As shown in fig. 11, the toilet seat 15 is driven by the toilet lifting mechanism to move along the axial direction of the toilet sliding shaft 23, and the toilet lifting mechanism comprises a third nut 21, a third sliding connecting piece 22 and a linkage lever; a third nut 21 is sleeved on a screw 16 in the bed plate opening and closing mechanism, a third sliding connecting piece 22 has the same structure as the first sliding connecting piece 19, the third sliding connecting piece 22 is connected with the third nut 21, and the first sliding connecting piece 19 is also connected with the third nut 21 through a bearing; a connecting pin is also provided on the third sliding connection 22.
As shown in fig. 11, the linkage lever includes a main lever 26 arranged in a "y" shape, a swing lever 27, and a lever fixing base 28 connected to the main lever 26; the middle section of the main lever 26 is connected with one end of a lever fixing seat 28 through a rotatable pin, and the other end of the lever fixing seat 28 is fixedly connected with the bedstead 11; a first square groove 29 and a second square groove 30 extending towards two sides are respectively arranged on the rod body of the main lever 26, a connecting pin on the third sliding connecting piece 22 is in pin connection with the first square groove 29, a connecting pin on the bearing connecting piece 25 is in pin connection with the second square groove 30, one end of the swinging rod 27 is in rotatable connection with the part, close to the second square groove 30, of the main lever 26, a third square groove 31 is arranged on the rod body of the other end of the swinging rod 27, the third square groove 31 is in pin connection with the toilet base 15 through the connecting pin, and the connecting pin on the toilet base 15 and the connecting pin on the bearing fixing seat are distributed at two ends of the toilet base 15. The connecting pins connected with the first square groove 29, the second square groove 30 and the third square groove 31 can slide along the groove bodies.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, the number of the toilet lifting mechanisms is two, and the two toilet lifting mechanisms are respectively located at two sides of the toilet base 15 and control the lifting movement of the toilet base 15 together.
The lifting movement of the toilet base 15 is controlled as follows: when the motor drives the screw 16 to rotate, the third slider can move along the rod body direction of the screw 16, so that the main lever 26 is pulled to rotate by taking the lever fixing seat 28 as a fulcrum, and an upward or downward acting force can be applied to the bearing connecting piece 25 in the rotating process of the main lever 26, so that the lifting control of the toilet base 15 is completed; in order to balance the stress of the main lever 26 and prevent the main lever 26 from being broken due to an excessive tensile force applied thereto during use, the swing rod 27 is connected to the main lever 26, and the swing rod 27 and the main lever 26 respectively apply an acting force to two side positions of the side surface of the toilet base 15, so as to effectively balance the load applied to the linkage lever. Wherein the rotation direction of some point on the lever is the pitch arc, and the moving direction that the closestool goes up and down is the straight line, adopts the form of opening the square groove in the lever body in this embodiment for the connecting pin can slide along the square groove, thereby effectively solves the balanced problem of effort.
In this embodiment, when the toilet seat 15 is raised to the highest position, the toilet seat 15 is just located at the gap formed after the left central bed plate 3 and the right central bed plate 4 are opened, so as to effectively receive the excrement generated by the user. When the toilet seat 15 is lowered to the lowest position, the toilet seat is just positioned at the position of one side of the bed body of the nursing bed close to the ground, and in the position, a nursing worker can conveniently clean, disinfect and sterilize the used toilet; the toilet bowl is not required to be dragged out by drilling to the bottom of the bed.
Meanwhile, the driving process of the lifting motion of the closestool and the opening and closing processes of the left central bed plate 3 and the right central bed plate 4 are realized by the same motor and the screw 16-nut assembly, so that the lifting of the closestool and the opening and closing of the bed plates are integrally controlled, the automation is realized in the whole process, and the manual adjustment by a nursing staff is not needed. This greatly reduced nursing staff's work burden, even only under the condition of user alone, the user also can carry out the defecation voluntarily on the nursing bed, need not other people and assists.
As shown in fig. 14, a toilet bowl anti-sliding mechanism is further mounted on the bed frame 11, and the toilet bowl anti-sliding mechanism comprises a limiting rod of the toilet bowl base 15, a first self-locking piece 32 and a second self-locking piece 33; the limiting rod of the toilet seat 15 is positioned right below the highest ascending position of the toilet seat 15; toilet seat 15 gag lever post is "U" shape, the montant upper end and the bedstead 11 fixed connection of toilet seat 15 gag lever post, the horizontal pole upper surface of toilet seat 15 gag lever post sets up first from latch fitting 32, the bottom surface of toilet seat 15 corresponds the position and sets up second from latch fitting 33, toilet seat 15 risees when highest position, when the user uses the closestool, the user can apply decurrent effort to the closestool, then toilet seat 15 can slight downstream, make first from latch fitting 32 and second from latch fitting 33 locking, first from latch fitting 32 and second can prevent the closestool lapse in the use after latch fitting 33 locks. The first and second self-locking pieces 32 and 33 are inclined at the same angle as the angle of inclination of the toilet sliding shaft 23. The first and second self-locking members 32 and 33 function to lock the position of the toilet seat 15 after the toilet seat 15 is raised to a maximum height and a user applies pressure to the toilet, thereby preventing the toilet from sliding downward due to pressure and causing injury to the user above. In addition, the first self-locking piece 32 and the second self-locking piece 33 also need to be released naturally after the user finishes defecation and the pressure above the toilet disappears, so that the toilet base 15 can slide downwards normally.
Based on the above description of the functions of the first self-locking element 32 and the second self-locking element 33, it can be seen that the first self-locking element 32 and the second self-locking element 33 can be implemented by various schemes, including the tongue-and-groove structure shown in fig. 16, and the form of the electromagnetic lock cylinder and the strike plate shown in fig. 17. The cost of the former two is relatively low, and need not to be switched on when using, and the energy consumption is low, and durability and maintenance performance are all better. While the latter is relatively more costly, the use effect is better, for example, in this embodiment, if the lock head and the lock plate of the electromagnetic lock are respectively disposed below the toilet seat 15 and above the cross bar of the toilet limiting rod 34, so that the inclination angles of the two are parallel to the inclination angle of the toilet sliding shaft 23. When the closestool rises to the highest position, because the contact surfaces of the lock head and the lock catch plate are flat, the lock head and the lock catch plate can be in direct contact, and the lock is locked after the power is on, so that the sliding prevention and the bearing effect on the force of the closestool base 15 are realized. When the user urinates and defecates, and the closestool needs to be lowered, the lock head and the lock catch plate are unlocked, and the closestool base 15 can be lowered normally.
In this example, as shown in FIG. 18, the bottom of the bed frame 11 of the nursing bed is provided with universal rollers 4612; the bottom of the toilet limiting rod 34 is connected with a supporting leg 48, the bottom of the supporting leg 48 is also connected with a universal roller 4612, and the universal roller 4612 at the bottom of the supporting leg 48 is in contact with the ground. After the universal roller 4612 is used, the position of the nursing bed can be moved more conveniently, and meanwhile, the support leg 48 connected with the toilet limiting rod 34 and the universal roller 4612 can transfer the acting force borne by the toilet limiting rod 34 to the ground, so that the toilet limiting rod 34 is prevented from being damaged by pressure or falling off.
Example 2
In the normal state, when the first self-locking member 32 and the second self-locking member 33 adopt the double-rack structure, there is a certain disadvantage that the solution of the embodiment also has room for improvement.
In the solution of embodiment 1, when the first self-locking piece 32 and the second self-locking piece 33 achieve the locking, it is necessary to lower the toilet bowl 15 downward by a certain height so that the two racks are contacted more closely. However, in the embodiment 1, the toilet seat 15 and the toilet sliding mechanism are rigidly connected, and the optical axis is slightly deformed to achieve the tight locking. If the dimension of the slight deformation is within the limit of the elastic deformation of the optical axis, the deformation of the optical axis is recovered after the user does not apply pressure any more, and the first self-locking piece 32 and the second self-locking piece 33 are disengaged from each other, and the locked state of the two is released.
However, if the size of the deformation exceeds the limit of the elastic deformation of the optical axis, the optical axis will be permanently deformed, which will affect the function of the sliding mechanism of the toilet. Indeed, during prolonged pressure application, such deformations may gradually accumulate, causing structural deformations.
The embodiment is improved on the basis of the embodiment 1, and a special elastic connecting piece is added between the bearing connecting piece 25 and the toilet seat 15, so that when the toilet seat 15 is connected on the toilet sliding shaft 23, the toilet seat can be slightly lifted and does not deform. The elastic connecting piece can form a synergistic effect with the first self-locking piece 32 and the second self-locking piece 33, and natural realization and natural release of a self-locking state are realized.
As shown in fig. 22, the elastic connection member includes a sleeve 36, a spring 37, a first connection head 38, a second connection head 39, an upper cover 40, and a lower cover 41; the spring 37 is positioned in the sleeve 36, and the upper cover 40 and the lower cover 41 are used for sealing two ends of the sleeve 36; one side of the pipe wall of the sleeve 36 is provided with a first slot 42 extending towards one end, and the other side of the sleeve 36 is provided with a second slot 43 extending towards the other end; one end of the first connecting head 38 is fixedly connected with the toilet base 15, and the other end extends into the sleeve 36 through the first slot 42, and the part of the first connecting head 38 positioned in the sleeve 36 is in a cylindrical shape matched with the inner space of the sleeve 36; the second connector 39 has the same shape as the first connector 38, one end of the second connector is fixedly connected to the bearing connector 25, the other end of the second connector passes through the second slot 43 and extends into the sleeve 36, and the first connector 38 and the second connector 39 are respectively abutted against two ends of the spring 37.
After using this elastic connecting piece, when the closestool base 15 risees to the highest position, first from latch fitting 32 and second from latch fitting 33 are not direct contact, and when the user defecates, its health is naturally relaxed and is pushed down, produces decurrent effort to closestool and closestool base 15 below, and spring 37 in the elastic connecting piece is compressed this moment, and closestool base 15 also descends a certain distance correspondingly for first from latch fitting 32 and second from latch fitting 33 are naturally contacted and are realized locking. After the user finishes relieving oneself, the user no longer applys pressure to the closestool, and spring 37 resumes natural state, and closestool base 15 slightly lifts, and first from latch fitting 32 and second from latch fitting 33 break away from the contact, and self-locking state relieves. Example 3
This example differs from example 2 in that: the structure of the bed plate opening and closing mechanism and the closestool lifting mechanism is improved in the embodiment.
In embodiment 1 or 2, the bed plate opening and closing mechanism and the toilet lifting mechanism are two sets, that is, the two screws 16 are connected with a first nut 17, a second nut 18, a third nut 21, a first sliding connector 19, a second sliding connector 20, and a third sliding connector 22; the number of the six components is two. This structure is simplified in this embodiment.
In this example, the two screws 16 rotate synchronously, the thread directions on the two screws 16 are opposite, wherein the combination of the first nut 17 and the first sliding connector 19 is sleeved on one of the screws 16 and connected with the left central bed plate 3; the combination of the second nut 18 and the second sliding connector 20 is sleeved on the other screw 16 and connected with the right central bed board 4. This can reduce the use of one set of the first nut 17, the second nut 18, the first slip connector 19 and the second slip connector 20. In terms of technical effect, the difference is not great as compared with the effect of the previous embodiment. Accordingly, with this structure, the two sets of toilet lifting mechanisms should be arranged in mirror image, unlike the arrangement in embodiment 1, which is arranged symmetrically.
