The lower end part of the filling hole B8 is provided with a glass film steel shell 17, the thickness of the glass film steel shell 17 is 3mm,
the glass film steel shell 17 is used for realizing the closing of the lower end part of the filling hole B8; the steel wire framework 18 and the filling material 19 are arranged in the filling hole B8; the diameter of a steel wire in the steel wire framework 18 is 3.5mm, and the end part of the steel wire is inserted into the frame plate rib 5 or the UHPC structural layer 10; the filling material 19 is a heat-insulating fireproof material or lightweight aggregate concrete.
Example 2 manufacturing process of UHPC color facing layer outer-hanging wallboard
The invention provides a manufacturing process of a UHPC (ultra high performance polycarbonate) external wallboard, which specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, respectively blending slurry of a color UHPC outer decorative layer with the thickness of 10mm and slurry of a UHPC structural layer with the thickness of 20 mm;
s2, pouring slurry of the color UHPC outer decorative surface layer with the thickness of 10mm to the bottom of the mold;
s3, placing the C-shaped steel framework 16 on the color UHPC outer facing layer, pouring slurry of a UHPC structure layer with the thickness of 20mm onto the color UHPC outer facing layer, and uniformly vibrating and spreading;
s4, paving a fireproof heat-insulation plate with the thickness of 60-150 mm and a foam concrete composite plate with the thickness of 40-60 mm on the UHPC structural layer, using the composite plate as a tire membrane of a frame plate rib, pouring C40 fine stone concrete of the plate rib, vibrating and compacting, and maintaining and forming the frame plate rib;
s5, sealing the opening space part at the lower end part of the frame plate rib by using a glass film steel shell with the thickness of 3mm, and pouring heat-insulating fireproof materials or filling aggregate concrete;
s6, fully coating a layer of alkali glass fiber mesh cloth in the plastic, fully scraping 1mm thick waterproof anti-cracking putty, and then sticking a 3mm thick aerogel bridge-cut thermal insulation layer;
s7, anchoring the fireproof decorative plate with the thickness of 8mm on the wall plate frame plate rib by using galvanized steel nails to form an internal decoration base plate surface;
and S8, performing grooving and napping process treatment on the UHPC external decorative layer of the demoulded and hardened external wall panel to manufacture the stone texture effect, and performing burr cleaning and finishing processes.
The specific working principle of the invention is as follows:
the external wall board integrates the heat-preservation, decoration, fire prevention and waterproof combined structure with the structure of the enclosure wall board, so that the service life of an external wall enclosure system is the same as that of a main building; the outer decorative surface layer and the structural layer of the external wall panel are prepared by UHPC and are organically overlapped with the high-strength concrete plate rib structure wall panel, so that the service life of the building outer wall enclosure system is greatly prolonged; the UHPC outer decorative layer of the outer wall panel in the scheme is added with inorganic pigment, alloy fiber and color sand aggregate, and can form decorative effects with various textures and colors after being prepared and hardened and processed by grooving and napping, and the UHPC outer decorative layer and the structural layer are integrated with the outer wall panel structure integrally, so that the outer wall panel is high in strength, durable, corrosion-resistant, seepage-resistant and free of cracking; the external wall board adopts the sandwich heat-insulating layer, the inner surface of the wall board is covered by the fireproof board, and the aerogel broken bridge heat-insulating layer is pasted on the inner side of the board, so that the problem of energy-saving heat-insulating full broken bridge of an outer wall enclosure is comprehensively solved, a base board surface is provided for internal decoration, and complex manual wet operations such as plastering, building, cast-in-place filling and the like are greatly reduced.

s7, fixing the fireproof decorative plate with the thickness of 8mm on the wall plate frame plate rib by using a galvanized steel nail anchor to form an internal decoration base plate surface;
