blocked to extend out to the bed edge 5. When the bed body is closed to a certain degree, the outward convex transverse columns of the studs 81 are pressed again, so that the studs 81 gradually descend, and when the upper parts of the studs 81 cannot effectively block the edge of the sheet, the relative displacement of the relevant parts of the bed body enters a region where the sheet is not easy to cut any more until the sheet is flattened after the bed body is closed.
The same method can be applied to the front three plates 13 to provide a barrier. In the same way for the front two panels 9, the outer side auxiliary variable panels 10 also extend the outer transverse columns of the studs 81 further outward to be held against the underside of the bed 5. In addition, the main body of the stud 81 may also be a circular tube structure.
2. Other supplementary notes:
for the sheet and the pillow on the back plate 17, since the back plate 17 may be raised sometimes, in order to prevent slipping, a bed clip can be fixed at the back of the back plate 17 to clip the sheet and the pillow. For the sheet on the front plate, the sheet is easy to wrinkle after the bed body is opened and then closed. For this purpose, the sheet rear portion is passed around the front plate rear end downward and clamped by a bed clip fixed thereto. The front end of the sheet is tensioned by an elastic belt at the front part of the bed surface. Therefore, when the bed board is flat, the mattress sheet can be flat.
Preferably: the front rail 1 and the rear rail 22 can also be made of angle steel, and the front rib 2 and the rear rib 21 can be connected conveniently.
Preferably: in order to make the deformation of the bed body more flexible, a shaft sleeve or a bearing can be arranged in the related rotating shaft hole.
Preferably: two sides of the back plate 17 are respectively connected with a rope belt, the middle of the back plate is fastened by a buckle similar to a safety belt of an automobile, and a patient with unstable sitting posture can be pulled after the back part of the back plate 17 is lifted.
Preferably: the middle part of the bed edge 5 is welded with the position near the rotating shaft seat, because the front plate can not cover the bed edge 5 at the position, the front plate can also be fixed on the bed edge by a wood plate through screws, so that the front plate is level with the bed surface, and a groove can be reserved on the wood plate at the corresponding rotating shaft seat.
Preferably: protective baffles are arranged on the front baffle 1 and the rear baffle 22, and guardrails which can be conveniently erected and laid down are arranged on the upper parts of the side surfaces of the left and right bed sides 5.
Preferably: the front legs 3 and the rear legs 20 can be kept short, and rollers are arranged at the lower parts of the front legs and the rear legs, so that the bed body can move conveniently.
Preferably: a water heater or a water tank is also arranged on the back wall close to the bed body and leads a water pipe to the sitting support so that the patient can clean after defecating.
Preferably: the four sides of the square hole inside the guide frame 14 are preferably provided with downward folded edges or provided with folding ribs and bones under the flat plate, so that the strength requirement can be reduced. In addition, the main body of the guide frame 14 can be made into a frame structure, and wood plates are fixed on the two sides of the main body, so that the weight can be reduced. When the patient takes the seat support as a chair, the left and right armrests can be arranged more comfortably. The flat plates at both sides of the guide frame 14 are provided with long grooves in the front-back direction, three holes arranged in the front-back direction are reserved in each groove, and sleeves are fixed below the front-back holes at each side. The four pipe columns are respectively inserted into the four sleeves, and the four pipe columns are tightly matched, can slide up and down and are not easy to shake. The upper end of the pipe column is connected with a transverse handrail, and the handrail can be hidden into the groove along with the downward movement of the pipe column and can be clamped and fixed upwards. The middle part of the handrail can be hinged with a connecting rod, the connecting rod can be hidden in the middle hole of the groove when the handrail faces downwards, and the lower end of the connecting rod can be lifted outwards after the handrail is lifted and is connected to the adjacent guardrails, so that the handrail is more stable. If the handrail is of a tubular structure, a sleeve with a slightly smaller size can be inserted into the front end of the handrail. When the sleeve is pulled out, a table plate can be placed on the sleeve.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
