Abstract

The invention provides a cooking appliance and a control method. The cooking appliance comprises a voice recognition module, a voice prompt module and a control module. The voice recognition module is used for recognizing the voice instruction of the user. The voice prompt module is used for sending out voice prompt information. The control module is electrically connected with the voice recognition module and the voice prompt module, and the control module is configured to control the working state of the voice prompt module and/or the voice recognition module through the voice instruction recognized by the voice prompt module. According to the cooking appliance and the control method, the working state of the module of the cooking appliance related to the voice function can be controlled in a voice interaction mode, so that the voice function of the cooking appliance has higher degree of freedom, the cooking appliance is convenient for a user to use, and the satisfaction degree of the user to a product is improved.

Technical Field

Background
Some existing cooking appliances have a function of voice interaction, such as a function of voice prompt by making a sound, or a function of voice control by receiving a voice command. However, the working state of the voice function itself still needs to be controlled by manual operation of the user, which brings inconvenience to the user. Moreover, the functions that can be realized by the voice function still have great limitations.
Accordingly, there is a need for a cooking appliance and a control method that at least partially solve the problems of the prior art.

Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without one or more of these specific details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the embodiments of the invention.
In the following description, a detailed structure will be presented for a thorough understanding of embodiments of the invention. It is apparent that the implementation of the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the specific details familiar to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance 100 according to the present invention includes a cover 120 and a pot body 110. The pot body 110 is substantially in a rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape and has a cylindrical inner pot receiving portion into or from which the inner pot 111 can be freely put or taken out to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot 111. The upper surface of the inner pot 111 has a circular opening for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc., therein. The bottom of the inner pan 111 is typically also provided with a heating module (not shown) for heating the inner pan. It is understood that the cooking appliance 100 according to the present invention may cook other miscellaneous grain rice such as bean rice, in addition to rice. The cooking appliance 100 will be described in detail below, taking rice cooking as an example.
The cover 120 has a substantially rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape and substantially corresponds to the shape of the pot body 110. The lid body 120 is pivotally connected to the pot body 110 in an openable and closable manner for covering the pot body 110 and constituting a cooking space between the inner pot 111 and the lid body 120.
Referring to fig. 2, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a control module 130. The control module 130 includes a main control chip, which may be electrically connected to each functional element of the cooking appliance 100, such as a heating module, and sends signals to control each functional element to perform a corresponding operation.
In addition, the cooking appliance further includes a voice prompt module 140 and a voice recognition module 150. The voice prompt module 140 is configured to send a voice prompt message under the control of the control module 130, and prompt the user in a voice manner. The voice recognition module 150 can receive and recognize a voice command sent by a user, and convert the voice command into an electrical signal corresponding to an operation through the conversion circuit, and send the electrical signal to the control module 130. The control module 130 controls the operation of other functional elements in response to the electrical signal, for example, controls the heating module to heat the inner pot 111. Thus, the function of voice control is realized.
The voice prompt module 140 may include a speaker 141. The speech recognition module 150 may specifically comprise a speech receiving means for capturing a speech instruction and a recognition circuit connected thereto for recognizing the speech instruction. In one embodiment, the voice receiving device may be a microphone 151. The voice recognition module 150 further includes a conversion circuit that converts the voice command into an electrical signal that is sent to the control module 130.
In order to more conveniently perform human-computer voice interaction, the cooking appliance 100 according to the present invention is configured such that the control module 130 controls the operation state of the elements related to the voice function in response to the voice command received and recognized by the voice recognition module 150. In the present embodiment, the elements related to the voice function include a voice recognition module 150 and a voice prompt module 140. However, in other embodiments, the elements associated with the voice function are not limited thereto. Specifically, the operating state may be a volume of the voice prompt message sent by the voice prompt module 140, an on state or an off state of the voice prompt module 140 and/or the voice recognition module 150, or a switching therebetween. Further, the operating state may also include a sleep state, a wake state, etc. of the voice prompt module 140 and/or the voice recognition module 150.
A control method for controlling the operation state of the elements related to the voice function through voice interaction is described in detail below with reference to fig. 3.
First, a user issues a voice instruction for controlling the relevant module. For example, the voice command may be "turn down volume" or "turn up volume" or the like. The voice recognition module 150 then receives the voice command through a voice receiving device such as a microphone 151 and recognizes to convert into a corresponding electric signal. And then the voice recognition module 150 transmits the electric signal to the control module 130. After receiving the electrical signal, the control module 130 adjusts the voice prompt module 140 to turn down or turn up the volume of the speaker 141 for emitting voice prompt information.
In addition, the voice prompt module 140 can be controlled to be turned off or on by a voice command similar to "turn off voice prompt" and "turn on voice prompt", and the voice recognition module 150 can be controlled to be switched from the on state to the off state by a voice command similar to "turn off voice reception".
It can be understood that when the voice recognition module 150 is in the off state, the cooking appliance 100 cannot receive a voice command of the user. Therefore, the voice recognition module 150 cannot be switched from the off state to the on state by means of voice interaction. Preferably, the cooking appliance 100 is further provided with a key module 160 including a plurality of keys for the user to operate, and electrically connected with the control module 130. The control module 130 controls the operation of the functional elements in response to the operation of the keys.
Therefore, the cooking appliance 100 can control the work thereof in two modes of voice interaction and key operation, and a user can flexibly select a proper control mode according to needs. For example, in a quiet situation, the cooking appliance 100 is suitable to be controlled to operate by means of voice interaction, and in a noisy environment, the voice command received by the voice recognition module 150 contains too much noise, and the accuracy of the recognition result is reduced, and at this time, the cooking appliance 100 is suitable to be controlled to operate by means of key operation. And, when one of the control modes fails (for example, the control mode fails due to damage of parts), the control mode can be controlled in another mode to avoid that the cooking appliance 100 cannot operate.
Therefore, it can be understood that the working state of the module related to the voice function can be controlled by the key operation mode. It should be noted that the operation of switching the voice recognition module 150 from the off state to the on state can only be performed by a key operation, because the voice recognition module 150 cannot receive a voice command when it is turned off.
Preferably, the voice prompt module 140 may also broadcast the fault information under the action of the control module 130. When the control module 130 detects a fault, it first determines the type of the fault, for example, when it detects that the inner pot 111 is not placed in place, it controls the voice prompt module 140 to send a voice prompt message indicating that "the fault that the inner pot is not placed, please place the inner pot", so as to remind the user. Further preferably, the cooking appliance 100 is further provided with a display module 170 electrically connected with the control module 130. The control module 130 may control the display module 170 to display visual information corresponding to the voice prompt information while controlling the voice prompt module 140 to issue the voice prompt information of the fault. For example, when the voice prompt module 140 sends a voice prompt message indicating that "no inner pot is placed, please put in an inner pot", the display module 170 displays a fault code corresponding to the fault of "E5".
Further, the control module 130 is further configured to control the voice prompt module 140 to send a voice prompt message requesting for maintenance, such as "please go to a specified website for maintenance" when the fault cannot be eliminated for a long time.
Further, when the control module 130 detects a failure related to safety or non-maintainability, the voice prompt module 140 may be controlled to directly issue a voice prompt message requesting maintenance.
Take temperature measurement failure as an example. Preferably, the cooking appliance 100 further comprises a temperature sensor electrically connected to the control module 130 for sensing the temperature of the inner pot and sending an electrical signal (also referred to as a temperature signal) related to the temperature to the control module 130, and the control module 130 is configured to control the cooking operation according to the temperature signal, such as controlling the heating power of the heating module. Preferably, in order to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement, the temperature sensor includes a top temperature sensor disposed at the top of the inner pan 111 for sensing the temperature at the top of the inner pan 111, and a bottom temperature sensor disposed at the bottom of the inner pan 111 for sensing the temperature at the bottom of the inner pan 111. 5. The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 4, wherein the voice recognition module (150) is configured to switch from an off state to an on state in response to an operation of the key module (160).
6. The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 1, wherein the voice prompt module (140) comprises a speaker (141).
7. The cooking appliance (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the operating state comprises at least one of an on state and an off state of the voice prompt module (140) and/or the voice recognition module (150), and a volume of the voice prompt module (140).
8. The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 1, wherein the control module (130) is configured to control the voice prompt module (140) to emit voice prompt information related to the fault when the cooking appliance (100) is detected to be faulty.
9. The cooking appliance (100) according to claim 7, wherein the cooking appliance (100) further comprises a display module (170) electrically connected to the control module (130), and the control module (130) is configured to control the display module (170) to display visual information related to a fault when detecting the fault of the cooking appliance (100).
10. A control method of controlling the cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the control method comprises:
