Abstract
The invention relates to a waist cushion which comprises a cushion main body and cushion components. The cushion body is constructed to support the user's spine while the user is sitting. Each cushion member is formed of a viscoelastic material and has a plurality of through holes, and is inserted into each slot coupled to the cushion body on the front surface of the cushion body with a predetermined interval therebetween in the left-right direction of the cushion body, based on the back of the user.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a mat for supporting a user's waist when the user sits on an object such as a chair.
Background
Recently, people who sit on chairs for a long time in life are increasing, and since users keep sitting postures for a long time while driving a vehicle, the back and the waist may be subjected to an excessive burden, and it is suggested to develop a good sitting posture habit to protect the back and the waist. Therefore, a back pad may also be used on the backrest of the chair to assist in supporting the waist.
Such a cushion should have appropriate softness, compressibility, shock-absorbing properties, dehumidifying properties, deformation-following properties and durability so that the user feels comfortable even if seated for a long time. For this reason, conventional back pads mainly use cotton, sponge, urethane foam, rubber, or the like as an internal filling material.
For example, cotton cushions provide comfort to the waist of a seated person by absorbing impact. The reason for this is that the fiber structure of cotton forms a net shape, and air is constantly supplied to the cotton to generate a restoring force. However, the cotton back pad should use a large amount of cotton to give a good feeling of relaxation, and be thin after long-term use, easily reducing cushioning property and air permeability.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to provide a waist pad which can keep correct spine posture and feel comfortable even if a user sits for a long time and can realize refreshing sitting feeling.
Means for solving the problems
In order to achieve the above object, the lumbar pad of the present invention includes a pad main body and pad members. The cushion body is formed to support the user's spine while the user is sitting. Each cushion member is formed of a viscoelastic material and has a plurality of through holes, and is inserted into and coupled to each slot of the cushion body on the front surface of the cushion body with a predetermined interval therebetween in the left-right direction of the cushion body, based on the backrest of the user.
Here, each cushion member includes: a 1 st buffer part partitioned by a 1 st partition wall so that the 1 st through holes respectively penetrate front and back with a regular hexagonal cross section; a 2 nd buffer part partitioned by a 2 nd partition wall so that the 2 nd through holes respectively penetrate forward and backward with a regular hexagonal cross section, the 2 nd buffer part being stacked in front of the 1 st buffer part so that each center of the 2 nd through holes coincides with each center of the 1 st through holes; and a reinforcing rib formed at each boundary region of the 1 st through hole and the 2 nd through hole.
In addition, the cushion body may include a plurality of finger-pressure protrusions arranged up and down at a central portion of an upper side of the front surface. The cushion body may include a plurality of 1 st ventilation apertures formed around each cushion member. Each slot can be respectively formed with the 2 nd air vent. The lumbar pad may further include a back cushion cover that wraps and covers the cushion main body and the cushion member together.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, the lumbar pad allows a user to feel comfortable while maintaining a correct spinal posture even if the user sits for a long time, and also provides comfort by reducing irritation to the skin by dispersing pressure, and also provides comfortable sitting by maintaining an appropriate temperature and humidity through air permeability. In addition, according to the present invention, a massage function can be provided along with the movement of the waist while sitting.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a lumbar pad according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a side view of the lumbar pad use case shown in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the interior of the lumbar pad of fig. 1. Fig. 4 is an exploded perspective view of fig. 3. Fig. 5 is a top view of the cushion member shown in fig. 3. Fig. 6 is a sectional view taken along line a-a of fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a lumbar pad 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a pad main body 110 and pad members 120.
The front surface of pad main body 110 is formed in a shape in which the middle portion is concavely curved left and right so as to wrap and support both sides of the waist. In addition, the front surface of the pad main body 110 may be formed in a shape curved in the front-rear direction to support the S-shape of the spine.
The 2 nd vent hole 113 may be formed in each of the slots 110 a. The 2 nd vent hole 113 penetrates forward and backward. The 2 nd ventilation holes 113 improve ventilation together with the cushion members 120. The 2 nd ventilation hole 113 may be formed as a regular hexagonal hole or a circular hole. The 2 nd vent hole 113 may have the same size as the 1 st vent hole 112.
For example, pad body 110 may be formed from a memory sponge. The memory sponge is a material developed by the American national aerospace agency and is used for buffering the impact on astronauts when the space shuttles are launched. Since the memory foam has a restoring force that can be gradually restored to its original shape after the pressure is applied, the back pad main body 110 can properly disperse the pressure applied to the spine as a whole by the restoring force of the memory foam. For another example, the pad main body 110 is made of a latex material, and can properly disperse the pressure applied by the spine as a whole by the restoring force of the latex.
Each cushion member 120 is inserted into each insertion groove 110a coupled to cushion main body 110 at a front surface of cushion main body 110 with a set interval in the left-right direction of cushion main body 110, based on the back of the user leaning on. Each pad member 120 is arranged right and left near the lower side of the front surface of pad main body 110 and can support the spine. All of the pad members 120 have the same size and shape, and each of the slots 110a has the same shape corresponding thereto.
Each insertion groove 110a may be formed to be recessed at a certain depth in the front surface of pad main body 110. Protrusion portions 114 protruding forward with a certain thickness are connected to the periphery of insertion groove 110a of pad body 110. The protrusion 114 may be curved around the circumference of each slot 110 a.
The bottom surface of insertion groove 110a may be formed in a shape to support the rear of the entire pad member 120. An inner wall of insertion groove 110a may have the same shape as an outer wall of pad member 120 so that pad member 120 can be insert-coupled to insertion groove 110 a. Thus, the rear and outer walls of the cushion member 120 can be stably supported by the insertion groove 110 a.
Each cushion member 120 is made of viscoelastic material and has a plurality of through holes. That is, the cushion member 120 has viscosity and elasticity, and is formed in a through-hole structure. Accordingly, when the user sits, the cushion member 120 can distribute the pressure applied to the lumbar spine region with a low threshold pressure so as not to squeeze the skin and capillaries, thereby providing optimal comfort. In addition, the back pad member 120 can effectively emit moisture and sweat through the air pump effect of the through hole structure and excellent air permeability with respect to body heat and sweat generated at the waist when a user sits on the seat, maintain the temperature and humidity, and provide a fresh sitting feeling.
In addition, pad member 120 contributes to the improvement of pad main body 110. That is, when pad main body 110 is made of memory foam, pad member 120 improves pad main body 110 having viscosity, improves the effect of maintaining the supporting force and shape by inherent elasticity, and helps the spine of the user to keep the S-shape.
When cushion main body 110 is made of latex, cushion member 120 contributes to perfecting cushion main body 110 having elasticity, reducing contact area and pressure with inherent stickiness, thereby reducing irritation to the skin of the waist, making it easy to adapt to various body types.
In order to improve the massage effect, each pad member 120 protrudes from insertion groove 110a by a height of 2mm to 8mm based on the maximum front-rear thickness of pad body 110. The lower the height of the protrusion of the cushion member 120, the poorer the massage effect; the higher the height of the protrusion of the cushion member 120, the higher the cushion strength, which may give a sense of discomfort to the user.
In addition, in order to improve the massage effect, the arrangement interval between the cushion members 120 may be 10 to 20 mm. Here, the interval of each cushion member 120 may be defined as the shortest distance between adjacent portions of each cushion member 120. If the interval between the pad members 120 is too narrow or too wide, the degree of the foreign feeling with the surrounding pad main body 110 is reduced, thereby reducing the massage effect.
Of course, as another example, the front edge of pad member 120 may be coincident with the front edge of insertion slot 110a, so that pad member 120 is insert-coupled to insertion slot 110a without a height difference. Further, the front-to-rear thickness of pad member 120 may be the same as the depth of slot 110 a.
The cushion members 120 are 3 in total, and provide a cushion feeling by dispersing the pressure at the center of the spine and at the left and right sides. The left and right cushion members 120 may be symmetrical with respect to the center of the middle cushion member 120. Of course, 2 or more than 4 cushion members 120 may be provided.
For example, each cushion member 120 may include a 1 st cushioning portion 121, a 2 nd cushioning portion 122, and a reinforcing rib 123.
The 1 st buffer part 121 is partitioned by the 1 st partition walls 121b so that the 1 st through holes 121a penetrate forward and backward in a regular hexagonal cross section, respectively. The 1 st through holes 121a may be arranged in a hexagonal shape.
The thickness of the 1 st partition wall 121b may become gradually thinner toward the rear. The 1 st partition wall 121b may be provided to have a front end thickness of 1.65mm to 1.7mm and a rear end thickness of about 1.55mm to 1.6 mm. Accordingly, the 1 st through hole 121a is gradually enlarged toward the rear, and the 1 st cushion 121 can be easily formed when the 1 st cushion 121 is injection-molded. And (4) taking out of the mold. If the difference in thickness between the front end and the rear end is too large, the strength of the 1 st partition wall 121b may be weakened.
The 2 nd buffer part 122 is partitioned by the 2 nd partition walls 122b so that the 2 nd through holes 122a penetrate forward and backward with a regular hexagonal cross section, respectively. The 2 nd through holes 122a may be arranged in a hexagonal shape.
The thickness of the 2 nd partition wall 122b may be gradually thinner toward the front. The 2 nd partition wall 122b may be provided to have a rear end thickness of 1.65mm to 1.7mm and a front end thickness of about 1.5 mm. Accordingly, the 2 nd through hole 122a is gradually enlarged toward the front, and the molded 2 nd cushion part 122 is easily taken out of the mold when the 2 nd cushion part 122 is injection molded. In addition, since the thickness of the front end of the 2 nd partition wall 122b is gradually thinner than that of the rear end, the area contacting the user's spine can be reduced, thereby reducing the pressure. If the difference in thickness between the front end and the rear end is too large, the strength of the 2 nd partition wall 122b may be weakened.
The 2 nd buffer part 122 is stacked in front of the 1 st buffer part 121 such that each center of the 2 nd through holes 122a coincides with each center of the 1 st through holes 121 a. The 2 nd buffer portion 122 may be integrally formed with the 1 st buffer portion 121. Therefore, the cushion member 120 has a double honeycomb (honeycomb) structure through the 2 nd through holes 122a and the 1 st through holes 121a, and thus not only has air permeability but also more effectively disperses pressure. The effect of dispersing the pressure can be maximized by minimizing the size of each of the 2 nd through-hole 122a and the 1 st through-hole 121a in the range of injection molding. For example, the minimum width of each of the 2 nd through-hole 122a and the 1 st through-hole 121a may be set to 10mm to 12mm, and the maximum depth of each of the 2 nd through-hole 122a and the 1 st through-hole 121a may be set to 12mm to 14 mm.
The reinforcing ribs 123 may be formed at each boundary region of the 2 nd through-hole 122a and the 1 st through-hole 121 a. Each of the reinforcing ribs 123 may be molded together at the time of injection molding of the 2 nd buffer part 122, formed around the boundary within the 2 nd through hole 122a connected with the 1 st through hole 121 a. As another example, the reinforcing ribs 123 may be formed around the boundary within the 1 st through-hole 121a connected to the 2 nd through-hole 122a, which are molded together when the 1 st buffer portion 121 is injection molded.
The reinforcing rib 123 reinforces the cushion member 120 by supporting the 2 nd and 1 st partition walls 122b and 121b in the vertical direction of the 2 nd and 1 st partition walls 122b and 121 b. The reinforcing rib 123 may be formed in a structure in which three in-line ribs are cross-connected at the center. Six ends of the reinforcing rib 123 may be connected to six corners of boundary regions of the 2 nd partition wall 122b and the 1 st partition wall 121b, respectively.
That is, three linear ribs of the reinforcing rib 123 are aligned in the vertical direction in the 2 nd partition wall 122b and the 1 st partition wall 121b, respectively. Thus, the reinforcing rib 123 can further enhance the effect of supporting the 2 nd partition wall 122b and the 1 st partition wall 121b in the vertical direction, thereby improving the durability of the cushion member 120. The width of each of the reinforcing ribs 123 may be greater than the thickness of the 2 nd partition wall 122b and the 1 st partition wall 121 b. The thickness of the reinforcing rib 123 may be set to 1.5 mm.
The viscoelastic composition used to form the cushion member 120 may include a blend of a polystyrene polymer and a polypropylene copolymer and oil. Polystyrene based polymers are triblock (triblock) structures. The Polystyrene polymer may be a styrene- (ethylene/butylene) -styrene Block Copolymer (SEBS), or a Polystyrene-poly (ethylene/propylene) -Polystyrene Block Copolymer (SEEPS). Thus, the polystyrene polymer and the copolymer of polypropylene may be PP-SEBS.
The mixture may include 30 to 40 wt% of a copolymer of a polystyrene polymer and polypropylene, and 60 to 70 wt% of an oil. At this time, when the oil content is less than 60 wt%, the hardness (Shore a) increases, the effect of controlling dispersion decreases, the shrinkage rate is large, and ejection (ejection) is difficult at the time of injection, and when it exceeds 70 wt%, the oil and the copolymer are not easily mixed and injection is impossible, and even if injection is completed, oil injection occurs at the time of use, so the oil content should be set in the above range.
The composition may include 5 to 8 wt% of the additive based on 100 wt% of the mixture consisting of the polymer and the oil. In this case, if the content of the additive is less than 5% by weight, the oil and the copolymer cannot be mixed and the physical properties are deteriorated, and if it exceeds 8% by weight, the hardness is increased, so that the additive should be added in the above-mentioned content range. The additive is used to remove oil spray and improve heat resistance, and dry silica or wet silica may be used. As the dry Silica, Fumed Silica (fused Silica) can be used.
The composition may further contain a heat stabilizer as necessary to prevent the composition from being heated by heating during molding. In this case, the composition may include 0.3 to 0.7 wt% of a heat stabilizer based on 100 wt% of a mixture composed of the copolymer and the oil.
The heat stabilizer may be composed of organic phosphites such as triphenyl phosphite, tris- (2, 6-dimethylphenyl) phosphite, tris- (mono-and di-nonylphenyl mixed) phosphite or of phosphoric esters such as dimethyl phenylphosphonate or of phosphoric esters such as trimethyl phosphate, or may be composed of a combination thereof.
The composition may include 0.5 to 5.0 wt% of aromatic oil and 0.05 to 10.0 wt% of antibacterial agent based on 100 wt% of a mixture of the copolymer and the oil, thereby having aromatherapy and antibacterial functions.
If the content of the aromatic oil is less than 0.5% by weight, the effect of aromatherapy cannot be obtained, and if it is more than 5.0% by weight, the physical properties of the composition are lowered. The aromatic oil is extracted from at least one of lavender, grapefruit, eucalyptus, rosemary, peppermint, and Ylang-Ylang (Ylang-Ylang).
If the content of the antibacterial agent is less than 0.05% by weight, the antibacterial activity value is less than 2, and the antibacterial effect cannot be exhibited, and if it is more than 10.0% by weight, problems such as generation of bubbles, deterioration of physical properties, inability to mold, or inability to measure may occur during the production process. The antibacterial agent may be an organic antibacterial agent or an inorganic antibacterial agent. The organic antimicrobial agent may be zinc pyrithione (Zincbis: 2-pyridinethiol-1-oxide).
In addition, lumbar pad 100 may further include a back pad cover 130 that wraps and covers pad main body 110 and each pad member 120 together. Cushion cover 130 may cover and protect cushion body 110 and cushion members 120. Cushion cover 130 may be sized and configured so that each pad member 120 does not come out of the state of being inserted into each insertion slot 110a of pad main body 110. Cushion cover 130 may include a zipper 131 so that cushion cover 130 may easily cover or be separated from cushion body 110.
In order to maximize the ventilation of the cushion cover 130, the front and side portions thereof may be formed on the mesh fabric except for the back portion. In this way, the cushion cover 130 prevents sweat and body fluid discharged when the user sits on the cushion from directly contacting the cushion main body 110 and the cushion members 120, and allows ventilation to provide comfort to the user.
Additionally, the cushion cover 130 may be made of a material having elasticity and softness to help provide optimal pressure distribution for each cushion member 120. For example, the cushion cover 130 may be made of a fabric such as an elastic (elastin) mesh.
The cushion cover 130 may be fixed to the backrest of the seat by a fixing band 132. The fixing strap 132 may be made of elastic material such as rubber, and both ends thereof may be fixed to the left and right edges of the cushion cover 130. The fixing strap 132 fixes the cushion cover 130 to the seat back by elasticity in a state of surrounding the seat back in the left and right directions, thereby maintaining the lumbar pad 100 in a state of being fixedly installed to the seat back.
The present invention has been described with reference to one embodiment in a schematic drawing, but this is by way of illustration only, and one of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that there are numerous variations and equivalents of other embodiments. Therefore, the true technical scope of the present invention is defined only by the claims.
