The quick plug-pull adapter box comprises an adapter box body and at least one-in three-out cable connector assembly; the one-in three-out cable connector assembly is arranged in the transfer box body and comprises three one-in three-out cable connectors and a fixing assembly used for fixing the three one-in three-out cable connectors in parallel. Therefore, the flexible cable and the armored cable can be connected, flexible conversion of the flexible cable and the armored cable can be realized, and the efficiency of an operating system is improved.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to test examples and specific embodiments. As shown in fig. 1, the one-in three-out cable joint 10 includes a conductor 100 and an insulating layer 101 wrapped on an outer surface of the conductor 100, a main body of the conductor 100 is in a circular truncated cone structure, one side of the main body of the conductor 100 forms a connection column, and the other side of the main body of the conductor 100 forms three connection columns in a direction opposite to the connection column on one side, wherein a single connection column formed on one side of the main body of the conductor 100 is an european connector 102, and three connection columns formed on the other side of the main body of the conductor 100 are flexible wire connectors 103. Specifically, the insulating layer 101 is made of insulating silicon rubber.

The grooves 110a of the upper fixing block and the grooves 110b of the lower fixing block are arranged oppositely one by one and clamp the corresponding one-in three-out cable connectors 10, and after the upper fixing block 11a and the lower fixing block 11b are connected into a whole, the three one-in three-out cable connectors 10 can be fixed together in parallel. It should be noted that, in the present invention, the shapes of the grooves of the upper fixing block and the lower fixing block are adapted to the shape of the insulating layer included in the conductor main body of the one-in-three-out cable joint, so that the grooves of the upper fixing block and the lower fixing block are better contacted with the one-in-three-out cable joint. In order to better fix the position of the one-in three-out cable joint, as shown in fig. 3, a limiting hole 111 is provided in the groove 110a of the upper fixing block, and a connecting column formed on both sides of the conductor 100 body of the one-in three-out cable joint, that is, a european connector on the one-in three-out cable joint, is penetrated through the limiting hole 111.
Still further, as shown in fig. 1, the insulation layer portion wrapped on the connection post formed at both ends of the main body of the conductor 100 is formed with a limiting step 104, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, limiting bayonets 112a, 112b are formed along the openings at one side of the groove of the upper fixing block 11a and the lower fixing block 11 b. Introducing ABC three phases into the whole box by adopting a flexible cable; each path of the ABC three phases needs to provide three paths of outputs, and the outputs adopt a quick plug-in head form; a quick plug-in connector output position is reserved below the front part of the whole machine box body, and a plug-in connector outlet is designed obliquely downwards; the whole machine can run in accordance with 10KV without power failure.

Claims (10)

1. A one-in three-out cable joint, comprising a conductor and an insulating layer wrapped on the outer surface of the conductor; at least four connecting columns are formed on the conductor, a flexible wire connector is manufactured by at least three connecting columns, and a European connector is manufactured by at least one connecting column.
2. An in-out cable joint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the body of the conductor is of a truncated cone configuration, one of the connection posts being formed on one side of the body of the conductor and three of the connection posts being formed on the other side of the body of the conductor.
3. A three-in three-out cable connector as claimed in claim 2, wherein the connecting posts formed on both sides of the body of the conductor are connected in opposite directions.
4. A one-in-three-out cable connector as claimed in claim 3, wherein one of the connecting posts formed on one side of the body of the conductor is the european connector and three of the connecting posts formed on the other side of the body of the conductor are the cord connectors.
5. An in-out cable joint as claimed in claims 1 to 4, wherein the insulation layer wrapped around the connecting post formed on the other side of the main body of the conductor is formed with a limiting step.
6. An in-out cable joint as claimed in claim 5, wherein the insulating layer is made of insulating silicone rubber.
7. A quick-connect and disconnect adapter box for one-in three-out cable connectors, characterized in that it essentially comprises three one-in three-out cable connectors according to claim 5 and a fixing assembly for fixing the three one-in three-out cable connectors parallel to each other.
