Description

Method and device for managing business task flow and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of computers, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for managing a business task flow, and an electronic device.
Background
When providing business services for users, users are usually involved in tasks, and relevant parameters of the users are obtained by utilizing the manner of the users participating in the tasks, so that data support is provided for the business services.
Due to the complex and various realistic conditions (for example, the functions of the hardware for users to participate in tasks have differences). Therefore, for the same service, a task flow management mode appears: according to different actual conditions, a user can initiate a corresponding task flow to participate in a task, so that the method is suitable for complex and various actual conditions, and the flexibility is improved.
However, the applicant analyzes and discovers that different task flows for realizing the same service often have a service flow which is a compromise flow limited by actual conditions, and the compromise flow can not fully acquire the relevant parameters of the user, so for the situation, if a new method for managing the service task flow can be provided, the acquired service parameters can be more fully acquired, but since the compromise flow is set to adapt to the actual conditions, the industry personnel often defaults the simple mode (the user can initiate the corresponding task flow to participate in the task according to the different actual conditions) to be the best mode, without motivation for improvement and theoretical support for feasibility of improvement, however, in practice, there is still room for improvement in this manner.
The prior art is analyzed to find that the prior art classifies a user when the user initiates a parameter entering process, so as to avoid repeated parameter entering, so that the user who has initiated a non-mobile parameter entering process only needs to be provided with the non-mobile parameter entering process subsequently, the user who has initiated the mobile parameter entering process only needs to be provided with the mobile parameter entering process subsequently, and the user who has completed the non-mobile parameter entering process does not need to enter the parameter again, which results in that, for the user who has not been used in the mobile parameter entering process, even if the user subsequently uses a mobile terminal, the implementation condition for obtaining more parameters is met, and the prior art does not utilize the opportunity to obtain the parameters.
The above information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the background of the disclosure and therefore it may contain information that does not constitute prior art that is already known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a method for managing a business task flow according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method may include:
s101: and receiving a page request sent by the mobile terminal, wherein the request carries a user identifier.
The participation flow can be provided for the user in the form of a page, so that the user participates in the task through the page.
In this embodiment of the present specification, the receiving a page request sent by a mobile terminal may include:
and receiving a request for acquiring the page of the target application sent by the mobile terminal.
The page of the target application may be a task page of the target application.
S102: and determining the participation state of the user according to the user identification, wherein the participation state comprises a participation flow type when the user carries out a service task.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the parameter entry process may be divided into a mobile parameter entry process and a non-mobile parameter entry process according to different types of terminals for acquiring parameters, and since the mobile terminal may often acquire more parameters (for example, a current location) than a non-mobile terminal, the mobile parameter entry process is often more complex than the non-mobile parameter entry process and has more parameter entry nodes, so that more parameters may be acquired.
The non-mobile access terminal can be a PC terminal, and due to the limitation of hardware, when a user uses the terminal to participate in a task, the user can only be provided with a non-mobile access flow.
The mobile participating node in the mobile participating process may acquire the moving speed, the position, store information near the position, landmarks near the position, and the like of the terminal, compared with the adding participating node in the non-mobile participating process, and these may be used as the adding participating node in the mobile participating process compared with the non-mobile participating process.
In a common manner, the adding the access node for the mobile access procedure compared with the non-mobile access procedure includes: and acquiring the current position information of the mobile terminal.
Conventionally, when a user initiates a participation process, a participation type is determined for the user, and a subsequent participation process depends on the participation type of the user, that is, for the user who has initiated a non-mobile participation process, the user is classified as a non-mobile participation process user, and only a non-mobile participation process is provided for the user subsequently, for the user who has initiated the mobile participation process, only a mobile participation process is provided for the user subsequently, and for the user who has completed the non-mobile participation process, the user does not participate again.
However, in the embodiment of the present specification, the user may additionally provide the participation procedure for the non-mobile participation procedure with the opportunity of logging in through the mobile terminal.
Therefore, after receiving the page request sent by the mobile terminal, we can determine the participation state of the user according to the user identifier, and determine whether the user is a user who has initiated a non-mobile participation process, and if so, the user becomes the object of S103.
S103: returning corresponding business task page information to the mobile terminal according to the participation state of the user, so that the mobile terminal provides a business task page for the user based on the business task page information;
the returning of the corresponding service task page information to the mobile terminal according to the participation state of the user may include:
and judging whether the type of the access flow is a non-mobile access flow, if so, generating service task page information based on an additional access node of the mobile access flow compared with the non-mobile access flow, and returning the service task page information to the mobile terminal.
The method comprises the steps of determining the type of an access process when a user carries out a service task according to a user identifier in a request by receiving a page request sent by a mobile terminal, judging whether the type of the access process is a non-mobile access process, if so, generating service task page information based on an additional access node of the mobile access process compared with the non-mobile access process, and returning the service task page information to the mobile terminal. The method utilizes the condition that a user who carries out the business task by the non-mobile parameter-entering process sends a page request through the mobile terminal, and generates the page information of the business task based on the mobile parameter-entering process compared with the additional parameter-entering node of the non-mobile parameter-entering process, thereby realizing the cross-process parameter acquisition.
Of course, the parameter obtaining mode may be, besides providing the page, automatically obtaining the parameter in the background of the mobile terminal, for example, obtaining the current location of the terminal.
Therefore, if the type of the participating process is determined to be a non-mobile participating process, the method may further include:
and sending a parameter acquisition instruction to the mobile terminal based on the additional access node of the mobile access flow compared with the non-mobile access flow, wherein the parameter acquisition instruction is used for acquiring parameters corresponding to the additional access node of the mobile access flow compared with the non-mobile access flow in a terminal background.
Considering that there may be only some common nodes between the mobile participation process and the non-mobile participation process, but the non-mobile participation process is not completed, we can combine the flows of the nodes that are not completed in the non-mobile participation process by the user to directly provide the remaining nodes for the user, so that the user does not need to initiate the mobile participation process again, and the completed task nodes can be skipped, thereby avoiding the repeated operation.
Therefore, in this embodiment of the present specification, the determining whether the type of the access procedure is a non-mobile access procedure, and if so, generating service task page information based on an additional access node of the mobile access procedure compared to the non-mobile access procedure may further include:
and determining the participation completion state of the user in the non-mobile participation process, and if the non-mobile participation process of the user is interrupted, generating business task page information according to the non-participation nodes of the user in the non-mobile participation process and the additional participation nodes of the mobile participation process compared with the non-mobile participation process.
For a specific method for generating the page information of the service task, the flow can be reconstructed first, and then the page information is generated.
Therefore, in this embodiment of the present specification, the generating service task page information according to the non-participating node in the non-mobile participating process and the additional participating node in the mobile participating process compared to the non-mobile participating process of the user may include:
and reconstructing a mobile participation flow according to the non-participation node of the user in the non-mobile participation flow and the additional participation node of the mobile participation flow compared with the non-mobile participation flow, and generating service task page information according to the reconstructed mobile participation flow.
Considering that the user may have entered the following parameters in the non-mobile join process before, and currently, the user may need to know the entered parameters, therefore, we can query the data from the database and display the relevant information in the page, so that the user only needs to pay attention to the remaining process nodes.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present specification, the method may further include:
and inquiring a first parameter which is recorded by the user in a non-mobile parameter-entering process, and generating service task page information according to the recorded first parameter, a non-entering node of the user in the non-mobile parameter-entering process and an additional entering node of the mobile parameter-entering process compared with the non-mobile parameter-entering process, so that the mobile terminal provides a service task page with first parameter information for the user based on the service task page information.
After the parameters of the process nodes are obtained, the parameters can be used for service processing.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present specification, the method may further include:
inquiring the first parameter which is input by the user in the non-mobile parameter input process, and acquiring a second parameter which is input by the user in the operation of the business task page;
and combining the first parameter and the second parameter to perform parameter processing on the user.
In this case, the parameter processing may be performed on the user, such as credit assessment performed on the user, and for this case, the parameter may be a credit application parameter, and the parameter may be a credit application parameter, such as hobby and academic information, which are not specifically described herein.
Further thinking about the behavior of the user to access the page may cause a cross-terminal situation, such as logging in by using a PC terminal in the near future, and currently, logging in by using a browser of a mobile terminal.
In this case, if the user actively downloads or opens the APP, the dependence on the user operation is strong, and many users may be slow to operate, and therefore the mobile access procedure cannot be provided. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present specification, the method may further include:
if it is monitored that the user sends a page request through a third-party application in the mobile terminal, the method comprises the following steps:
and inquiring an application list of the mobile terminal, judging whether the mobile terminal is provided with a target application, if the mobile terminal is provided with the target application, awakening the target application, and if the mobile terminal is not provided with the target application, sending download link information quoted by the target to the mobile terminal, wherein the target application is used for executing a mobile participation process.
By monitoring, the target application is awakened when the user sends a page request through the third-party application in the mobile terminal, or the user is guided to download the target application, so that the dependence on the user operation can be reduced.
In an application scenario, a user logs in and initiates a task through a PC terminal to obtain the task of a non-mobile access flow, and then enters parameters, wherein the non-mobile access flow does not have a node for acquiring position information. Therefore, when the user logs in by using the mobile terminal accidentally, the associated parameters are obtained by using the contract machine through the mobile access process, and the parameters which are missing in the non-mobile access process compared with the mobile access process are supplemented, of course, for the condition that the non-mobile process is interrupted, the reconstructed access process can supplement unfinished nodes in the non-mobile access process, and the mode fully excavates and effectively utilizes the condition that the access terminals are crossed during cross-terminal operation.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for managing a business task flow according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the apparatus may include:
the access state module 201 receives a page request sent by the mobile terminal, wherein the request carries a user identifier;

and receiving a request for acquiring the page of the target application sent by the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, the adding of the mobile access procedure to the access node compared to the non-mobile access procedure may include: and acquiring the current position information of the mobile terminal.
