本发明公开了一种可喷雾降尘型路灯,包括底座,所述底座顶端设置有水箱,所述水箱顶端设置有支柱,所述支柱顶端设置有灯杆,所述灯杆底端安装有灯具,所述水箱外周设置有防护机构,本发明结构简单,具有良好的喷雾降尘效果,有效改善周围空气环境,并通过设置防护机构,有效提高了路灯的防撞性。

本发明涉及路灯技术领域,具体为一种可喷雾降尘型路灯。
背景技术
路灯,指给道路提供照明功能的灯具,泛指交通照明中路面照明范围内的灯具。路灯被广泛运用于各种需要照明的地方。火是人类的发展史是一部追求光明的创业史,火的运用是人类文明进步的重要里程碑。远古先民点燃的篝火就是最早的灯火。目前的路灯仅能够提供简单的照明功能,存在功能单一的缺点,不具备降尘能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可喷雾降尘型路灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可喷雾降尘型路灯,包括底座,所述底座顶端设置有水箱,所述水箱顶端设置有支柱,所述支柱顶端设置有灯杆,所述灯杆底端安装有灯具,所述水箱外周设置有防护机构。
优选的,所述水箱底端设置有进水管,所述进水管与外界水源相连接,所述水箱的内壁上安装有水泵,所述水泵的输入端连接有输入管,输出端连接有输出管,所述支柱的外侧壁上设置有若干固定管,所述固定管底端安装有若干均匀分布的雾化喷头,所述固定杆与输出管相连接。
优选的,所述水箱内部顶端设置有收集箱,所述收集箱内部设置有过滤层,所述收集箱的顶端开设有若干均匀分布的通孔,底端开设有通槽。
优选的,所述过滤层从上往下依次分为砂滤层、第一金属滤网、活性炭滤层和第二金属滤网,所述第一金属滤网的筛孔孔径大于第二金属滤网的筛孔孔径。
优选的,所述防护机构包括若干缓冲筒,所述缓冲筒均匀环绕分布在水箱外周。
优选的,所述缓冲筒的顶底两端固定连接有对称分布的转轴,所述缓冲筒底端的转轴转动连接在底座上,顶端的转轴转动连接有连接杆,所述连接杆固定连接在支柱上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过进水管向水箱中充入一定量的水,启动水泵,将水箱中的水泵入输出管中,最终从雾化喷头喷出水雾,水雾与外界空气中的粉尘颗粒物结合,促使灰尘沉降,起到改善周边空气质量的效果;在降雨气候时,收集箱能够收集部分降雨,并通过过滤层滤除水中的杂质,将收集到的水资源留到干燥气候时降尘使用,更加节约环保;通过多道滤材对雨水进行充分的过滤,避免杂质影响水泵的正常工作和管道的堵塞;通过设置多道缓冲筒,在路灯意外受到外界冲击时,通过缓冲筒首先吸收冲击力,随后冲击力作用到水箱上,水箱中存储的水也能够起到缓冲效果,从而将事故的损害降低。本发明结构简单,具有良好的喷雾降尘效果,有效改善周围空气环境,并通过设置防护机构,有效提高了路灯的防撞性。

请参阅图1~2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种可喷雾降尘型路灯,包括底座1,所述底座1顶端设置有水箱2,所述水箱2顶端设置有支柱3,所述支柱3顶端设置有灯杆4,所述灯杆4底端安装有灯具5,所述水箱2外周设置有防护机构。
所述水箱2底端设置有进水管6,所述进水管6与外界水源相连接,所述水箱2的内壁上安装有水泵7,所述水泵7的输入端连接有输入管8,输出端连接有输出管9,所述支柱3的外侧壁上设置有若干固定管10,所述固定管10底端安装有若干均匀分布的雾化喷头11,所述固定杆10与输出管9相连接。
所述水箱2内部顶端设置有收集箱12,所述收集箱12内部设置有过滤层,所述收集箱12的顶端开设有若干均匀分布的通孔21,底端开设有通槽17,在降雨气候时,收集箱12能够收集部分降雨,并通过过滤层滤除水中的杂质,将收集到的水资源留到干燥气候时降尘使用,更加节约环保。
所述过滤层从上往下依次分为砂滤层13、第一金属滤网14、活性炭滤层15和第二金属滤网16,所述第一金属滤网14的筛孔孔径大于第二金属滤网16的筛孔孔径,通过多道滤材对雨水进行充分的过滤,避免杂质影响水泵的正常工作和管道的堵塞。
所述防护机构包括若干缓冲筒19,所述缓冲筒19均匀环绕分布在水箱2外周。
所述缓冲筒19的顶底两端固定连接有对称分布的转轴20,所述缓冲筒19底端的转轴20转动连接在底座1上,顶端的转轴20转动连接有连接杆18,所述连接杆18固定连接在支柱3上,通过设置多道缓冲筒19,在路灯意外受到外界冲击时,通过缓冲筒19首先吸收冲击力,随后冲击力作用到水箱2上,水箱2中存储的水也能够起到缓冲效果,从而将事故的损害降低。
本发明的工作原理:通过进水管6向水箱2中充入一定量的水,启动水泵7,将水箱2中的水泵入输出管9中,最终从雾化喷头11喷出水雾,水雾与外界空气中的粉尘颗粒物结合,促使灰尘沉降,起到改善周边空气质量的效果。
