Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solution of the present application better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solution of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present application without making any inventive effort, shall fall within the scope of the present application.
Considering banking business processing scenarios, based on existing data processing methods, after a user transacts a money transfer business at a money transfer office, a server of the money transfer office often has difficulty in efficiently and finely tracking and determining a specific progress state of the money transfer business. For example, it is difficult for a user to query through a money transfer line what bank and specific processing state the money related to the money transfer service is currently transferred to, and the use experience of the user is affected.
Aiming at the root cause of the technical problems, the server of the money transfer bank can fully utilize the advantages of the existing shift (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications, global homonymy bank finance telecommunication association) network to efficiently and comprehensively acquire the message data and/or receipt information fed back by the associated bank on the target money transfer link corresponding to the target money transfer service; and then, according to preset processing rules, analysis and processing can be comprehensively carried out according to the message data and/or receipt information so as to finely determine the current progress state of the target remittance service, and the progress state is timely fed back to the user through the terminal equipment, so that the current progress state of the target remittance service can be efficiently and finely determined, the user can conveniently and intuitively know the current specific progress state of the target remittance service, and the user experience is improved. The method solves the technical problems that the progress state of the target remittance business cannot be determined efficiently and finely in the existing method, and the user experience is poor.
Based on the thinking thought, the embodiment of the application provides a query method of remittance progress. Please refer to fig. 1. The query method for remittance progress provided by the embodiment of the application can comprise the following contents when being implemented.
S101: and receiving a money transfer progress query request aiming at the target money transfer service, which is sent by the terminal equipment.
In this embodiment, the above-mentioned query method of remittance progress may be specifically applied to the first server side. The first server may specifically include a server of a money transfer organization.
In one embodiment, the terminal device may be an electronic device applied to a user side, or a related application program, etc. Specifically, the terminal device may be an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a computer or a self-service machine of a remittance bank of the user, or may be an application program such as a mobile phone bank or an internet bank of the remittance bank.
In one embodiment, the target money transfer service may specifically include a money transfer service to be queried by the user. The money transfer service is specifically understood to be a data processing service for transferring money transfer (data) from a money transfer account of a money transfer line to a money collection account of a money collection line.
In one embodiment, prior to implementation, reference is made to FIG. 6. The user can first transact the target money transfer business on the money transfer side through the medium of terminal equipment or manual service and the like. Such as an in-line money transfer service, a cross-line money transfer service, or a cross-border money transfer service, etc. After the user completes the target remittance business at the remittance line side, the user wants to know the specific processing condition of the target remittance business, and can send a remittance progress query request aiming at the target remittance line to the first server through the terminal equipment.
In one embodiment, the money transfer progress query request may specifically include request data for indicating a current money transfer progress of the query target money transfer service (e.g., progress information of a specific bank to which the money transfer (or money transfer) of the query target money transfer service is currently performed, a processing status of the money transfer at the current bank, or a current overall service processing status of the money transfer service, etc.).
In one embodiment, the money transfer progress query request may specifically further carry identification information for indicating the target money transfer service. Specifically, the identification information may be a service serial number of the target money transfer service, or may be a combination of a money transfer account and a transaction time of the target money transfer service.
In one embodiment, the user may enter a query instruction for the target money transfer service in the terminal device during implementation. For example, the user may input the identification information of the target money transfer service in the service query field in the interaction interface of the mobile phone bank of the money transfer bank, and click on the query icon to initiate the query instruction. And the terminal equipment receives and generates a money transfer progress query request aiming at the target money transfer service according to the query instruction of the user, and sends the money transfer progress query request to the first server in a wired or wireless mode. Accordingly, the first server may receive a money transfer progress query request from the terminal device.
S102: and determining a target money transfer service and a target money transfer link corresponding to the target money transfer service according to the money transfer progress query request.
In one embodiment, the target money transfer link may be specifically understood as a business data processing link including an associated bank that participates in processing the target money transfer business. The associated bank may specifically include a collection line, an intermediate line between the collection line and a remittance line, and the like.
The target remittance link here is a remittance link corresponding to the target remittance service, which is determined by the remittance bank based on past history service processing data, and is relatively high in probability, but is not necessarily a real remittance link. For example, based on past historical business data, the determined target money transfer link should be from bank A (i.e., the money transfer line) to bank B (i.e., the middle line) to bank C (i.e., the money transfer line). However, when the present target remittance service is transacted, the settlement protocol between the bank B and the bank C is changed, so that the actual and real target remittance link is changed from the bank a to the bank B to the bank D to the bank C.
In one embodiment, the first server may also determine the payoff line from the target money transfer service and take the payoff line directly to the payoff line as the initial target money transfer link if the accurate and detailed target money transfer link cannot be determined.
In one embodiment, the determining, according to the money transfer progress query request, the target money transfer service may include: and determining the target money transfer business aimed by the money transfer progress query request according to the identification information carried in the money transfer progress query request.
In one embodiment, the target money transfer link may be further determined based on the money transfer information in the target money transfer service in combination with past historical business data regarding the money transfer and the money transfer.
S103: acquiring message data and/or receipt information fed back by an associated bank on the target remittance link through a Swift network; the Swift network comprises a bank settlement system network.
In one embodiment, the above-mentioned network of shift (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications, universal banking and finance telecommunication association) can be specifically understood as a network of bank settlement systems. Typically, the servers of the banks can perform business processing such as settlement through the above-mentioned Swift network. Specifically, in the above-mentioned Swift network, the server of the bank may also interact with the servers of other banks by broadcasting message data (for example, swift message) in a standard format or sending receipt information, etc.
In one embodiment, the message data may specifically include one or more different types of message data. The specific message types may include: 103, 202, 199, 299, etc. The 103 message may be a general report message, the 202 message may be a position adjustment message, the 199 message may be a receipt message specific to the 103 message, and the 299 message may be a receipt message specific to the 202 message.
In one embodiment, the different types of message data may further include different information items according to standard format rules. Specifically, for example, the information items included in the 103 message may specifically include: item 57, item 59, etc. The information items contained in the 202 packet may specifically include: 58 th information and 59 th information, etc.
Each of the plurality of information items may be used to populate corresponding data, respectively, to characterize corresponding information content. For example, item 57 information in message 103 may be used to populate relevant information for the payline, indicating the payline; item 59 information in the 103 message may be used to fill in the relevant information of the receipt line, for indicating the receipt line. Item 58 of information in the 202 message may be used to fill in relevant information of the payline, for indicating the payline; item 59 information in the 202 message may be used to fill in relevant information of the receipt line, for indicating the receipt line.
The collection line and the receipt line may be the same bank or different banks according to circumstances. For example, in the case where the intermediate bank B directly transfers money to the bank C at the time of actual processing, the 57 th information and the 59 th information in the received 103 message are both relevant information of the bank C, that is, the 57 th information and the 59 th information are the same. At this time, according to the 57 th information and the 59 th information in the 103 th message data, it can be determined that no other intermediate line exists between the B bank and the C bank on the real target remittance link. For another example, in the case where the intermediate bank B is a bank which needs to transfer money to the bank C through the bank D during the actual processing, the 57 th information in the received 103 message is the relevant information of the bank C, and the 59 th information is the relevant information of the bank D, that is, the 57 th information and the 59 th information are different. At this time, based on the 57 th information and the 59 th information in the 103 th packet, it can be determined that there is another intermediate line, i.e., D bank, between the B bank and the C bank on the real target remittance link.
The 199 message (or MT 199) may specifically be a receipt type message fed back for the 103 message according to standard format rules, and may not include meaningful information items. The 299 message (or MT 299) may specifically be a receipt message fed back for the 202 message, and may not include meaningful information items.
It should be noted, of course, that the above-listed message types, as well as the preset information items, are only illustrative. In the specific implementation, other types of messages and corresponding preset information items are also introduced according to specific conditions. The present specification is not limited to this.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the first server may gather the message data on the Swift network that each associated line on the target money transfer link feeds back by actively broadcasting on the Swift network. Or the first server sends the query message data related to the target remittance service to the association line, and then receives the message data and/or receipt information fed back by the association line aiming at the query message data. The first server may directly broadcast the query message data related to the target remittance service on the Swift network, and then receive the message data and/or receipt information fed back by the associated bank related to the target remittance service on the Swift network in response to the query message data. Further, the first server may also obtain message data fed back by the system, such as a (overseas) clearing platform, a (foreign exchange clearing on the public), etc.
Wherein, the receipt information is different from the message data. The associated bank will not actively broadcast the receipt information to the outside, but will feed back the corresponding receipt information for the message data after receiving the message data from the first bank. In addition, the information content represented by the receipt information is different from the message data. Typically, the receipt information contains a relatively small amount of data and the content of the information is relatively simple to characterize.
Specifically, the receipt information may include the following receipt information for characterizing different information contents: ACK (indicating that a money transfer has been received), ACSC (indicating that processing for a money transfer has been completed), ASCP (indicating that a money transfer has been transferred to the next bank), and the like. Of course, it should be noted that the receipt information listed above is merely illustrative. In particular, other types of response piece information than those listed above may be used, as the case may be.
In addition, the first server may further combine the receipt information with the message type and related preset information items to determine richer and finer status information, so as to determine the current progress status of the target remittance more finely. As will be described in detail later.
By the method, the first server can fully utilize the advantages and characteristics of the existing shift network, and under the condition that a new interaction network is not required to be constructed, the message data and/or receipt information fed back by the associated bank participating in the target remittance service can be efficiently and comprehensively acquired at lower implementation cost, so that the current specific progress state of the target remittance service can be finely determined according to the richer and comprehensive message data and/or receipt information.
In one embodiment, the first server may register the message data and/or the receipt information acquired from the Swift network through the Tracker, and store the message data and/or the receipt information in the Tracker first, and call the corresponding message data and/or the receipt information from the Tracker when the corresponding message data and/or the receipt information is needed to be used subsequently.

The terminal equipment can receive and generate a corresponding prompt request according to the prompt instruction. The prompting request may specifically carry related information of the bank where the remittance to be reminded is currently located and identification information of the target remittance service. The prompt request is used for prompting the remittance line that the target remittance service has been processed for a long time, and is used for assisting in accelerating the processing.
And the terminal equipment sends the prompt request to the first server. The first server receives the prompt request and determines a second server of the bank where the remittance to be reminded is currently located according to the prompt request. Further, the first server may generate and send a corresponding acceleration processing request to the second server to request the second server to accelerate the processing of the target money transfer service.
By the method, the bank node with stagnation or abnormality of the target money transfer service can be accurately determined, and further an acceleration processing request can be sent to the bank in a targeted manner, so that a user can be effectively assisted in accelerating the processing process of the target money transfer service, and user experience is further improved.
In one embodiment, the current progress state of the target money transfer service may be determined by the first server at each preset time interval, and when it is found that the money transfer of the target money transfer service is stagnated or abnormal in processing at a certain bank node, a corresponding acceleration processing request may be automatically sent to the bank, so that a user may obtain better user experience.
Compared with the prior art, the first server at the side of the remittance line can efficiently and comprehensively acquire the message data and/or receipt information fed back by the associated bank on the target remittance link corresponding to the target remittance service by utilizing the Swift network; and then comprehensively processing the message data (comprising the message type and the preset information item) and/or receipt information according to a preset processing rule so as to finely determine the current specific progress state of the target remittance service and timely feed back the current specific progress state to the user. Therefore, the current progress state of the target money transfer business can be determined efficiently and finely, so that a user can know the current specific progress state of the target money transfer business conveniently and intuitively, and user experience is improved. The method solves the technical problems that the progress state of the target remittance business cannot be determined efficiently and finely in the existing method, and the user experience is poor. The corresponding acceleration processing request can be sent to the server of the bank where the money transfer is currently located by receiving and according to the prompt request of the bank where the money transfer is currently located, so that a user can be assisted to pertinently supervise and urge the business processing progress of the bank where the money transfer is currently located on the target money transfer business, the overall business processing efficiency of the target money transfer business is improved, and user experience can be further improved.

In a specific implementation scenario example, a bank may apply the query method and device for the remittance progress provided by the embodiment of the present application to efficiently and finely query the progress status of the remittance service for the user.
In this scenario example, the implementation manner adopted is to broadcast, through a Swift network, a notification related to inter-bank Tracker in the entire remittance link, so as to determine the current inter-bank processing progress, and provide a visual remittance processing progress for the client. Thus, the problem that the initiating bank (namely, the remittance line) cannot acquire the remittance processing progress of the intermediate line can be solved.
In this scenario example, reference is made to fig. 5. In terms of design, the remittance product layer (the first server is in) can identify whether all the Swift local cross-line and cross-border messages (i.e. message data) are remittance or point-to-point products (i.e. determining the belonging business processing types) when sending, subsequently receive Tracker notification (the processing progress of middle line and receiving line), uniformly package the Tracker notification to peripheral channels (i.e. terminal equipment), and each channel can be used for providing value-added product state inquiry and message notification for clients in a self-defined manner.
In particular, the method may include the following steps.
Step 1: and identifying value-added products of remittance progress.
1. And (3) point-to-point: A. the in-line money transfer must be point-to-point, B.57 is empty and not with 103 attached 202 is also point-to-point, and C.57 is not empty and not with 103 attached 202 is also point-to-point, as with (57) accounting lines.
2. Transfer money transfer: the rest is remittance.
Step 2: the money transfer progress informs the TRACKER of the registration.
1. For the single pen 103 scenario, the fund flow is considered to be embodied in the MT199 corresponding to 103, and registered according to the actual status.
2. For the 103-by-202 scenario, the funds flow is partially embodied at 103 and partially at 202, and the rules are specifically divided into multiple case differentiation processes as described below.
2-1 for the case where 103 checkout lines are the same as 202 checkout lines.
2-1-1, 103 receives the ACK, the money transfer progress status is unchanged, and is still in the process of the bank.
2-1-2, 202 receives the ACK, and the money transfer progress status is updated to that the funds have arrived in the middle line.
2-1-3, the receipt and remittance progress 299 notifies that the indicated line or the indicated line is consistent with the 202 receipt line, namely the fund is received by the receipt line.
2-1-4, receipt and remittance progress 199ACSC notifies that the account has been checked out.
2-2 for the case where 103 is different from 202.
2-2-1, 103 receives the ACK, the money transfer progress status is unchanged, and is still in the process of the bank.
2-2-2, 202 receives the ACK, and the money transfer progress status is updated to that the funds have arrived in the middle line.
2-2-3, the receipt progress 299 notifies that the status of the receipt progress is unchanged, and that funds have arrived in the middle.
2-2-4, the remittance receiving progress 199ACSP informs that the indicated line or the indicated line is consistent with the 103 collection line, namely the fund received line.
2-2-5, receipt and remittance progress 199ACSC notifies that the account has been checked out.
Step 3: the money transfer progress informs the status query.
Specifically, when the peripheral channel is queried, the latest state of the remittance progress is returned according to the ACK attribute and the latest time (state feedback world time) of the Tracker registration information.
In this scenario example, a relatively intuitive user experience may be provided for the customer, and after the user reminds, the user may check in real time the progress of remittance, for example, the money (i.e. remittance) reaches the middle line, whether the middle line is processed, and after the money reaches the collection line, the customer may actively contact the middle line or the collection line to process the service in time, so that the user experience is further improved.
