Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. The exemplary embodiments of the present invention and the descriptions thereof are used herein to explain the present invention, but are not intended to limit the invention.
Fig. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of an oil separator according to the present invention, which includes an oil cylinder 10, an oil separation unit 20, and a heating unit 30, wherein an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12 are provided in the oil cylinder 10, and the oil separation unit 20 is provided in the oil cylinder 10 for separating an oil-gas mixture entering through the air inlet 11. A heating assembly 30 is provided on the oil separation assembly 20 for heating the oil and gas mixture.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, in the process of separating the oil-gas mixture, if the exhaust temperature of the compressor is too low, the heating component 30 can be used for heating the oil-gas mixture in the process of separating, so that the temperature of the oil-gas mixture is increased, the liquid refrigerant in the oil-gas mixture is evaporated, the emulsified frozen oil content is effectively reduced, and the oil gas can be separated in normal yield. Meanwhile, the problem that the refrigerant is easy to carry lubricating oil and is deposited in the oil cylinder 10 at low exhaust temperature can be effectively avoided, so that the oil efficiency is improved, and the normal oil supply of a unit is ensured. In addition, through the technical scheme of the invention for treating the exhaust gas of the compressor, the temperature of the exhaust gas of the compressor can be increased, the oil supply temperature is increased, and the oil supply resistance is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment, the oil separator includes a bypass line 40, an input end of the bypass line 40 being in communication with the exhaust port 12, and an output end of the bypass line 40 being in communication with the intake port 11. If the temperature of the oil-gas mixture discharged from the exhaust port 12 is still low after being heated by the heating assembly 30, part of the oil-gas mixture in the exhaust port 12 can be returned to the air inlet 11 through the bypass line 40, and the heating assembly 30 can further heat and separate the oil-gas mixture. Preferably, the bypass line 40 is provided with a bypass valve 41, and the bypass valve 41 is used for controlling the on-off or opening degree of the bypass line 40. Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the bypass valve 41 is a solenoid valve, and as another alternative embodiment, the bypass valve 41 may be a shutoff valve. More preferably, a check valve 42 is further provided on the bypass line 40 to prevent the reverse flow of the mixture of air and fuel entering at the intake port 11 into the bypass line 40.
More preferably, in the present embodiment, the exhaust port 12 is provided with an exhaust valve 121, and the exhaust valve 121 is used to control the opening degree of the exhaust port 12. In this way, the effect of the bypass line 40 on the circulation heating can be increased by reducing the opening degree of the exhaust port 12.
Alternatively, in the solution of the present embodiment, the intake port 11 is provided with an intake air temperature sensor 111, the bypass valve 41 controls the on/off or the opening of the bypass line 40 according to the temperature detected by the intake air temperature sensor 111, and the exhaust valve 121 controls the opening of the exhaust port 12 according to the temperature detected by the intake air temperature sensor 111. By detecting the temperature of the mixture of oil and gas by the intake air temperature sensor 111, accurate control of increasing the temperature of the mixture of oil and gas can be achieved.
Optionally, in the solution of the present embodiment, the oil cylinder 10 is further provided with an oil supply port 13. Preferably, the oil separating assembly 20 comprises a swirl element 21, a first filter screen 22 arranged below the swirl element 21 and a second filter screen 23 arranged above the swirl element 21, the swirl element 21 being located at the inlet 11, the heating assembly 30 comprising a first heating element 31 and a second heating element 32, the first heating element 31 being arranged on the swirl element 21 and the second heating element 32 being arranged on the first filter screen 22. The oil-gas mixture discharged from the compressor enters through the air inlet 11, large oil drops are primarily separated through the rotary separation part 21, then are filtered through the first filter screen 22 for secondary separation, finally, the whole cycle is completed after being filtered through the second filter screen 23, and the filtered gas enters the condenser through the air outlet 12. The filtered oil enters an oil storage pool at the bottom of the oil barrel 10 and returns to the compressor through an oil supply port 13.
Optionally, the first filter 22 is a secondary filter, and the second filter 23 is a tertiary fine filter.
As an alternative, only the first heating element 31 may be provided without the second heating element 32, and the first heating element 31 may be provided on either the swirl element 21 or the first screen 22. This embodiment has a weaker heating capacity for the oil-gas mixture than the above embodiment.

Optionally, in the technical solution of this embodiment, in order to ensure that the first heating element 31 and the second heating element 32 can effectively transfer heat, gaps between the first heating element 31 and the second heating element 32 and the corresponding oil separation components are coated with appropriate heat-conducting silicone grease to perform effective heat transfer, so that the first heating element 31 and the second heating element 32 are prevented from being burnt due to high surface temperature. Alternatively, the first heating element 31 and the second heating element 32 are electric heating elements, and the surface load of the electric heating elements should not be greater than 2.5W/cm when the electric heating elements are selected 2
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the oil cylinder 10 is further provided with common components in an oil separator such as a safety valve 51, an exhaust gas temperature sensor 52, a high-level view mirror 53, a drain valve 54, an oil level switch 55, an oil temperature sensor 56, an oil electric heater 57, a low-level view mirror 58, and an oil injection valve 59.
The invention also provides a control method of the oil separator, which is used for controlling the oil separator and comprises the following steps: detecting an intake air temperature of the intake port 11, opening the bypass line 40 and the heating assembly 30, and decreasing the opening of the exhaust port 12 if the intake air temperature is lower than a first predetermined value; if the intake air temperature is higher than the second predetermined value, the bypass line 40 and the heating assembly 30 are closed, and the opening degree of the exhaust port 12 is restored. By applying the technical scheme of the invention, whether the heating component 30 and the bypass pipeline 40 are adopted or not can be automatically controlled according to the temperature of the inlet air, so that the automatic control of the oil separator is realized.
Specifically, in the technical scheme of the present embodiment, when the intake air temperature is detected to be lower than 50 ℃, the bypass line 40 is opened to reduce the opening of the exhaust port 12 to 50%, and at the same time, the heating element 30 is opened to heat the exhaust air temperature in a circulating manner. If the detected intake air temperature is equal to or greater than 55 deg., the bypass line 40 and the heating assembly 30 are closed, and the opening of the exhaust port 12 is restored to the fully open state.
The invention also provides an air conditioning unit comprising the oil separator. By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the oil-gas mixture can be fully separated, and further, the moving parts of the air conditioning unit can be fully lubricated.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and variations can be made to the embodiments of the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
