Abstract
The invention relates to a waist cushion, which comprises a cushion main body and cushion components. The cushion body is constructed to support the user's spine while the user maintains a seated position. Each cushion member is formed of a viscoelastic material and has a plurality of through holes, and is inserted into and coupled to each of the slots of the cushion body so as to have a predetermined interval in the lateral direction of the cushion body on the front surface of the cushion body based on the leaning of the user back.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cushion for supporting a user's waist when the user sits on an object such as a chair.
Background
Recently, people sitting in chairs in life are increasing, and as the user keeps sitting for a long time while driving the vehicle, the back and waist may bear an excessive burden, and it is suggested to develop a good sitting habit to protect the back and waist. Thus, a back cushion is also used on the back of the chair to assist in supporting the lumbar region.
Such a cushion should have proper softness, compressibility, shock absorption, dehumidification, deformation tracking and durability, so that a user can feel comfortable even when sitting for a long time. For this reason, the conventional back pad mainly uses cotton, sponge, polyurethane foam, rubber, etc. as an internal filling material.
For example, cotton bolsters provide comfort to the lumbar region of a seated individual by absorbing impact. The reason for this is that the fibrous structure of the cotton forms a net shape, and air is continuously supplied to the cotton to generate restoring force. However, the cotton pad should use a large amount of cotton to give a good feeling of relaxation, and be thinned after long-term use, easily reducing cushioning and breathability.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to provide a waist pad which can keep a correct vertebra posture and feel comfortable even if a user sits for a long time and can realize a fresh sitting feeling.
Technical method for solving the problems
In order to achieve the above object, the lumbar pad of the present invention includes a pad body and pad members. The cushion body is formed to support the user's spine while the user remains seated. Each cushion member is formed of a viscoelastic material and has a plurality of through holes, and is inserted into and coupled to each of the slots of the cushion body so as to have a predetermined interval in the lateral direction of the cushion body on the front surface of the cushion body with respect to the backrest of the user.
Here, each cushion member includes: a 1 st buffer part formed by dividing 1 st partition walls, so that each 1 st through hole is respectively penetrated in front and back directions with regular hexagon cross section; a2 nd buffer part formed by dividing the 2 nd partition wall so that the 2 nd through holes are respectively penetrated in front and back directions of the regular hexagonal cross section, the 2 nd buffer part being laminated in front of the 1 st buffer part so that each center of the 2 nd through holes is consistent with each center of the 1 st through holes; and reinforcing ribs formed at each boundary region of the 1 st through hole and the 2 nd through hole.
In addition, the cushion body may include a plurality of finger-pressing protrusions arranged up and down at a central portion of the upper side of the front surface. The cushion body may include a plurality of 1 st ventilation holes formed around each cushion member. Each slot may be formed with a 2 nd vent hole, respectively. The lumbar pad may also include a cushion cover that wraps the cushion body and cushion member together and covers.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, the lumbar pad allows a user to feel comfortable by maintaining a correct spinal posture even when sitting for a long time, and provides comfort by reducing skin irritation by dispersing pressure, and also provides comfortable sitting by maintaining proper temperature and humidity by its ventilation. In addition, according to the present invention, a massage function can be provided with movement of the lumbar region when seated.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a lumbar pad according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 is a side view of the use case of the lumbar pad shown in figure 1. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the interior of the lumbar pad of fig. 1. Fig. 4 is an exploded perspective view of fig. 3. Fig. 5 is a top view of the cushion member shown in fig. 3. Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A of fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a lumbar pad 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main body 110 and cushion members 120.
The cushion body 110 is formed to support the user's spine while the user maintains a sitting posture. Since the cushion body 110 supports the spine, the user can maintain a correct sitting posture of the spine even if sitting for a long time, and feel comfortable. The cushion body 110 is ergonomically designed and shaped and sized to maintain the S-shape of the spine of an adult male or female. The cushion main body 110 has a maximum left-right width of 39mm + -5 mm, a maximum height of 32mm + -5 mm, and a maximum front-rear thickness of 11mm + -5 mm. The cushion body 110 may have a flat back surface.
The front surface of the cushion body 110 is formed in a shape in which the middle portion is concavely curved to the left and right so that both sides of the waist can be wrapped and supported. In addition, the front surface of the cushion body 110 may be formed in a shape curved in the front-rear direction to support the S-shape of the spine.
The cushion body 110 may include a plurality of finger-pressing protrusions 111 vertically arranged at a central portion of an upper side of the front surface. Each finger-pressure protrusion 111 may give a finger-pressure effect to the waist of the user. Each finger-pressing protrusion 111 may be disposed on the upper side of each cushion member 120. The finger pressure protrusions 111 may protrude in a mountain shape from the front surface of the cushion body 110. The apex portion of the finger-pressing protrusion 111 is convexly curved and may have a circular cross section. Each finger-pressing protrusion 111 may be formed in various numbers, sizes, and shapes within a range capable of performing the above functions.
The cushion body 110 may include a plurality of 1 st ventilation holes 112 formed around each cushion member 120. Each 1 st ventilation hole 112 is used to improve ventilation. The 1 st vent holes 112 are penetrated in the front-rear direction, and the finger pressing protrusions 111 are provided in the middle of the 1 st vent holes 112, and are arranged in 2 rows on the left and right sides. Of course, the 1 st ventilation holes 112 may have various sizes and numbers and be arranged together within a range capable of maintaining durability of the cushion body 110. The 1 st vent hole 112 may be formed as a regular hexagonal hole or a circular hole.
Each of the slots 110a may be formed with a 2 nd vent hole 113, respectively. The 2 nd vent 113 penetrates back and forth. The 2 nd ventilation holes 113 enhance ventilation together with the cushion members 120. The 2 nd vent hole 113 may be formed as a regular hexagonal hole or a circular hole. The size of the 2 nd vent hole 113 may be the same as the 1 st vent hole 112.
For example, the cushion body 110 may be formed of a memory sponge. Memory sponge is a material developed by the united states national aerospace agency for cushioning the impact of astronauts when launching a space shuttle. The memory sponge has a restoring force that can be slowly restored after the pressure is applied, so that the cushion body 110 can properly disperse the pressure applied to the backbone as a whole by the restoring force of the memory sponge. For another example, the cushion body 110 is made of a latex material, and the pressure applied to the vertebra can be appropriately dispersed as a whole by the restoring force of the latex.
Each of the cushion members 120 is inserted into and coupled to each of the slots 110a of the cushion body 110 at a predetermined interval in the left-right direction of the cushion body 110 on the front surface of the cushion body 110 based on the leaning of the user back. Each cushion member 120 is arranged right and left near the lower side of the front surface of the cushion body 110, and can support the spine. All cushion members 120 have the same size and shape, and each slot 110a also has the same shape corresponding thereto.
Each of the slots 110a may be formed in a recess at a certain depth in the front surface of the cushion body 110. The cushion main body 110 has protrusions 114 protruding forward with a certain thickness around the insertion groove 110 a. The protrusion 114 may be curved around the circumference of each slot 110 a.
The bottom surface of the slot 110a may be formed in a shape to support the rear of the entire cushion member 120. The inner wall of the socket 110a may have the same shape as the outer wall of the cushion member 120 so that the cushion member 120 can be insertedly coupled to the socket 110a. Thus, the rear and outer walls of the cushion member 120 can be stably supported by the insertion groove 110a.
Each cushion member 120 is a viscoelastic material and has a plurality of through holes. That is, the cushion member 120 has viscosity and elasticity, and is formed in a through-hole structure. Thus, when a user sits, the cushion member 120 can disperse pressure applied to the lumbar spinal region, with a low critical pressure so as not to pinch the skin and micro-blood vessels, thereby providing optimal comfort. In addition, the cushion member 120 can effectively emit moisture and sweat by the air pump effect of the through-hole structure and excellent air permeability, maintain temperature and humidity, and provide a fresh sitting feeling for body heat and sweat generated at the waist portion when sitting.
In addition, the cushion member 120 works well for the cushion body 110. That is, when the cushion body 110 is made of memory sponge, the cushion member 120 plays a perfect role in the cushion body 110 having viscosity, improving the effect of maintaining the supporting force and shape with inherent elasticity, helping the user' S spine maintain the S shape.
When the cushion body 110 is made of latex, the cushion member 120 plays a perfect role in the cushion body 110 having elasticity, reducing contact area and pressure with inherent tackiness, thereby reducing irritation to the skin of the waist, making it easy to apply to various body shapes.
The cushion member 120 of the above-described structure is not glued to the slot 110a but physically inserted and coupled, so that the cushion member 120 can be deformed independently of the cushion body 110, thereby supporting the user's spine. Since each cushion member 120 has heterogeneity with the cushion body 110 therearound, it is possible to provide a massage function along with movement of the waist while maintaining a sitting posture.
In order to improve the massage effect, each cushion member 120 protrudes from the slot 110a by a height of 2mm to 8mm based on the maximum front-rear thickness of the cushion body 110. The lower the height of the protrusions of the cushion member 120 is, the worse the massage effect is; the higher the height of the protrusions of the cushion member 120, the higher the cushion strength, which may give the user a sense of discomfort.
In addition, in order to enhance the massage effect, the arrangement interval between the cushion members 120 may be 10 to 20mm. Here, the interval of each cushion member 120 may be defined as the shortest distance between adjacent portions of each cushion member 120. If the interval between the cushion members 120 is too narrow or too wide, the degree of heterogeneity with the surrounding cushion body 110 is reduced, thereby reducing the massage effect.
Of course, as another example, the front edge of the cushion member 120 may coincide with the front edge of the slot 110a such that the cushion member 120 is insert-coupled to the slot 110a without a height difference. In addition, the front-rear thickness of the cushion member 120 may be the same as the depth of the insertion groove 110a.
The cushion members 120 are 3 in total, and the cushion members can provide a cushion effect by dispersing the pressure in the center and the left and right sides of the spine. The cushion members 120 on the left and right sides can be bilaterally symmetrical about the center cushion member 120. Of course, 2 or 4 or more cushion members 120 may be provided.
For example, each cushion member 120 can include a1 st cushioning portion 121, a2 nd cushioning portion 122, and a reinforcing rib 123.
The 1 st buffer portion 121 is partitioned by the 1 st partition walls 121b so that the 1 st through holes 121a penetrate forward and backward in a regular hexagonal cross section. Each 1 st through hole 121a may be arranged in a hexagon.
The thickness of the 1 st partition 121b may gradually decrease rearward. The 1 st partition 121b may be provided to have a front end thickness of 1.65mm to 1.7mm and a rear end thickness of about 1.55mm to 1.6mm. Thus, the 1 st through hole 121a gradually expands rearward, and the 1 st cushioning portion 121 is easily molded when the 1 st cushioning portion 121 is injection molded. And taking out from the mould. If the difference in thickness between the front end and the rear end is too large, the strength of the 1 st partition 121b may be weakened.
The 2 nd buffer portion 122 is partitioned by the 2 nd partition walls 122b, so that the 2 nd through holes 122a are respectively penetrated forward and backward in a regular hexagonal cross section. Each of the 2 nd through holes 122a may be arranged in a hexagon.
The thickness of the 2 nd partition wall 122b may gradually decrease toward the front. The 2 nd partition wall 122b may be provided to have a rear end thickness of 1.65mm to 1.7mm and a front end thickness of about 1.5mm. Thus, the 2 nd through hole 122a gradually expands forward, and the molded 2 nd buffer 122 is easily removed from the mold when the 2 nd buffer 122 is injection molded. In addition, since the thickness of the 2 nd partition wall 122b at the front end is gradually thinner than that at the rear end, the area of contact with the user's spine can be reduced, thereby reducing the pressure. If the difference in thickness between the front end and the rear end is too large, the strength of the 2 nd partition wall 122b may be weakened.
The 2 nd buffer portion 122 is stacked in front of the 1st buffer portion 121 such that each center of the 2 nd through holes 122a coincides with each center of the 1st through holes 121 a. The 2 nd buffer portion 122 may be integrally formed with the 1st buffer portion 121. Therefore, the cushion member 120 has a double honeycomb structure through the 2 nd through holes 122a and the 1st through holes 121a, and not only has air permeability, but also more effectively distributes pressure. By minimizing the size of each of the 2 nd and 1st through holes 122a and 121a within the range in which injection molding is possible, the dispersion pressure effect can be maximized. For example, the minimum width of each of the 2 nd through holes 122a and the 1st through holes 121a may be set to 10mm to 12mm, and the maximum depth of each of the 2 nd through holes 122a and the 1st through holes 121a may be set to 12mm to 14mm.
Each reinforcing rib 123 may be formed at each boundary region of each of the 2 nd and 1 st through holes 122a and 121 a. The reinforcing ribs 123 may be formed together at the time of injection molding the 2 nd buffer portion 122, and formed around the boundary inside the 2 nd through hole 122a connected to the 1 st through hole 121 a. As another example, the reinforcing ribs 123 may be formed together at the time of injection molding the 1 st buffer portion 121, and formed around the boundary inside the 1 st through hole 121a connected to the 2 nd through hole 122 a.
The reinforcement rib 123 supports the 2 nd partition 122b and the 1 st partition 121b in the vertical direction of the 2 nd partition 122b and the 1 st partition 121b to reinforce the cushion member 120. The reinforcing rib 123 may be formed in a structure in which three in-line ribs are cross-connected at the center. Six ends of the reinforcement rib 123 may be connected to six corners of boundary regions of the 2 nd barrier rib 122b and the 1 st barrier rib 121b, respectively.
That is, the three in-line ribs of the reinforcing rib 123 are aligned in the vertical direction in the 2 nd partition wall 122b and the 1 st partition wall 121b, respectively. Thus, the reinforcement rib 123 can further enhance the effect of supporting the 2 nd and 1 st partition walls 122b and 121b in the vertical direction, thereby improving the durability of the cushion member 120. The width of each rib of the reinforcement ribs 123 may be greater than the thickness of the 2 nd and 1 st barrier ribs 122b and 121 b. The thickness of the reinforcing rib 123 may be set to 1.5mm.
The composition of the viscoelastic material used to prepare the cushion member 120 may include a mixture of a copolymer of a polystyrene polymer and polypropylene and an oil. The polystyrene-based polymer is a triblock (triblock) structure. The polystyrene polymer may be styrene- (ethylene/butylene) -styrene block copolymer (SEBS, styrene- (ethylene/buthylene) -styrene Block Copolymer) or polystyrene-poly (ethylene-ethylene/propylene) -polystyrene block copolymer (SEEPS, polystyrene-block-poly (ethylene/propylene) -blockpolystyrene). Thus, the polystyrene polymer and the copolymer of polypropylene may be PP-SEBS.
The mixture may comprise 30 to 40 wt% of a copolymer of polystyrene polymer and polypropylene, 60 to 70 wt% of oil. At this time, when the oil content is less than 60 wt%, the hardness (Shore a) increases, the effect of controlling dispersion decreases, the shrinkage is large, and ejection is difficult (ejecting) at the time of injection, and when it exceeds 70 wt%, since the oil and the copolymer are not easily mixed, injection is impossible, and even if injection is completed, oil injection occurs at the time of use, and therefore the oil content should be set in accordance with the above range.
The composition may comprise 5 to 8 wt% of additives based on 100 wt% of the mixture consisting of polymer and oil. In this case, if the content of the additive is less than 5% by weight, the oil and the copolymer cannot be mixed, physical properties are lowered, and if it exceeds 8% by weight, hardness is increased, and therefore the additive should be added in the above-mentioned content range. The additive is used to remove oil injection and improve heat resistance, and dry silica or wet silica may be used. As the dry Silica, fumed Silica (fused Silica) can be used.
The composition may further contain a heat stabilizer as needed to prevent the occurrence of thermalization due to heating during molding. In this case, the composition may contain 0.3 to 0.7% by weight of a heat stabilizer based on 100% by weight of the mixture composed of the copolymer and the oil.
The heat stabilizer may be composed of organic phosphites such as triphenyl phosphite, tris- (2, 6-dimethylphenyl) phosphite, tris- (mono-and di-nonylphenyl) phosphite, or of phosphates such as dimethyl phenylphosphonate, or of phosphates such as trimethyl phosphate, or a combination thereof.
The composition may contain 0.5 to 5.0 wt% of the aromatic oil and 0.05 to 10.0 wt% of the antibacterial agent based on 100 wt% of the mixture of the copolymer and the oil, thereby having aromatherapy and antibacterial functions.
When the content of the aromatic oil is less than 0.5 wt%, the effect of aromatherapy is not obtained, and when it is more than 5.0 wt%, the physical properties of the composition are lowered. The perfume oil is extracted from at least one selected from the group consisting of lavender, grapefruit, eucalyptus, rosemary, peppermint, and ylang-ylang (Ylang-Ylang).
If the content of the antibacterial agent is less than 0.05 wt%, the antibacterial effect cannot be exhibited, and if it exceeds 10.0 wt%, problems such as generation of bubbles, deterioration of physical properties, inability to mold or non-metering occur during the production process. The antimicrobial agent may be an organic antimicrobial agent or an inorganic antimicrobial agent. The organic antibacterial agent may be zinc pyrithione (Zincbis:2-pyridinethiol-1-oxide).
In addition, the lumbar pad 100 may further include a cushion cover 130 wrapping and covering the cushion body 110 and the cushion members 120 together. The cushion cover 130 may cover and protect the cushion body 110 and each cushion member 120. The size and shape of the cushion cover 130 may be set so that each cushion member 120 is not separated from the state of being inserted into each slot 110a of the cushion body 110. The cushion cover 130 may include a zipper 131 so that the cushion cover 130 can easily cover or separate from the cushion body 110.
To maximize the ventilation of the back pad 130, both the front and side portions may be formed in the mesh fabric, except for the back portion. In this way, the cushion cover 130 prevents sweat and body fluid discharged when the user sits from directly contacting the cushion body 110 and each cushion member 120, and allows ventilation to provide comfort to the user.
In addition, the back pad 130 may be made of a material having elasticity and softness to help each of the back pad members 120 provide optimal pressure dispersion. For example, the back pad 130 may be made of a fabric such as an elastic (elastin) mesh.
The back pad 130 may be secured to the back of the seat by a securing strap 132. The fixing strap 132 may be made of elastic material such as rubber, and both ends may be fixed to the left and right edges of the cushion cover 130. The fixing strap 132 elastically fixes the cushion cover 130 to the seat back in a state of surrounding the seat back from left to right, thereby maintaining the lumbar pad 100 in a state of being fixedly mounted to the seat back.
The invention has been described with reference to one embodiment in the schematic diagram, but this is only an example, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that many variations or equivalent other embodiments are possible. Therefore, the true technical scope of the present invention is defined only by the claims.
