Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the present application, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In consideration of the banking business processing scene, based on the existing data processing method, after a user handles a remittance business at a remittance bank, a server of the remittance bank is often difficult to efficiently and finely track and determine the specific progress state of the remittance business. For example, it is difficult for the user to inquire through the money transfer bank to which bank the money transfer service is currently transferred, and what the specific processing state is, which affects the user experience.
For the root cause of the technical problem, the embodiment of the present application considers that the server of the remittance bank can fully utilize the advantages of the existing Swift (Society for world wide bank Financial Telecommunications association, global banking and telecommunication Society) network to efficiently and comprehensively obtain the message data and/or receipt information fed back by the associated bank on the target remittance link corresponding to the target remittance service; and then, according to a preset processing rule, comprehensively analyzing and processing according to the message data and/or the receipt information so as to accurately determine the current progress state of the target remittance service, and feeding the progress state back to the user through the terminal equipment in time, so that the current progress state of the target remittance service can be efficiently and accurately determined, the user can conveniently and intuitively know the current specific progress state of the target remittance service, and the user experience is improved. The technical problems that the progress state of the target remittance service cannot be determined efficiently and finely and user experience is poor in the existing method are solved.
Based on the thought, the embodiment of the application provides a method for inquiring the remittance progress. Specifically, please refer to FIG. 1. The method for inquiring the remittance progress provided by the embodiment of the application can include the following contents in specific implementation.
S101: receiving a remittance progress inquiry request sent by the terminal device aiming at the target remittance service.
In this embodiment, the method for inquiring the remittance progress may be specifically applied to the first server side. The first server may specifically include a server of a money transfer bank.
In one embodiment, the terminal device may be an electronic device applied to a user side, or an associated application program. Specifically, the terminal device may be an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a computer, or a self-service machine of a remittance bank, or may be an application program such as a mobile phone bank of a remittance bank, an internet bank, or the like.
In one embodiment, the targeted money transfer service may specifically include a money transfer service to be queried by the user. The money transfer service may be specifically understood as a data processing service for transferring money (data) from a money transfer account of a money transfer bank to a money receiving account of a money receiving bank.
In one embodiment, before implementation, reference is made to FIG. 6. The user may first handle the targeted money transfer service at the money transfer bank side through a medium such as a terminal device or a manual service. Such as an inline money transfer service, a cross-bank money transfer service, or a cross-border money transfer service, etc. After the user transacts the target remittance service at the remittance bank side, the user can send a remittance progress inquiry request for the target remittance bank to the first server through the terminal device in order to know the specific processing condition of the remittance service.
In one embodiment, the request for money transfer progress inquiry may specifically include request data for instructing to inquire about the current money transfer progress of the target money transfer service (for example, to inquire about a specific bank to which the money transfer (or money item) of the target money transfer service is currently reached, a processing status of the money transfer at the current bank, or a service processing status of the money transfer service as a whole).
In one embodiment, the money transfer progress inquiry request may further carry identification information indicating the target money transfer service. Specifically, the identification information may be a service order number of the target money transfer service, a combination of a money transfer account and a transaction time of the target money transfer service, or the like.
In one embodiment, the user may enter a query instruction for the targeted money transfer service at the terminal device when embodied. For example, the user may enter the identification information of the target money transfer service in a service query field in the interactive interface of the mobile banking of the money transfer bank, and click the query icon to initiate the query instruction. The terminal equipment receives and generates a remittance progress inquiry request aiming at the target remittance service according to the inquiry instruction of the user, and sends the remittance progress inquiry request to the first server in a wired or wireless mode. Accordingly, the first server may receive a money transfer progress inquiry request from the terminal device.
S102: and determining a target remittance service and a target remittance link corresponding to the target remittance service according to the remittance progress inquiry request.
In one embodiment, the target money transfer link may be specifically understood to be a business data processing link comprising an associated bank participating in the processing of the target money transfer business. The associated bank may specifically include a receiving bank, or may include an intermediate bank located between the receiving bank and the remittance bank.
It should be noted that the target money transfer link is a money transfer link corresponding to the target money transfer service that is relatively more likely to be determined by the money transfer bank based on past historical service processing data, but is not necessarily a true money transfer link. For example, based on past historical business data, the determined target money transfer link should be from bank A (i.e., the money transfer bank) to bank B (i.e., the intermediate bank) to bank C (i.e., the money receiving bank). However, since the settlement agreement between bank B and bank C is changed when handling the current target remittance service, the actual real target remittance link is changed from bank a to bank B to bank D to bank C.
In one embodiment, in the case that the first server cannot determine the accurate and detailed target money transfer link, the first server may determine a receiving bank according to the target money transfer service, and use the receiving bank directly as the initial target money transfer link.
In an embodiment, the determining the target money transfer service according to the money transfer progress inquiry request may include: and determining the target remittance service aimed by the remittance progress inquiry request according to the identification information carried in the remittance progress inquiry request.
In one embodiment, the target money transfer link may be further determined based on the information at the receiving bank in the target money transfer service in combination with past historical service data regarding the money transfer bank and the receiving bank.
S103: obtaining message data and/or receipt information fed back by a related bank on the target remittance link through a Swift network; wherein the Swift network comprises a bank settlement system network.
In one embodiment, the Swift (Society for world wide Financial Telecommunications Society) network may be specifically understood as a bank settlement system network. Generally, the server of each bank can perform business processing such as settlement through the above-mentioned Swift network. Specifically, in the Swift network, the server of the bank may interact with the servers of other banks by broadcasting message data in a standard format (for example, Swift messages) or sending receipt information.
In an embodiment, the message data may specifically include one or more different types of message data. The specific message types may include: 103 messages, 202 messages, 199 messages, 299 messages, and the like. The 103 message may be a general remittance message, the 202 message may be a position transfer message, the 199 message may be a receipt type message for the 103 message, and the 299 message may be a receipt type message for the 202 message.
In one embodiment, different types of message data may further include different information items according to standard format rules. Specifically, for example, the information items contained in the 103 message may specifically include: item 57 information item and item 59 information item, and so on. The information items contained in the 202 message may specifically include: item 58 information and item 59 information, and so on.
Each of the plurality of information items may be used to fill in corresponding data and to characterize corresponding information content. For example, item 57 of information in the 103 message may be used to fill in the relevant information of the checkout line, indicating the checkout line; the 59 th information in the 103 message can be used to fill in the related information of the received line, which is used to indicate the received line. Item 58 information in the 202 message may be used to fill in the relevant information for the checkout line, indicating the checkout line; the 59 th information in the 202 message can be used to fill in the related information of the receiving line for indicating the receiving line.
The collection line and the receiving and reporting line may be the same bank or different banks according to specific conditions. For example, in the actual processing, in the case where the bank of the middle bank B directly transfers money to the bank of the receiving bank C, the 57 th information and the 59 th information in the received 103 message are both related information of the bank C, that is, the 57 th information and the 59 th information are the same. At this point, it is determined from the 57 th and 59 th information in the message data of 103 that no other intermediate lines exist between bank B and bank C on the actual target money transfer link. For another example, in the actual processing, when the bank B in the middle bank needs to pass through the bank D to forward the money transfer to the bank C in the receiving bank, the 57 th information in the received 103 message is related to the bank C, and the 59 th information is related to the bank D, that is, the 57 th information and the 59 th information are different. At this time, it is determined that there is another intermediate bank, bank D, between bank B and bank C on the actual destination remittance link based on the 57 th information and the 59 th information in the 103 message.
According to the standard format rule, the 199 message (or MT199) may specifically be a receipt-like message fed back by the 103 message, and may not contain any meaningful information item. The 299 message (or MT299) may specifically be a receipt-like message fed back by the 202 message, and may not contain any meaningful information item.
It should be noted that the above listed message types and preset information items are only an exemplary illustration. In specific implementation, other types of messages and corresponding preset information items are introduced according to specific conditions. The present specification is not limited to these.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the first server may collect, on the Swift network, the message data fed back by actively broadcasting on the Swift network by each associated row on the target money transfer link. Or the first server sends the query message data related to the target remittance service to the association bank first, and then receives the message data and/or the receipt information fed back by the association bank aiming at the query message data. The first server may also directly broadcast the query message data related to the target remittance service to the outside on the Swift network, and then receive the message data and/or receipt information and the like fed back by the associated bank related to the target remittance service on the Swift network in response to the query message data. Further, the first server may also obtain message data fed back by systems such as (overseas) clearing platform, (to public) foreign exchange clearing, and the like.
Wherein, the receipt information is different from the message data. The associated bank usually does not actively broadcast the receipt information to the outside, but feeds back the corresponding receipt information according to the message data after receiving the message data from the first bank. In addition, the content of the information represented by the receipt information is different from the message data. Typically, the response piece information contains a relatively small amount of data and the information content represented is relatively simple.
Specifically, the receipt information may include the following receipt information for representing different information contents: ACK (indicating that the money transfer has been received), ACSC (indicating that processing for the money transfer has been completed), ASCP (indicating that the money transfer has been transferred to the next bank), and the like. Of course, it should be noted that the above listed receipt information is only an exemplary illustration. In particular, other types of receipt information than those listed above may be used, as the case may be.
In addition, the first server can combine the receipt information with the message type and the related preset information items to determine more abundant and detailed state information so as to more finely determine the current progress state of the target remittance. As will be described in detail later.
Through the mode, the first server can fully utilize the advantages and characteristics of the existing Swift network, and efficiently and comprehensively acquire the message data and/or receipt information fed back by the associated bank participating in the target remittance service at lower implementation cost under the condition that a new interactive network is not required to be constructed, so that the current specific progress state of the target remittance service can be accurately determined according to the abundant and comprehensive message data and/or receipt information.
In an embodiment, the first server may register, through a Tracker, message data and/or receipt information acquired from a Swift network, and store the message data and/or the receipt information in the Tracker, and when the first server needs to be used subsequently, retrieve the corresponding message data and/or the receipt information from the Tracker.
S104: and processing the message data and/or the receipt information according to a preset processing rule to determine the current progress state of the target remittance service.
In an embodiment, the preset processing rule may be specifically understood as a preset processing rule for performing comprehensive processing on the acquired message data and/or receipt information. The first server may perform corresponding processing by comprehensively using the message data and/or the receipt information according to the preset processing rule to determine the current progress status of the target remittance service.
In one embodiment, in order to enable the user to more finely and intuitively know the processing condition of the target remittance service concerned, the current progress status of the target remittance service may specifically be status data which describes the current processing condition of the target remittance service concerned by the user in a fine-grained manner.
In one embodiment, the current progress status of the targeted money transfer service includes at least one of: the bank where the remittance is currently located (e.g., which bank the remittance currently arrives at), the processing status of the remittance at the currently located bank (e.g., whether the remittance has been processed at the currently located bank, ready to be transferred to the next bank), the current business processing status of the remittance service (e.g., whether the overall business processing status of the target remittance service is business processing or business processing ended, etc.), and the like. It should be understood, of course, that the above-listed current progress status of the targeted money transfer service is merely illustrative. In specific implementation, according to specific situations and user requirements, the current progress status of the target remittance service may further include status data focused by other users.
In one embodiment, in specific implementation, the current processing condition of the target remittance service may be classified according to a preset processing rule in combination with the acquired message data and/or receipt information; and then, according to a preset processing rule and in combination with a classification result, processing the acquired message data and/or receipt information by adopting a corresponding processing mode to determine the current progress state of the target remittance service.
In an embodiment, the processing the message data and/or the receipt information according to the preset processing rule to determine the current progress status of the target remittance service may include the following steps.
S1: and determining the message type of the message data and preset item information in the message data.
S2: determining the service processing type of the target remittance service by detecting whether the message data meets a first type of preset requirement or not according to the message type of the message data and preset item information in the message data; the service processing type comprises point-to-point service and/or remittance service; the message types include: 103 messages, 202 messages, 199 messages, and 299 messages.
S3: and determining the current progress state of the target remittance service according to the service processing type of the target remittance service, the message data and/or the receipt information.
In an embodiment, the message types may specifically include: 103 messages, 202 messages, 199 messages, 299 messages, and the like.
In one embodiment, the preset item of information may be specifically understood as an item of information in the message data used in determining the current progress status of the target remittance service.
In an embodiment, when the packet type includes a 103 packet, the preset item information may specifically include: 57 th item of information in 103 message, 59 th item of information in 103 message, etc. In a case that the packet type includes a 202 packet, the preset item information may specifically include: 58 th item of information in the 202 message, 59 th item of information in the 202 message, and so on.
In one embodiment, the point-to-point service may specifically include a money transfer link that is relatively simple, typically without an intermediate money transfer service. Such as intra-row remittance services, etc.
In one embodiment, the money transfer transaction may specifically include a money transfer link that is relatively complex, with intermediate lines of money transfer transactions typically also being present. Such as a cross-border money transfer service, etc.
In one embodiment, in specific implementation, the message type and the corresponding preset information item may be determined first according to a preset processing rule; and determining the service processing type of the target remittance service by detecting whether the message type and the corresponding preset item information meet the first type preset requirement. Specifically, if the message type and the corresponding preset item information meet the first type of preset requirement, the service processing type of the target remittance service may be determined as a point-to-point service. Conversely, if it is determined that the preset item information does not satisfy the first-type preset requirement, the service process type of the target money transfer service may be determined as a money transfer service. Furthermore, different service processing types can be distinguished subsequently, and the current progress state of the target remittance service is determined by more accurately utilizing the message data and/or the receipt information based on the service processing type of the target remittance service.
In an embodiment, the determining the service processing type of the target remittance service by detecting whether the message data meets a first type of preset requirement according to the message type of the message data and preset item information in the message data may include the following steps: when the message 103 is determined not to be accompanied by the message 202, and 57 th item of information in the message 103 is empty; or, under the condition that it is determined that the 103 message is not accompanied by the 202 message, the 57 th item of information in the 103 message is not empty, and the receiving and reporting line of the 103 message is the same as the bank indicated by the 57 th item of information, determining that the message type of the message data and the preset item of information in the message data meet the first type of preset requirement, and determining that the service processing type of the target remittance service is the point-to-point service.
In addition, it should be added that if it can be directly determined that the target remittance service belongs to intra-row remittance according to the related information of the target remittance service, for example, the remittance bank information and the remittance bank information, it may also be directly determined that the service processing type of the target remittance service is the point-to-point service without performing the processing in the above manner.
In an embodiment, in the above manner, in a case that it is determined that the message type of the message data and the preset item information in the message data do not satisfy the first type of preset requirement, it may be determined that the service processing type of the target remittance service is a remittance service.
In an embodiment, when the current progress state of the target remittance service is specifically determined, the difference may be made according to the service processing type of the target remittance service, and the message data (including the message type of the message data and the corresponding preset information item in the message data) and/or the receipt information are/is comprehensively utilized in a processing manner matched with the service processing type of the target remittance service, so as to accurately determine the current progress state of the target remittance service.
In an embodiment, in a case that it is determined that the service processing type of the target remittance service is the point-to-point service, the determining of the current progress state of the target remittance service according to the service processing type of the target remittance service, the message data and/or the receipt information may include the following steps: in the event that it is determined that 199 messages for 103 messages are received, and/or receipt information for 103 messages, it may be determined that the current progress status of the target money transfer service is: the remittance is currently at the receiving bank; in the event that it is determined that 199 message for 103 message and receipt information for 103 message have not been received, the current progress status of the target money transfer service may be determined to be: the money transfer service is currently in process.
In an embodiment, in a case that it is determined that the service processing type of the target remittance service is the remittance service, the determining of the current progress state of the target remittance service according to the service processing type of the target remittance service, the message data, and/or the receipt information may include the following contents: detecting whether the payee in the message 103 is the same as the payee in the message 202; under the condition that the receiving line in the message 103 is the same as the receiving line in the message 202, determining the current progress state of the target remittance service according to a first determination rule, the service processing type of the target remittance service, the message data and/or the receipt information; and under the condition that the receiving line in the message 103 is different from the receiving line in the message 202, determining the current progress state of the target remittance service according to a second determination rule, the service processing type of the target remittance service, the message data and/or the receipt information.
The first determination rule may be understood as a preset processing rule applicable to data processing when the payee line in the 103 message is the same as the payee line in the 202 message. The second determination rule may be understood as a preset processing rule applicable to data processing in a case where the payee line in the message 103 is different from the payee line in the message 202.
In an embodiment, the determining the current progress status of the target remittance service according to the first determination rule, the service processing type of the target remittance service, the message data and/or the receipt information may include the following steps: in the event that receipt information for message 103 is determined to have been received, determining the current progress status of the targeted money transfer service as: the money transfer service is currently in process; in the event that receipt information for 202 messages is determined to be received, determining the current progress status of the target money transfer service as: the money transfer service has currently reached the middle line; under the condition that the 299 message is determined to be received, and the indicated line or the indicated line in the 299 message is the same as the receiving line in the 202 message, the current progress state of the target remittance service is determined as follows: the remittance service is currently at the receiving bank; in the event that receipt information for the 199 message is determined to have been received, determining the current progress status of the target money transfer service as: the money transfer transaction has completed posting.
In an embodiment, the determining the current progress status of the target remittance service according to the second determination rule, the service processing type of the target remittance service, the message data and/or the receipt information may include the following steps: in the event that receipt information for message 103 is determined to have been received, determining the current progress status of the targeted money transfer service as: the money transfer service is currently in process; in the case where receipt information for 202 message is determined to be received, or 299 message is received, determining the current progress status of the target remittance service as: the money transfer service has currently reached the middle line; in the event that it is determined that a first type of response piece information (e.g., ACSP) is received for the 199 message, and the indicated line or indicated line in the response piece information is the same as the recipient line in the 103 message, it is determined that the current progress status of the target money transfer transaction is: the remittance service is currently at the receiving bank; in the event that it is determined that a second type of return receipt information (e.g., ACSC) is received for the 199 message, the current progress status of the target money transfer service is determined to be: the money transfer transaction has completed posting.
Through the above manner, the first server can comprehensively utilize comprehensive and detailed message data and/or receipt information acquired from the Swift network to distinguish various processing conditions, and further can effectively utilize the message data and/or the receipt information by adopting a proper matching processing manner according to different processing conditions, so that the current progress state of the target remittance service can be efficiently and finely determined.
S105: and feeding back the current progress state of the target remittance service to the terminal equipment.
In one embodiment, after determining the current progress status of the target money transfer service in the above manner, referring to fig. 6, the first server may send the current progress status of the target money transfer service to the terminal device in a wired or wireless manner. The terminal device may present the current progress status of the targeted money transfer service to the user in a timely manner. Thus, the user can quickly inquire about the current specific processing conditions and processing details of the target money transfer service, such as which bank the money transfer currently arrives at, the processing conditions of the money transfer at the current bank, and the processing status of the money transfer service as a whole. Therefore, the user can know the processing condition of the remittance service intuitively and practically, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In one embodiment, when the user finds that remittance stays in a certain bank (i.e. the bank where remittance is currently located, such as an intermediate bank or a receiving bank) for a long time and is in a state of being processed through the current progress state of the target remittance service displayed by the terminal device, the user can initiate a reminding instruction for the bank where remittance is currently located through the terminal device. The terminal equipment can receive and generate a corresponding prompt request according to the prompt instruction. The prompt request may specifically carry information related to the bank where the remittance to be reminded is currently located, and identification information of the target remittance service. The prompt request is used to prompt the money transfer organization that the targeted money transfer service has been in process for an extended period of time, requesting assistance to expedite the process.
And the terminal equipment sends the prompt request to the first server. And the first server receives the prompt request and determines a second server of the bank where the remittance to be reminded is currently located according to the prompt request. Further, the first server may generate and send a corresponding accelerated processing request to the second server to request the second server to accelerate processing of the target money transfer service.
The method can accurately determine the bank node with stagnation or abnormity of the target remittance service, and further can send an acceleration processing request to the bank in a targeted manner, so as to effectively assist a user in accelerating the processing process of the target remittance service and further improve the user experience.
In an embodiment, the first server may further determine the current progress status of the target money transfer service every preset time interval, and when finding that the money transfer of the target money transfer service is stagnated or abnormal in processing at a certain bank node, may automatically send a corresponding accelerated processing request to the bank, so that the user may obtain better user experience.
In the embodiment of the application, compared with the existing method, the first server on the remittance bank side can efficiently and comprehensively obtain the message data and/or the receipt information fed back by the associated bank on the target remittance link corresponding to the target remittance service by utilizing the Swift network; and comprehensively processing the message data (including the message type and the preset information item) and/or the receipt information according to a preset processing rule so as to finely determine the current specific progress state of the target remittance service and feed back the progress state to the user in time. Therefore, the current progress state of the target remittance service can be determined efficiently and finely, so that a user can conveniently and intuitively know the current specific progress state of the target remittance service, and the user experience is improved. The technical problems that the progress state of the target remittance service cannot be determined efficiently and finely and user experience is poor in the existing method are solved. The method can also receive and send a corresponding accelerated processing request to a server of the bank where the remittance is currently located according to the prompt request aiming at the bank where the remittance is currently located, thereby assisting a user to pertinently supervise the service processing progress of the bank where the remittance is currently located and related to the target remittance service, improving the overall service processing efficiency of the target remittance service and further improving the user experience.
Referring to fig. 2, another method for querying the progress of money transfer is provided. The method can be particularly applied to the terminal equipment side. In particular implementations, the method may include the following.
S201: receiving and responding to the user's query instruction, generating a money transfer progress query request for the target money transfer service.
S202: sending the remittance progress query request to a first server; wherein the first server comprises a server of a money transfer bank; the first server is used for acquiring message data and/or receipt information fed back by a related bank on the target remittance link through a Swift network according to the remittance progress inquiry request; and determining the current progress state of the target remittance service according to the message data and/or the receipt information.
S203: and receiving and displaying the current progress state of the target remittance service fed back by the first server.
In an embodiment, after displaying the current progress status of the target remittance service fed back by the first server, when the method is implemented, the method may further include: receiving a reminding instruction of a user for a bank where remittance is currently located, and generating a corresponding reminding request; sending the prompt request to a first server; the first server is also used for sending a corresponding accelerated processing request to the second server according to the prompt request so as to request the second server to accelerate the processing of the target remittance service; the second server comprises a server that remits the bank where the money is currently located.
In one embodiment, a reminding instruction of a user for a bank where the remittance is currently located is received, and a corresponding reminding request is generated; after sending the prompt request to the first server, when the method is implemented, the method may further include: the first server inquires the customer service telephone of the bank where the remittance is currently located according to the bank where the remittance indicated by the user is currently located, and feeds the customer service telephone back to the terminal equipment. Therefore, the user can receive the customer service telephone of the bank where the remittance is currently located through the terminal equipment and actively contact the bank where the remittance is currently located according to the customer service telephone so as to urge the remittance of the currently located bank to accelerate the service data processing of the target remittance service.
In this embodiment, the user may connect to the first server of the remittance bank through the terminal device, and timely, efficiently, and intuitively inquire the current progress status of the fine and accurate target remittance service; and the terminal equipment can also initiate an acceleration processing request to the bank where the remittance is currently located in an array manner, thereby improving the user experience.

In a specific implementation scenario example, a bank may apply the method and apparatus for querying the remittance progress provided by the embodiment of the present application to efficiently and finely query the progress status of the remittance service for a user.
In the scenario example, the adopted implementation manner is to broadcast a Tracker notification related to the sending of the money transfer between the banks in the whole money transfer link through the Swift network, so as to determine the current processing progress between the banks and provide the visible money transfer processing progress for the client. The problem of the initiating bank (i.e., the money transfer bank) not being able to obtain the progress of the money transfer process of the intermediate bank is thereby overcome.
In this scenario example, see FIG. 5. In a design concept, a remittance product layer (a first server) can identify all Swift local cross-row and cross-border messages (namely message data) to be remittance transfer or point-to-point products (namely, determining the affiliated service processing types) when sending, subsequently receive Tracker notifications (the processing progress of a middle row and a report receiving row), and uniformly package the notification to peripheral channels (namely, terminal equipment), wherein each channel can self-define and provide the value-added product state query and message notification for a client.
When the method is implemented, the following steps can be included.
Step 1: and identifying the remittance progress value-added product.
1. Point-to-point: A. intra-row remittance is necessarily point-to-point, b.57 is null and is also point-to-point with no 103 plus 202, c.57 is not null and is the same as the row for receipt and accounting (57) and is also point-to-point with no 103 plus 202.
2. Transferring money: the rest are remittance money.
Step 2: the money transfer progress informs the TRACKER of the registration.
1. For the single 103 scenario, the flow of funds is considered to be present in the MT199 corresponding to 103, and registered according to the actual status.
2. For the 103-202 scenario, where funds flow to a part is now 103 and a part is now 202, the rules are specifically handled as described below for a number of cases.
2-1 for the case where collection lines 103 are the same as collection lines 202.
2-1-1, 103, receive the ACK, the remittance progress status is unchanged, still in the banking process.
2-1-2, 202 receives the ACK and the money transfer progress status is updated as funds have arrived in the middle line.
2-1-3, notification of progress in collection 299, indicating that the bank or the indicated bank is in agreement with the 202 payee that the funds have been collected.
2-1-4, the remittance collection progress 199ACSC notifies that the account is already paid.
2-2 for the case where the collection line 103 is different from the collection line 202.
2-2-1, 103 receive the ACK and the remittance progress status is unchanged, still in the banking process.
2-2-2, 202 receives the ACK and the money transfer progress status is updated as funds have arrived in the middle line.
2-2-3, notification of the remittance progress 299, the remittance progress status is unchanged, and the fund is still in the middle bank.
2-2-4, collect remittance progress 199ACSP Notification that the indicating or indicated line is consistent with the 103 collection line is the fund collected line.
2-2-5, the remittance progress 199ACSC notifies that the account is already paid.
And step 3: a money transfer progress notification status query.
Specifically, when the peripheral channel is queried, the latest state of the remittance progress is returned according to the ACK attribute and the latest time (state feedback world time) of Tracker registration information.
In the scenario example, a relatively intuitive user experience can be brought to the customer, and the user can check the processing progress of remittance in real time after remittance, for example, which intermediate row the money (remittance) arrives at and whether the intermediate row finishes processing or not, and after the money arrives at the receiving row, the customer can also actively contact the intermediate row or the receiving row to process the service in time, so that the user experience is further improved.
Although various specific embodiments are mentioned in the disclosure of the present application, the present application is not limited to the cases described in the industry standards or the examples, and the like, and some industry standards or the embodiments slightly modified based on the implementation described in the custom manner or the examples can also achieve the same, equivalent or similar, or the expected implementation effects after the modifications. Embodiments employing such modified or transformed data acquisition, processing, output, determination, etc., may still fall within the scope of alternative embodiments of the present application.
Although the present application provides method steps as described in an embodiment or flowchart, more or fewer steps may be included based on conventional or non-inventive means. The order of steps recited in the embodiments is merely one manner of performing the steps in a multitude of orders and does not represent the only order of execution. When an apparatus or client product in practice executes, it may execute sequentially or in parallel (e.g., in a parallel processor or multithreaded processing environment, or even in a distributed data processing environment) according to the embodiments or methods shown in the figures. The terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, the presence of additional identical or equivalent elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the recited elements is not excluded.
The devices or modules and the like explained in the above embodiments may be specifically implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or implemented by a product with certain functions. For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various modules by functions, and are described separately. Of course, in implementing the present application, the functions of each module may be implemented in one or more pieces of software and/or hardware, or a module that implements the same function may be implemented by a combination of a plurality of sub-modules, and the like. The above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is merely a logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of modules or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed.
Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may therefore be considered as a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The application may be described in the general context of computer-executable instructions, such as program modules, being executed by a computer. Generally, program modules include routines, programs, objects, components, data structures, classes, etc. that perform particular tasks or implement particular abstract data types. The application may also be practiced in distributed computing environments where tasks are performed by remote processing devices that are linked through a communications network. In a distributed computing environment, program modules may be located in both local and remote computer storage media including memory storage devices.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present application can be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a storage medium, such as a ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, or the like, and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a mobile terminal, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments of the present application.
