Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention provides a transaction flow checking method, a transaction flow checking system and related equipment, which are used for improving the transaction flow checking efficiency.
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the present invention, a technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in which it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without making any inventive effort, shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
The terms first, second, third, fourth and the like in the description and in the claims and in the above drawings are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that the embodiments described herein may be implemented in other sequences than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
In the existing transaction flow checking process, each order data needs to be matched with a plurality of bill data one by one, for example, when 10 orders data and 10 bill data are checked, one order data needs to be matched with 10 bill data respectively, 100 times of matching is needed, time and labor are wasted, and efficiency is low. In the embodiment of the application, the store identification field is added into the order data and the bill data, and the order data and the bill data are classified according to the store identification field, so that the reconciliation efficiency is improved.
For ease of understanding, a specific flow in the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1, and an embodiment of a transaction flow checking method in the embodiment of the present invention may include:
101. acquiring order data of a plurality of stores, and storing the order data with the same store identification field value in a same order data packet in an associated manner, wherein collecting account numbers in the order data of the plurality of stores are all target account numbers;
in practical application, the collection accounts of stores belonging to the same company are often the same, and in order to distinguish the source of each order data, in the embodiment of the present invention, an identification field is allocated to each store in advance, and the field value of the identification field of each store is different, so as to uniquely identify each store. When order data of a plurality of stores are acquired, each piece of order data comprises a store identification field and a collection account number, the transaction flow checking system can store the order data with the same store identification field value in a correlated mode into the same order data package, and therefore all the order data are split into a plurality of order data packages.
Optionally, the financial server in the embodiment of the present invention may be a server corresponding to a payment device or a WeChat payment service, or may be a server corresponding to each financial institution (e.g. a bank), which is not limited herein.
102. Acquiring bill data corresponding to a target account number from a financial server, wherein each bill data comprises a store identification field;
after the cashing equipment of the store sends the payment request message to the financial server, the financial server records a transaction bill after verification is passed, so that in the process of checking, the transaction flow checking system can acquire bill data corresponding to the target account number from the financial server, and each bill data comprises a store identification field.
Optionally, as a possible implementation manner, the transaction running reconciliation system in the embodiment of the present invention may send a payment request message to the financial server through the cashier device, where the request message includes at least a store identifier field and verification information, so that the financial server generates bill data after verification, and each piece of bill data includes the store identifier field.
103. Splitting bill data corresponding to the target account number according to a store identification field, and splitting the bill data with the same value of the store identification field into the same bill data packet;
after the bill data corresponding to the target account is obtained, the transaction flow reconciliation system can split the bill data corresponding to the target account according to the store identification field, and the bill data with the same value of the store identification field is split into the same bill data packet.
104. And checking the bill data package and the order data package with the same value of the store identification field.
After the statement data is split according to the store identification field, the transaction flow reconciliation system can reconcile the statement data packet with the order data packet having the same store identification field value. For example, 10 order data of 5 stores are split into 5 data packets, and 2 order data of each data packet are matched for only 10 times in the reconciliation process, so that the reconciliation efficiency is greatly improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the transaction flow checking system can acquire order data of a plurality of shops and store the order data with the same shop identification field value in a same order data packet in a correlated way; then acquiring bill data corresponding to the target account number from a financial server, wherein each bill data comprises a store identification field; splitting bill data corresponding to the target account number according to a store identification field, and splitting the bill data with the same value of the store identification field into the same bill data packet; and finally checking the bill data package and the order data package with the same value of the store identification field. Compared with the prior art, one order data does not need to be matched with the bill data of all stores one by one, and only the bill data in the bill data packet with the same value as the identification field value of the store is matched one by one, so that the data matching times in the checking process can be greatly reduced, the checking efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In addition, in the method of dividing the data packet according to time periods, such as dates, to compare the bill data with the order data, if the generation time of the bill data is inconsistent with that of the order data, the order data corresponding to the bill data is distributed to different data packets, so that the checking cannot be completed.
Alternatively, as a possible implementation manner, the transaction flow reconciliation system in the embodiment of the present invention may use multiple threads to reconcile the bill data packet and the order data packet with the same value of the store identification field. For example, the order data package of each store may be checked out by a single thread, or may be checked out by a process for serially processing order data of two or more stores, which is not limited herein.
Optionally, as a possible implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the number of order data exceeds a preset threshold, in order to shorten the time required for reconciliation, and improve the user experience, the transaction flow reconciliation system may use a distributed server to reconcile the bill data packet and the order data packet with the same value of the store identification field in parallel.
For ease of understanding, referring to fig. 2, a transaction flow reconciliation method in accordance with an embodiment of the invention will be described.
First, the time of generating the POS system order is different from the time of generating the bill by the micro-letter/payment treasury system account, but many restaurant shops are 24 hours open, which causes a date to cross days, so that the shops more or less have the POS order and the micro-letter/payment treasury bill in the bill of the same day, and once the number of the shops is increased, the data volume of the differential bill is large. Second, the nature of restaurant business has the concept of "business date", and customer-defined business date is not standard natural day 0-24 hours, possibly 10:00-10:00 (the next day) so that the POS order and WeChat/Payment treasury account split the data package by date has no dimension of standard time, so it is clearly not feasible to reconcile the split by date.
Aiming at the efficiency problem of the existing scheme, the scheme utilizes the reverse writing field of the payment API of WeChat/Payment treasured to split the data packet into data packets of different stores, and then utilizes the technologies of multithreading, distributed and the like to provide a solution. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
A. the identification field of store distinction is defined firstly, the input field in the payment API of the WeChat/payment treasured is utilized, for example, the remark field, the WeChat is the device_info equipment number, the payment treasured is the store_id equipment number, in the process of generating a bill in store transaction, the cashier equipment transmits the store distinction identification which is defined in advance to the financial server corresponding to the WeChat/payment treasured, so that the original bill in the WeChat/payment treasured account carries the store identification which is defined by us;
B. downloading an original bill in a WeChat/payment treasury account during the settlement at the end of the month, splitting the original bill into different data packets according to a custom store identifier, and dividing the different data packets into a plurality of stores;
specifically, as shown in fig. 3, bill data of the WeChat/Payment treasury account is a completed data packet, by using remark fields in the WeChat/Payment treasury Payment API interface, when the store transaction is paid, the system calls the payment API to transmit in the custom store identifier, and the identifier and the store in the POS order form are mapped, so that the generated original bill of the WeChat/Payment treasury is provided with the corresponding store identifier, and when the settlement is carried out at the end of the month, the downloaded bill can be split into small data packets according to the store according to the custom store identifier
C. The store POS system orders are transmitted into the golden butterfly cloud sky system, store identifications of the store POS system are carried, the store identifications are corresponding to the store identifications of WeChat/payment treasury bills, a mapping corresponding relation is established, the POS orders are also split into data packets corresponding to the stores, and the number of stores is equal to the number of data packets;
D. and when the servers are deployed, if the number of the client stores reaches hundreds of thousands, the servers are deployed in a distributed mode, so that the data (organization isolation and account checking data are not influenced by each other) of different stores can be checked at the same time, and account checking can be completed quickly and efficiently, so that account checking difference reports are obtained.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the isolated small data packet services do not affect each other, a multithreading mode is adopted, the number of threads of corresponding data can be started according to the number of shops, and if the number of shops is particularly large, a server CPU is not enough, a distributed server and multiple threads can be adopted for checking accounts.
Referring to fig. 5, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a transaction flow reconciliation system, which may include:
the first obtaining module 501 is configured to obtain order data of a plurality of stores, where each piece of order data includes a store identification field and a collection account number, and store the order data with the same value of the store identification field in the same order data packet in an associated manner, where the collection account numbers in the order data of the plurality of stores are all target account numbers;
